the food was cold and burnt it was bad all of the food I received was worst pizzas

Food quality wasn’t too good. Also, not sure to why nothing came with any standard sauce. Personally, I wouldn’t order again.

Cheesy chips was terrible fake flavourless cold unmelted cheese and chicken on pizza didn't taste fresh looked mouldy had a sour taste no sauces or napkins with food staff are rude won't be ordering again

non existence. driver called me 6 times to confirm address. after waiting over 30 minutes I sent text stating to cancel. On the site it's listed as delivered. Total rubbish. I would like refund.

I asked for them to make it spicy. They made it spicy. Best pizza in all of the land. The absolute crem da la crem. The beez neez. The shizzle. You will not regret ordering from this place.

delivery driver was really late, by 25 mins , feies were warm and pizza barely classified as warm. No issues with food from the shop, just delivery.

Ordered around 2 got the food around 3:40. That’s at least 35 mins outside of the original late estimate. When calling the restaurant, via the app or directly, there was no response. The opening times are confusing as I believe the order was accepted before the official opening time of the restaurant. Pizza was alright all things after all things said.

Came here after some time new owners the place looked down hill untidy from inside the shop the lady at the front has bad attitude towards customers if U can't answer the question then don't be behind the counter never coming to this place again Why did the old owners sell the place they had perfect food and customer service

Received wrong order and also I didn’t get the burger I ordered and when I called the restaurant they said they can’t do anything about cz they have sent me the right order and the driver also delivered it so I am lieing apparently

I do not recommend this place to eat the food was not up to the standards it should be for the price you’re paying. I was given lots of chips which was old and soggy and reheated and the chef special kebab was one big mess with lots of donner and few pieces of everything else

Pizza was stale. Tandoori mixed grill had chewy wings and chewy seekh kebab. Chicken tikka however was perfect. Delivered on time.

The driver dropped off the food and then decided to have a wee against my wall. I can post evidence, but I will not. Unless you want me too, the shop keeper was apologetic and it's a shame as the food is good

Worst customer service and very rude and racist attitude towards MUSLIMS!! My missus and I visited this hot stuff pizza shop yesterday to grab some food during our visit to Birmingham. We ordered a large lamb doner a large pack of fries which was given to us in good time. After took it to the car, we found there was no ketchup or mayo packets inside the fries box. So my wife went back to shop and asked for some mayo & ketchup for which the guy replied "this is not India or Pakistan where you get everything for free, this is England and nothing is free" what kinda talk is that? We are from London, when you buy fries here, they usually put mayo n ketchup on top or they give you some packets. That's why we asked for Mayo & Ketchup and this guy was so rude and racist towards my wife for being a Muslim hijabi woman. I went to the shop and complained about his attitude and his whole tone changed. There was a lady who works in the kitchen also intervened in this conversation for no reason and said you wife was arguing. I said she did not know that you guys don't give mayo & ketchup for free and if you wanted to charge for it, you could have simply asked for money. But you brought India and Pakistan to this conversation for no reason and that's shows you have some grudge against Muslims. There was no apology either from the guy or the woman involved. Avoid at all cost.

Always put salad when I ask for none and the fries are bland and I asked for mayo and got garlic mayo instead and didn't even tell me and put way too much

The chicken burgers, cheese burgers, garlic naan bread and the hot wings is so satisfying and delicious and it has a good menu - so much to choose from! Delivery on time and delivery men very polite and friendly. I will recommend this restaurant. Try it you won't be disappointed.

Guy calls to ask for the money first before even delivering the food and then messes up each donner in naan order. How can a large donner have the same amount as 2 regulars??? Also messes up each one because he knew how it would look. Asked for no salad in the large donner and he’s also everything on there to mask how much donner they were putting on there. Awful man don’t recommend one bit. Owner tried doing pity party about ppl who don’t pay but ppl who do won’t get the what they ordered

We’ve ordered a few times from here, the food is just so nice, so fresh, I’m not a huge pizza fan but wow the pizza is just beautiful, and the peri wings are really tasty too, we have had no issues, the food always taste fresh, the fish is gorgeous! Highly recommend!

They sent me two burnt pizzas. They were going to send the driver back to pick them up- they said it was tough luck that the pizza’s delivered weren’t burnt. They said they would refund me- but they haven’t and nor have Just Eat.

Never order a pizza from here. Base was very chewy and hard and the chicken was not cooked properly. I ruined my day yesterday by ordering it. They lure you by giving offers and cheap rate in return they will give you stale food. Really very disappointed

Quick delivery and the driver was friendly. These were the only good points the pizza dough was chewy and toppings tasted like they were cooked the day before. Wouldn’t recommend

Disgusting attitude, took 2hr to get my food. When we received it, it was the wrong order. Called to get refund, they answered and swore at me, even saying “I dare you to eat it”. Disgusting people and business.
