Had not ordered anything from Marcantonios for a while as last meal was dissapointing, however what a difference this time, chips cooked to perfection, scampi was a little over done however!

Ordered a delivery 30 mins before the shop closed they took my order and my address etc and I waited and waited and nobody turned up it's now too late to order else where, absolutely disgusted with this and will never use these again ever

chip shop decided to put my order slip in the bin , then I was sent notifications the my order was excepted then on its way and then delivered enjoy my food when I phoned shop was told my order wasn't even excepted

Just eat app said I had a discount and I would only pay £3.91 after discount was taken off they have now taken the discount voucher but charged full price more than triple the amount who do I contact marcantonios or just eat

£9.90 for two cans of Monster Mango Loco and Two Rolls one with a Pizza Crunch and one with a Sausage. In the heat area so I thought they were warm first bite out of both of them stone cauld and honestly just looked reheated and kept alive against it’s will both of them. The wee woman was lovely but honestly I’m avoiding this place and most places now. Canny tell the difference between a native small local business owner of my community and a multi national corporation. Definitely won’t be back; wrong orders as in incorrect pizza topics when picking the pizza off of just eat then ordering it by phone the items did not match and the prices are shocking. Not only are you getting bumped but if you had an allergy yersel wouldn’t be laughing but I am laughing at how Two rolls and two cans of monster £9.90! aye Scotland the Brave and aww that; am no fighting for Britain in WWIII SIMPLY Because of this event.

all off the food i ordered looked and tasted like it was last weeks left overs, i did order a pizza for my partner coming home from a night out, absolutley steaming and he couldnt eat it, The delivery driver was very polite, only decent thing i could say. sorry!

We love this pizza anyway but whoever made it tonight wasn’t stingy with the toppings and it was the best yet! 🙌🏼

The staff are absolutely excellent and friendly and the food is to die for quote literally it is that good every time I go in.

We usually order pizzas (which we prefer to Dominos or Pizza Hut) but went for a couple of sausage suppers and a kebab this time. All the food was fresh, warm and hit the spot. Alert updates from the app aren't great, but the majority of the time, the food comes within the time given at order or earlier.

Just had haggis supper and curry sauce been while but only place order from when can .service quick food was great just treat I needed.thank you

Pizza needed another few mins extra in the oven.. But it was okay.

90% of the chips were inedible, looked like they had been cooked in the same oil for months. Mac n cheese was okay but doubt I will order again.

Pizza was burnt, Chips were overcooked & very chewy & the steak pie crust was rock hard. Given that the order was made only an hour or so after the restaurant opened, the food should have tasted freshly made. Actually tasted more like it was leftovers from last night that had just been reheated. Won’t order from here again anymore, been let down one too many times now.

Food was late when I called they said that the order left a while ago. About 10 minutes later the order turned up it was freezing cold and very poor quality it couldn’t be eaten. Very disappointed

Pizza was excellent but chips... The chips were a disgrace all black small and full of grease. Any self respecting CHIP SHOP would never send chips like these.

Once again..... beyond perfection. Moving back home to Caithness on the 9th October, and I am going to MISS your pizza SO much! No other fresh dough pizza can match Marcantonios! Excited to be returning home to the highlands, but not so thrilled at not being able to have Marcantonios pizza any more! I have few regrets, but this is one of them! Where I'm going, there's not even the Just-Eat service!

Put a request in for salt and vinegar on everything and never got it on anything other than that food was bang on , only advice to pass on is to read the comments requested with the delivery note to make it 10/10 customer experience

When food arrived driver asked for cash. I advised I'd paid online and he said no cash no find and left with it. I called the restaurant who were initially rude. Driver then returned with food. By thus time it was freezing cold and inedible. Chips were undercooked and hard in places. Garlic bread was solid and couldn't even bite into it.

Long time customer, all the usual stuff was fine but the onion rings were horrible.

Ordered mac n cheese and pasta was over cooked which was a shame as the cheese sauce was nice. also ordered Garlic bread, the star of the show though was the fritters absolutley delicious. wish you could request salt and vinegar when ordering though. thanks

Fresh and delicious as always! Slight hiccup with wrong pizza topping, ,but after a quick call, the restaurant sent down another fresh pizza with the correct toppings! Marcantonio's have always went over and above the call of duty to accommodate any requests on the /note/ attached to the order. Thank you all, again!

Chips rotten ate about six like reheats haggis tasteless usually good maltesers small packet £1.20 to much didn't like to ight poor quality

Perfection usually cannot be reached, but Marcantonio's is one of the exceptions to that rule! Perfection every time! Food was piping hot and fresh. First time trying a chipsteak. It was lovely, and will definitely have it again. Adore the soft whip ice cream too! Though I do prefer the Cornelle brand. Lovely delivery lady, must have me on her sat-nav-speed-dial now lol! Nearly 2 and a half hours late, absolute joke. Food was stone cold when it came.

Phoned a delivery at 5:15pm, food wasn’t delivered until 7:30pm. I called a couple of times to double check on the order, staff member was polite and advised that they were very busy. Food was nice.

Ordered at 5.26 waited until 7.05 then order came and the pizza was missing. The driver went back to the restaurant for the pizza and I didn’t receive it until 7.40 and was cold

Food took forever to appear then they forgot the drinks ... delivery driver was very pleasant.... but never again will a order from hear

Food was over an hour late and arrived 2 hours and 15 minutes after placing an order. When it did arrive it was stone cold. Delivery guy was nice about it, but I’m still a score down for a right snide pizza and chips. I’ve not used Marcantonio’s for a few years, doubt I’ll use them again now. Shame, used to be a good shop too.

Food is always delicious and never usually have to wait long for it to be delivered. Everything tastes fresh and full of flavour.

The food was very cold when it was delivered. Both pizzas where cold, very hard and dry. The pizza's seemed like as if they hat been sitting for a long time after they where made. The chips where cold and hard and the fritters where cold. This food was terrible, especially as the whole order cost over £30. We where shocked, because the food from this chip shop is usually fantastic. Not happy with this at all.
