I ordered food and waited for two hours, but it never arrived. I was told the driver was on my street, but when I went outside, there was no one there. I then physically went to the shop, only to be told there’d been a mistake. By this point, it was silly o’clock in the night, so I ended up with no food at all.

First time we’ve had food that’s been overcooked and burnt. Burgers burnt and hard and buns were burnt. The chips were also over done and definitely not fresh. Such a shame as we normally love the burgers etc

Waited hour and ten minutes called shop said was on way 30 m8ns later food still not arrived then when it did was cold!!!!! Not happy will not use again

When I was student i lived off this place. Its reasonably priced and good quality plus the bossman is superfriendly! Recommend their pizzas

It was a very good meal with my family. Food and service excellent, will certainly return soon.

The food was brilliant, pizza was cooked perfect good portions and really tasty - fries were amazing - and the garlic dip…..wow - thank you ☺️

I've been ordering from here for many years, it's steadily gotten worse. ordered this evening, and for the 2nd order in a row the food arrived both late and cold, different delivery guys each time both handed it to me with no bag in sight and ran away, because they knew they were delivering stone cold food. to make it worse tonight the dips I paid for were not delivered, no word from the driver about this, another reason why he ran away. this place seems to be involved in a race to the bottom, sadly they are winning. they may be cheap but there's a reason why, they don't care. if you want a nice take away to treat yourself spend your money somewhere else.

The food was still hot and delicious. Drink was cold and separated well. Good job.

Do not order from here. Tried ordering, money was taken but turned out that the place was shut. £34 taken out of bank for nothing

We ordered a vegan cheese and tomato pizza amongst a family meal deal as our daughter has a dairy allergy. Upon collecting the order they gave us an original Cheese and tomato pizza. When querying the order the manager was extremely rude and said we would have to order another pizza as they had made the wrong one. He then refused to correct the order. After eventually agreeing they had made the wrong order, he then refused to recook the rest of the order and said it would have to be eaten cold. We asked for our money back and to cancel the order and he refused directing us towards our bank to refund the money. Such a bad experience and this was before we even had any food.
