Absolutely shocking food disgusting never again Thought give it a go food old stale missed all the salad stuck mayo on all when didn’t request

absolutely shocking customer service. don’t bother if u don’t want to be robbed. some bloke fully just put the phone down on me lmaoo

I always ask for slight changes to my pizza and they always accommodate me. The food is usually served earlier than expected and tastes absolutely amazing! Buy one get one free on pizzas makes a treat so much easier! Thank you to Mr pizza for their continued service to my takeaway addiction 😂🤦🏼‍♀️👏

Come in for a take out, great hospitality and service from a young chap called Adnan. I was stuck for choice so he recommended the cheese burger. Recieved my food on time and it was absolutely deliciouse. Deffo will be back!. Highly recommend this place to redditch pizza and burger lovers.

Ordered from just eat. Over 30 minutes late, after speaking to the delivery driver 4 times! The staff in the restaurant were rude. But not as rude to the delivery driver, who after was proved wrong decided that his defence would be to be angry, aggressive and swear! Not exactly the service I would expect. Despite the hour wait and having to reheat the pizza, I would say the food was ok. Would not recommend.

I ordered a medium pizza on Wednesday evening, I was told I could have a free one over the phone I questioned the price. Ten pounds I was told. Checked my bank this evening and they took £13.98. Fuming I have called them bloke who answered the phone went to ask someone and I overheard them talking and laughing!! Came back said sorry nothing we can do as it was a new employee!!! I am never using them again. It seems place has changed hands and I used Mr Pizza for many years :( Lost 1 loyal customer after the call tonight!! The pizza was ok I suppose not brilliant! .

Ordered online and it said 53 minutes. After waiting for about a hour and half, I phoned up. I could here them say to someone that they made my order ages ago. Anyway it turned up late and was cold and to top it off it was wrong. Very disappointed.

Went to the wrong address, late over 30 mins, food was good but cold... spoke to manager, didn’t offer any refund or and word of asking if I would like my food replaced with something warm...

food is usually good, I realised I put the wrong address on so I called the store to tell them the address is wrong and that I’m at work not at home. I ordered at 01:30, at 02:20 the delivery driver was knocking on the door at my house!!! waking up my whole family!! after realising I wasn’t there he called my phone and asked me where I was, I tried to explain but he barely spoke English, I ended up having to text him my location which is only 3 miles away from my house... at 02:50 delivery driver finally turns up with my cold food... I call the store and speak to someone who said he was the owner, he said he was sorry and will speak to the driver... that’s it... no word of a refund or an offer to send out some more food that’s warm... just sorry... disgraceful customer service and will not be using them again.

I placed my order at 12 midday for a 2pm delivery for food because I knew my lunch break was at 2pm, the restaurant was listed as open from 12.30. at 2.15pm my food had not arrived I phoned the restaurant he said it will be there anytime between 2pm and 3pm but can't say when I WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ORDER 2 HOURS IN ADVANCE AND ITS STILL AN HOUR LATE. 3PM food arrives drinks are missing im told were too busy to replace it.

Ordered a large chicken pizza, and received 2 large chicken pizzas thanks to the deal that was on. Tasted really good and fed me for a couple of days. Service was good, friendly bloke.

2.5 hours after ordering and 6 phone calls the bloke comes round with 2x chips missing and 3x curry sauce. More than half the order!! Food didn't taste great either

Changed hands and the service has gone downhill. Said delivery would take half an hour and it took an hour and ten. Pizza uncooked and order wrong

Ordered an extra large, cheese, tomato, mushroom and Garlic pizza with chips. Delivery time excellent advised 45 minutes and fine I don't mind waiting. HOWEVER the pizza was not cooked, chips soggy :( We ordered it as I did not feel up to cooking myself. I rang to let them know and in all fairness they offered to replace. In my opinion the food should have not left the shop like that. Shame as on and off I have used the place for years. I think it must have changed hands as never had an issue before.

90 minutes wait for burnt cold food. Never again you should be ashamed of yourselves it was that bad

Tener trabajo terminado me sentí mucho hambre!

Mientras se aloje en el Holiday Inn Express cerca en nuestro camino de vuelta de Cornwall entré a esta tienda y pedimos la oferta que era 2 X 2 chips x y pinchos 2 latas x de pop y pagué 50 p extra por parte de fichas tienen queso sobre ellos. El tío toma la orden de no ir a través de la orden conmigo, así confiaba el orden sería justo. La espera por la comida fue larga aproximadamente 15 x minutos y otro cliente dieron su orden antes de mí. Mientras estaba en la tienda había dos coches x fuera que topamos con otra que parecía pertenecen al personal de la tienda. No estoy seguro si esto el personal en las órdenes de la derecha pero, cuando finalmente conseguí mi pedido y caminamos de regreso al hotel nos encontramos que las patatas fritas no llevan queso en ellos como lo había pedido y había pagado un total de £1.50 extra por el queso. Mi pareja y su hija fueron tanto malestar acerca de esto. La comida estaba bien, pero no es el mejor que he tenido con diferencia. El interior de la tienda en el lado cliente le vendría bien una puesta al día y un poco más limpia. No volveré a esta tienda de nuevo la próxima vez que estoy alojado en el Holiday Inn Express cerca.

Yo estaba ultrajado en mi en mi encuentro actual con el Sr. Pizza. Me llamó y pedimos un especial. Cuando llegó mi pedido me pareció que era incorrecto sin embargo, decidí no ser grosero al hombre de entrega y nos registramos en línea. Luego me llamó a que me dijeran que no salga el resto de mi pedido, también me sentí menospreciarse en el teléfono cuando estoy el fondo podía oír a la gente me llama molesto. El Sr. Pizza tiene servicio al cliente pésimo y no creo que a mí como su cliente de todos modos. Tuve mi hija amigos alrededor y no era capaz de proporcionar suficiente comida para ellos como me pasé el resto de mi en la pizza.

Just to advise everyone out there who work hard for their money...I ordered from Mr Pizza site 14th of June 2015 - after sometime got the call I will get the refund and theyR sorry but restaurant is close, fair enough -mistakes happen. Week later no money...two weeks later no money :/ called them - manager didnt want to speak (he was too busy)but passed the massage by his worker my money been processed and if I wont get them by Friday (today) I shall call them. I did - boy who picked up the phone cut the call, so I called them again - he was rude and basically said he is too busy to deal with me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hmmm...well as i feel generous today I am leaving this matter - i wont humiliate myself in front of them for £ 12 but just to warn U - it happened to me it can happen to You too.

I ordered a delivery a big order for my whole family it arrived within 35mins (was advised 45mins) all the food was nice hot and fresh all my family loved the food we will definatly will be ordering again. Highly recommended.

Pedí pizza desde aquí ya que tenían una oferta, 2 por 1. estaba asquerosa, la base y el pan de ajo que pedimos no tenía ajos! Nunca utilice otra vez!
