Terrible customer service absolute joke!!

I always order from Istanbul kebab thanks.

I was delivered a box with 2 slice of pizza at 12.30 at night and when i tried to call they were shut and when i called the shop the next day i was told they werent dealing with it and they dont keep a record of just eat orders (to see my original order) and to call back another day for someone else to deal with it cos they are busy i said this terrible customer service and not normal protocol and the guy said well it didnt happen on my shift so i know nothing about it, i tried to explain tha

To much salt on chips I had said no salt Scott don't take salt vinegar on chips

my boy enjoyed his pizza 🍕 and chips . the burger was disappointing as it was a double cheeseburger and yet only had cheese on the top bun .the roll was also hard 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Excellent range and quality of food from Istanbul, and always speedy delivery. However, on more than one occasion we have had an item delivered that was mistakenly prepared with cheese. Even if it was just a small amount of cheese, we have people who can't eat cheese in our house, so this has spoiled their meal and been disappointing for them.

Waited over 2 hours for our food. Usually enjoy food from here but service was absolutely shocking

Hot food quality was great as always but the cheesecakes were still frozen and small portions.

I love the food from here but the portions are getting smaller and smaller 6.50 for a kebab that’s not even quarter full c’mon! The food is lovely but the portions aren’t great sorry

Order came pizza was missing munchie box was cold only had 2 onion rings called the shop to say pizza was missing the driver brought the pizza that he was sent out with on the delivery it was cold driver was rude when I asked for a fresh pizza told me to call the shop which I did they however sent a fresh pizza food was ok however could have been a lot hotter and shop could offer a gesture of good will for the inconvenience won’t be back due to the unsatisfactory delivery

food was ready within 5ins of ordering. seemed a little to quick tbh. chiken in the korma was scan't and a bit dry although the sauce was lovely it was a bit over priced . most of the items were a bit pricey tbh but no real complaints about taste just quantity.

Really disappointed ive spent £140 with this place (we loved the food ) on just eat here in last 10 months....£15 + they have never called me b4 delivery,,,,,,today i made a £10 order and they called twive with one ring which 1 managed to answer which was hung up immediatly.........suppose my £10 was'nt enough to care about

Always order a curry from here, never disappointed, the Royal Poorie is amazing.

Always fast delivery food nice and hot.Please put more Kebab meat and chips in the box.Always need to buy extra portions as not enough in box for sharing.

Pizza box was soggy and falling apart at bottom, pizza was soggy itself. Usually good quality from here, disappointed in latest order though.

Ordered a pizza. Cheese was not cooked properly and it was rock solid. Had to reheat for another 20 min.

I am totally disgusted I paid for my order last night through my account as u can see. When the driver brought the order he insisted I had to pay cash so I have now paid for the order twice and I want my money back.

Stone cold with a lot of missing items, staff dismissive of issue. Submitted refund request to just eat. Place has severely went down hill.

Kebab was good but very light on quantity of meat. Hardly any donner on the kebab and the tikka pieces were extremely small. This is not the standard but it was very disappointing. Especially since it cost nearly £20.

Absolutely fantastic. Kebab meat is never too dry weather it be a kebab, pizza or calzone. Curries also absolutely brilliant. Very tasty. Delivery is always on time as well. It’s our go to take away shop. Please keep up the good work.

Very tasty mixed tikka kebab and mixed pakorra, my only complaint was missing some sauce but the taste more than made up for that. I will be ordering again.

This was 40 mins late past the delivery time and cold! Called the restaurant when it was 15 mins late, told it was on the way...then called back when 30 mins late to be told it was just leaving, it arrived 10 mins later cold!

munchy box comes with nan. when i ordered it was free nan bread but they never gave me the free extra nan that was part of just eat offer even though it was on receipt box was ok rice wasnt good value

Food was on time but all the food was very cold I have had lots of orders in the past and Ever time it has been good .this is the first time I have been unhappy with the food .

Orders are starting to go down hill, normally get a large meal as it would feed 2, this time u we’re lucky it fed 1 and threw together, last order was missing items but let it slide as it was only popadoms

This place is just getting beyond a joke, no matter what option u pick u never get salad on the burgers, been ordering from here for years and the last few times the burger box has been getting worse and worse, u ask for salad and never ever get it, last night u couldnt see the burger for mayo to the point i think the mayo burst on it and i wasnt able to eat it, no onion rings, garlic bread was burnt, hardly any chips and the kebab meat was like shrapnel, price goes up and quality goes down. Sad

One simple instruction. Let me know when on way I’m around the back of house. Instead no contact and food was left at door. Had to call 20 mins after it was left to find this out. Freezing food & sauce missing. Customer service was terrible. Apparently called me but no calls or missed calls, Keep your eye on TikTok folks will be on your takeaway fails soon.

Food was Lukewarm. Quantity of meat on kebab less than normal.

No cheese on my kebab they never read the order correctly.

Kebab is very good tonight and chips or soo good everything looks so fresh and no grease.

Kebab meat in Munchie box still a little sparse.Veg Pakora was to crispy,chicken kebab tasted unusually rubbery.Nan bread best I have ever tasted not burnt for a change.May have to try another takeaway as quality of food not what it used to be which is a shame..

Ordered the "Large" Mixed tikka kebab which says on the menu comes with a nan bread but it was actually a pita which was disappointing as I specifically checked the description to make sure I was ordering nan. Also, the kebab meat and lamb were so over cooked and shrivelled up they barely tasted of anything. Chicken was nice.

I highly recommend steering clear of this place. The food is utterly unappetising, and the service is even worse. You'll find yourself paying for food and drinks, only to discover that items are consistently missing. It's a truly dreadful experience.

This kebab wss extremely dry..... only a couple bits of meat asked for 3 skewers. My.partner wss sock the next morning after eating. Can we be compensate in any way pls as this was very disappointing thanks

Has this been took over by new people? This is the past 3 times I have had something to eat from here & the kebab meat has been rubber , I asked for only no tomatoes a little onion they literally gave me onion no other salad, I think the chips were also reheated , really didn’t want to leave a review but I won’t be eating from here again

Love this place. But item was missing from order. Called the team, they sorted it ASAP. Although my dinner was a bit late, food was amazing. We'll worth the wait. Saturday night, mistake can happen. The restaurant would have been really busy, all great places have the odd mistake. But let's be honest they are busy for a reason. Foods second to none. 👍

Pizza was delicious, delivered hot and on time.

Quality of food has went massively downhill in the last few months. Tonight chips weren’t cooked through properly and veg pakora solid in the middle. Cheap cheese on the chips that barely melted properly. Pakora sauce pretty watery and burnt nan bread.

Early delivery of my order, thoroughly enjoyed it and will be ordering from here again.

Ordered mixed donner king Nan kebab and food was fine but hardly any chicken donner, also New York cheesecake was frozen

The food was cold and missing items ! After I placed a order they delivered in 10 minutes… how is possible to prepare fresh food in 5 minutes? I’m very disappointed with this restaurant!

The chicken tikka calzone was FAB.

2 orders down and freezing cold. Rude when calling to complain will not be using them again!!!!! Apparently freshly made and sent straight away but waited 45mins !!!! Pathetic excuse of a take away! Avoid by all costs!!

Part of order was missing - Partner called the Shop to be told can deliver missing item in up to an hour . Male had bad attitude , when we asked if could be any quicker . Spent £35 on meal ...his attitude was he doesn't care as takes in thousands of £'s in orders. Well he won't be getting anymore money from me ! Used to enjoy your food but your horrible attitude has left a bad taste for sure.
