Every time I’ve ordered from here, the pizzas have been absolutely delicious — always hot, fresh, and loaded with flavour. You can tell the team takes pride in what they serve, because the quality is consistent every single time. But what makes this place truly stand out is the staff. They are some of the kindest and most humble people I’ve ever come across in a food outlet. Always smiling, always respectful, and genuinely going the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience. Ordering from them is a nightmare. First of all, learn to treat customers! If you don't know how to speak kindly with the customer because the order is late 2 and half hours and you think you are so proud learn a customer care attitude or change a job to work in the warehouse! It's not Asia to have discussions with customers!

The owner / manager lady here means business. There's no customer service expected here. Once they have the money you don't get service even if you've paid. There's no consideration for the customers no matter how respectfully you request. I've experienced rudeness multiple times & the owner lady doesn't even hesitate to say no, hence i have no option other than adding this review. Please stay away if you don't want your mood & day spoiled. Never going back.

Chips from here at 6pm when got home they were a bag of solid small re-heats disgusting will never buy from again.

Great service, pizza was Lovely and the staff were amazing. Especially Delia who was extremely polite, helpful and professional. Nice to see staff walking around looking cheerful and the banter was decent too. We brought in a large group and the whole team at this particular pizza express coped very well. Will be back again.

Update your opening hours twice I've taken dinner break at work and you've been shut leaving me with nothing to eat. Should say online if you are closed. What a joke!

Didn't end up get food from there as it was cash only and didn't have much on me. Was told to order off the app and then collect but to much of a faff so went elsewhere.

I ordered a kebab because I hadn't eaten for a few hours and I was really hungry. When I finally got it, I asked for a fork and the seller said he didn't have any, they had run out. He thought he might bring some, but he didn't. So I ate on my knees with dirty hands (I was straight from work). I definitely won't be coming here again. Unless they bring them forks.

Please educate yourselfs on what a roll and chips is before advertising it on your menu! Chippy based in glasgow a roll and chips should be a basic roll and chips with loads of salt and vinegar not a shitty seeded burger bun, with vile weird looking chips.

Best cheese burger and chips had in a while hot chips crispy perfect amount salad and sauce and like the way u wrapped burger in the foil thanks 😁

Went in. Ordered Large Pepperoni Pizza seeing reasonable price 11.99 £. But after I paid I noticed on the phone I paid £ 23.99!! Pizza was rather small and overcooked. Lesson learned. Online price 11.99. shop price 23.99. :o oh, and quality of this pizza- Asda smart price does it better!

When the food didn't arrive, I called to ask where it was, it arrived stone cold, when I called again I was called a junky v******, go figure, I will add an additional review when I called in person tomorrow....,.to be continued.
