Chilli Hut in North Lanarkshire

I usually buy from hear quite a bit , but tonight's 16" donor pizza was the worst by far , we paid for extra cheese and if it had been applied they wouldn't have burnt the little donnor they put on it , £25 for pizza and chips and the pizza was poor , it's out me right off this place, think it only had about 3 strips into bits put on the whole pizza, poor show chilli hut

Food poisoning and partner is pregnant. Will definitely won’t be back. Donner kebab solid along with the bread. Could have put a window in with it.

The food was ok just freezing cold by the time I got it! Pizza box was soggy! Delivery driver phoned me to come out the house in the pouring rain to get my food.

Really disappointed tonight, the curry was bland and tasteless. it wasn't the normal red colour and was quite runny. It's never been like this before. This is our go to place but unfortunately after tonight we won't be back

absolutely love this place, great food great value for money.. iv never had any issues with food its always been of high standard. highly recommend there kalzones the portion size is vastly superior to anywhere else I've tried and wouldn't consider ordering from anywhere else, tried a large range on the menu from burgers to pizza's and always been very satisfied with every order I have had.. in a nutshell the place is spot on and my number one go to place .

Driver left food on the door step, didn’t hear a knock and went out the door and found the food box lying cold

I asked for no corriander and unfortunately it was filled with it...usually my order is perfect but tonight I wasn't satisfied when I got to my calzone and had to chuck it.

I ordered a mixed hoagie and he gave me a donner hoagie and when I phoned to say my order is wrong he said no it wasn't and that I said a Donner hoagie and wouldnt send me a mixed hoagie unless I paid more money so whoever works there that handled my phone call tonight is a cheeky horrible person he was calling me a lot of things on the phone so I would 100% never recommend this place think the guy needs to watch how he talks to people. AVOID!!!

I used to use this takeaway all the time and decided to give it a go again. But when the order arrived there was no nan bread and some of the food was cold. Also the chips were terrible and hard. So won’t be going back

I’m a long terms customer of chilli hut and not had any issues. Tonight I ordered a curry and only received a naan despite the fact just eats website and app state the curry comes with both naan and rice. I have also had both with the meal in the past but when I called was told it comes with either/or. If that’s now the case just eat needs updated as it’s misleading to customers

I didn’t enjoy the food as the pizza wasn’t cooked properly and tasted a bit off , the chips and cheese also tasted very weird they were also all stuck together and was very hard to even eat

Although delivery was late the delivery man was respectful. The sauce in the bag burst but it was still good.

Food was 20 mins late - order was updated on app as “delivered” I called restaurant to say it wasn’t as maybe they delivered to wrong house and they said it was just being prepared (1hr15 after order was placed) I called 15 mins later and shouted at down the phone, “yeah yeah yeah you’re order is coming ok 1 minute” and hung up on.

Meal was delicious and loads of it. Was delivered in great time by a friendly driver. Would highly recommend. I'll be using it regularly. Thanks guys

Lovely but 0 lamb in my Egyptian kebab

Would give no or minus star if possible based on ...I was just shouted at by someone at the shop when I called to tell them they had delivered a wrong order. I put my phone on speaker so my husband could hear the man. I ordered a hoagie and had a half and half chicken tikka meal delivered instead. I explained that I still had my scoffabbles order that I could prove what I ordered but got told I was wrong. Eventually I was told to pack up the tikka meal (guessing to pass on to someone else) and they would send me my original order. Still no apology. When a different driver from normal arrived he said to my husband his colleague Ali was not shouting and just was warm and tired as had been working since 3pm. This is the 3rd time in a row that orders have either been late or wrong. We've been loyal customers for years of this shop but this is ridiculous. Shouting at customers did not put any faith in me wondering what had happened to my order after it eventually got delivered put me off. If the owner would like to verify this review then please say so and I'll happily speak to them.

Great food and fantastic portions .can’t fault this wee place as I’ve never had a bad meal yet .The food always arrives early or on time ,always piping hot and tasty and the full family enjoy the meals everytime .Drivers are always clean and very pleasant .Keep up the good work guys 😁

It seems a munchie box is now basically a box of chips, 5 strands of donner meat, 1 onion ring, 2 chicken & veg pakora and a nan. Used to be more of the good stuff than the cheap stuff

Terrible half the order was missing. I called the shop and told them my collection order had half the meal missing. As I was already home, I asked if they could deliver the rest and was told no because there was only one driver, and even if they did deliver it, i would have to pay delivery fee. That wasn't my mistake. I was told that the next time i ordered, they would put it in then. What good would it be in the next delivery? You will gladly take people's money but won't rectify your mistake that night. Disappointed

AVOID. Honest Coming from from their fellow brother.. rude, and lack of communication put to aside, health and safely are not their protocol/ priority, be wary when ordering

Kebabs aren’t nice at all. Salad barley had any other veggies and mostly all grated cabbage. Best kebabs are in hot chillies in Coatbridge. I’ve not enjoyed any takeaways since moving here. Kebab meat is dry.

Food was perfect as always. Very reliable take away. Most take aways have off nights where the food is a let down but it's always excellent here. Highly recommended!
