Nando's in Highland

Stopped by at this Nando's to introduce my friend who is from West Africa and had never been to a Nando's. Well the staff were friendly, and the food was super tasty. We had sweet potato wedges,liver ,peri chips, and hot wings. ..

Had a short wait for a table but sat down quicker than the server estimated. Quick service, food was great 👍🏼

The waitress immediately promoted the online food service when we took our seats and then proceeded to chat to her colleagues. We had problems navigating the online booking system so when it came to final payment it didn't go through. Eventually a waitress came over, took note of our concern and the head waiter came and sorted it out and was very apologetic. It took ¾ HR to get our food from entering the building. I imagine it was a one off night.

The nandos is very good tasting and very good.

Small portion for 1/2 chicken, home fries would be a plus! but the sauces are very tasty

Hi, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of food I have been receiving lately. We visit Nando's at least once a month, and recently we have been ordering to collect from the store. The last three times have been terrible, but today was the worst. My partner ordered loaded fries, and everything was overcooked. I was quite shocked, and not in a good way. I ordered a quarter chicken with two sides of rice. One side was just half-full, and the other portion was so tiny, probably just four spoonfuls at best. This probably won't make a difference, but I am seriously reconsidering if I will return

This is a pretty medioca shopping centre compared with some or the shopping centres in Aberdeen and Edenburgh, theres a couple of cafes but not really a food court like the trinity centre in Aberdeen. A ot of the shops are prety dated, it used to be a lot better with crawfords, it need some music or something to jazz the place up

Was looking forward to this but a big disappointment. Food was cold, chicken sauce was waterlogged so the bun was drenched! Didn't enjoy it 🙁

First time ordering from nandos, Ordered quarter chicken breast, chips and coleslaw for me to pick up. Went at time I selected to pick up and had to stand outside in line waiting for people to be seated, got food and went home (4 minutes away ) opened my food to find chicken leg the size of a sparrows leg, small portion of chips but being hungry decided to eat. Chicken was Luke warm as were chips, chicken was bland and dry and tasteless, paid 11.20 for something that wouldn't feed my 5 year old granddaughter, absolutely terrible. NEVER AGAIN.

Warm welcome..checked if we had any allergins...allowed to order drink before completing main meal choice. Nice and friendly without being pushy or rushed.

Ordering on the app was quick, and food arrived quite soon after ordering. But I had to register on F&B wifi next door, no joy on Nando's own wifi!!

It was good. Just. It's strange because I had a really good meal at another Nandos. I think they were a bit busy and food was left on the servery so my food was lukewarm by the time it got to me.

There used to be extensive waiting, but it's been much much better recently. New staff. Happy days.

You don't have to spend a fortune on oven cooked marinated chicken and skinny fries. You can easily make something nicer at home or go somewhere else if you fancy eating out. There are better places.

Food is always good, the seating of guests is a disaster, asked for a table of 2 no space, took our name asked us to return in 15mins so we did, then the wait was 30mins more so after waiting for those 30mins we were hungry hoping it would available for us to enjoy our meal then the staff informed us it would be another 50mins for a table, we left at this point, we love nandos food but we will never return to this branch as you wasted 2hrs on us when all you had to was say sorry we are full. Used that time to turn over the current tables and get back on track instead of wasting everyone time

Our party of 6 had a great experience. Excellent service, food and atmosphere. Also, my son left his coat and the manager kindly opened up for us the next day to return it

It’s a Nando’s. It’s tasty, it’s overpriced but it’s always consistent. You know what you are getting. It’s usually filled with a younger crowd. The awkward first dates and the hangover crews, a few small families etc. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Toilets are never very clean though. I’ve maybe been 10 times over the years and they are always a bit grim. I particularly like the limited edition spices and the new loaded sharer fries

Cuando fui a preguntar qué había pasado, el gerente ni siquiera se dignó a informarme. Fui por segunda vez, dijeron que mi comida estaba lista. Eso fue después de 45 minutos de espera. Dije que quería recuperar mi dinero y me fui. Pesadilla. No lo recomiendo

Went to Nando's Inverness for the first time and won't be going back. Table was sticky (place can do with a deep clean), have to order via a QR code and pay online (no personal touch). Chicken was bland and the side of macaroni cheese was tiny . Expected more for the £60 we spent, especially as there was no personal service.

Walk in with 8 people not really bothered about sitting at 2 tables as we're told they don't take reservations. After we get pointed to our seats, another waitress brings our menus and tells us to order via the QR code, which you have to then sign up with an email address before you can order. Once over that hump we wait another 10 mins or so before our glasses are dumped on to our table and nothing said about where to go and fill up our own drinks but after watching where people were going we figured it out. Our food arrived, which was the only saving grace as it was nice for a chicken caeser salad (not my usual choice). Everyone else enjoyed theirs, but the service was not there at all. No happy with your meal check, no would you like a dessert (no alert on the phone either 🙄) Overall, it would certainly not be my 1st, 2nd, or 3rd choice to visit for a nice experience. However, the food was good.

Ten minute wait just for a table isn't acceptable, there was a number of empty tables available so it probably highlights staff shortages. Went next door to Frankie and Benny's.

Excellent real food. Roasted chicken with piri piri sauce, mashed potatoes and fresh cooked broccoli. All for a very fair price. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Great parking.

Our family enjoyed visiting this Nando's in Inverness on our way south. Food was good and the service was prompt and accurate. As with more and more of these chain style restaurants, ordering was via an app, which was why the marks weren't higher. Worth a visit.

We tried the chickpea burger and it was good.The chicken pita also did not disappoint.The portion size is ok but you might need some extras in case you eat nicely🤓

Been to a few nandos across the UK probably more than I can count. This Nandos is by far the moistest chicken I've had and the staff are very friendly and attentive.

Top notch food and fantastic atmosphere

This was a brilliant restaurant for dining, with menus given upon entry! The design is fresh and adds in elements of beauty like mock ivy and the large lights, counter is well-presented too. Me and my friend enjoyed Chicken Wings with Peri-Salted chips, adding a side of Mac N Cheese as well as coke when sitting at the nice curved seats!

We visited today and was very disappointed to see that when we cut into our chicken some of it was raw and had blood in in the pictures uploaded don’t do it justice

Order takeaway through an app as I have done many times at Nandos too. What I received that day from this restaurant seemed like a bad joke to me. I don't know if it was a problem that they were close to their closing time and they wanted to mistreat the customer who placed the order or what, but what I received was: -Extremely small portion -Burnt taste -Without Lemon and herbs sachet. Thanks to the application you can open a ticket and they refunded me the worst money spent on my trip. In the photos, what I received and what I ordered. Incredible. I have ordered from Nandos many times when I am in the UK and I will continue to do so but of course if I receive something like this, it is questionable to say the least.

Nandos food is always reasonably good but the service has got increasingly worse over the last year or so, with QR code ordering and lack of almost any interaction with staff other than to receive food and a glass how can you rate the service at all. Staff spend more time talking to each other than talking to customers, in fact customers seem a chore.

Not impressed. Having been the first Nando’s we took our children to a number of years ago, we often visit when in Inverness. Today we were left very disappointed. Plenty empty tables. The man at the front of service seemed disinterested and clearly couldn’t be bothered being busy. Despite it only being 4pm (ish) on a Wednesday afternoon and plenty free tables, he told us we’d have to wait 15-20 mins to be seated and we’d have to sit with our 4 children (including a toddler) at the front of the restaurant. Our children wouldn’t wait , naturally! We went next door to F&B’s where the gentleman at the front was extremely welcoming and polite. The children were treated well and we got “kids eat free”. Perhaps Nando’s Inverness needs to realise business isn’t a given and you should perhaps look at how you service people to ensure you don’t lose business. Won’t be back.

My boyfriend and I love visiting Nando’s, the staff are lovely and the food is served quickly and to a very high standard! Would definitely recommend, and we thought so highly of the staff that can manage a busy restaurant so well on a Saturday night! Will definitely be going back!

Went for quick meal before a movie and had to wait ages for a table even though the restaurant was over half empty! A lot of dirty tables! Then when ordering at till the waiter kept yawning at me and not listening to me! Finally then took the wrong food out to us first, very disappointed.

Nandos in Inverness has the worst customer serivice in the whole world. The chicken was raw and then they refused to refund the dinner.Would not reccomend

Chicken is well cooked but portions are definitely smaller than Nandos abroad. Atmosphere is okay.

I wanted to give Nandos a five star as foods great and staff always friendly but as the meal went up from £9.95 to £14.75 over the last 4 years the butterfly chicken somehow seemed to shrink also.. this is the same for the branch down in Bristol as well so its nothing particular to the Inverness restaurant.

Food is always good here availability was a bit less when we visit there. Some of the items of the menu were run out or take a long time to prepare.

Very poorly managed restaurant and company in general. No table service is a downside of Nando’s.. having to order food from your phone online is time consuming, confusing and just a poor dining experience. I experienced the online menu not processing my order correctly and was told by the waiter I have to go walk over and order at a counter. There was only 5 customers inside and the waiter wasn’t able to take the order himself. What a joke of a place. I walked out and won’t be returning to here again.

I’ve never seen a big Nando’s restaurant in London . This is the best one I’ve been so far . The city of Inverness is very pretty, I’m loving everything about this place .

Seems like the only place in the mall that's open for dinner so it's likely you may have to wait for a table. The chicken here is really good, so juicy and full of flavour. Worth the wait.

Really poor experience at this Nando’s, multiple times I have been now and always a 25/30 min wait even when there are loads of free tables. Server not helpful and rude.

Had a night out with my boys, they choose nandos and I was very impressed ordering was straight forward I had the rainbow bowl it was delicious and looked exactly as it was on the menu 😋 it was great value for money and tasty. The staff were great and not over bearing.

I was in Scotland with my husband and baby for a week. By the end of the day at about 9pm on 18th of August, 2023 we went there, I wore a dress and my all time crocs.The waitress takes us to our table and she asks me if I have ever been to Nandos. I am a NHS doctor and have lived in the UK for a long time now. I found the question was very inappropriate. Not sure if it was because of my color but made me really upset.

My first Nando's experience was a good one!! This is a fairly new addition to the retail park in Inverness and on a recent trip I decided to give it a go. The staff were so friendly, made us feel at ease and chatted. I had the Hot Peri-Peri Wrap, and the others had a mix of Medium & Mild chicken wings and thighs, and everything was delicious. The refills of juice went down well too!

After returning a burger as it was cold when served on the understanding it was going to be heated up we waited a further 10 minutes and were then advised they were making another one. After a further 5 minutes I had finished my meal when my wife’s revised burger came. Kitchen staff never even spoke to my wife when she returned the burger so the fact they were planning to cook another was never communicated.

As with other chain restaurants, almost the same experience as other branches. It was good, we enjoyed our meal as we were starving. Try the chicken thigh, nice. Will not be the last visit.

I took my wife and my son, his wife and baby daughter for a Sunday treat at Nando's and it turned out to be a treat. The food was very tasty, the staff were great, and we really enjoyed our first Nando's experience. If this is what Nando's does nationally, I like it!

Usual Nandos food ordered on the app which makes it easy. The food was nice enough and the service was fine. Not a lot more you can say really, this isa good Nandos to visit

First time in a Nando’s , so didn’t know what to expect! After waiting 10 mins and noticing only 2 other tables in , called waiter to ask about ordering to be told its thro an app if you have it if not from the till, No mention of this when seated and handed the menus, very slow food service 45mins then dry probably reheated chicken. 100% old reheated chips Will never revisit a Nando’s Thanks for the experience £63 later 1 adult 3 children ( never noticed there was a child’s menu available)
