The chicken was a bit dry and chewy this time. Disappointed, it's usually fantastic.

durum wasn't really worth price nice though but I've had it before with peppers onions and much more meat.

Kebab was lovely so where the chips but the pakora was a bit over cooked apart from that spot on👌🏻

My order never arrived. I think the driver went to the wrong street quite possibly the one infront of my street as this happens often. when I called the restaurant they were very rude to me although I remained polite and calm. They blamed me for not receiving my order saying they knocked the door several times. I have dogs who are highly reactive and would of alerted me immediately if someone was knocking at my door. The just eat app had my old mobile number.

Have ordered from this restaurant on numerous occasions. Ordered and it never arrived called and explained and was told someone answered my door and refused to pay it. No one came to my door i was home alone? person whom i spoke was very dismissive and rude. I have spent a great deal ordering from here in the past but never again no customer value at all!!

Last nights feast was amazing! Delivered like an hour early and was piping hot!! Tried the Egyptian pizza and it was really delicious, would highly recommend! Had family over and I wanted them to try the Egyptian kebab, which they thoroughly enjoyed and we decided to get the pizza too…excellent choice, everything went down a treat! I used to be regular customer. Chicken schwarma was to kill for. This time my schwarma was half of normal size, freezing cold, with mostly salad and barely any meat in it. New guy who served me must pull the quick one on me this time. It's a shame as you guys were one of the best in Wishaw.

always our first pick for food in our area. disappointed last night. donner meat was hard, chicken donner was hard and pakora was poor. maybe because it was late but did not enjoy it at all, seems like it was anything that was lying for a while was thrown into the box. Naan bread overcooked as well. If this was the case price should have been reduced. 😒

Ordered plenty times before and food has been quick and good. Ordered this time, apparently a driver left my food “outside”. I got a phone call from the store asking if I had received my food. I said no, he said the driver left it outside. I assumed he meant the driver was outside with the food. Apparently not. The driver had LEFT the food outside and by the time I went out it was gone. How can food just be left outside when there’s a PIN code to confirm delivery?

I was sent the completely wrong order and I would like a refund,

nearlyb8 quid for chips, cheese and donner meat. hardly any cheese and the kebab meat was obviously from the night before. dried out and shrivelled up, disgusting place has gone downhill big time in last year. wont be getting from here again.

Pizza was cold when it got delivered

We’ve ordered from Istanbul Kebab multiple times, but tonight was such a disappointment. Bbq chicken 3 skewers, was a sad looking box with few dry chicken pieces on a pita bread and no salad or any veg. We’ve had it before and absolutely loved it, so it was a huge disappointment that ruined our night. The rest of the order was ok… I phoned the store to ask what went wrong and was told we got what we paid for. Sad to say that we’ll not be back.

Always get excellent food and fast service from these folks. Only time I don't order from them, is when I want Chinese. ;)

Awful food worst i have had from here in years

Early delivery and food was piping hot when it arrived. The chicken and onion rice is absolutely delicious, I’ve had it a few times and it gets better every time! I ordered 2 portions, one for dinner tonight and the other for lunch tomorrow. Smashing! Thank you 🙏

Pakora was poor and the salad that came with was not fresh. The chips were cold and there was only 3 popadoms instead of 4 and they were also not fresh as they were soft. And the extremely small tub of spiced onions was half full. Waste of money. Won’t order here again.

lovely as always. however i would suggest putting sauces for burgers in a tub. my box was swimming with chilli sauce, the bun was drenched and i couldnt pick it up. other than that. very tasty

Asked for special burger to be given a cheeseburger called shop straight away to be told sending donner meat and sauce 20 mins later no meat or sauce so called again now my burger has went cold and chips freezing to be told to give driver back burger and will send another so driver appeared with donner meat and sauce so I had donner meat with garlic sauce as a meal no burger was frozen and don’t do reheats 🤷‍♀️

Quick and easy, great food and quick delivery

Kabab meat was dry on mine and swinging in sauce in the other 1 so order went in bin that's a few times I got stuff and went in bin

I love Istanbul it's one of my go to places but the order last night was all wrong i ordered a chicken seekh kebab 2 skewers and i got some bits of chicken in a pita bread, the other chicken tikka kebab i ordered there was no sauce with it and was super dry really disappointed with it.

I was delivered a box with 2 slice of pizza at 12.30 at night and when i tried to call they were shut and when i called the shop the next day i was told they werent dealing with it and they dont keep a record of just eat orders (to see my original order) and to call back another day for someone else to deal with it cos they are busy i said this terrible customer service and not normal protocol and the guy said well it didnt happen on my shift so i know nothing about it, i tried to explain tha

To much salt on chips I had said no salt Scott don't take salt vinegar on chips

my boy enjoyed his pizza 🍕 and chips . the burger was disappointing as it was a double cheeseburger and yet only had cheese on the top bun .the roll was also hard 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Excellent range and quality of food from Istanbul, and always speedy delivery. However, on more than one occasion we have had an item delivered that was mistakenly prepared with cheese. Even if it was just a small amount of cheese, we have people who can't eat cheese in our house, so this has spoiled their meal and been disappointing for them.

Waited over 2 hours for our food. Usually enjoy food from here but service was absolutely shocking

Hot food quality was great as always but the cheesecakes were still frozen and small portions.
