El peor servicio al cliente imaginable, según el rastreador de pizza mi comida estaba a 10 minutos, pero llegó 25 minutos más tarde y frío. Al recibir mi pedido he llamado a la tienda para que me lo reemplacen... No se dio ETA y tuve que llamar a la tienda 3 veces pidiendo una actualización (se colgó en 2 ocasiones) lo que pretendía ser una solución de comida rápida y fácil se convirtió en una espera de 2 horas antes de que eventualmente pudiera comer... Cuando el segundo repartidor llegó con el pedido fresco, procedió a discutir conmigo diciendo que me había comido la pizza (se comieron 2 rebanadas y le había informado a la tienda de esto, de qué otra manera sabría que la comida estaba fría) después de un par de minutos de ir y venir con el repartidor, procedió a entregar el pedido fresco a regañadientes y no quería llevarse el pedido frío de vuelta con él. Llamé a la tienda de nuevo y pregunté por qué su conductor estaba dispuesto a discutir conmigo por la información que ya había compartido (2 porciones perdidas) el gerente de la tienda aconsejó que hablaría con el conductor y me llamaría de vuelta, me colgó una vez más antes de que pudiera responder Y... no me llamó de vuelta. Esta es la respuesta que he obtenido de su ‘equipo de quejas’ «Ha realizado su pedido a las 8 : 26 PM. Hemos comprobado la ubicación GPS de nuestro conductor para su pedido en ese día y tenemos la marca de tiempo cuando nuestro repartidor llegó a su dirección que era 8 : 56 PM y la hora también cuando dejó su dirección que era 9 : 03 PM. Con esto, muestra que su pedido fue entregado en 30 minutos que no debe estar frío. Cuando llamaste a la tienda por primera vez antes de las 9 : 30 PM, el gerente te dio el beneficio de la duda y te dijo que te enviará un nuevo pedido y cobrará el que recibiste inicialmente. Una vez que el conductor llegó, casi terminaste ya el primer pedido y recibiste el pedido rehecho también. Esto fue incluso si el primer pedido se entregó a tiempo. En esta ocasión no ofreceremos reembolsos ni un bono de buena voluntad.”

No pidas su "extra" pizza Margherita a menos que te esperas carne picada, jalapeños y cebollas. Y no te llames esperaba que se disculpó por el error tonto. Porque el cliente siempre está mal en tierra de pizza. Un ventilador masivo de los últimos 3 años. Uno de nuestro grupo pide una vez al día, nunca pedir desde aquí de nuevo

Food absolutely terrible, ordered a large order for the family, the food made us all so ill just after eating it. We won't be going again..!!

We have ordered over many years from this takeaway. We only ever have the Lamb shish kebab’s, unfortunately they stopped doing them. But glad to say they are back on the menu. We ordered two on the 10/05/24 . Not dissapointed, bloody lovely. I have to say it was delicious, lots of soft lamb pieces, salad was lovely and fresh and the Naan were great too. We will be back for more.

Burger came raw/pink in the middle and customer service or the restaurant care or going to do anything about it. Avoid at all costs!

The worst food I’ve ever eaten, freezing cold, soggy and wet and even worse black hairs in my wrap, we rang to get a refund, the man on the phone was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to, he told me I was a liar, started laughing at me and was shouting abuse down the phone, the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!

DISGUSTING floors, DISGUSTING tables (hygienically) the 'sharing pizzas' would just about satisfy an average male staff WILL NOT take your order verbally you have to use your phone - process is disjointed and frustrating the 'touch screen' ordering in the restaurant kept buffering - useless pizza was average to be honest SUMMARY: EXPENSIVE/DIRTY/DIFFICULT to PLACE ORDER Finally the cheeky bu%^$rs ask if you want to leave a tip? Cheat customer by charging for home delivery than refuse to deliver and later refuse to refund for food which i never got

Ordered for collection. Accidentally took the pizza sauce off the pizza when customising - didn’t realise until while I was on the way I received a call from the store to check the order was correct. Great customer service and order ready to collect as soon as I arrived. Thank you

Don’t taste right the people working there are weird. Not helpful and no customer service. Had a problem today aswell when an order was an hour late and they did not care it never went through. Offer a refund in 4 days but can’t send me a pizza ? But can send me the money back. ? Silly people

Ordered online, but no food for over 90 mins. Chased after an hour and dismissive response said food will be with you soon. Half hour later the food appeared but the pizza boxes were sodden and the food was cold, it had clearly been in the car for a long time. They substituted the drink, due to stock issues, without telling us. Upon reporting the cold food I was offered replacements but only with all of the existing food returned. We had guests and, having waited 90 mins for food, I am not going to gamble on dominoes re-delivering in timely manner. Many have said, we like the brand, but please help us in droitwich by getting the branch to take good service seriously, it is a joke.

Something is going wrong. We've ordered pizzas from Redditch Dominoes for years. We've tried a few alternatives in Redditch but always come back to Dominoes because of the predictable quality. Last night was different. We ordered three small pizzas and a garlic bread with cheese. When they arrived in the fastest time ever, we thought I had ordered pizzas without cheese by mistake, such was the scant evidence of the cheese. But the cheesy garlic bread was just awful. It was excessively oily, to the extent of it dripping out of the box, but it tasted as though someone had mixed together a load of butter, garlic puree and cheese and just smoothed it over a pizza base and the dough underneath wasn't cooked in the slightest. A fast delivery at the expense of quality. I think we need to look elsewhere as the quality control seems to have disappeared.

Terrible food. Cold, Tasteless and not worth the price. Not going to return again. Do not bother with this place it is extremely disappointing
