Pino Pizza Elgin in Moray

When food is ordered I'm assuming that they include VAT, delivery charge I have no issues with, service charge I have an issue with, I also ordered extra olives on my pizza which I didn't get....a pasta dish and a non discript pizza....nearly £40 all in.....not be ordering from here again....NOT HAPPY

I just ordered from here and they forgot my big herb sauce that I payed an extra £2 for which yes it might sound like a little inconvenience but I like to have it with my whole pizza

Ordered food online half an hour prior, went and say in store to wait , half hour later, turns out food wasn't even made

This is the worst takeaway I've ever had, chips over cooked, dry chicken. Pizza has no flavour. Do not waste your money. This food is horrendous

Asked for 3 pizzas they only gave 2 and charged for the 3 they have taken money out of account for 3 pizzas but only sent 2

Quick and efficient staff and good food

Food was very good but the overall experience was terrible. When you order a delivery who actually leaves it on the doorstep and doesn’t ring the bell? Really let down by the delivery driver!

The staff , 2 males, were too busy talking and then dropped my pizza and when challenged chose to shout and swear at me. Told me to mind my own f' ing business and not come back.

This was the best Dominios ahve ever had, and I've had seven. All the same fae different places. Ah scuttled it in the car in the car park that ah didny pay fir. Ah felt like a rebel. A rebel wi a pizza.

It's dominos! Picked up an order and it was done in 15 mins from app order. Can't go wrong really. Even a timer in the shop with your name and wait time

Food poisioned, got a large pepperoni passion last thursday 7/3/24 and ever since i ate it i've been horrifically ill 4 days later

Rotten. Worst kebab I've ever had. Drove 7 hours to the local caravan park and decided we would get a takeaway instead of making food. The kebab was horrible, it was like rubber wouldnt like to imagine what species of animal it came from, chilli sauce was sweet and garlic didn't have any taste. Large donner cost 10.50 and it was the smallest kebab I've ever seen. Should have just went to domino's next door.

It's a really good store with tables so you can sit inside if you choose, unfortunately the 2 occasions I've visited they had the toilets closed otherwise lovely pizza and if you live close enough delivered really quickly.

Ordered a delivery about 40 minutes before closing time and it arrived almost 60 minutes after closing time. Food was cold, i had to put it into the oven to heat it up. Would have been stone cold otherwise! So expensive but still cold on arrival!

The prices are way too high for what you are getting

Schnellrestaurant. Hatte mir Chicken-Wings bestellt, war nichts besonderes. Meine Bestellung beinhaltete auch Garlicbread,alles zum mitnehmen. Statt Garlicbread haben sie mir Potatoechips eingepackt.

Store was nice but took 40 minutes to heat up some chicken and under cook a pizza….. Heavily disappointing and do not recommend to anyone unless you want to waste money and have 40 minutes or longer to waste for something that would be just as well thrown in the bin

Ordered a medium thin n crispy double cheese pizza.. was dry and burnt and only tasted of burnt dough!! No sauce or cheese could taste just burnt stuff really, really dry .. never again and I used to b a regular customer but now it’s more downhill!! That’s life, I’m Darryn Hinch..Shame Shame shame !!

Avoid at all costs. Phoned large order in, one person took order passed to another person to give the delivery address and never showed up. No answer on phone when trying to see what was happening. Go elsewhere folks and save yourself the inconvenience. I should of checked reviews before ordering, no idea how they still operating like this.

Worst pizza I have ever had. I bought 2 pizzas, 1 small 1 large. The small was adequate but the large was burnt to a crisp. I was very disappointed. I have had pizza from here before and they were ok but this time the large was abysmal. I will never step foot in the shop again. It wasn't even busy so why the pizza got into the burnt state it was I will never know. In hindsight I maybe should have went back to the shop with it.

Ordered food in Nairn on the way back to Elgin the web site says 15 minutes to once ordered! Turn up to Elgin branch and then waited a further 30 minutes after giving name three times….. to then have them looking for the pizza and it wasn’t even made or in the oven. Over a hour with no pizza even made ABSOLUTE JOKE !!!! Out come left with no pizza not wasting any more time with this place. Stay clear if your hungry go somewhere that will actually cook your food doesn’t deserve 1 star pathetic service

Just had my order. Absolutely tasteless. Also chicken strips were cold and like rubber. That’s going to be my last order. £24 . Get a grip that’s a lot of money for garbage. Disappointed

Super frustrating and sad I have to give dominos Elgin a low rating. However after my last 5 orders being late & cool/cold I am at my wits end. I’ve complained off google each time & it’s still awful. Not once has the pizzas been warm upon delivery. Ordered 2 large pizzas tonight, over £30 order and was expected at 8:20. After 9pm it arrives & both pizzas are cold. They are in oven to heat up. Im genuinely disappointed as I worked for a store in glasgow years ago and I don’t know how Elgin have got it so wrong consistently without improving quality.

Opposite the bus station. The pizza is too soft and ingredients are......ok. not really that worth to try.

I have been using pinos for 10 plus years when they were the Napoli, now the prices are crazy expensive. Fewer regular customers must mean less profit. Most things have 3 pound added to them, the quality in Elgin is shocking compared to Lossie. Sorry guy but other takeaways prices have not increased that much. Local customers are going else where.

I paid for pizza delivery and nobody arrived. I called them.They told ,they sort.Not happened. They are rubbers.

This place is not what it was. Portion sizes are almost halved, lacking on the sauce and undercooked at best. After waiting months of not ordering due to failing the last time I ordered I went back to order give them a second chance. The food came, tiny potions almost child size even with the £1 price rise on EVERYTHING, the order was wrong and they forgot the sauce. After calling and them sending out re-delivery of our actual order the chips weren’t even COOKED!!! Like half frozen half raw potato chomp But dripping in sauce, leaking out the bag 🙄.I will be 100% removing the app! And telling everyone I know of our experience to stay clear. I Would advise against ordering unless u want to be ill! 🤮

Domino's in just eat app :):) most stupid things to do in a small town. When u realised will be to let. You can't take off after 6 months because most off your Domino's app customers will be on just eat and you have to pay commission to just eat.Any way for food wise my pizza was wrong. I asked barbecue based and extra chicken in pepperoni but it was with tomato based and no chicken.

Probably the worst dominos pizza experience I’ve had in my life. Not long moved up to Elgin area and between waiting over an hour for delivery first time (pizza wasn’t warmest). Additionally it’s almost impossible to order online as it says not taking orders check back in 30 mins. No one answers the phone. Dominos hq should look into this franchise

I got a large chips cheese and Donna meat. The container was in was a small so I can't imagine what a small is.and the chips where the worst under chips and couldn't eat them and chilli sauce was rotten too. So I paid 10.00 for a wee bit of Donna meat. And my work colleagues food was same standard and was also wasted.

Ordered from here multiple times but the last 3 times i’ve ordered from here my food has been over 1.5 hours late!!! Ordered last night at 5:10pm got here at 7:50pm, when the food came it was freezing cold. I phoned up to complain about how long it was taken and got asked if i wanted a couple of cans sent up to me!!! Such a shame because i used to really like it. Will not be back

Food is great as usual dominos however they seem to take very long to prepare your food at times. They will then mark it as ready to boost their stats but you still have to hang around and wait for your food.

Ordered from here twice now, each time wrong order, ordered 2 kebabs 1 with salad and 1 without and got given 2 bags of chips and a kebab without salad, ordered it at 1:45am and the delivery came at 3:10, phoned too complain about wrong order and got told there was no manager in the building too fix or too help about wrong order and was told too phone back the next day at 4pm they still took my money and I was left hungry, will definitely not be ordering again, I recommend ordering else where as they clearly leave staff that are not trained/authorised too deal with such situations, it sometimes happens but iys happened too us twice now and we've only ordered from there twice, get it sorted, I will be making sure I get a full refund as this Is unacceptable

Cancelled my order after I waited nearly an hour and a half. If literally anywhere else is open for delivery, go there instead and avoid having your time wasted. Shocking service.

TLDR: get an Asda or Pino's pizza instead. If it has to be Domino - do collection only. Awful delivery service. Ordered pizza through the app with a 30 min wait time. 1hr later still no pizza so I phone in and they offer to remake the pizza with another 30 min wait time. 10 mins later my original order turns up luke warm. Tried to tell the driver I had a new order coming but he didn't speak much English and kept handing the pizza to me so I took it. 20 mins later - no sign of my new order and I can't get through to them on the phone. Went to Asda and got a pizza from there instead. I recommend you do the same.

They are working limited hours due to staff shortage but still produced excellent pizza's quickly.

This place should not be able to serve food to the public or so dirty and disgusting and the staff are rude arrogant and have no idea whatsoever of how to deal with food or customers. I am shocked that the people of Elgin think that this is a place they want to give their hard earned money and this is what they deserve. The pizza is so bad I don’t know how anyone would go back and as for the Bursar, most homeless dogs won’t eat that. The staff have no idea how to deal with customers are their complaints which are endless from what I saw. I honestly don’t I’d eternal why people would go back tp a place like this. Disgusting place. Disgusting people.

For some reason the delivery person tonight seems to think she doesn't have to actually bring my order to the door and instead expected me to navigate 4flights of stairs juggling a multitude of boxes without a bag to keep them stable. No other delivery person does this.just plain lazy.not good service.

Normally spot on But food ordered wasnt food arrived Vegetarian? Means no Cheese or Mayonnaise or dairy products No drinks arrived with order And they only wanted to argue when we phoned politely to explain Still the drinks never arrived and no refund

Placed an order for 2 pizzas and was told order would be ready in 15 minutes returned at the said time only to be told that it would be another 10 minutes and once again returned at the time given and ended up waiting for a total of 45 minutes asked for the reason why it took so long only to be told that it had never been placed by the member of staff that took the order and 3 or 4 others were also waiting for orders it would appear that telephone and internet orders were being given priority

Love this pizza always fresh and taste

We came in we can only have halal meat so the friendly staff helped us pick a halal option. It wasn't overpriced and the place was extremely clean and hygenic. The order didn't take too long and when it came it was boxed properly. The food was amazing and not greasy or dry. It was a great pizza would go again and I recommend the Van Gigh pizza which is the one we ordered

Usually excellent - tonight, pizza was dry, cold and burnt. Missing pineapple and kebab poor quality. Ended up throwing half away. Have you changed management!!!

Hadn't considered having to take out a mortgage for a pizza but not too bad as it was the second best pizza I've ever eaten 👍 Definitely be going back.

Ordered Click and Collect. Confused by the pick up hatch. A bunch of ramshackle tables placed behind a heavily postered up door without any directions in, is just not acceptable. If you can see past this and the lacklustre service, the pizza is ok, but nothing special. Too pricey for what it is.

Terrible, the pizza was dry no toppings total waist of money. Had 2 tiny bits of chicken on my bollywood pizza ordered garlic mayo and was missing. Hardy any cheese on the pizza, literally what is the point in advertising as a pizza place? You serve cardboard....

Food is all cooked right in front of you, always fresh, delicious food served every time ! Polite and friendly staff. Nothing is ever too much for them. Only negative I’d give is it’s often really busy so sometimes I have to wait longer, can’t be helped when so many people want their delicious food! 10/10 would recommend

I’m a regular here and every time they get the order spot on, cooked to perfection and always tastes amazing. Pizzas are great value for money and same again, Taste amazing. Quick service and would highly recommended!

Spent £40 on pizzas,got home ,very dry hardly any toppings,garlic bread was just plain bread,one of the worst pizzasvivevhad from Domino's,kids were looking forward to there dinner,most of it thrown away, I have worked for Domino's,in the past,and definitely not up to their standard,will not be going to the Elgin one again

I ordered 5 pizzas at cost of £70 via just eat app from pinos pizza. The order was done and confirmed it was to be delivered at 17.55. At 18.55 I called and they said they had to cancel order as no Bolognese pizza. I said just bring rest of order. They said that'll take one hour to 90 minutes. Guy on phone had appalling attitude. He literally could not care less. I'd advise people to avoid this place

I’ve had a bad experience here before but thought would give them another chance. Well they won’t get another that’s for sure! I wanted food delivered and used their own new app (not just eat). Delivery slot allocated was 20.00-20.15, at 20.30 I called to see where food was to be told it had left premises, I asked why give a slot if couldn’t keep to it? I was given a mouthful by a very rude young guy & told ‘don’t you know we’re in middle of global pandemic’!! By 20.50 I called again, just with that my bell rang with delivery. Pizza had extra topping missing, kebab had no sauce at all & everything was cold, soggy chips in these current times (covid19) this is an opportunity to ‘fill your boots’ with sales, these type of outlets complain business is tough & too much competition. If they were so busy take on another delivery person, I’d imagine taxis are in abundance. By the look of order it had been either sitting waiting delivery or getting a drive around Elgin in taxi!! That aside the mistakes were just not good enough. Bearing in mind producing this food is something they do day in day out, the menu is not exactly vast either. A kebab with no sauce is not really enjoyable either are soggy chips. In addition to all these errors it hasn’t half taken a hike in price, £33 for a load of garbage. I’m done with pinos let’s face it there are plenty other options, epic fail!!

We dined in today, and overall, it was a good experience. The pizza was good, as always. However, they don't offer any plates, utensils or cups. What's the point of offering things like coleslaw or fizzy drink when there's no way to have it in the restaurant?

I worked here for a while to cover gaps in finances and I have to say, having seen the operation as an 'insider' that the whole place is spotless. The staff are very aware of health and hygiene and genuinely respect the customers.

Absolutely disgusted with the way this place treated me. Sent us the wrong order after an hour of waiting, called back to rectify, and they insisted on swapping a pizza over an hour later. The original pizza was charged at £9.50. When I called to ask that we just got our money back they hung up. Awful place.

Ordered a couple of times from here while moving into our house. Admittedly, they missed our order up once but they were so kind about it and offered us a free portion of the incorrect item next time we ordered. Loved the food every time! Would recommend to anyone - especially the chicken bursa.

Standard Domino's but with seating so you can eat in if you want. Not on the high street as Google suggested but down an ally way and in the road behind the high street.

I wasn't sure if the shop was open as it looked abandoned, with the store front covered in weeds... But it was open and the staff were helpful and courteous... I would have given it 5 stars but because of the appearance of the front of the store...

Had the smokey joes pizza. To share. Was one of best pizza had in a long time. So good. And service was great really friendly and a smile.
