Worst customer service and very rude and racist attitude towards MUSLIMS!! My missus and I visited this hot stuff pizza shop yesterday to grab some food during our visit to Birmingham. We ordered a large lamb doner a large pack of fries which was given to us in good time. After took it to the car, we found there was no ketchup or mayo packets inside the fries box. So my wife went back to shop and asked for some mayo & ketchup for which the guy replied "this is not India or Pakistan where you get everything for free, this is England and nothing is free" what kinda talk is that? We are from London, when you buy fries here, they usually put mayo n ketchup on top or they give you some packets. That's why we asked for Mayo & Ketchup and this guy was so rude and racist towards my wife for being a Muslim hijabi woman. I went to the shop and complained about his attitude and his whole tone changed. There was a lady who works in the kitchen also intervened in this conversation for no reason and said you wife was arguing. I said she did not know that you guys don't give mayo & ketchup for free and if you wanted to charge for it, you could have simply asked for money. But you brought India and Pakistan to this conversation for no reason and that's shows you have some grudge against Muslims. There was no apology either from the guy or the woman involved. Avoid at all cost.

Said 30-35 min wait, Hour and 45 minute wait for cold and soggy food

Always put salad when I ask for none and the fries are bland and I asked for mayo and got garlic mayo instead and didn't even tell me and put way too much

The chicken burgers, cheese burgers, garlic naan bread and the hot wings is so satisfying and delicious and it has a good menu - so much to choose from! Delivery on time and delivery men very polite and friendly. I will recommend this restaurant. Try it you won't be disappointed.

Never normally have any problems when ordering food from here it is normally 10/10 but tonight the order was wrong and had to wait over an hour for delivery

Guy calls to ask for the money first before even delivering the food and then messes up each donner in naan order. How can a large donner have the same amount as 2 regulars??? Also messes up each one because he knew how it would look. Asked for no salad in the large donner and he’s also everything on there to mask how much donner they were putting on there. Awful man don’t recommend one bit. Owner tried doing pity party about ppl who don’t pay but ppl who do won’t get the what they ordered

We’ve ordered a few times from here, the food is just so nice, so fresh, I’m not a huge pizza fan but wow the pizza is just beautiful, and the peri wings are really tasty too, we have had no issues, the food always taste fresh, the fish is gorgeous! Highly recommend!

They sent me two burnt pizzas. They were going to send the driver back to pick them up- they said it was tough luck that the pizza’s delivered weren’t burnt. They said they would refund me- but they haven’t and nor have Just Eat.

They had been doing a fantastic job in their field. And also the hospitality of whole team is marvelous. And the rates are so reliable a student can also prefer this outlet for their refreshments And meals .

Always good food when I go here, the wings meal is a nice sized portion and tastes very good. Would definitely recommend. Quick service and friendly people

Never order a pizza from here. Base was very chewy and hard and the chicken was not cooked properly. I ruined my day yesterday by ordering it. They lure you by giving offers and cheap rate in return they will give you stale food. Really very disappointed

Quick delivery and the driver was friendly. These were the only good points the pizza dough was chewy and toppings tasted like they were cooked the day before. Wouldn’t recommend

Disgusting attitude, took 2hr to get my food. When we received it, it was the wrong order. Called to get refund, they answered and swore at me, even saying “I dare you to eat it”. Disgusting people and business.

Rude and disrespectful owner spoke to several members of staff from the community centre near by with no manners at all after we tried to figure out a refund solution as the food we ordered turned up 30 mins late after we were told it would be ‘10 mins’ several times over the phone. When we came to the shop to resolve the issue face to face we were ignored and spoken over and disregarded completely. Only gave 1 star as I cannot give 0 .

Cold food, no sauces, warm cans of drink, stake fries and the pizza was soggy. Just stay hungry because eating here will make you want to commit violence on the staff

Don't like writing negative reviews but their Pizza was the worst we've had in years. They also didn't match an offer given online but the City Centre branch, said each branch has own offers. A few years back, we did order pretty regular from this place but stopped. The Pizza just didn't taste nice at all, and having not ordered from this place in years, I wouldn't order again. It's not value for money at all, as other places are offering much better Pizza's in taste & deals/price.

Don't bother wasting your time order over 1 hour late with no communication or offer to refund some money for delivering over 30 mins late . Staff are rude by hanging up the phone an lying about where the order is . If your hungry go somewhere reputable who will deliver on time an not lie as I only live a few mins away from shop.

Place is a joke. Stated 45 mins delivery. I rang up after a hour and asked where my delivery was, they told me he is just leaving the shop. 10mins later the driver calls me asking for my postcode. So 1hour and 20mins later I am still waiting for my food.. and to make it worse no apology on the phone from staff at shop.. instead telling me 45mins is an approx time. Never again!

Okay so me and my wife ordered a pizza and some chicken wings.....food was delivered on time but was really bad. Both pizza lacked flavour and were over cooked toppings had no flavour and base was thin like paper. Will not be ordering from here again! Big disappointment!!!!!

Had food poisoning they food isn’t cooked properly

Ordered a pizza, however the mince meat tasted off, probably wasn't cooked properly. Hopefully it was a one off, I've tried before and it was good. Will try others nearby for a year or two before I return.

Very bad customer. We called at 8:00pm and ordered our pizza they said it will be with us within 30 mins as we wait 30 mins go by 45 mins go by we then call and they say it’s is on it’s way and we will be there in 15 mins we wait and then 30 mins later the pizza arrives it lacked in flavour, sauce, vegetables and it was very sour where the was sauce. We collectively decided that the pizza was no good and gave the company a call as we called we was passed around to 4 different people and the end result was that they can’t do anything for me as the pizza was had been chewed and put in the bin, they said look we can’t do anything for you good-bye.

Food was okay but a bit overpriced. I ordered through their website for collection but on arrival still had to wait an hour due to a faulty system on their computers (owner was unaware of my order). Owner was apologetic having seen my email confirmation and order ID but didn't offer to resolve the issue himself and instead told me to phone head office myself, furthermore he looked overworked or in a struggle to prioritise as he was running around taking/completing orders, managing staff and even helping the chef whilst also half heartedly trying to resolve my issue. After 10 minutes of getting nowhere I asked for the number for head office and within 45 minutes it was resolved and my order was ready, however I wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience. A shame as this was my first visit.
