Very cheerful & friendly staff member served me. Pizza was cooked to perfection.

Where can I start. Went in for dinner for me and the kids. I don’t normally do fast food reviews but this is an exception. MSG you need to promote Bharath. I went in to order and he was very informative, very well mannered and an absolute asset to the brand and company. He answered all of my questions and nothing was a bother or hassle. You just can’t buy this kind of service any more. Highly recommend establishment all because the of the staff that serve and produce such high quality. I would of given him 10 stars if I could

I was invited to a job interview here, and when I got there, I was told that the manager was in a meeting and that they would call back to reschedule. They never called back.

I used to order here regularly, used to. It wasn't worth it years ago when it was £15 for a single pizza. Its certainly not worth it now at over £20. Not even with bogof. Picked one up the other day in store and watched a swarthy looking guy flapping raw dough all over his bare forearms, all while sporting a full bushy pube like beard with no beard net. If you enjoy overpriced pizza full of arm and beard hair then this is the place for you.

£30 for cookies, chicken strips which were nice but loaded fries were undercooked and look at the state of this pizza, absolutely shocking just tomato puree everywhere thrown on 🤮 overpriced nonsense 👎👎 Update: Took it back the next day and offered refund or remade got another so will increase rating as better made but deffo not 5* due to that effort

I came into the store looking for the best deal for my son's tenth party we decided a pizza party wloud be best and the person serving us was called Louis she was fantastic helpd me decide the best deal for 5 large pizzas 4 portions of cookies my boys had a blast at there pizza party you could tell the staff working that day really cared about being helpful and kind as both my children have autism so they are very perticular about everything

Shocking behaviour from manger when they mess up our order tell us we have to pay for a new one

One of the better FF services in the town. Never been late and food has always been correct and hot.

Dominos always do really good deals on the app, only thing is.. when they have deals like any size pizza for £8.99 or whatever the deal may be, to have it delivered I need to spend a minimum of £17.99, so really the deals are not worth it especially if ordering for just one person. And then on top of that, the delivery fee. So I end up having to spend £20+ for myself for my dinner if I fancy a dominos and only want a small/medium pizza. 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

Seems to depend on what staff are on. Had an issue with our order and spoke to Louise (a manager I think?) She couldn't have been more helpful and nice over the phone. The order was remade and was perfect - wish this was the branch closest to home now!

Extremely rude staff! Waited 2 hours for my delivery and called the store twice. I then had to go up to the store to collect my pizza. I was given verbal abuse from what I believe to be the manager she refused to give me a name and also refused to help me make a complaint. I will never use this store again! I was not given an apology at all in all if this, I was led to believe this was all my fault the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address.

Domino's pizza, food is always good. Service is none existing. If that's how they treat their walk in customers, I'll take my business to Chillies who do a fine pizza.

I would just like to say how amazing your delivery driver John is (you nickname him the Maverick) He couldn’t get access to my estate by his car due to roadworks so he walked with my order all the way from a few streets away. Thank you for going above and beyond John he is a credit to your team :)

One of the delivery drivers hit my car when delivering food Phone them only to told we deal with it now a week on still no word phone asking for there head office numbers to report it I was told by a manager we don’t have there number what joke of a shop I will be reporting them

Some of the deals are great. Unless you get a deal like two for Tuesday you are paying over the odds for a pizza. This store is relatively small and staff seem friendly enough.

Pizza is always consistent, delicious and plenty of sides to choose from. Garlic Sauce very good though calorific. If you can catch a deal it's decent value for money but paying full price would be madness at £20 a pizza.

Their customer service is horrible. I had a knock on the door and no one was there, just my order sitting outside on the dirty ground. I later realised why, one box was missing from my order. So they dumped the boxes and left so I couldn't confront them about it. I later found out that the guy stupidly left my box on the heat rack in store and was too chicken to say!! I told them this and they said they would get my box sent out, over an hour later and still nothing. I phoned up again and all I got was "oh sorry, there's non left now". So I said I wanted a refund, let's hope I actually get that!!

No different to any other Domino's in the UK, but I do like it.

The staff member on the front desk needs to get a grip. Very cold attitude towards us as we collected our food. Asked for a receipt to which she put it on the desk, so when the wind blew it off on to the floor it was followed by lots of tutting and a look as if this was my fault. Just hand it to me next time.....

We have had a few issues when ordering from Dominos in Cumbernauld before such as - literally no cheese on pizza, once opened box and toppings had all slid off pizza on to box, pizza soggy and breaking a way, really greasy etc.. to name a few.This time we ordered through website and specifically requested and paid for extra cheese to be on both pizzas.Due to the issues had before we called after placing order to ensure extra cheese was put on pizzas as had previously issues before and they assured us that this would be done.We received the pizzas within a normal time and one pizza seemed perfect, the other however looked like it had been flung about where pizza was folded upwards. Pictures included. My partner frustratingly called to complain as there is always something!! They apologised and offered to make a new one and swap the pizza over and will kindly include cookies and put a £25 towards account as an apology - my partner accepted.The pizza and cookies arrived within normal time and we opened the pizza and yet again, although no where near as bad as last time some of the slices were folded up and there was literally hardly any cheese (picture included).No point in calling back up to complain as we already waited long enough, ate dinner separately and the staff clearly don’t care and have disputed a complaint before. The management clearly needs some training as well as the staff on their work!! Better off buying a create your own pizza Asda - you get exactly what you ask for and at the fraction of cost compared to what you pay from this place!!

Its order online then collect or delivered to your door. Took a while to be made and online it said it was ready but got to the door and it wasnt. Took another 10 mins but they threw in a free bottle of juice and free cookies. 10/10 service.

Greasy pizza, store manager was nothing but rude had to call them out on Twitter to finally get an apology and get a refund from head office. Hopefully they will shut this franchise or train the manager to be a decent person.

Ordered two pizzas for me and my friends at the castlecary and the delivery took 1 and a half hours no apology garlic bread as a way of an apology think twice about ordering if you want it fast

Food arrived late , ordered 2 large pizzas and a side and only one pizza arrived . The pizza was not up to a ‘Dominos’ standard . The Texas BBQ pizza was a riot the sauce was tangy which gave me a sense of out of date. Not angry just disappointed.

Phoned a delivery for 2 large pizzas and got for price of 1. Quicker than I intended, great experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend. Contactless delivery.

Ordered pizza tonight with the request that the driver leaves the pizzas on our front door step. (Due to Corona virus scare) Order arrived prompted as ever, driver knocked on our door left the pizzas on the door step ontop of a empty pizza box to save our pizza boxes getting wet and soggy. Never get the order correct, never pay attention on the phone if you’re ringing for delivery. Food is ok but wish they was a better place to get pizza from as the service is a disgrace... Decided to change review as over last few months the service has been excellent. I enjoy their pizza and it’s always delivered hot. I’ve moved review from a 2 star to a 4 since recently can’t fault them for much

Staff were rude to us. Order handed over was wrong and when we called to rectify it. Told too busy to deliver and would be 3 hour wait. Asked for refund...2 weeks later still no refund. Area manager just as rude and no apology. Also staff member witness coughing into dough whilst making pizza.... avoid this one and use bonnybridge or craigmarloch

Ordered pizza for office lunch on line and was told 7-10 minutes to collect. Went to collect and was told would be an hour. Eventually went along road to Pizza Hut and got them a lot quicker. Also I preferred them.

Very chaotic store, pizza was fine but they accidently sent half my order out for delivery so had to wait for a fresh pizza to be made to add to the one sitting under the hot lights for 20 minutes. Far from ideal.

Never get any order correct and literally have the worst customer service around. Whenever they make a mistake they turn it back on you as if it’s your fault they couldn’t get.. your order right, your address right ect

Phoned up to make a delivery and the person who took the call wasn’t listening to what I was ordering, had no confidence in what I ordered being correct when it arrived. Customer service clearly isn’t their number one priority. Having seen other reviews on here it’s clearly not a place you should order from. There’s even reviews of others who had same experience.. won’t order again from here

Kris was the cause for this, I complained to him in store 3 times about getting my order wrong and the screen saying the pizza would be ready 10 minutes before it came. I was hit with abusive language towards myself by this member of staff some which I find quite shocking to even repeat but the light ones were “prick & weirdo” and many others such as transphobic remarks I truly wish this will be looked upon as it has deeply hurt me.

Conduce desde Asda y no está fuera del horno, me dijeron. La chica atendió a dos clientes y luego sin lavarse las manos después de tocar el dinero comenzó con mi pizza. Tuvo que esperar 30 minutos desde el pedido. ¡Terrible servicio al cliente, aunque siento pena por la joven que estaba haciendo todo el trabajo mientras dos hombres mayores se movían sin hacer nada!

Ordered online and never saw my order, phoned up and was told it was with the driver and it would be delivered soon. One hour later still no pizza. Phone up again, tell them my pizza still hasnt arrive, i get put on hold and then hung up on. Pizza never arrived. Ordered online to the Craigmarloch dominos for collection and picked up my pizza within 20 minutes after ordering.

Pedimos una pizza a la sala común de nuestra escuela porque era el último día de clases antes de las vacaciones de Navidad. Ordenamos a las 10: 50 en el descanso para las 12: 25. Dijeron por teléfono que estaba bien y que probablemente estaría allí a las 12:30 ya que estaban ocupados. Salí a las 12: 25 y no estaban allí. Salí de nuevo a las 12: 40 y todavía no estaban allí. Así que les llamamos por teléfono y les dijimos que no estaba allí y dijeron que ni siquiera habían salido de la tienda. Les preguntamos educadamente cuándo estaría aquí y dijeron que pronto llegaría y nos colgaron. A las 12: 50 todavía no estaba allí y nuestro almuerzo terminó pronto, así que los llamamos de nuevo y dijimos que aún no estaba. Nos dijeron que el conductor de reparto había ido a la escuela a las 12: 25 y que no había nadie allí, así que se fueron. Habíamos estado allí todo el tiempo y no había nadie, así que les dijimos eso. La mujer del teléfono nos llamó mentirosos, así que cancelamos el pedido. Así que no teníamos nada para el almuerzo. Es seguro decir que no volveré a ordenar de Dominos. Este es el peor servicio al cliente que he tenido.

Thank you to the wonderful staff at Dominos Cumbernauld who delivered a massive amount of food to our recent party for 30 people. Delivery on time and food was fantastic👍

This place is an utter joke. Pizzas are never cooked properly, dough is 100% not fresh and when forget to put certain toppings on or don't replace them if they run out. I specifically order the Sizzler as I hate the regular pizza sauce. Its a hit or a miss if you actually get the right sauce. If you visit the store the staff look as if they have absolutely zero idea what they are doing. Even when it's dead they still manage to mess up your pizza. Don't even get me started on how they slice it. That's if they even bother to slice it at all.

Pizzas arrived cold and missing toppings. Sometimes they get it right but more often than not there is an issue with the order. Really frustrating considering how expensive the pizzas are :'(

Saturday night. 8pm.Rang to find out where the order was placed 1.5hrs ago.Got told - “it’s a 3hr delivery time. And I don’t appreciate the tone you’re using”.Dominos Cumbernauld, this will be the last time you have to hear a complaint from me”PIZZA HUT HERE I COME.Read the reviews and they are all spot on. Zero management in this store. Everyone sauntering about like headless chickens.

Wrong order every time how does this happen

I received a delivery last night. This photo shows the kickers combo that was sent, no chicken in the box an it seemed it had been previously done

How hard is it to get an order right. Dominos get it wrong every time I order from here. Problem is they don't listen.

Ordered online an hour and a half b4, turned up and it wasn't ready, then we were one pizza short. One guy was running about daft while the rest were shouting and screaming like a bunch of schoolkids. The manager was hiding in the office. I'll not be back. Would have been 1 star but for the one guy doing everyone else's work.

They keep on getting the orders wrong. I have spoken to the manager about it but he couldn't explain why they can never get an order correct.

Phoned in order, went to collect 20minutes later, not ready , 20 minutes later told that they have forgot to put it in, finally got it ONE HOUR after calling in. asked to see manager, he said oops!!!! Never again

I went into store and ordered a large pepperoni pizza to find out 30 minutes later they hadn't started to make it. I was the only person in the store for around 15 to 20 minutes there was not alot of orders on the screen. I was told several times that my order would be a couple of minutes but still continues to wait. It comes to the point that I have waited so long they took a pizza from someone's order to give to me as mine wasn't ready. The pizza that I was given was good but to wait that long when it wasn't busy is not a way to run the franchise.

Absolute rip off , 5 pound for a chocolate pizza smaller than the wedgies box ? Nah so expensive and doesn’t even taste that good , rubbish !! Only good thing is there open for delivery basically 24/7 and their really fast to come , but shite

The last 3 times my order has been wrong. The first no drink arrived, driver said he would bring it and never showed up. The second there was an ingredient missing which isn't a big deal so let it go. The third, the pizza was the wrong pizza entirely. The label even said Texas BBQ but no BBQ sauce or bacon at all. Total shambles the past few months, used to be alright. A shame Pizza Hutt don't deliver cus I'd be jumping ship to them ASAP if they did.

Disgraceful service! We have ordered from dominos many of times using the app & not had many problems a few times had wrong but never have complained. The past couple of times we have ordered both times the order was messed up! First time large pizza half & half rather 6-4 slices so we phoned them up & they apologised said would recieve a free pizza next time they would make note. Next time we placed order over phone there was NO record of this can imagine we were annoyed but we still recieved a free pizza. The time after that the order was yet again wrong one pizza was a vegetarian pizza but that wasnt ordered so yet again phoned up to complain & mentioned the previous time was also wrong! We asked to speak to a manager but told no manger was on premises. Again was told would make a note under our address to have 50% off next order & apologised. When phoned up to place order the next time We were told that the 50% was used but we knew it hadnt as it was the previous order we were told this. Dominos Cumbernauld is a shambles they say there is quality check clearly isnt & they say they will make note of things e.g discount free pizza & there is none. Will NEVER be ordering from them again!! DISGRACE!! Not happy at all!! Wouldnt even of give1 star

Waited two hours for 1 pizza to come absolute disgrace.

I think it must be this placement on the northern hemisphere. I literally just phoned them and got ignored, could hear breathing, was just a patch. Thee most uncomfortable 45 seconds of my life. Pizza probs full of pubes.

Terrible place. In the most recent screw up I had to cancel after 3 hours. I also had to call several times as they gave me various different excuses and hung up on me twice. The staff were rude and arrogant throughout. When I finally got through to a manager he admitted they were updating the order status to make their stats look better. This place was good till the last few months but now it’s a disaster.

Ordered pizza at 7pm, it's now 10:35pm and still nothing. Called up 3 times to complain and they keep giving excuses. Shocking service & won't be ordering again after tonight. Totally off putting. If I hadn't already paid I would have cancelled.

Another poor experience, this time the order hadn't even been processed. Have only gone back as there's nowhere else in Cumbernauld to go. Fed up with the poor service. Under staffed when busy and they can't cope with the volume.

Half the time you call they say "we aren't taking any orders". Other times it takes sooo long the stuff is freezing and conjealed to the box. I keep giving them another chance but they just let me down. Im giving up altogether. Never again.

1st they squeezed large pizza into medium size box. I've ordered 2 large pizzas classic crust. It was a mess. The second one (in a large box) was an egg shaped, thin, full of holes something. A lot of ingredients though.

Always fast nice pizza.but got to get the 2 for 1 deals .bit expensive if you don't .not a bad choice of pizza always hot .staff are nice enough
