I ordered 2 small pizzas which took 2 hours to be delivered, the quality of the food was very poor and food had to be reheated. I order from this restaurant regularly but won’t be back after refusal to refund money.

The delivery driver was great but the food was terrible. For what I ordered I got a lump of boiled spaghetti with cheese on top . If I wanted that I'd I could have made it. Could you please refund that part of my order please. You can't do that

Brilliant delivery, only one complaint was that the doner meat was cold which was disappointing.

Original delivery time was between 7pm and 7:15pm, when it hadn't arrived by 7:25pm I phoned them and they couldn't have been ruder. Delivery time was readjusted to 7:50pm, when the food arrived it was cold. Absolutely terrible all round.

look warm. I called the shop to see where it was and they said it was ready n sitting at 6.45 and didn't cone till after 7.30

Sorry to say I won’t order from marcantonio again. Special fish supper- fish was dry and tasteless, definitely not haddock. Sausage supper- sausage was tasty but in both cases chips were cold, dry and obviously reheats. Very disappointing.

Didn’t get my order as I had ordered it for collection and couldn’t collect and they wouldn’t change it to delivery. Just checked there and it’s saying collected, not by me it wasn’t, so someone has got a meal at my expense as I couldn’t cancel the order and the staff member on the phone was not very helpful

food still not turned up. ordered 2 hours ago. been saying out for delivery for 20 minutes! I live 2 minutes drive from the shop! ridiculous. won't be ordering again and just eat are no help either

Called to check where my delivery was got told the driver had it for over half an hour no surprise food came was beyond cold called the shop got told they were too busy and to try claim a refund on just eat unacceptable

Worst yet from here. Over 45mins late even including the revised time. Food turned up and was stone cold and ended up having to reheat it all which is totally pointless.

Over an hour after the courier on the way message and 45 minutes after delivery message . almost 30 minutes after phoning to verify whereabouts, and then arrived cold

Order says delivered on the app when it wasn't I called the place they were rude say ng take it up with just eat etc. When food got here the chips were really bad horrid taste from pizza crunch and sasuge. Won't be ordering again.

Greasy burnt and kebab meat cold

£9 for a pitta with warm donner meat and a bit lettuce and tomato/cucumber. This was meant to large too.

Ordered a large doner and chips and my god it's huge. Enough for two people easily and only £7. I've spent £10 for less in other places.

The quality of the food was disappointing. Some of it was overcooked other items in the munchie box were cold.

Food was frozen inside straight out a freezer staff obviously not trained in food hygiene as anyone knows you have to prob for temperature

My food was cold and when I raise this with just-eat they advise I raised the claim before it was delivered which is utter nonsense. They’ve refused a refund for items that were cold! I never complain but this it’s not how you treat customers and I’ll be spreading this about. Unfortunately

Asked for a kebab meat pizza and there is barely any sauce on there, all they've done is put the smallest dash of cheese on, and then decided to just throw a load of kebab meat on the top of it, not only was it worst looking pizza I've had for a long time but it was really dry

Worse chippy I've ever had. Ordered a fish supper a sausage supper and a kids box. Both suppers were dry rubbery and luke warm, I should have checked the reviews first. Seemed like the food had been sitting in the hot area for a full day (no joke). It's put me off having another chippy again for a while

order was due between 7.50 and 8.10 its now 8.25 and still not here but showing on app as been delivered. telephoned shop to find its just leaving the shop the now. been waiting over 1 1/2 hours for a pizza

We hadn’t been to Marcantonio’s chippy for a while, the last time was over a year ago and the meal was very good, however today was a different meal altogether! We bought two fish (haddock) suppers and a sausage for the daughter, unfortunately the sausage had a little bit of blue plastic cooked in it ( packaging by the looks of it) so that automatically puts the daughter off ! On to the fish ! Not impressed at all, large fish but tasteless and very greasy, chips where even pretty bad, not sue what has happened to this nice little chip shop but definitely went down hill since our last visit, we won’t be back, we don’t mind paying the little extra for a quality chippy but this is not quality by a long shot, really disappointed as we use to enjoy a meal from Maracantonio’s , maybe just the day of the week (Thursday) but nope !

Returning after a year thought this chippie would have improved. Charged £9.80 for a fish supper. Waited 10 minutes for chips to be made. They are having a laugh as the chips I got were crispy and looked as if they had been lying for a week. Person needs a lesson in how to fry chips. Fish was taken out of the heater but was stone cold. Think they should check that the heater is working

Just eat app said I had a discount and I would only pay £3.91 after discount was taken off they have now taken the discount voucher but charged full price more than triple the amount who do I contact marcantonios or just eat

£9.90 for two cans of Monster Mango Loco and Two Rolls one with a Pizza Crunch and one with a Sausage. In the heat area so I thought they were warm first bite out of both of them stone cauld and honestly just looked reheated and kept alive against it’s will both of them. The wee woman was lovely but honestly I’m avoiding this place and most places now. Canny tell the difference between a native small local business owner of my community and a multi national corporation. Definitely won’t be back; wrong orders as in incorrect pizza topics when picking the pizza off of just eat then ordering it by phone the items did not match and the prices are shocking. Not only are you getting bumped but if you had an allergy yersel wouldn’t be laughing but I am laughing at how Two rolls and two cans of monster £9.90! aye Scotland the Brave and aww that; am no fighting for Britain in WWIII SIMPLY Because of this event.

all off the food i ordered looked and tasted like it was last weeks left overs, i did order a pizza for my partner coming home from a night out, absolutley steaming and he couldnt eat it, The delivery driver was very polite, only decent thing i could say. sorry!

We usually order pizzas (which we prefer to Dominos or Pizza Hut) but went for a couple of sausage suppers and a kebab this time. All the food was fresh, warm and hit the spot. Alert updates from the app aren't great, but the majority of the time, the food comes within the time given at order or earlier.

Pizza was burnt, Chips were overcooked & very chewy & the steak pie crust was rock hard. Given that the order was made only an hour or so after the restaurant opened, the food should have tasted freshly made. Actually tasted more like it was leftovers from last night that had just been reheated. Won’t order from here again anymore, been let down one too many times now.

Pizza was excellent but chips... The chips were a disgrace all black small and full of grease. Any self respecting CHIP SHOP would never send chips like these.

Once again..... beyond perfection. Moving back home to Caithness on the 9th October, and I am going to MISS your pizza SO much! No other fresh dough pizza can match Marcantonios! Excited to be returning home to the highlands, but not so thrilled at not being able to have Marcantonios pizza any more! I have few regrets, but this is one of them! Where I'm going, there's not even the Just-Eat service!
