Great service and attentive staff

Used to be a great branch of Dominos but is an absolute joke now. Tried to charge me extra for BBQ sauce on the base and said it was an extra topping. When did the sauce become a topping. Got home n the pizza had barely any sauce on it. Basically warmed up dough with some toppings. Was tasteless. They had also been taking orders by phone and online for potato wedges but had ran out and were sending people french fries as a replacement. Spoke to the manager and he was clueless and some young guy had to come over n help him out. Probably the worst I've seen a Dominos running.

Sick of having to call up after almost every delivery as they never seem to get our order right. 9 out of 10 times you get met with staff trying to blame you for their mistakes . Food taste ok when you finally get what you ordered

Not a negative on Airdrie's branch or staff at all. Just dominos as a company is way too expensive for what it is you're getting.

Absolutely gutted heard that you do gluten free pizzas and came in my lunch break to be told that you dont offer gluten free in the lunch size. Had to wait on my colleagues orders. Was not impressed 😭

I ordered pizza and chicken side, which was delivered late & cold, I called the store phoned them and either remake the new pizza or refund my order, but rudely he hung up my call thrice, with rude behaviour then later he said he’s gonna remake the pizza and send it again, but after 25 minutes again he called he can’t send the pizza, with arrogance that there is no issues with the pizza, where the pizza was cold as ice With zero manners of communication the staff or whoever person he called himself store manager Stole my money With cold pizza Unprofessional behaviour Racist I would say

The gluten free pizza was utterly disappointing. £15.99 for a small pizza? Total rip off and not worth it. The overall quality of domino’s has dropped and I won’t be ordering again, as might as well get better for less from other takeaways - this was simply supposed to be a treat. The delivery driver was lovely tho!

Good offer, kept up to speed with order progress via excellent app and all were pleased with the pizzas.

Bloody expensive for what it os

We ordered stuffed crust pizza with garlic bread. Order was ready within 10 min to pick up. It was so tasty that we forgot to take pics.. 😂

With so many other pizza places in airdrie , it never my first choice. Pizzas are OK. Too floury for me and the base just lacks something. Without being too harsh the base is a bit like cardboard. Tried again. No better

They don't do half and half pizzas apparently.

The pizza is amazing but there prices are extremely expensive.

It was disgraceful my pizza came half eaten and jt was freezing cold when it was delivered I recommend pizza hut instead

J.!m Ok of the worse pizza's we have had out of this Domino's it was if they had slapped ñi pî loads of there tomato base yuck and forgot the filling very poor for chicken feast little chicken and cheese utterly gross then the Texas BBQ that was worse once again loads of BBQ SAUCE Slapping on another double yuck 🤮🤮 more like a pepperoni pizza 🍕 with lack of cheese and tasted like a salt fest we would have been better going to Aldi's and getting there £1•99 pizza would have been tastier for sure, definitely not going back to that Domino's pizza for anything.

Prompt deliveries and excellent live order updates. This aspect of their service is 5 stars. The reason for the 3 star review is an overall reflection of price versus quality, and not just for this particular outlet. They're simply too expensive for a slightly-above-average pizza. I've noticed over the years that the toppings have also declined in quality and quantity. I now only order from them if I can find a promotion, such as the frequent BOGOF offer.

Did click and collect while in the car in the car park. Took less than 15mins and the kids loved playing with the Dom tracker guy. Was funny. Pizzas were tasty and hot and fresh.

Waited over an hour and when it finally came, food was cold

Went with the family to eat in as we hadn't been in a long time. Dirty tables and utensils. It was self serve dining where you got all your stuff needed for table, warm tap water was given and the food came in take out containers. We should of just left and taken it home. Pizza wasn't good and we won't be back nor ordering delivery again.

Who doesn't love a good pizza, plenty to choose from ..

Jist got a thin and crispy pizza and was burned not happy £17 and that was including cookies my granddaughter wouldnt even touch it . Leason learned no more Domino pizza in this house .

Always awesome, maybe not the healthiest but never fails to be amazing,.. Great choice and now with vegetarian and vegan choices and also gluten free bases, they're catering for the many now, sizzler with the sun dried tomato and garlic tomato sauce is the ultimate.! Minus the tandoori chicken 😉

To expensive cold when delivered.

Poor pizza, poor service. Don't give them your phone number they send you lots of junk text messages and then charge you over 4 pounds when you stop them getting sent to your phone. Disgusted with there greed. I'll never use them again and I recommend everyone doesn't. Cheers for reading.

Good pizza, good and fast service

I'm not one to leave reviews ...... I ordered franks BBQ wings but I had to order stuff extra for it to be delivered so I did. Delivery was speedy Got my food to find it had no sauce which the whole reason I ordered was specifically for the sauce and the wings. So I calles to get it delivered again at my cost but I was told they were closing..... I asked for them to leave it at the door and I would collect it but they refused and said their store could get shut down.... I thought this was a terrible excuse for wanting to get home and not deal with an annoyed customer. Wasted 16 quid on food that was dry and because there was no sauce.

Came in tonight 24/01/18 have brilliant service from the girl on the till. (She was a 10/10 as well. If the number is still there for "Marc" that collected at 2000 tonight then she should call me). Thanks

If I could give it zero I would. Waited almost 2 hrs before my £28 order arrived. Very very disappointing. To make matters worse manager tried to tell me I hadn’t paid with my card and that I was paying on delivery. Not the service I expect from a company who are supposed to pride themselves on quality and service. Was offered a side order for compensation which I think was an insult Update to last review. Having my last order dealt with, my next order was the other side of the spectrum to the last. Helpful speedy warm and delicious 😋, this is how dominos should be. Well done Dominos Airdrie

Good marketing, good delivery but the pizzas are just as good as Tesco's. Not sure this is worth the price but at least you get a delivery if you are desperate.

Just tried the new 1 in Coatbridge had the Americano med pizza got it as it was bogof was really disappointed defo not worth 15 pound asdas frozen pizza is well nicer for 1 pound will never have a dominos again .

As a regular customer generally don't have any issues with service however tonight was a total joke waited over 2 hours for a delivery only to recieve it cold and disgusting ordered online and when checking the statis after an hour it said it was out for delivery after another 40 mins phoned to ask where it was to be told it was 2 minutes away and they where busy due to black Friday deals low and behold 25 mins later pizza is delivered all I can say is if you can't provide orders in a decent time don't keep accepting people's orders or at least inform them there's a 2 hour wait could have made a 3 course meal in the time it took for tonight's pizza

Who doesn't love Pizza. And a quick service too, just what you'd expect in a fast food outlet.

Ha sido precisamente 1410 minutos ya que soportó nuestro 'pizza'. Nuestra primera impresión fue como entramos por la puerta, nos encontramos con con el disgusto de todo un ejército de personal buscando en nosotros displeasingly. . . No es lo que cabe esperar de una organización de clase. Poco después fue rápidamente claro que nuestra pizza no estaba preparada y debemos esperar 5 minutos. . . Que son buena gente, entendimos y tomó asiento en el banco de metal atractivo. Recibimos nuestra pizza y procedieron a casa en coche, emocionado, lleno de intención, pero se dejaron horrorizados con lo que nos daba como abrimos la caja. A pesar de que pedimos una pizza mitad y mitad simple con el maíz y la pimienta en un lado y una margarita en la otra. . Lo que daba a nosotros. era insoportablemente decepcionante. Con horror todo un gigante verde era más una rebanada. salpicados . El resto de la pizza. . Era insulsa. Para ser sincero, este fin de semana ha arruinado mi. Sinceramente no creo que la gente buena y consejos de Airdrie a seguir yo y "HartyLeven" ya que llevar nuestro negocio a la cabaña! ! !

Pizza had all fallen to one side of the box and was squished together but its going to get squashed where its hoing, but thats besides the point... the boxes are flat so that shouldnt happen. Sometimes i feel like Dominos could do with cooking their food a little bit longer to solidify it more, goes for both the pizzas and their chicken side dishes as the breadcrumb-y coating was very soft and falling off as though slightly undercooked but that might just be my preference to have things well-done... other than that, fast delivery to coatbridge but as I said, maybe cook things a little longer. (I had ordered more than 4 hours in advance)

Ordered a few times now and my orders have either had wrong toppings or half the order is missing. The assistant manager who seemed like a young immature moody teenager was less than helpful when I've called to complain. I've never delt with such an abrupt illmannered "manager" in my life. Will be taking my business back to The Hut!

Another cold delivery and shortchanged too. Dominos Airdrie just seem to fall short far too often. A customer lost, pity. Update - The driver stated he gave me the correct change and I had to call the store to get my £20 back. All over £2, what a joke and poor customer service. Their duty manager tried to offer a freebie before apologising for the insult after being promted! Never been so insulted.

Pizzas are soggy and horrible. The female member of staff on the phone is obnoxious. Will not go back. Would never recommend. Will actively advise everyone to avoid.

Do not eat here! Food poisoning central! And when you phone up to complain they tell you it's your fault that you were sick because you must have "allergies", no apology, no money back....terrible customer service and obviously poor hygiene! Avoid!

Great and fast delivery to Bellshill too!

Pizza was great at buy one get one free, cant beat a deal like that!
