I’d never come here again, the attitude of the servers is what brings this company down. Extremely rude, if you don’t like your job just leave I’m sure the owner would be happy to employ someone else willing. The food took ages to arrive and was not nice at all.

Food was off,as a result got food poisoning really bad,had mutton and rice and peas also curry goat noodles,never order from here again,glad the other 3 items wasn't in stock,I've been ill for 3 days and lost 3 days pay so far,reviews for this place are shocking to say the least.

Ordered on Ubereats and ordered a small mutton. It states that you get rice and veg with the dish. I only got meat, called up and was told that, that's what the order is and it says on the menu. I explained that on Uber eats it don't say that and I was told that it does on the menu in the shop. Which is no help to me ordering from home. The guy on the phone did nothing to resolve the issue and made me feel like I should know that £5 would only get me meat. I won't be ordering from them again. The dumplin was hard, plantain had sat in oil and the curry goat was swimming in oil and salty. Im now £5 closer to diabetes.

The food was AWFUL AND COLD.. The woman had a very bad attitude and talked with a chip on her shoulder.. If you ask a question, she would shrug her shoulders at you. The food was cold and overpriced. The lamb patties were from Asda and were charged at £1.50. In Asda, they are 90p.. The shop was dirty. The carpet was covered in leaves .. very unhygienic and VERY POOR SERVICE. I had to throw the food away after 2 bites. No taste and cold... DEFINATELY NOT GOING THERE AGAIN. I'm surprised why Just Eat is advertising this nasty FOOD and shop.. WASTE OF MONEY

Wouldn’t even give one star gave me a two year out of date coke was hair inside chicken When I rung up the lady said it’s only £1 darling . You don’t know anyone’s situation!

The food was cold especially the festivals and dumplings. I wasn’t allowed to choose a rice option for the small jerk chicken meals and it’s says on Uber eats white rice only on small meals. I ordered this as my children do not eat the peas. Both small meals came with rice and peas. I called the Resturant to complain the lady who answered was very rude and abrupt. And said there was nothing she could do. She out the phone down on me and I called back to insist on her rudeness and the issue about the peas and no white rice. She started saying it’s not her shop and she’s just a staff and she doesn’t know what’s on the website. I said don’t you think you should know?? She said she doesn’t know. Very poor service with not very nice food. Not happy with the food at all. There were hard pieces in the rice and peas as if it was the bottom of the pot. The temperature of the food wasn’t hot enough either when delivered.

Lovely customer service so so friendly! Best ackee and salt fish I’ve had in ages, so worth the money! Will deffo order from here again

Went for a night out, having received information that there was a "girls night out". However, the vibe was a bit flat at 8:00pm onwards, as it appears that the crowd gets there after midnight. The music was good and the DJ took requests. The food.... sorry, disappointed. The jerk chicken was "chicken back"with a chicken leg!! No, no, no. That's not the kind of thing you serve people who you want to come back, after their first visit. HOWEVER, whilst I was there - around 11:00pm, there was a giant food delivery. I guess the people who got there after that time got juicy, fresh and tasty food. Therefore, my tip would be, if your eating out at Blue Mountain, make sure it's after 11:00PM, when the food's fresh. The staff stated that the majority of customers go there to socialise after midnight and it's open until 5:00am. (Unverified).

I ordered food on just eat and the lady from the restaurant called to tell me something I ordered was not available and I asked them to leave that thing out and deliver the rest of the food as I was starving . She then decided to cancel my order without telling me luckily I called a minute later to order an alternative. She then told me I said I wanted my order cancelled which I never did and said contact just eat for your refund where I would have lost 50% of the money . I politely asked her to not cancel she said ok but I’ll have to wait 2 hours since they driver is gone. 2.5 hrs later I called and she rudely said I should wait another hour without an apology. The lady has been rude from the begging. I’m so disgusted with the treatment . I will never Order from them again .

Ordered Jerk Chicken. It was so salty, couldn't even eat it. Not to mention the portion size was extremely small. Should have listened to the bad reviews. Never again. Tasted terrible. Waste of money!

Terable food ,brought £8.00 meal 3 small pieces of chicken that tasted of something similar to bleach .steam veg was greasy and and full of oil wont be buying from there again ☹

I made a order with 2 fried chicken noodels and 1 carrot cake and i waited almost 4h to receive my order and first when i called them they told me to wait 20 min for my order and after 20 min i called them back and they told me to wait 5 more minutes and i waited another 5 min and they didn't come and then when i tried to called them back they didin't respond and my order came and was incomplet and i said ok i will try to see how is the food beacuse my carrot cake NEVER ARRIVED and when i open the box inside was no chicken just BONES. PLEASE DO NOT BUYE FOOD ONLINE FROM THIS RESTAURANT. Thank you some much for the FRIED BONES NOODLES WITH NO MEAT.

Nice relaxed feel with friendly service

Beautiful food cooked to order. And the lady running the place is lovely and pleasant. I had a nice cool beer while I waited for my cook which made a nice change.

Prices are joke, they sell the Lucozade drink with the £1 sticker on it for £2 which is illegal as there is a fix price on it already.

Wrong ordered sent .delivery driver was rude saying at least we have food to eat. The cheek of him. The food was not nice, I ain’t a chef and my food tastes better.After eating my partner and I had diarrhoea. The shop number doesn’t work, even just eat was unable to contact them and offer us 50% refund. Owirst experience .

The lady as a attitude lack of customer service went 2days ago waited 20mins 4 my food slow is not the word they get 1 star and thats 4 the rice n peas but come on blue mountin ur in uk ladys not jamrock so stop treating your customers suh

Went in to find an empty shop. Rang the bell and was served quickly. Would definitely go again.

Never any visible staff. Food is tasteless and overpriced. I bought mutton soup to take away. When I got home 2mins later and opened it, it was cold and had no meat or duplins in it ( criminal!) Hardly ever have what they put on their menu. Soup was £3.50 I gave a £5 note and they still managed to short change me! Don't bother with this one there are plenty of better Caribbean food shops but this is not one of them.

Mutton Soup? Ive had better Heinz tinned soup, Shocking customer service (telephone order) made too wait 1 hour over the original delivery time. Only choose this place as RED SNAPPER In carters green was closed. Terrible experience

well its a freezing cold night,, sunday of the bank holiday and saw this place open.. so glad i did..im not joking this is the best goat ive ever tasted.....really nice lady running it... all i can say is "yes" u must try here...its only u missing out if you dont... excellent totally faultles... good start to 2017. "thankyou"
