The owner is super friendly. Always chatty. Some of the service thou can be hit and miss.

Driver refused to get out the car and made me go out and get the food.

He didn’t come out frm the car to deliver my food he was rude nd said take ur food he was sitting on the car

I paid £35 for two medium pizza. Completely disappointed, the taste is absolutely disgusting. Never coming back for sure !

Normally I have a great experience however whoever was on your phones at 18:17 on 9th of February needs to be sacked due to the fact he swore and was very disrespectful on the phone because I was on no caller id after telling him I just wanted to know if he delivers and will call back without my number on he had no reason to be rude and I’m very upset

the deivery driver was rude towards my parnter and was expecting her to walk to his car and collect the food. because he didnt want to get out of the car. he was also speaking to her very disrespectfully and i am not happy with the the workers you empoly

Freshly cooked pizza, burger ,kabab and pasta.Maintain taste. Caspian sauce is the star of the food.

Caspian’s Balti Chicken pizza with added green chillies is one of the best pizzas in Brum.

delivery driver made me come to his car to collect my own food in the rain and also the quality of food is so poor chicken tasted like it had been sat their for days

We ordered food and they gave us something completely different to what we ordered. When I rang them to dispute my order they were so so rude and unprofessional towards me I wouldn’t order food from here even if it was free their attitude stinks I was shocked by their customer service. I ordered a large pizza and they sent me a shitty little pizza for 1

fries cold chilli sauce missing and burgers only had mayo on them. very poor standard and quality of food for the high price.

Only issue I had was not being able to select what size pizzas I wanted but if I went to place another order I was given the choice

the dough on the vegetarian hot was half cooked and pizzas arrived cold

As l haven't tried Caspian pizza for very long time. I have to say l wasn't disappointed really good Vegetarian Hot Pizzza. You can tell they quality ingredients. Right amount cheese no overflow. Well worth trying visiting if you never been before.

Would give 0 stars if I was allowed poor service, uncooked and rushed food wouldnt feed my cat this food

My pizza wasn’t not cooked properly. It was still soft and the slices were cut so small and unevenly I was not happy at all.

Brilliant pizza, chicken wings and fries as ever, and was ready super fast for collection. Many thanks again from loyal customers of at least 20 years now.

This is not the first time where consistency has been compromised by this “Kurd” franchise . Food is mediocre & they always fail to follow dietary instructions.

Nice and tasty pizzas. After renovation the sitting is comfortable in resturant. However in past we had some bad experiences with staff taking order over call. For some reason they always declined orders from b27.

Was having issues with the Uber Eats driver not having delivered our order, so called the branch. They said there was nothing they could do, "don't use Uber again", "we've done our job so complain to Uber", then put the phone down on me when I pointed out that they would still be the ones keeping our money whoever was to blame. Not too impressed.

I had to go to building door to collect the delivery, when required him to come up, he said that he is not allowed to do that.

It's so disappointing- 2 regular pizzas, collection, £ 17.54 on website; when I went to collect - 1 regular pizza is only £5.50 in store. Staff basically said online order is more expensive!

Ate from here today and now I'm throwing up 3 hours later... won't be returning.

Absolutely vile. Pizza wasn't cooked properly and was soggy. The chips where refried. Spent 40 quid on two pizzas some chips, pop and dip and we ate about 3 slices and thrown the rest out. Both me and my partner had dodgy stomach's the next day from it. Honestly the worst take away food I've ever had genuinely no idea how they're still in business and I have no idea how you can mess up chips and pizza.

The delivery gentleman was very helpful and the food was excellent as always thank you ☺️

Kebab was cold and so we're the chips. The chocolate cake was so hard it was like it was frozen. Very disappointed ☹️

The man fortified the door with one small stool and as my friend opened the door the chair naturally fell. We were greeted with sarcasm and aggressive behaviour asking if we damaged the door. I advised them to use something stronger to fortify the door incase of a repeated future occurrence so instead of one chair, they are using three chairs. However the mini manager at the front was very polite and welcoming and de-escalated the situation.

Delivery was quick, but food was poor, pizza came squashed in box, was pretty much inedible. Fries were cold. Only thing that I was able to eat was the garlic pizza bread. Not happy at all. Tried to submit review at the time of arrival but app was not working.

Joke. Only this word comes to my mind to describe this what I have received. I ordered 3 regular pizza and chicken salad, I paid £26.26. I received 3 SMALL pizza (taste was fine) chicken salad it is 3 ingredients: lettuce, sweetcorn and chicken (even onions are to expensiveto add it). Completely no taste. SCAM. NEVER BUY AGAIN, MONEY WASTE AND FAMILY IS STILL HUNGRY

After a long time I went to this caspian branch as I'm from Acocksgreen. waiting time over 30min plus when I got home with food pizza was half burnt I'm deffo not comin back to this branch again Moseley rd caspians is the best in my opinion 5 star all the time and staff is very polite der. I will rather travel der next time and get quality food ..

Ordered from Acocks Green branch - food was lukewarm, took well over an hour to arrive (I could have made the pizza myself in that time in fact). No apology given for the wait. Kind of defeats the purpose of ‘fast’ food. Garlic bread was dry and tasteless. Tandoori pizza was orange and weird. Donner pizza had barely any meat on it. Expensive and definitely not worth the money. We will not be ordering again, highly regret it.

I have not got my food and the driver is arguing with us saying he’s dropped the food which is not true where the restaurant says the driver is telling them the same and to come 2 miles to the shop to sort it out. I can’t get down to the restaurant at all and I’ve been waiting for almost 2 hours and still arguing when my food hasn’t been delivered. I’ve gone out 3 times and checked with neighbours all my information is correct
