I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, Fries and pepperoni wrap thing, the portions was very skimpy and looked very rushed . The pizza was tasteless and the pizza hardly had any toppings on the pizza, I would said it was- Margarita pizza then BBQ chicken pizza because of the taste . The fries was ok but not much of them . The Pepperoni wrap taste just of cheese, not much pepperoni in that . I certainly wouldn’t buy any thing again from Pizza Hut again.

My pizza was delivered within 12 mins of placing the order. The order/track service is insanely good and user friendly. The driver was so friendly and the food was absolutely amazing.

Greasy and overpriced. Worst chip shop in Hamilton. £11 for a soggy fish and about 10 chips. Suppose they have to charge that to be able to stay open. Owners are so rude. They were arguing and swearing to a customer who came in behind me because they gave them the wrong order. So unprofessional. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. The dog enjoyed the fish supper but he eats anything. Toast it is 👍🏼

I have ordered from here for YEARS. Nearly every weekend. And always sang their praises. Well tonight I received the worst costumer service of my life. Firstly my order was wrong because it had no sauce on it which quite frankly I don’t want to eat it dry, so I simply called and asked for a replacement as it was already getting cold and I did not want just a tub sent to me. They were shouting at me, calling me a liar and saying there was sauce on the kebab and then changed their mind and said actually we put a tub in. Nope you did not. After a lot of back and forth and explaining I’m a Loyal customer, nearly every weekend. They then said ok we will send a new order to you with sauce on but it might be a while the driver is busy, that’s fine. Which I then learned that was also a lie. Nearly 2 hours later no order. I called and he shouted down the phone you weren’t to get another order we told you that. Which I said well that’s a lie you said you would send one out. I explained I have just finished a busy 12.5 hour shift in hospital, I’m pregnant and I took your word and now your telling me you lied to me. He was not empathetic, couldn’t give sh**. So whatever staff you have working tonight. Learn manners and how to deal with customers because you’ve lost one. And genuinely upset me. Thanks for that.

We don’t get takeaway food a lot (third time this year I believe, so maybe don’t have a lot to compare Pizza Hut to) and this is one of the reasons why. We ordered 2 x large pizzas to collect early Saturday evening past, got our confirmation email advising collection between 17:53 - 17:58. Arrived 17:55 and was told it would be another 5-10 minutes.. The flustered response about the delay, something about web orders and the queue in front and behind me should’ve been a give away; but I politely waited. I returned to the counter 15 minutes later to be greeted by the same, but now more flustered, man like I’d only just arrived. Was told again it wouldn’t be long. Waited until 18:25, went back to the counter to ask for our pizzas or a refund as we had another order to collect elsewhere that was now getting cold. The same man went to the kitchen and waited there for a few minutes before coming back with our food. No apology for the 35-40 minute wait - probably because they had no idea how long I’d actually been there. Only consolidation was that the food was hot and OK/good taste-wise. In the time I was there, two customers and one Just Eat driver cancelled their order and left. No idea if this is typical of this Pizza Hut or something had happened (as no explanation was given) and can’t really blame the guy that was there trying to do his best, but won’t be back.

I've used Kismet a few times not often maybe 3 times a year or so that we get a carry out. Their food has always been quite tasty and nice. But sadly this time I've got to be totally honest..... I ordered a 16inch ham and mushroom pizza with extra cheese. A large chicken pakora and a portion of chips, large doner kebab and finally an extortionate separate salad at £3.00. Didn't mind paying for the salad if it had at least more than two ingredients...... which were soggy iceberg lettuce and sliced white onion. The pizza was soggy and limp and really didn't taste as it should even the cheese (extra ordered and not delivered) was transparent..... yes it is practically see through. I mean ..... how does cheese end up being transparent? The chips were loverly and I maybe should've bought chips for our family once in a while treat this evening. Crispy and fluffy potato on the inside. Salad...... no further comment because I feel that this is an absolute rip off. Where do I start with the Chicken Pakora? £8 worth of dried out crispy chicken in a batter that would surely break and crack the best of turkey teeth. (No I don't have turkey teeth but had I bitten into these, I would've surely been suitable for cosmetic dentistry at their expense...... Should anyone wish to purchase some of these..... you would be well buying a chain saw to cut them) Husband loved the kebab..... after all they really couldnae get that bit wrong because it was plain pitta with doner and chilli sauce only. Thankfully they couldnt mess that one up. So anyway..... look at the photo they advertise and then what I actually got. Will never again buy food from Kismet. They're scraping the bottle of the barrel sending out absolute muck like I received this evening. Pointless ringing them..... nothing will ever get resolved so I post this in the hope someone (even if just 1 person) sees this and goes elsewhere. What an absolute change to their food..... (last order was some 10 months ago) New owners? New management? New business model? Either way their food has changed and it is not for the better.
