Shell in Sandwell

Very bad service, called to ask the price of v power unleaded, this is the 2nd time I've called in the past few weeks, was told again today that he doesn't know the price, to find out he would need to go outside and check the pump and that he would not be going outside to find out right now because he was on the till, he said the same thing last time I called to find this out. I asked why he did not know the price and he said that I should not tell him how to do his job, very poor service, he does not even know the price of the fuel at the station that he works at, its mind boggling he suggested I drive down to find the price out myself instead calling ahead to ask of ask. The employees name was Amir, found him very unprofessional in the manner he spoke too and was not very helpful at all, will be avoiding this station in future now, have 2 cars now in the household that I will need v-power unleaded for so this is the stations loss. I want to write that this stations employee either needs better training or better staffing attitude but, as stated by Amir on the phone, I do not want to run the risk of telling anyone how to do their job, anyhow, rant over

Absolutely ridiculous worse station ever. Using for 12 years and today it was the first time cashier refused me to use business fuel card. Ending up paying extra - administration fee for late payment thanks to cashier. I paid using this fuel card the other day but today i don't know what their problem were. They said this card isn't acceptable. How is it not acceptable if I paid with it the other day ... in here ... ? Called the manager and even they supporting their staff. Not resolving my issue and ending up charging me more. Very unprofessional man. Called Shell customer service no response at all. That's a good bye shell. Going to BP

I came to station 10 to 5pm I put petrol than ask car wash ticket, answer after 4 pm not selling car wash, than i had to exit and i had see some people had ticket after 4pm, oh man i just wondering why this happening.

Arrived at night and got to manoeuvre carefully around large roundabouts to get into the forecourt. A large service area seems to have longer opening hours

Came to get fuel and some essentials after finishing a evening shift at work. The staff member left me standing at the window and pretending not to see me after repeated attempts to get his attention. To compound matters, as I was attempting to flag his attention I had to stand there whilst he was vaping indoors around the recent baking goods he was about to place into the visual containers. Poor Practice and incredibly unprofessional.

After returning from holiday, stopped here to grab some milk for a cuppa and breakfast in the morning. Milk had gone off...curdled as soon as poured into the brew. Total waste of £2.10 Date is 7th, so maybe not been stored correctly :-(

Went to fill wagon up in morning greeted by a half asleep night attendant, more interested in talking on his phone, waited 10 minutes failed to acknowledge me at night window so I drove off without buying any fuel , Poor customer service result loss of business.

Clean and friendly fuel filling station which sells snacks hot and cold.

Toilets are always clean and tidy even more cleaner than the airports. Many thanks

Says 24 hrs open but have to pay before fueling at night times. Avoid if you wanna grab a quick coffee and go.

The vacuum was clogged and there’s no way to remove the vacuum attachment, no way to unblock it either. Plus the attachment is so small on the machine it’s bound to get clogged up. I just wasted my money, because I didn’t know the machine was clogged until I’d spent my money, I tried in vain to unclog the machine, but that just too more of my time up. Also the air freshener setting is con! you barely get anything from it.

Every time I go in for a car wash or jet wash it's never working,but that's not problem the problem is this only one attendant always say it's not working it's happened to me and several of my colleagues and they say the same thing just this one guy,no one else.tall bald headed chap...

Place closed with note on window 'back in 15mins'? 30mins later still sat waiting to fill up. Knocked on window and told they are doing delivery and I have to wait another 10mins??? I expect this from a corner shop not a million dollar company...

Spoke to the clerk on the phone. He was very rude and unhelpful

Clean, professional polite staff

2nd time now that the petrol pump has scammed me. I press the pump and it jumps from £1-£2.50-£3 etc. There is NO WAY In one second it’s pumped £1-£2 of fuel into my car... White vans always blocking the forecourt whilst they get breakfast and hardly any of the workmen wear masks....

Been a few times, usually in the night when coming off the M5, always the same rude guy behind the counter, unless Shell can educate their staff some manners and respect, I will not be visiting again.

Rude lady named ROSELLIN (looked indian) Argued over my SCOTTISH STERLING NOTE!!! STARTED TAKING A NOTE OF CAR REG WHILE SAYING "IF THESE ARE FAKE THEN WE HAVE YOUR REG" shocked and a very humiliating experience!!! wont be back here. SHELL NEEDS TO EDUCATED THESE FOLK!!!

Awful, in the night at least, been there twice in the late hours and both times, the rude man at the till barked orders over the intercom in a heavily accented voice, and I did not even know he was addressing me until he started banging on the glass that I had to pay first, of which there was no indication that I had to. Will not be visiting again, steer clear of this one, it's a pain to get into and out of as well.

Great Shell service station. Always got the fuel I need (V Power), friendly staff. Hot & Cold food etc and very convenient being 24hr opening. Very clean and tidy. Thanks guys & gals for running a smooth operation.

Suggest you educate your idiotic staff on what is legal tender. The moron kept saying they don't accept sterling (Scottish note)

Standard, decent fuel bit pricey tho.

The station has recently reopened after a six-month refurbishment. All of the pumps are new and the shop has been totally refitted making the whole place cleaner and brighter. The staff are friendly and polite, as you would expect from a shell garage. This station does not yet support Shell's new "Fill up & go" service, but they plan to have it set up soon.
