Absolutely shocking had better pizza from Iceland frozen crap chicken wings coverd in breadcrumbs I can only presume no chicken probably cat in all honesty total waste of 15 quid only thing that was decent was the answer of coke surprised there still trading

Order pizza paid £3.50 for stuffed what a joke the crust was empty hardly any cheese I called the restaurant I got hung up on at first told that’s how it came they done nothing help absolutes disgusted I’m adding photos DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

We ordered pizza and were told 35-40 mins for delivery, after waiting for an hour I phoned again and they told me they had phoned the number I gave them and someone picked up saying they hadn't ordered pizza and to stop phoning them. I asked them to read back the phone number I gave them and it matched my number - I was told if I still wanted the pizza they would send someone out to collect the cash FIRST and then they would send the pizza because "how can we trust you. We are not sending you a pizza unless you pay the cash first" He then proceeded to call me a liar because I had apparently given him the wrong number, even though I was now phoning him from that exact number. I was then passed over to someone else who offered me a £2 discount... Needless to say I declined and highly recommend everybody else orders elsewhere. Worst customer service.

the 19” thin base & did half & half .. was so tasty topping & cheese right to the edge & still hot when arrived ..definitely will order again from here

If I could do no stars I would. I ordered food, on app said it was delivered but 2 hours later, I called as I ordered the food and the man was snappy and rude but I didn’t mind but didn’t answer the phone second time to ask, no explanation. I’ve never complained even when little things have been wrong in the past, no excuses can be made. I will be ringing or come in to talk to a manager for definitely my refund and I want an explanation, it’s sad because 80% of the time I enjoy my food and have ordered many times, bad experience.

Absolutely disgusted, ordered 3 x 9inch pizzas on a weekday at 3pm during half term , the online order stated being prepared at 3.22, an hour later i rang to find out where my order was and was told they were extremely busy but would be there within 10 minutes. 20 minutes later food arrived cold. Will not be ordering from these people again and considering i have spent many years ordering from them, this says a lot about how terrible their services have become recently.

They messed the order up totally. Also they don't speak good English, are rude and ignorant on the phone. Never again will waste time and money on this joke shop. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered burger and chips for 2 , it was here hot and ready to eat in 25 minutes , I personally use them as I’ve always found them reliable and great price and menu has good choice , this was an order on line via just eats to my home.

Always a good bet for a quick bite before evening matches at Roots Hall after finishing work. The 2-topping regular pizza is very good value for money, quickly and freshly prepared and always piping hot :)

I'd been ordering from this place for 15 years with no problem. Then out of the blue they copped a bad attitude trying to over charge and rip you off. when they feel like it they try to add a £1 delivery charge. I was wondering whether it was under new ownership/management. By the way do yourself a favour go else where to get you pizza.

Always consistent, always hot, always delicious. Delivery is always friendly, and normally earlier than stated which is great. Been getting from here for about 8 months once or twice a week minimum and the quality and service has always been exactly the same - excellent. Definitely one of, if not the the best pizza place in Southend.

The order was not correct - ordered two thick crust and one thin, the thin crust had the wrong topping. Ordered Diet coke and every time the order is delivered I get a coke. This is annoying

Last time I had Pizzaman was 5 years ago (I've been out the country), but it tastes like the recipe for the Mexicana has charged. Used to be my favourite pizza but now tastes like a curry pizza...

Really high quality food, the chicken dippers were delicious! Pizza places sides are not normally much to write home about but they were delicious. This will be my new go to!

Arrived within 15 minutes, 30 minutes earlier than stated :) friendly delivery with a smile as always, hot and really tasty pizza. Always consistent, always nice, generally always earlier than stated and always hot. One of the best pizza places in the area and I've tried LOADS.

The pizza came really quickly a lot quicker than was expected and was nice and hot and also very delicious! We ordered a Diet Coke however a normal Coca Cola came. The food was good however! Chips and garlic bread were okay nothing great but not a diasaster! Would definitely order from here again!

Definitely one of the best pizza places in town and I've tried loads, generally have pizza 3 or 4 times a week so I've tried a fair few places and this is easily one of the best, always consistent, always nice. You won't regret pizza from here hehre really good.

I regularly order takeaway from The Pizza Man and recon it's the best takeaway pizza in the area. The prices are very reasonable and the food is always exactly what i order. It's always delivered on time or early.

Slow delivery food was not warm and did not taste fresh never again

Pizza was really good, very full of flavour, fresh, plenty of topping. Arrived super hot and was still decent temperature half an hour later as I ate other food ordered. Spaghetti was crisp in places but this is due to the way it has to be kept hot on delivery. Suggest not using the metal containers, I'm sure it would be nice if collected instead of delivered. Every spaghetti I've ever had from any takeaway has been the same though in those containers so not their fault other than maybe use a different takeaway container. Really r ally nice pizza though so spaghetti not recommended for delivery but everything else was really good. Delivery driver friis fly and polite. Will order again definitely.

I ask for no peppers on the pizza and there was loads of peppers the Potato wedges was wet and soft not to eat not even my dog will eat them chicken dippers the flavour was so hot it burnt my mouth I was going to give to a 4 year old lucky I tried it first it don't say there hot but they are and wean I rang to complain all I got was grief I will not get anything from there again

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday "Any Pizza Any Size" deal on JustEat and received a phone call telling me that the offer does not count on Bank Holiday Mondays. He told me if I wanted the order, that I would need to pay £2.50 upon delivery. I mentioned that nowhere on the site did it say that this would be the case and asked him to escalate it to the manager to remove the £2.50 charge and he told me he was the manager. I contacted JustEat who told me they couldn't do this, and if they refuse to deliver without the extra charge to cancel the order. I called back and the same man answered the phone. He told me that if I wanted to talk to the manager I'd need to call back tomorrow, so he had lied to me on the first call. He then also refused to refund the order and I had to get in contact with JustEat to do it that way round instead. I've got my refund, so I'm not out of pocket but I certainly won't be using this place again and I would urge others to follow suit. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever and I was lied to.

Food was cold - worst pizza I've probably ever ordered - chicken nuggets, soggy and cold, same as the chips - pizza was cold with hard cheese! Absolutely awful. Delivery was late and over an hour - nobody even answered the phone to give an update. Would never order again.

Food arrived half hour before delivery time and the food was steaming hot! You could see the steam as you opened it, and it was gorgeous to taste!

Fast delivery, good customer service only downfall was the pizza. It was just quite bland and the sausage was weird it was like burnt rubber - couldn't eat it.

I order from the pizza man often. Minimum £10 yeah that's fine. Cheesy chips could do with more cheese. Stuffed crust could be a little cheaper than £2. Oh and bigger bottles of Coke. Only being honest fellas. Great work on everything else though. Will definitely order again. ✌️
