BRINDISI is not under new ownership ! Contrary to the previous wholly incorrect review We went this evening to see what it was now like and to our relief there was Guissepi as usual turning out our favourite pizza and calzeoni. No change of ownership, no cheap ingredients, just the well known reliable exceptional quality. So, Stirling can relax along with all our many visitors who come to visit BRINDISI, everything is as it should be and has been for many years, at our local first class pizza restaurant and carry out.

New owner! Will never go back!!! Takeaway; Half burned tasteless pizza with cheap ingredients... Asked for picante, so they put chillies on it... they've not got a clue... gutted :-(

Poorest excuse for a take away I have ever had. We ordered 8 smoked sausages and a large chips. Where I'm from this is classed as a medium at a push (pretty much small really) If you have had decent smoked sausage before, I wouldn't bother here because you will be majorly disappointed. Smallest smoked sausage I have ever seen, it looked like it had been shrunk in the tumble dryer. And all for around about £45 for about £20/25 worth of food. Robbery

Very LOW standards for a so called pizzeria! Waited over an hour for that, have to say I was expecting more. Just being honest, sorry! Maybe the other pizzas are better, I wouldn't recommend the four seasons anyway.

Worst chippy ever !!!! Thought I would try this place I got a smoke sausage supper the sausage was tiny and tasteless chips were not fresh they were crispy and hard I would not recommend this place... I should have went to the blue lagoon around the corner.....

Extra tasty pizza, made fresh in just a few minutes while we waited. Lots of cheese and good portion of all toppings. Courteous and friendly chef.

Guiseppe continues to exceed expectations as always never in any doubt still the master pizza maker. There is an extensive choice of pizza's on the board but I prefer my own and if you ask he will tailor make your choice. I have chilli sauce tuna pineapples onions garlic italian herbs and fresh ground pepper to finish off. Now not being local guiseppe half cooks it and we finish off for around eight minutes at home. It comes out as if guiseppe had made it all himself. The best pizza ever. Would recommend to anyone after thirty years of great service gauranteed to keep going back.

Really looking to collate years of visiting Guiseppe's emporium into one review. Have visited the Brindisi at various days, times of days and never had any cause to complain. Pizzas are homemade, handmade and of excellent standard. If you're looking for pizza in Stirling, this is the place to come.

guiseppe is still making the best pizzas ever. we have been going here for over thirty years. we are not local so we were unable to come during the lengthy resrrictions much to our dismay. if we lived round the corner we would be here every night. guiseppe will tailor your pizza to your own specification which is what I do. I have chillie sauce tuna pineapple onions herbs garlic and ground black pepperan absolute joy to have. the wife has ham and pineapple with mushrooms on top. we used to eat our pizza at the counter but because of the covid the counter has perspex right up to the roof so it is not possible to do now. now guiseppe half cooks our pizzas and we finish off cooking at home in a hot oven. it tastes like guiseppe did it all his self. we have not found a better pizza anywhere and would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone.

First time in over 20 years I've ordered from here and definitely the last. Pizza base not cooked and chips hard and undercooked. Not acceptable Brindisi . Binned

Had a wee mixup/mistake with order was rectified and got a brand new fresh pizza and chips great communication x and best chips ever pizza was for the child I would of preferred wrong pizza x

Due to having a stressful weekend, we decided to order a takeaway. When I placed my order through Just Eat, was told it was £2.10, then moments after I placed the order, I recieved a phonecall to say that the delivery charge was actually going to be £8, half of what the meal cost. I am not sure if this is a ploy to get you to pay a large delivery charge after deciding to choose their restaurant, or a mistake, but either way,should not be having these issues - if that isn't the price for delivery, then don't advertise it as such.

I ordered this from Just Eat and nearly came to £40. Was not very nice at all. Soggy and oily meals and my kids could not even eat it. First time I have had to complain about a takeaway.

Ordered online. Medium pizza is one person pizza. Dough pre cooked and really oily. Really disappointed. We tried a year ago and the pizza where homemade and amazing but I don’t know what happened. Really overpriced for the size and quality

Deliverd quick enough. A hamburger came as a deep-fried burgerpattie no bun or anything you would expect from a hamburger not to mention the amount of grease. The chips were gross don't recommend the Brindisi. The pizza was overcooked and had too much sause. The garlic bread was tasteless. My order was placed on just eat on the 8/2/20. Don't torture yourself with this food not even worth the low prices.

I've been going here for pizza for years, it's the best place in Stirling for it. Guiseppe is friendly and makes great fresh pizzas from a wide ranging menu using high quality ingredients. I would recommend either the 'Four Season' pizza or Pizza Brindisi. He also has all the usual fish & chips stuff too.

Have had many pizzas here over many years and the base has always been so soft, not so tonight , hard and crispy base hope this is a one off??

Ordered a delivery, got overcharged by the delivery man, food was cold, one of my battered sausages was alright, the other, for whatever reason was incredibly spicy and peppery and basically unedible. I don't like to write bad reviews but this was just too awful not to. Maybe the experience is different if you go in rather than getting a delivery, but for the reasons above I cannot recommend anybody order a delivery from this place.

"Vegetarian" calzone was full of ham... Would not recommend.

Back to stirling with the wife for an afternoon of shopping. What better way to finish off the day than with the worlds best pizza. Guiseppe has had a bit of a refurb with a décor revamp and a new pizza oven. To me the oven is cooking even better than the last one. I wish I was closer to the brindisi so I could indulge every night. Its a pleasure to walk in and see guiseppe start off my pizza without having to remind him with my order. I regard him as a master of the art of pizza making. I hope he continues to carry on for years to come. I certainly will keep coming back and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Looking forward to my next pizza already. Unfortunately the wife has allergies and has not been able to have pizza of late so goes elsewhere for a coffee while I have my pizza. Hopefully she will be able to join me again soon.

Friendly clean pizzeria in the centre of town ,with the guidance of Guiseppe we ordered a spiced meat ball pizza wow it was the tastiest pizza I’ve had .Defiantly worth a visit.

Zamówiłem zestaw za 14 funtów. Poza colą reszta dno. Frytki najgorsze jakie jadłem. Pieczywo czosnkowe to kawał grubej najtańszej bagietki maznietej masłem. Pizza, ciasto fatalne. Stare, twarde. Jedzenie dramatyczne. Odradzam

Disappointing... the chips were really dry and overcooked, more like shards of crisps.

Through to stirling on a shopping trip with the wife finished off with a visit to my favourite pizzeria. I have been going to Guiseppe for over thirty years now and still say this is the best pizza in the world. You can choose from the menu board or with the available ingredients you can create your own pizza to suit your own taste. I have my own made to order consisting of chilli sauce base tuna and pineapple onions garlic and herbs topped with cheese and ground black pepper. Guiseppe cooks it to perfection in the oven. I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone and will keep coming back.

Exceptional pizza could not recommend highly enough. Great service and very reasonable price.

To be fair, I've not tried their pizzas, or any of their other Italian food, but with good reason....Their chip shop stuff is revolting. Been there twice and both times it was the same: Everything overcooked, almost burnt, but still managed to only be lukewarm. Also, if you ask for brown sauce, they charge you for it and you're given a tiny sachet of cheap brown sauce that doesn't even taste like chip shop sauce. Maybe I've just been unlucky, judging by all the good reviews, but I certainly wont be in a hurry to go back. There's far better chip shops in Stirling.

Stopped of at my friend Guiseppe for pizza on the way home from Oban for a long weekend. The perfect treat to finish off a lovely weekend. I create my own instead of an extensive choice from the menu board. I like chilli sauce tuna pineapples onions cheese herbs garlic and black pepper.. It is cooked in a traditional pizza oven to absolute perfection. I have been using Guiseppe for nearly thirty years and have never been disappointed. I would reco0mmend this pizzeria to anyone and will keep coming back.

Dropped in to my favourite pizzeria for a pizza and to catch up with my friend Guiseppe. I was in at lunchtime while Guiseppe is busy with all his preparation. I had my usual tailor made pizza cooked fresh in the oven. I eat the pizza on the counter and every mouthful is bursting with flavour. You ann taste the freshness of the ingredients. Looking forward to my next one already. I would not hesitate to recommend the brindisi to anyone.

1st time I ordered a focaccia maybe a year ago, it was delicious. Since then, twice in a row it arrived freezing cold, bland and beyond chewy. Actually arrived before the the expected time so it's beyond me why it was so cold.beyond dissapointment

Hemos visitado la mayoría de las tiendas de chips en Stirling. Todo en interés del control de calidad. . . . . . . . . ¡honesto! La Pizzeria Brindisi es definitivamente nuestra favorita. La pizza, la elección de la esposa, está hecha de la manera que debe ser, y exactamente como lo desea. Prefiero pollo y papas fritas, que está cocinado a la perfección cada vez que he pedido. Mi esposa ha estado comiendo aquí por más de treinta años, así que eso habla por sí mismo. Una vez que hayas probado la pizza aquí, volverás.

Después de unas cuantas cervezas el hambre a patadas y Brindisi fue la elección de pescado para llevar y patatas fritas. Absolutamente fenomenal. El pescado era frito para nosotros, pasta, patatas fritas crujientes era eran estupendas y el chippie salsa marrón era estupendo. Uno de los mejores pescados y patatas fritas que he tenido.

Volver para otro festín saludable con mi novia. Como siempre era su costumbre Giuseppe acogedora propia. He conocido Giuseppe por casi 30 años ahora y sabe qué esperar. Tengo mi pizza hecha a medida para mí y en esta visita opté por salsa de chili en la base en vez de tomate y vaya si le dan una patada. Con todos los otros ingredientes fue una explosión de sabores. Mi novio tenía un jamón y piña que ella dice fue el mejor que ha probado nunca. Recomendaría el Brindisi a cualquiera.

on numerous occasions I have had food from the brindisi with excellence every time from the lovely crispy chips to the best pizzas ever with amazing topping my favourite is the picante with a slightly spicy kick to it.

Esta fue una visita a mi querido amigo Guiseppi que he sabido por casi 30 años. Tengo mi propia pizza casera aunque hay una amplia variedad en el menú Tabla. En cuanto a como alguien con gustos individuales sólo necesita preguntar I. e. si quieres más queso o no, etc. cebollas No te dan una mejor pizza presentada o mejor preparado en cualquier lugar. Recomiendo encarecidamente el de brindisi a cualquiera.

We had read many reviews of Brindisi being the best for pizza takeaway in Stirling. Service was good but pizzas had soggy bottoms, were chewy and a little undercooked.

I had it on good authority that this was an excellent takeaway and I was not disappointed.

Ingredientes frescos, todo hecho en el lugar, en mi opinión, la masa de la pizza es la mejor!

Olvidar que la basura a Domino's, Pizza Hut y Pizza Express. No hay comida congelados o frescos. Este sigue siendo el soporte para llevar pizzeria en Stirling. Los ingredientes frescos y el tamaño de las pizzas valen gritando. Un poco lejos de todo pero vale...

A few friends & me ordered 16 inch chicken, onion & pepper pizza . It was absolutely amazing, it had chunks of real chicken, no processed stuff & fresh veg, totally stuffed. Highly recommend this. We will definitely be back.

Visited here a few years ago and had some tasty fish and chips so tried it again when through this way working with my colleague. "I know a good chippy", says I....Bought a couple of haggis suppers for us both. The food was the worst I've had in a long, long time. Flaccid, soggy haggis and overcooked, reheated chips that I nearly broke my teeth on. The fat or oil tasted quite old also. Asked for some fresh ones and got another lot that were just as bad. The shop itself was grubby and dank with numerous flies buzzing about the stained ceiling. I should have followed my initial instincts and left. Pretty disappointing when I drove out and saw a bright clean takeaway on the corner and several other eateries in the immediate vicinity. I ended up tipping it in the bin. My friend said he chooses next time... Verdict; garbage.

Easily the best takeaway pizza in Stirling, forget Dominos and the rest, these pizzas are too good. The Brindisi being my go to choice, be ready with napkins though it's a little messy.

I had used this takeaway on occasion over the past twenty odd years, but only in the last couple of years did I try their Pizzas.As long as Giuseppe keeps making pizzas this good, I'll never touch another Dominos or Pizza Hut offering. I was going to say "equivalent", but that would be a disservice to the quality of the pizzas here. Also, if you like strong garlic bread, this is the place for it. Tasty:-)

Went in a few times last month the be greated amazingly. All staff happy to see customers, all so very welcoming. Food was also amazing from, Pastas, Pizzas, Fish and Chips and suppers. Would always suggest this take away shop, best in Stirling by a long mile. I'm always gonna keep making a return.

Came back to Scotland for a vacation and found this place on trip advisor. Good reviews so we ordered. I should have gone to Tescos and picked up a frozen pizza. Tasteless, crust was like eating cardboard. How can you screw up a pizza?

This was a return visit for my favourite pizza prepared by Guiseppe who is an excellent host. Guiseppe tops the pizza with my favourite ingredients then puts it in the oven. It comes out later cooked to perfection as only Guiseppe can do. Long live Guiseppe.

Best pizza in town and if I can't manage a full pizza I opt for cheesy garlic bread which is so tasty. Absolute perfection.

My wife, first introduced me to the italian pizza's made by Giuseppe when we met almost 7 years ago. I must say they are the most athentic Italian pizza's i have tasted. Definately worth a try if you are staying in Stirling or the surrounding areas.

Wir sind extra hingefahren aufgrund der guten Bewertungen, haben umständlich parken müssen und dann leider nichts dort gegessen. Möglicherweise haben die gute Pizza, aber die kann man dort nicht einmal im Stehen essen. Ich finde es nicht korrekt, dass solche Takeaways als Restaurant bezeichnet werden. Vielleicht kann Brindisi da nichts für, aber Tripadvisor sollte da meiner Meinung nach mal drüber nachdenken...

Me and my partner normally travel through from Falkirk every few weeks to get a Pizza, which is a 30 mile round trip so it tells you how good it is. I've been going to here for the last 15 years, and the Italian chap makes a great stone baked pizza, the others aren't as good but still the best for miles around. I cannot fault anything about it, the only slight disappointment is he doesn't do the loyalty cards anymore. These were brilliant as you got a free pizza :)He always very welcome and recognises my partner every time, even if its been a few months since we last visited. If there was a better place to get a pizza I wouldn't be driving 30 miles for it. 10/10

I visited Brindisi for a couple of take away pizzas on the strength of the Tripadvisor ratings. I must confess I was rather underwhelmed. The pizza was OK but no more than that.

My other half loves the pepperoni pizza's here. Really tasty and would recommend. Fish and chips nice to.

We have been having pizzas from the Brindisi for many years now and they are by far the best. They are made to order with fresh ingredients, delicious.

My boyfriend and I got a take away pizza from Brandisi and I can not say enough good things about it! I'm from New York so I expect a lot from my pizzas (lol) and Brandisi did not disappoint. The owner is the sweetest, most humble and welcoming man you will ever meet. I got a pizza with pepperoni, peppers and onions and it was cooked to absolute perfection. I'm a small girl and I ate the entire thing to myself. The ingredients were incredibly fresh and the meal was one of the best I had during my stay. Can't wait to go back and get another. Maybe next time I'll share.... or not!

The pizza base was thicker than the very thin-base I prefer but it was light, crisp and perfectly cooked. Both my wife and I were impressed. The tasty tomato sauce lays the foundation for a delicious pizza, toppings are generous and top quality. Take away only.

The owner, Giuseppe, had a pizzaria in Italy for 12 or so years before opening this place. I've yet to taste a better pizza. Ever. Exceptional.

Been away for 2 years and it's the first place I go to!Double oven pizza made just the way I remember.....Milanese is to die for. They even have a TV you can watch when you go in. Great value family Italian take away.

This was a regular return visit to Guiseppe. I had my usual tailor made pizza to my own specifications as prepared by Guiseppe. It is no trouble to ask for your own requirements and choices and Guiseppe effortlessly prepares your request to his usual high standard. I have been using the brindisi for nearly 30 years now and have yet to find the same quality and service anywhere in the world. Long may it continue.

The Brindisi is one of the best pizzeria take away i have been too. It has friendly staff that will accommodate any demand. Very quick and a good price. Been going here for 3+ years, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Pizza I had was very good. Adjusted menu toppings to my needs. The young lad who works there was very pleasant and helpful. His assistant, Guiseppe took my order quickly and wasn't waiting for long.

My family had gone to the brindisi for years so when I went to stirling university I was happily surprised to know they deliver to here! Even with competitors like dominoes, not only is brinidisi ten times cheaper but the pizza itself is greater, fresh ingredients compared to dominos mass produced crap. The staff are always very friendly and you get a quick delivery :) Its the best pizza ive ever had and the chips and chicken leg are equally great

Aaaaargh.....!! Cant comment on the pizzas but the chip shop food is awful.Have had food twice from it and the first was okay but the second worse than abysmal, dont know if it was down to it being early afternoon on a saturday but the fish and chips were swimming in grease and the fish in particular tasted like it had been cooked sometime earlier and reheated. Dreadfull
