The food came around 45 minutes late! Once arrived the kebab meat was barely cooked, cold and got put in the bin! And was also missing the side salad to come with it! Chips and curly fries was also cold! Won’t be ordering from here again!

Feeling shame for being a customer for many years. 52 Broadwater Rd, Worthing BN14 8AG They have given half cooked pizza - but good part is that I found the quality of cheese they are using. it's like an expired synthetic s**t, it's bitter and pale coloured BE CAREFUL - will never eat outside.

It was during the week and it was late so there wasn't much open but it had been a very long day so needed a descent meal. I had a pizza thin base. It was the best pizza that I had eaten at pizza express. So tasty and fresh.

I just ordered some pasta from this branch, what I received was burnt and disgusting!! I would avoid ordering from here for delivery. Might be better in the restaurant but the delivery was terrible, over cooked, burnt and couldn’t eat it!!

Omg this pizza they serve here is absolutely 😋. 💯 everything. Very friendly owner. Can't fault one single thing. My favourite is the vegatarian volcano 🌋.

Hacen una gran pizza y honestamente no es un mal precio en absoluto. Tengo pizza de aquí muchas veces, pero siempre he recogido ya que está a solo 2 minutos a pie de mí. Pedí la entrega una vez y tardé una hora en llegar, pero eso es lo único malo que tengo que decir al respecto. Solo la recogida de pedidos si es posible, ya que al ver las reseñas, las largas esperas para la entrega parecen ser una ocurrencia frecuente

A lovely surprise at Village Pizza! I visited Village Pizza Twickenham for the first time with my 4-year-old son, and we were genuinely impressed. The toppings were so fresh, and the cheese had amazing flavour and quality. What stood out most was the warm and friendly smile from the owner—it instantly made us feel welcome and at ease. My son is usually quite picky with food, but he loved his pizza and finished every last bite! As the owner of a local café (Twisted Ivy, just around the corner), I really value great hospitality and quality ingredients—and Village Pizza truly delivered. It’s wonderful to have such friendly and passionate neighbours in the area. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I only popped in for a coffee this evening, but while I was there the staff were nothing short of welcoming, polite and friendly, and I get the same service every single time. Pizza Express has pretty much become my local coffee spot haha! (Though I do pop in for food too, it's delicious) Thank you for being awesome and keep on doing so, you're all doing an amazing job! ^^ Edit: 5/4/2025 all I can really do is edit the review 😂 but had met Dimitar today, lovely gentleman, so patient with me and my littlun, wonderful service and always a pleasure eating in restaurant. Also tried the Pollo Italiano special today, I'm going to have to order that again.... Thank you guys for continuing to be awesome 😎

My whole family were having pizzas and I wanted to have a subway sub. Some customers complained to the manager regarding this and I got told to eat up quickly as I was upsetting customers by having my sub. Felt marginalised and humiliated. As someone who worked in the service industry for more than 10 year this was a truly horrifying experience.

Went in for a kebab, paid £12 and by the time I got back to my hotel, 150m round the corner, only to find that all the meat was cold, barely warm.. meat was low quality and tasted like crap. Even if it was hot, I still dont think it was worth it. Complete waste of money...
