Food never arrived despite app saying it has and the phone number provided is dead - suspect this is a bogus restaurant stealing money.

Food was late for almost one hour and half. Unacceptable. They lost a costumer of few years.

No knock did not get order was stolen off door step didnt even know that it was there not using again

Not sure where this place is but everyone who complains about Chinese takeaways using frozen chips well, these guys don't this is fat old school Chinese chips. Good size portions and nice tastes.

Turned up late and the number is attached to a dead line but the food was absolutely perfect 👌. It was also refreshing to be served by a Chinese delivery driver who was delightfully polite.

Order missing items that were paid extra for no contact number works for the restaurant, rib black and burnt tasting, crispy salt and chili chicken definitely frozen bought from Iceland it’s the exact same stuff and taste just 10x the price

Unfortunately my order took over 2.5hrs to be delivered. I received a phonecall to say they were very busy and it would be with me 30min after expected delivery time. After an hour past delivery slot, it still hadn’t arrived, I called them, they were very polite, and offered some brownies as an apology. The order arrived more than 2.5hrs after it was made, and with no apology brownies! I understand being busy, but feel this wasn’t great service & I’m not convinced that it was Satay I received!

Ordered at 7:30pm ETA of 8:30-8:50. Tried to phone restaurant multiple times after app said delivered but forwarded to voicemail, just eat contacted restaurant and 9.10 delivery time given. At 9.10 and still no food and marked as delivered, through to voicemail again. We put food on due to no communication vis app and 2 hours having passed. At 9.30 Partner eventually gets through to restaurant who said they were busy and had phone issues and food eventually arrives at 9:35pm. Food tastes okay.

Food was good, chow mian was amazing and big in portion as well. Recommended.

Food didn’t arrive. Preordered for delivery at 6. Phoned at 6.40 after the app said food was on way at 6.25. Was told if you order for delivery at 6 it actually means delivery after 6. After additional phone calls was told my order had been cancelled but still not showing a refund. Good job it’s not a taxi firm as you would go no where

I don't know what to delivered me because I order munchy box 12 and delivered me different munchy box I'm not happy

This is our 3rd order and we have tried several items. The food is fresh and well cooked. Flavours are great and the portion sizes are massive. Highly recommended as we’ve now found our go to Chinese takeaway in Inverness after a few other disappointments.

Great portion size for the 12inch munchy box but unfortunately the food was average at best. very greasy and just thrown into the box. Needs improvement

Worst ever service. Ordered online and waited nearly three hours for food. Phoned several times and told it had been delivered. Dreadful service. Avoid this restaurant. Terrible. Not able to leave zero stars sadly

I ordered the Chow Mein and the Special fried rice. Everything was delicious, warm as it should be and I was surprised by the amount of food. It’s definitely worth it. Also nice delivery job! Thank you

I rarely order chinese, and after this delivery I wont be ordering one again Prawn Toast? looked like something stuffed with chicken A treat for the evening was a disaster and certainly not worth 30 quid.... lesson learnt

Lies from them said they would call delivery when it was never even sent useles. Lies on phone when i called them why say you can when you can’t clowns to be honest

0 stars. Food took ages to come and was cold cuz the delivery guy had it in a rucksack. Food was not appetising at all and tasted like it was leftover. Tried phoning to complain and no answer. Worst place to order from definitely wont be ordering again. Ordered through deliveroo app
