KFC Wednesbury - Junction 9 M6 Services in Sandwell

Service was fast. All the free tables and chairs needed cleaning though. Appreciate they're trying to get customers to recycle, but the recycling station was overloaded causing different bins to cross contaminate other bins. Also the signage showing which bin to use, although appearing to look helpful just seemed to confuse most customers who gave up and shoved items into any hole.

Had the rice bowl it was delicious, great value for money, fast sevice and delivery

Not the best. Expensive, but all KFC's are. This one isn't clean. Dark and grubby inside.

Disgusting food very very dirty place every time when I’m having it I get diarrhoea with it food poisoning all my kids been sick with it as well, disgusting disgusting ever ever place in the UK they don’t clean the table at all never go there again

The worse service ever I ordered ZINGER SUPERCHARGE TOWER BOX MEAL WITH TWO HOT WINGS AND I GET THIS BOX WHICH I ADDED ON THE PICTURE Staf there was laughing and making fun with each other and playing hide and seek, I didn’t for what I paid. Is not first time they did same thing from that restaurant . Don’t deserve even one star . The order number it was #7172 13/04/2025 at 10 pm I will suggest other people to check their food before taking the food home.

The food was perfect and was well cooked the staff were very friendly and polite they also made the food very quickly and not much waiting. We ate inside and the atmosphere was aslo nice and clean

Very slow delivery. Called multiple times still not picked up. Not helpful customer service called them they say chicken is finished taking 30 minutes to cook. Will never request food from here again.

The Car Park was quite big, perfect for a busy day. I walked in and there is a Kiosk that you can order on. It had a vast variety of diverse foods to choose from. However, it only gave me the option to take-out, not dine-in which was annoying and I had to tell the staff subsequently. On the other hand, the food was given surprisingly quick. It was rapid. There was a kind cashier who handed me my food and I literally consumed it instantly. The food was scrumptious. Good job KFC, keep it up 😋

Food and service was great, but toilets were disgusting (stinky and no toilet paper)

Food was EXTREMELY cold. When he came to the door he said very rudely "rate me 5 five stars!" Overall food was quite bad therefore 1 star Very disappointed as I went in 2 years ago and it was amazing 😞

I went J9 KFC today the server was very pushy as to finish of the order that I was giving, like anything else was repeated that's a down sale. As I received the food it was cold chips were stale, and she slamed the window. To add to that they were not busy and I was the only car at 12:00hrs The staff should have a briefing everyday about customer skills and service but it looks clearly NOT !!!

The Food is Good but staff is playing with metric same like wolverhampton Branch. I think it's new trend in kfc. They give you order atleast 7 mins after the screen says your order is ready. And One of the girl from staff which seems Senior, when I asked her about that she lied straight in my face that the machine is faulty.

Excellent service and great food

I've given up on KFC. Much better boss man chicken shops locally, and wingstop beat them in every metric. 5he reason I've stopped using KFC is their service, both at the point of sale / collection, and if there has been a problem. I got given a stone cold burger that didn't taste right at all, and spent the night and next morning chucking it up. I contacted KFC, and after about 7 emails to and throw, they still hadn't apologised. They asked close on 20 unrelated, personal questions about my diet and consumption 3 days prior to the burger, lots of questions about my health and allergies.... Seemed like a big exercise in avoiding responsibility and dodging a refund (wouldn't even be a refund would be like a free burger ticket) It seems is curtains for KFC. If they've got to the point that they receive so many complaints about poorly prepared food, they can't afford to have a no quibble stance, and antagonise their customers who only bother to report back as they feel KFC would like to know about poor food and service. They don't want you to contact them about poor food or service, which is reflected in their complaints process. I swore I wouldn't eat at ANY KFC again. If I get a health scare burger, I'm pretty sure it could have broken glass and needles in the thing and KFC would ask if we requested any, and to provide a lab analysis of any glass / needles found. If I have no confidence an establishment will out things right if and when things go wrong, I won't eat there. Look after yourselves out there. Don't eat at any establishment that won't put right things that they get wrong. It's a numbers game... im confident as each customer has a problem and it doesn't get sorted, that's a customer lost. 5 years and KFC will have lost 50% of its market share and it will never recover. Viva wingstop!

Friendly staff, nice food and available quickly. Well worth a visit. A little slow to top up empty napkins.

Poor service delivery and wrong order

They have space upstairs if you go there they keep closed don’t know why cleaner is busy in kitchen I think bins are full where would u empty your plate when u dine

Don't normally leave reviews (good or bad) but felt I need to leave this one. Went to KFC Junction 9 on 12/11/24 at approx 19:00. Paid £21 for a tower burger, kids box with pineapple stick, mega box meal and 2 pieces of chicken. Got home and was missing the pineapple stick for the kids box and the 2 pieces of chicken. (Maybe should of checked before I left but that's not the point). Checked bag that food came in and there wasn't even a receipt so couldn't of asked for missing bits anyway, which would of required me to do a return journey from the other side of walsall. Like I said don't usually post reviews but this isn't the first time that stuff from a order has been missing. If anyone is looking to get a KFC meal, go to the one at junction 10, it's 5 mins away and the food and service is much better 😃

No matter how many times i have been to this kfc they always forget something. I pay my money for them to forget my order basically. Total bunch of muppets And still nothing has changed. Haven't ordered from here for a while due to them always messing up my order. Decide to try with them again. And ive basically been robbed. I call over 100 times and the lines busy still ( my foot). Discusting service from this store.

It's okay, they only sell drinks which contain sweeteners, don't give sugar option which I think is ridiculous. People should be given choice not treated like children

I had a great time at KFC with my friends! The atmosphere was friendly, and the staff made our visit even better. One of the team members, Ash, stood out with his hard work and great sense of humor. He made us feel welcome and kept us laughing throughout our meal. It’s always nice to see someone enjoying their work and going the extra mile to make customers feel at home. Was OK always cold can't complain it's fast food always service cold here ..why I have to clue it's never busy when I go in !! I don't recommend any dishes they will all be cold ! Nobody cares but I just left at 18:46pm Monday 30th September 2024. The floor is very slippery and is a disaster lawsuit waiting to happen. I could have been seriously injured had I not regained my balance. It would appear that the cooking grease is being mopped from the kitchen onto the dining area. I don’t eat the food usually, it was as expected. No hand sanitizer available.

Could of been a 5 but the little guy worker(skratchy)kept harassing uber drivers i got scared and left in panic , we had to speak up as he was getting aggressive, and the workers was standing watching the show .

Delivery - hadnt had kfc for a while thought would give a try again, absolutely horrible on this occasion, usually it is OK from wednesbury branch a bit hit and miss here and there but on this occasion has put me right off KFC. Would not order again. The fries are a disgrace limp cold tasteless only taste is the skin on them, the chicken was very salty and not very flavourful.

Not the best KFC I've been to I must admit, the floor is always sticky as he'll here for what ever reason. Food is OK never taste fresh though, chips always luke warm and heavily over seasoned with salt..

Been here many times as it's my local unfortunately, it's extremely hit and miss and if your going through the drive through expect to be waiting 45 minutes on average even without it being busy, the staff last time we're all over the place, although plenty of them. Absolutely clueless, I ordered my usual and they just chucked random spicy chicken in and gave me a can of tango, again which I didn't order instead of the usual cup. I went in to complain and the guy manning the counter didn't really say anything apart from "muhhh" and "mm" and took me a good 2 minutes to just get my order changed even though it was two simple meals and he had to explain to me 3 times what they didn't have instead of just telling me all at once, absolutely terrible service and only about two staff actually doing something out of about 15

I ordered bargain bucket but they did not put the leg pieces in the bag. When I made complaint then she said, we don't have leg pieces. I said, you should mention this at the window then they got the order back and put the leg pieces in the bag. I was surprised. Why did she lie to the customer.

Just called in today at the Wednesbury site in WoodGreen.zinger trilogy box meal,easy enough you would think. Firstly not a full box of popcorn chicken, followed by no zinger sauce on the burger(which is the whole point of a zinger meal).then followed by cold fries.complete waste of money.next time a Macdonalds for us..

Chicken from this one kfc always way too greasy. Tried other kfc in uk most are on point. But this one for some reason baffles me always way greasy soggy chicken. Many times had my order wrong for collection.

Worst KFC experience by far. Chicken has over cooked and dry. Even after changing my zinger burger the next one was no better. Staff swearing at front of house. Busy restaurant but felt like it had poor standards and cleaniness.

They often get the packing wrong, and u don't always get what u paid for: missing items. Complaining about it doesn't seem to make a difference. This KFC is a last option, in my opinion, when all other places are either closed or too far.

Recently renovated restaurant looks very nice, modern and inviting. New ordering system is the same as the system as McDonalds. Don't take card payments as to be done through the self-service. The assistant was friendly and offered to show me how to use the system. Double service, good customer service received. Food up to usual standard Zinger burger duo offer, added fries, and a drink. Fries were lukewarm could be a lot hotter. Overall satisfactory experience.

Poor service , I was ordered box meal to eat in, but they did not put that in a box , they just left everything in the tray because they said their bin will be full if they give box . Chips was cold and oily, same as chicken. I also order 3 pieces chicken, Size was too small . Service was so poor .

All orders were spicy and we did not choose spicy. I ordered Pepsi diet and there was no sign or indication on the cup indicating that. When I asked the man which one of them is Pepsi diet, he told me, “I don’t know. Taste each one and you will know.”

I have click good pictures and spend good times. Place was having good lightning. In KFC app i got offer of £0.99 2chicken wings ! Also I played arcade game in my patterns new app and we got 1 free food item. Place wasn't cleaned much. It used to be busy on weekdays as well.

Excellent service. Didn't get the gentleman's name who I interacted with but because of him this is the best KFC in the black country! Nothing was too much trouble and he was very personable.

The food here is substandard. The chicken is always dry. The last time I visited one of the girls serving on the tills was constantly checking her mobile. At one point she held it up as if she was checking her makeup in the camera, then started scraping at the corner of her mouth as if she was removing crusty lipstick 🤮

The customer service is absolutely rubbish and ridiculous due they don't ask for the customer which has ordered by online or in the store..too busy talking to each other in store and disrespect to customers...

Recently opened after refurbishment. Halal food available - which is the only reason I visit this specific outlet. I got Party bucket for 2 families as well as wraps. Food was hot and delicious. Fries were crispy - just how I like them. There is plenty of parking available.

These guys always like 100% always forget the extra sauce you've paid for in the takeaway orders 🙄 other than that it's a decent kfc.

Two time now they have made mistakes last weekend there wasn't a hashbrown and this week I asked for beans and didn't get them standards are dropping

Some of the lady staff are rude and speak aggressively. Besides that they never allow the upstairs seating even when downstairs is crowded with no space to sit. Food is decent

This a good store with friendly staff. KFC if one the best fast food restaurants in my opinion. You can choose chicken only if you like and that have to bee one if the healthiest options.

This restaurant has just been refurbished and it shows. Friendly and very helpful staff. Food was good and I shall be going again.

Disgusting and poor facilities. Toilet (there was only one) had no loo roll and was filthy. They whole place was dirty. I had a salad and no forks so had to eat it with a small wooden spoon. Food was very average for the price.

Instantly felt uncomfortable as soon as we walked in we were being stared at by the staff as they was whispering so we sat upstairs, even though there were a group of young teenagers messing about hoovering round tables as people were sat eating and swearing and running round staff did nothing so we quickly ate and left
