Domino's Pizza in Stirling

Had gone to Dominos with a couple of friends to take advantage of the £5 voucher but truth be told,it doesnt work at all and the manager,Sukh too has no clue on how to help the customers. The pizza ordered - Texas BBQ was terrible as the pizza was not cooked in the oven properly. Appalled at the falling standards of this brand.

I order regular however the quality of pizza depends on who’s working , if the polish woman , Allan or the Chinese boy is on you get a good quality pizza , if it’s the Arab manager or other staff usually the pizzas are dry hardly any sauce and bare minimum cheese and if you say anything it’s like an interigation before they will give you another pizza , no parking which is a nightmare as I collect due to the crazy delivery prices , 11.99 to collect but over 23 pounds for a delivery so a 11 pound delivery charge added on , complete rip off so always collect if they sorted there delivery prices down to about 15 pounds I would just have it delivered but more chance of pigs flying

Conforms to what we expect from a Domino's, nothing more, nothing less The person who took the order was friendly and the wait was OK for 2 pizzas It helps out well!

Ordered the smallest pizza wt a drink for 15.03 to collect they showed its ready and i waited 25 mins there to collect while they were on the phone.will never ever be back

The place is small, pleasant and tidy. The staff is friendly. The pizza is very tasty in relation to the prices. The only nuance is the lack of a toilet or a place where you can wash your hands, and the lack of napkins.

Ordered 2 mediums and they upgraded one to a large complimentary! Really nice touch,thank you guys keep up the good work :)

Delicious pizza but don't use the collect option if you drive - literally nowhere to park nearby just sent round and round one way systems until the food is cold.

Been ordering here for years now. and while personally when you go on their FB page for stirling many seem to have a bad experience or multiple. And while ive personally not had one issue besides one time in which it took well over an hour for delivery i justify that because i ordered at 1 in the morning. Pizza is always piping hot tho when it arrives. But as many have stated.. Pizzas are quite expensive to be having multiple times throughout the week.

Completely ridiculous outlet operation.. - Won't honour the lunchtime menu specials. Very rude and unfriendly attitude. Basically take it or leave it as far as they're concerned.!! With the comment we set our own prices.!! Can't and won't recommendation this outlet to anyone..

Pizza was amazing and impressive staff!!

My Russian friend called up to ask about a pepperoni pizza and they hung up. I continued to call and they finally answered, when questioned there excuse was " there's lots of prank calls and we hang up " I called them racist. Absolutely disgusting

Our food arrived in good time and was hot and fresh. Our driver was a cheerful star and thank you to him! The only follow up is asking for a tip for the driver - but, Domino's charge for delivery, plus we had one item short in our Chickn'Mix box so I would have liked to add our delivery charge plus the 90p for the missing piece of chicken as a tip for the driver. ... But there is no feedback. And the chicken wings are becoming ever smaller.

The dog would not even eat it. Stay away from here over priced cheap topping pizza. Customer service is none existent.

It's a domino's so pizza is average at best but getting 1 star for poor customer service, had an order cancelled as they were understaffed. Which fine, with everything happening just now I can understand. Was told I'd get a refund in 4 days, this was over 2 weeks ago and several emails later and still nothing. The corporate customer service team is absolutely useless, I've had to explain the situation in full 4 times and still no result, have better results banging my head against a wall. Half expecting a response to this saying to contact our customer service team. I would say to avoid but let's face it the only reason you are visiting this page is your half cut and just wanting a scran and domino's is the only place open. But if they do cancel your order make sure they send you an email confirming the cancellation or you'll have absolutely no chance of getting your money back. If I could rate this store lower I would. Edit. Eventually got the money back after 6 weeks of chasing them up. Wasn't expecting free pizza or anything but an apology at least would have been nice

Entered the store, 6 staff members on view making pizzas, no acknowledgement whatsoever for 5 minutes until another staff member appeared and asked if I had placed an order. Poor customer service

Normally decent service and pizza, but tonight was very disappointing. Waited 1hour 15 mins for delivery. The website said out for delivery so expected pretty quick, but when it arrived 25 mins later we realised it had travelled all around Stirling, so ended up cold and inedible. Poor service tonight.

Ordered a delivery to my campsite, the driver couldn't get through to my phone but waited patiently. Absolute Gent. Good pizza too

Called the pace as app was down. Ordered tandoori chicken without mushroom as we are elegiac so popped for extra jalapeños. Could not eat the pizza, couldn’t pick them off either. So disappointed as this has never happened before. Tried to call the restaurant but no answer. Absolutely fuming. Waste of mov Money unless I get a refund or same meal ordered correctly I will make this will boy cos it!!!!!!!

I made an order tonight for £30 and the money was taken from my account straight away. I left it about 20 minutes and thought something was weird as I did not receive an email... so when I checked my bank again the payment was pending and then I checked the domino's website and nothing, absolutely nothing! In fact the order was still in the basket. I phoned to speak to someone who did not have a clue what was going on, told me my money would bounce back and I would receive it back in ten minutes. Phoned my bank who said it would take 4 working days. I was then told they could not reverse or cancel the payment as it was no longer pending!! So I made a £30 order with absolutely nothing to show for it. Called back and spoke to another girl who was not sympathetic in the slightest... told me I had to wait until after midnight? So I called my bank again who said they need to escalate this further. Absolutely disgusting service and I am raging that you did not have the decency to offer me a resolution! No discount, no order and no refund? SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!!!!! I will be reporting you.

We ordered carryout online and our thin crust was 🔥 burnt to a crisp!!! This is the 2nd time we have received a burnt pizza from the battle Bridge location!! Its ridiculous that a manager would allow food to go out the door like this!!

Have used Domino's in Stirling in a few occasions, usually it's a lunch time delivery to my place of work. The deliveries are always usually pretty quick and the service from the drivers pleasant. The distance from Domino's to my work isn't that far away so it's usually pretty hot when it arrives. I would say it can be pretty pricey for pizza, so we only usually order when there is some sort of deal on.

Llegamos a Stirling muy tarde y con la mayoría de los sitios cerrados. El local es pequeño, con apenas 4 sillas para sentarse, pero pudimos cenar. Las pizzas estaban buenas y las cookies de postre recién hechas y calentitas especialmente buenas.

Comida rápida para un apuro y poco más. Llegamos muy tarde a Stirling, con todos los restaurantes cerrados. Lo único destacable, aparte del horario, son sus galletas con pepitas de chocolate

Why? Why so expensive? I rarely get dominos, maybe once every three months now...they’re ridiculously special in flavour and delivery speed and hours, but I wouldn’t pay these prices more than every few months.

Got to be the worst place I have ever visited. 11 people standing outside desperate for food, tried phoning, staff picked up the phone laughed at us and basically told us where to go, laughed at us and stood doing nothing, if that's a typical dominos I will never use them again, SHOCKED

Best place for your late night dinner if you hungry but lazy to cook on your own!😉 They deliver pizza until 3.00am everyday across Stirling and surrounding areas! If all restaurants and shop closed by 10.00 pm then Dominos is the last option 🍕😛!!!

Pop in to this shop in Stirling after buy it found cold and wedges cold and after eating it I was sick because of hygiene and always watch them make it and staff never wash hands between meats veg and cheese this is good poisoning and can make people sick was sick due to this deal not good sign

This was the first time i had dominos after coming glasgow. I was roaming alone so i just went down to there store and ordered normal smaller pizza. I loved it totally.

One star is far too high a rating for this place. Firstly I ordered a cheese decadence new yorker and a BBQ stuffed crust Texas BBQ. The first time it was delivered there was no BBQ stuffed crust and no cheese on the CHEESE decadence. So I phoned the store to complain, spoke to Ashley who was extremely rude and addiment that I was wrong. A replacement order was then delivered which just took the Mickey of my complaint about the cheese, the pizza box has transformed into a swimming pool of cheese sauce (if you could call it that). As for the other pizza the peppers onion were still raw and appeared to be sliced by a posessed person during an exorcism. The most obvious thing wrong with both of the refired pizzas was the dramatic decrease in quality which I think is safe to assume it was purposely intended. So I marched all the way to the store to complain, where I was greeted by a dozen staring faces of disgust. I asked to speak to a manager, who I thought would be a vaguely intellectual person who would take me more serious than Ashley but found a man that could only repeat revised statements of how to respond to complaints. He was even more insistent about the fact I was wrong to complain. His most favourable response was “Would you like to see the cooking process" and "Dominoes have certain standards of measurements of toppings" which was quite ironic when stood in front of not one but two pizza that were definitely below any form of standard. When I mentioned the raw peppers he waited and then thought he subtlely checked them a minute later and decided to remain quiet about it. The only complaint he properly addressed was the horrendous cutting job and the reason slices remarkably resembled a sythe was so " toppings did not have to be cut though" as if anyone cares about that. He seemed releaved when I finally asked for a refund and rushed me to leave the store. Still without an apology from any one and assurance of my refund I left, never to return.

Staff did not have much clue. Took forever and still managed to get a half cheese and half ham/pineapple right. Tried to charge wrong price and were not very friendly. Would not recommend.

This place is okay, not very good for collecting pizzas as the there is no where to park the car and they got my order wrong but the pizza was good.

We are addicted to Dominos pizzas but trying not to be! Our experience of the home delivery service has always been really good. We really like the half and half options which are great for those occasions when you just can't make up your mind!

En resumen: nos enviaron la pizza equivocada, cuando llamamos para pedir el derecho que nos acusó de mentir sobre ello, se negó a ayudar y nos colgó. Llamé a la oficina principal y una señora muy servicial arregló la situación. Nos enviaron una nueva pizza y bonos, pero sinceramente, nunca han sido tan ofendido en mi vida y simplemente no vale la pena para una cara/pizza mediocre. Evitar.

Domino's is Domino's is Domino's, you know what you are getting and that's why you go. Individually items are expensive but there are always offers online to be found often up to half price which makes it feel much better value. Personally I like the Frank's hot wings (when I'm too lazy to make my own) and the chicken strip combo more that the pizzas.

Very tasty pizzas from this Dominoes chain. A little expensive, hence lost a star. Not the easiest place to park to go pick up as it's a fairly busy area, but they deliver around Stirling. Unfortunately neither Stirling or Falkirk branches deliver to Denny. But still yummy pizzas.

Stone cold pizza, yet agaaaaaaaaaaaain. (Guessing, it's not deliverers yet, after 90 mins) Refuse to answer their phone, refuse to deliver on time.

Nice setting but food was tasteless and / or cold. Garlic Bread without garlic seemed so odd we assumed it was a mistake but no. Napoletana Pizza served lukewarm with an excess of capers ( cheap vinegar laden) and a dearth of olives and anchovies ( one anchovy cut into several pieces was it). Waitress was lovely and deeply apologetic and they took nine quid off the bill but this was simply a rip off. Avoid.

Just ordered £22 of sides etc instead of pizza for delivery - when the food arrived I was phoned by a very rude individual and told I needed to go to the car to collect the food? Forgive me if I'm wrong but I'm sure delivery is to the door?? Went to the car and he counts every last penny before opening bag to give the food, our juice and extra dip had been forgotten and he argued that we had not ordered it when he had receipt in his hand saying we did. He left saying he would return and did 10 minutes later, again had to go to car to collect. The food was bang average! I believe the branch feels they can have this horrendous service as they are the only ones open this late at night! Will definitely not be returning any time soon.

We ordered our pizza over the phone. It then took over and hour and a half for delivery. When we got our pizza it was almost cold, then it turns out that they had gotten our order wrong and they didn't get our garlic pizza bread. I called them back and requested it right away. It then took 40 minutes for the replacement pizza bread to arrive. It turns out it ended up being the only hot food we all ate last night. They hadn''t even cut our garlic bread when we got it.I can usually trust Dominos but last night disappointed me

Some of the worst customer service I have come across. Initially sent me the wrong pizza, I chose rather than to get a replacement to get a free one the next time. Called to claim this pizza and was told by the duty manager that I would have to pay £12.50 before I got my FREE pizza. Utterly awful

First time I ordered here, we waited an hour for our delivery and the driver told us that there were no nachos, so we were given wedges instead. He also said that he would come back later with our drinks because he had forgotten them, and he did not return. And now tonight. We have been waiting an hour and a half for our pizza, the app says our pizza has been delivered, which is a lie. We have been trying to phone the restaurant but nobody is answering. This dominos is a complete joke.

My family love a take out from here. Unfortunately for me the gluten free Pizza is not that good. But the others a superb. Food is always piping hot on arrival and thestaff are very friendly.

Considering the stupid prices Dominoes charge, you'd expect at least something to go right. Unfortunately not in Stirling as not only were the staff slow and rude, but the pizza was beyond terrible. Burnt, very little toppings and took forever.If an area manager sees this, I have a suggestion. Fire the lot and start again.

Went to visit friends in Stirling, as normal order From Domino's normally very good this time round pizzas were cold, burnt toppings were very very scarce, nachos were burnt and we had to throw away.What has gone wrong with this branch used to be great.now it is just plain awful got told it has changed owners, avoid folks it is just a waste of time and money.Avoid

Eaten here occasionally, not bad but average pizza. Keep getting leaflets with special offers but don't find using them offers value for money. Order and return to collect as waiting will be around 20mins

I have eaten in Domino's many times, the Stirling branch is the same as every other franchise, overpriced and it is only worth going on a Tuesday for the deal, we have used the App to order food a couple of times for collection as we live within walking distance and twice we have had to ask for the pizzas to be remade as they were look warm. What's wrong here? Stayed in Stirling and we got a delivery late afternoon. Order was wrong, forgot coleslaw, phoned and said they would send out but told them not to bother, couldn't wait another hour as we were due to travel home. Pizzas were not good. No cheese, little toppings and way overcooked. Don't understand as usually Dominos are good. At least they are in Glasgow. Maybe just a poor branch.

The worst pizza I have ever had . ordered extra cheese,red onion and chicken .i would have to have used a magnifying glass to find ANY toppings never mind extra toppings . Do not get ripped off like I did

I was visiting Stirling on business and the restaurant was shut in my hotel so decided to get a takeaway and take back to room. I came across Domino's first and as I love pizza couldn't resist. They took my order of a medium pizza which the price list said £15.99 (bit steep) and they said that I get another one half price but I said I was on my own so they only charged me £9.99. It took 10 minutes and it was ready and it was most enjoyable.

My son was charged £49.50 for 3 large pizza to be delivered!!! When I phoned up to query this, I was told my son should have asked for any offers!!! In my opinion the restaurant should have informed him of any offers!!! This is disgraceful, we will not be using them again.

I don't usually visit dominos much but I won't be returning to the stirling store. It should not say it's closing hours are 5am if it is 2am. My friends and I walked in at 2am and were asked to leave and they closed the door and posted a menu though to us saying they only deliver.We phoned and asked why we couldn't get anything and eventually the woman hung up on us.Overall I found the way we were delt with quite rude.

I used to love dominos up until last few times I have ordered. Pizzas are rubbish hardly any toppings and seem to be getting smaller. Delivery always takes ages whereas before it would be delivered within 30mins now lucky if you get it within an hour and everything's cold. Attitude of staff is disgusting they charged my bankcard twice 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting on refund I have phoned numerous times to be told il be refunded next couple of days . This place is a joke Until they get rid of incompetent management I will definitely not be ordering anything anytime soon.

We ordered a £50 deal, pizza's, chicken strips and biscuits. The toppings were scarce, taste was poor and the extra sauce (tomato base) we asked for didn't materialise. Candidly the worst pizza we've had in 14 years living in Stirling, we counted 21 staff behind the counter. Previous Management 10 times better. Don't order food from this food outlet.

Orderd a pizza and still waiting an hour and twenty minutes later. My daughter called to enquire what was happening and the abrupt service she received was appalling. The male, never apologised but instead stated it will be at least another 15 to 20 minutes. The point is the shop is less than 1/2 mile from where we live would have been quicker picking up. As it was paid by card telling them where to stick it would have be pointless as it takes 3 days to go back into your bank. Short and curlies comes to mind.

Ordered a 2 for 1 meal deal with a friend with some cookies and chicken kickers. Delivery time was 2 hours 30 minutes after having 2 phone calls from the dominoes store in question. One saying that they had run out of cookies and the other being the actual manager asking me whether it had been delivered yet and if it had been delivered by a girl or a boy and then subsequently telling me that it was essentially still being prepared so the whole thing was just an unexplained nonsense whilst also still having the nerve to be rude to me on the pone including hanging up on me without a valid explanation of the situation leaving me in total confusion and also without an estimated time of arrival; this particular phone call was at approximately one hour after ordering it. After then consequently waiting another one and a half hours for my food to arrive i then find out that they had mistaken my order of chicken kickers to chicken strippers which kind of just added insult to injury really in what had been an overall disastrous event from the off set. After stating my complaint to the delivery boy i was told to complain online to try get a maximum of 50% off my next order. After having to pay £20.18 for what was total crap i think its safe to assume that i'm not even going to need that 50% as i am never ordering from dominoes again.
