Pizza Boy in Fife

Went to pizza boy last night for a take away and after a long wait finally arrived. It was the worst piece of tasteless cardboard I have ever had I threw it away and even the seagulls had trouble eating it !! Awful ! !!

Not bad. Ordered some Pizza for the game. Easy enough but a bit oily but had enough taste to keep the kids happy. Did feel like I had abused myself after though.

After finally deciding on somewhere to eat, we ordered a chicken wrap and chicken nuggets and chips and onions rings these were soggy and sticking to the box, the chips were cold and soggy, and the chicken wrap was the worst of all, after taking a bite I was confused as to why it was hard? IT WAS A BONE, I was trying to bite through a bone, I then had to unwrap it all and pick out the chicken only to then find out every piece was a wing, it did not state on the menu that the chicken was going to be wings as when you get a wrap it’s normally chicken strips/ chunks, this then meant I was left with no wrap as the chicken wasn’t there to eat without picking it all off the bone, this is a serious choking hazard as if I child was to eat this they wouldn’t know any better about the bone, the only thing that was half decent was the chicken nuggets even though they were still cold.

Was the driest pizza I have had in my life

pizza was cold hoggie pizza had about 10 chips in it! pizza used to be brilliant from here.

I cant believe I order 3 hours in advance and it arrives late

Arrived slightly early which was good. pizza was really nice as usual meal was missing the garlic bread plus wife had the chicken kebab and had to be binned as the chicken tasted off

Sadly the pizza was only lukewarm.

Waited 2hours 15min for an overcooked , tasteless , luke warm pizza !! Will never use again !!

enjoy my food you never delivered it. 25mins late I had to go back to work as break was over. Never again

The nachos I ordered were burnt, could barely eat any of them

Chips and cheese were horrendous. Chips cooked to the point where like crisps. Very disappointing to get such a simple item so wrong. Disgusting glad I paid 15£ for dinner

Food was late and cold, tastes ok once it had been reheated. I don’t like to leave reviews but this hasn’t been the first time I’ve had late and cold food from here. Boy on the phone was unapologetic and sarcastic.

As usual, high quality competitively priced pizzas delivered on time and piping hot - recommended!

The pizza came quickly and was piping hot which was appreciated. This was my 2nd order from here as I really enjoyed the pizza the 1st time. My only issue was that seeing as it was a pepperoni pizza you'd expect more than 6 bits of pepperoni, so this time I paid a but extra to get more pepperoni. It didn't have extra and I was a bit peeved that I'd paid for extra and there was none. Still I like the pizza but I think you should pay a bit more attention to your orders next time.

3 fantastic pizzas. Delivered on time and piping hot. We use Pizza Boy frequently and can highly recommend their product. Great price and always good quality.

Pizza was Aight a lil bit hotter would of pushed the quality to 4/5. Keep those pizzas rollin out those ovens tho. Never become complacent nor indecisive. Keep pushing forward with an ironclad fist and take the risky, exciting route of life. Enjoy the present moment and see the world. Make friends and be warm to all. I’m sure you will all be great. Ordered and got a delivery time which was more than an hour after that and another hour later we were still waiting. Over 2 hours to make 2 pizzas on a Wednesday night seems excessive. Very poor!!!!!

Had good quality stuff from here in the past but pizza today was very greasy and bland

Great pizzas, munchy box and cheesy chips! Highly recommended as always.

Food was late, took 3hours to get here. Shop phoned to see where food was? Said it had just left the shop however it took an hour for food to arrive from leaving store. Food was cold and kids already in bed without their pizza. Had to make them supper. I understand shop is busy but don’t take on so many orders if u can’t manage the delivery of the service.

Pizza boy is usually class when ordered in the shop. Sadly doesn't appear to deliver very well.

Asked to extra topping only for 5 or 6 prawns and 10 bits off donner meat the chip taste like cardboard

chips was frozen and so was the chicken half a milkshake and no straws

Last couple of orders have been late with eta for deliveries not updated online, otherwise still one of the best pizza places around

Waited well over an hour for delivery and they forgot our drinks. Very unhappy

Highly recommended yet again. Great pizzas, fantastic value and made exactly as you want.

Fantastic food and they even through in a free snack for me to try which was delicious! 5 stars!

Food was nice once it eventually arrived was going to cancel order but already paid. Daughter was tired she ended up in bed because it took so long.

The food was tasty and delicious 😋 The delivery was supposed to arrive between 7pm and 7:20pm at the latest but didn't arrive till 7:35pm. I placed my order at 6:13pm so that's a long time to wait.

It took 2 hours from the time of ordering to be delivered and was cold

Ordered both wraps with salad and there was none on either off them…

Ordered a calazone with garlic sauce but left a note asking for sauce to be separate from calazone but still ended up being delivered with chilli sauce inside the calazone

The usual fantastic pizzas delivered super quick.

It turned up on time but cold and no chicken pakora mostly donnor meat and chips also cold.

Not good the chicken was just fat the donner was the freshest thing in the munchie box all of the other stuff are frozen do not recommend

Fantastic pizzas! Our regular pizza delivery order and they never let us down. Great taste, always hot when they arrive and sometimes an early delivery. Totally recommended.

Food was very good as usual. However, had to chase restaurant up for the delivery and it eventually arrived just short of two hours after I placed my order. Not good enough.

Didn't receive my order, had no communication from restaurant to say they couldn't find my house

Munchie box was pretty basic and okay, got no salad or sauce with it though so that kind of put a dampner on it. Milkshakes were not good at all, had a weird taste to them, like orangy even though they don't do orange ones, which weirded us out even more so they weren't drank. Did ring the restaurant and they said they would issue a refund... not been done as of yet though, not sure we'll be going back tbh

16inch pepperoni pizza was excellent but the slush drink mixture wasn't right

really nice people I ordered a kebab with separate sauce thay made a mistake and gave me separate sauce but was pot on phone them fixtes instint re send and was class 10 ponts for customer service

Garlic bread was so dry could not eat it. Garlic sauce was missing also on the donner meat. Disappointed

From ordering to delivery was one and a half hour. Food was great

The pizza arrived and was cold had obviously been sitting for a while in the shop or the car! Called the Resteraunt when it was late and was told they were supposed to call and apologise for lateness! Pretty poor service and poor quality food. Very disappointed.

What's happened to this place. Was my go to a couple years ago but recently moved back into the area and wow what a poor experience. Donner meat was cold and tasted like rubber. Chips were cold and were like basic supermarket oven chips. Cheese was just one big clump. Would rate this 0.3 out of 5!

Food arrived 45 minutes late after I called twice and was told both times it’s on its way. They are less than half a mile away. Quality is average at best.

Appreciate it was busy but wasn’t notified order would be late u til after it was meant to arrive, the. Received a text saying it’s on its way and it turned up roughly 40 minutes after that. Chips were cold and the rest was lukewarm.

Had to go to collect however the bosses were very helpful and understanding about the inadequacy of one of the drivers. Excellent food as always, much appreciated

The pizza taste nice but it wasn’t even warm the chips was horrendous never getting them again

I do not recommend this place, food was disgusting!!!!! Ordered chicken kebabs, was full of fatty bits of chicken, soggy salad and soggy pitta bread!!! Absolute waste of money, will not be back!!! So disappointing!!!

Ordered from here before and the portion size is getting a lot smaller, wraps were small as anything used to enjoy a wrap out of here but would rather go elsewhere and pay a little more and get a more decent amount for the money your paying.

Pizzas were good. Late though. Would order again - they were good pizzas.

delivery time given was between 20.25 and 20.45 food arrived at 21.10.

Asked and paid for a large chicken doner and got delivered a small with no sauce and my desert was in the same bag witch made food cold and dessert spoiled not happy

At the point in sending this review I am still awaiting my food. My wife who was supposed to be dining with me this evening has given up on the idea and has called it a night. I am extremely not impressed that I am waiting over 1 hour for my food when there has been no phone call, nor email, nor contact via the just eat app to inform me of any potential delays. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Amazing food, absolutely banging chips. Only downside is that they forgot the chips with the kids meal so I had to share mine. Amazing quality food!

Delivery driver decided to play a game with the flat buzzer and kept pressing it as if it was going out of fashion. Pretty sure the delivery driver was the young woman on the phone when I called who advised it was out for delivery also 🤡

still not arrived and told driver left at 6pm, now 6:30pm Delivery was stated between 5:45 to 6:05..arrived 6:40 and freezing

Great food delivered hot, if a tad later than expected.

Foods ok but need to order at least 2 hours in advance. Order from pizza boy regularly and the delivery time is always at least 2 hours

I only buy pizzas from Pizzaboy as the other ones are no good compared to Pizzaboy as it’s the best place for a great pizza and other food/ delivery driver was really nice and totally delivered with care / as the pizza was it was really delicious and I loved it/ I paid for a 16” pizza with just about everything on it and I believe you pay for quality and it didn’t disappoint/ I would recommend pizza boy as it’s also a clean fast food place and it’s really worth it / anyone should try this place as it’s the best place for fast food in Dunfermline and Fife/ thanks dudes for a great delicious meal

Couldn't find my house said they called but never amd returned to restaurant with food till I called and resending out another meal

Pizza was undercooked, had more cheese than the underside of Saville’s balls and looked like it was cut by Harvey Price. How a shop named pizza boy can mess up a pizza so bad is hilarious.

Salad was dry was missing chicken pokora on my munchie boz isn't the first time I've ordered snd had a problem will defiantly be the last time I order food from here and will be letting people know about it.

Pizzaboy has always been and still is my favourite place for a great pizza/ you do get a cracker of a bite/ pizza was really good/ I got a classic pizza/ delivery was really good as usual and I would recommend this place for your pizza/ great service and a great meal /highly recommended for your family and friends /thanks guys
