It was absolutely amazing and piping hot and fresh and when it was delivered and the girls who delivered it was very speedy and friendly at the door and said sorry for my wait but it came before expected time and was absolutely amazing. Would defo be back again and recommend Marini’s for delivery and takeaway because the staff was friendly in the shop and handled my food with care

Collected a large pizza and when I got home noticed the pizza was completely burnt and not edible. I phoned the restaurant right away to complain and was dismissed with a ‘will call you back later.’ Still awaiting a response. Completely unacceptable. Shocking customer service from owner.

Can not fault this chippy the food is always cooked to perfection n the pizza’s a delicious + the staff are always cheerful even when the place is really busy..it’s my go to.

I recently ordered from Papa John’s on Duke Street and was thoroughly impressed. The pizza arrived hot and fresh, with a generous amount of toppings and a perfectly baked crust. The staff were friendly and ensured my order was prepared promptly. I also appreciated the free parking available right in front of the shop, making pickup convenient. Overall, a great experience—I’ll definitely be ordering again! Gourav was so nice person I think he is a manager.

Shocking service. Arrived at the time the app told us only to find the order wasn't anywhere near ready. Staff then proceeded to ignore us and the other customers for about 20 minutes while they chatted. I've a large family so was a large order. Most of it cold with one warm pizza. Complained only to be told 'well you'll need to wait all over again' if you want a warm one. Got home and called the manager to complain and try and get some money back as stone cold order, and after waiting 10 minutes for an answer, then he hung up on me. I'll be taking this further.

Para empezar la entrega fue casi una hora tarde, así que llamé al lugar varias veces y no hay respuesta. Tuve que intentar conseguir ayuda de deliveryo y todavía nada sin embargo , recibió una llamada del trabajador / repartidor que está fuera pero no estaba y tuvo que ir a buscarlo . Una vez que lo encontré, la mejilla que recibí de él me culpaba increíblemente por estar en la dirección equivocada y exigir horas de servicio para que se cambiara (mi dirección está bien y otros repartidores lo han encontrado bien) después de que dejó de culpar a la dirección dice que tengo la culpa de que ahora llegue tarde a otros clientes pedidos, lo que es muy risible. Theres grosero y theres muy grosero y él era eso, muy inaceptable y sorprendido. Ahora la comida, el pan de ajo era decente sin embargo muy suave. La pasta estaba muy muy empapada como guisantes mushy. Las fichas eran básicamente iguales pero no tan empapadas. ¡No es una buena experiencia!

I have ordered from here for YEARS. Nearly every weekend. And always sang their praises. Well tonight I received the worst costumer service of my life. Firstly my order was wrong because it had no sauce on it which quite frankly I don’t want to eat it dry, so I simply called and asked for a replacement as it was already getting cold and I did not want just a tub sent to me. They were shouting at me, calling me a liar and saying there was sauce on the kebab and then changed their mind and said actually we put a tub in. Nope you did not. After a lot of back and forth and explaining I’m a Loyal customer, nearly every weekend. They then said ok we will send a new order to you with sauce on but it might be a while the driver is busy, that’s fine. Which I then learned that was also a lie. Nearly 2 hours later no order. I called and he shouted down the phone you weren’t to get another order we told you that. Which I said well that’s a lie you said you would send one out. I explained I have just finished a busy 12.5 hour shift in hospital, I’m pregnant and I took your word and now your telling me you lied to me. He was not empathetic, couldn’t give sh**. So whatever staff you have working tonight. Learn manners and how to deal with customers because you’ve lost one. And genuinely upset me. Thanks for that.
