Don’t taste right the people working there are weird. Not helpful and no customer service. Had a problem today aswell when an order was an hour late and they did not care it never went through. Offer a refund in 4 days but can’t send me a pizza ? But can send me the money back. ? Silly people

Ordered a takeaway from here for delivery, opened the pepperoni pizza which looked like the most unpleasant pizza ever to be served. The pepperoni itself were a strange dark brown colour unlike the usual brighter red. The cheese looked overly orange and after one bite it was enough for me. Domino’s has gone downhill in general in the past year but this store really is shocking.

We had the value deal of 2 medium pizzas from the menu with a choice of crust. The thin one was just two thin and crispy and the Italian was so much better, classic crust Is okay too but don’t recommend thin n crispy choice here. Garlic bread and wedges with dips tasted nice. Member of party said they preferred Pizza Hut delivery but I enjoyed it. Got free delivery as spent over £13. Delivery was fast, about 35 mins from ordering, tracker tells you when it’s on its way. The delivery was handed to me at the door so don’t know how this is contactless and driver was not wearing mask properly and not that friendly.

I’ve ordered from here for the past 2yrs. It always was hit and miss but the last 5 times I’ve ordered have been a big miss, I will not be able to order from here anymore. Always takes way over an hour to arrive. Usually stone cold with hard cheese. Toppings thrown on with rank looking cheese so it looks like a pavement pizza. The last 2 were the worst, I took one bite and it tasted off..it was so bad, I had to put £20 worth of food straight in the bin. Looks like they just can’t cook them right anymore. Then my daughter ordered one even though I’d advised against it! Another sick looking piece of crap. The Dominoes in Bushbury is brilliant, unfortunately..even though we are closer to the bushbury store..they’re not allowed to deliver to my area?! No point complaining..they don’t care.

Delivery: Ordered a pizza online at 5 o'clock and received it at 6:10. I called a few times to ask where it was and was assured it was on its way. They seemed surprised that I thought 30 minutes late was bad, now having read other reviews on trip advisor I can see that by their low standards, this isn't even bad. The food: The pizza, was cut into ridiculous slices, as if whoever had done it was purposely trying to make a mess of it. Uneven, and with some appearing as if cut by a child, it occurred to me that they probably got the size wrong and tried to make up the number of slices. I took a bite and upon realising that I'd been conned, immediately called the pizza place for a refund. In retrospect, I should have refused the order, but having waited over an hour, I would have probably died if I didn't eat something, even if it did look like vomit. *Ring ring* "hi, the pizza that I said was over 40 minutes late is cold, I want a refund" I was told that it would take three days to get my money back and they were sorry but they were busy. In typical British fashion, I said that was okay. I even consoled them on their continuing commercial success. At least I'm getting my money back for this sorry excuse of a pizza. Stone cold and with the cheese hardening, I tried to get it into my oven for emergency life saving support. I was still hungry, although the pizza looked like vomit, I figured some heat could breathe life back I to it. Alas, the damage was too severe. The slapdash construction and over 40 minutes sitting in a car had rendered the dough hard, cheese beyond saving and my life, ruined. To worsen the blow, I received a call from an 01902 number. "great" I thought, they're going to apologise further for this sheer misery. I was wrong. No. Because I'd taken this mess from the delivery driver and shoved it in an oven thanks to the staff member who said I'd get a refund, I would only receive half of my money back. I'm now convinced that Domino's pizza is the work of the devil - Preying on the weak and vulnerable folk at 2-3am. Having ordered dominos for the first time sober - I can say with great confidence that you're probably better off eating a kebab off the floor or just getting your kids to make you a pizza out of play doh. All in all, I guess it could have been worse - I haven't yet noticed any symptoms of disease from the pizza and the bottle of coke I ordered is meant to be served ice cold so I guess they got one thing right.

After waiting nearly an hour for the food to arrive the driver phoned me saying he couldn’t find my address. I went outside while we were on the phone to see if I could see him. He then wanted me to start walking round the town centre looking for him! NEVER GOT THE FOOD, WASTE OF TIME, NEVER AGAIN!!

I ordered a pizza and having waited two hours and chased numerous times I get told that the driver could not find the house so turned back. It would have been to get a phone call but instead I have to call to find out. There was no apology or nothing. Don’t bother ordering here as its awful service.

Had a pizza delivered, ordered stuffed crust with meatballs, chicken strips, sausage and bacon on with cookies and Dr Pepper. Ordered at 11 didn’t come till 12:20, the cookies were cold and hard when they’re normally soft and warm. The pizza had 3 bits of red pepper on so I couldn’t eat one slice, there was no stuffed crust

I've ordered from Domino's a few times and each time has been worse than the next. The delivery is always late and I have to call the restaurant almost every time to see if the food will be arriving anytime this century. When I do call, I'm always greeted by an employee who seems not to bothered that their delivery driver is late, and when it finally arrives, the food is always cold and sub par. I ordered a side of cheesy bacon potato wedges and I took one bite and the rest went into the bin it was that disgusting. The "wedges" were cut up, unseasoned boiled potatoes covered in re-solidified cold melted cheese and the three pieces of bacon were practically still alive. Don't waste your time and money with domino's. A pizza from them makes a £1 frozen pizza's look like authentic Italian cuisine.

I ordered a family meal for me and my children. The app stated delivered so I left it a couple of minutes and then thought oh maybe they have delivered elsewhere I probably selected wrong address etc. I call up to see if I had messed up or what, they say it's a few minutes in front, ok fair enough no big deal. Then the driver comes a few minutes later I go out to him. An old Sikh guy took my food out slow when he was moaning at me why I called his manager now she has called him and had a go at him. Poor customer service and very confrontational. Other than that food was great and even the timing was quick for dinner time on a Saturday.But that experience was surreal, don't have an app if it isn't accurate or have a driver who tampers with it and then gets mad because I simply questioned the store, what else would I do 🤣.

I called four times yesterday at 11 pm for collection. Nobody answered the phone. So I ordered online for collection. Went into the store and the phone was ringing constantly and I think the guy's name was Dilraj. He just stood there talking and not even answering the phone! Walked away several times. When I confronted him to answer the phone he just walked away again. Disgusting service....so this store doesn't need my business or anyone else.

Went in store, ordered & waited. While ordering there was real confusion on the till and another member of staff had to get involved to help process the straightforward two pizza order, I should have known then that there were going to be problems further down the line..... Got home, both Pizza’s incorrect! Telephoned the store, when I mentioned that I wasn’t happy, for some reason they were suspiciously/suddenly having problems understanding me...getting no-where, I asked for the Manager, after several minutes this abrupt, rude, evasive person came to the phone claiming to be the Manager. I asked his name & he wouldn’t give it, asked for the Manager’s name & he wouldn’t give it....he totally swerved any & all responsibility. There was absolutely no Customer Service whatsoever! A total & utter disgrace.

Sunday night takeaway (not delivery) as I’ve heard there are consistently delays with deliveries. I had a New Yorker with pork meatballs. My wife had Pepperoni passion with mushrooms and pineapple. Side of Twisted dough balls with pepperoni. Both pizza bases Were soggy and floppy. Neither pizza was crispy are you expect. My wife had extra mushrooms on her pizza, there were two slices in total. The highlight was the twisted dough balls. Will not be eating from here again. Nick t recommend.........

Had a takeaway delivered. Food was hot and tasted ok, on arrival delivery driver seemed ok. Overall was ok

We live around half a mile from the Newbridge shop and was told today that they are unable to deliver 'as it is not in their area'. The level of service was so poor that they were unable to answer simple questions about the order I wanted to make and was advised to go to another shop.....advice I did take but only after speaking to the 'manager' who informed me I could not make a complaint.......

Just had the worst experience with Domino's, Tettenhall Road... Ordered online, waited almost an hour, phoned up to chase and was given reason of short of delivery drivers. Fair enough this happens occasionally. Food finally arrives via a driver who clearly doesn't know where he's going (he's asking a neighbour for help as I open the door to our block of flats) and he says he tried to deliver food half an hour ago which is clearly a lie as we overlook our road, I'm starving so I've been glued to the window, and he's no idea where we live!! Luke warm food and 2 phone calls later as they hung up on me first time and there is nothing they can do for us, bye, and puts phone down. That was the third person I spoke to having had to explain my issue. Not impressed. And fab customer service people, good job...

I went to order 3 personal pizzas today, I was told I can not as I am not with three people. whilst ordering my pizza, one of the indian cooks was scrathing his back side and then started rolling the dough. coughing over the toppings.

Nos hicimos un pedido por una pizza grande, pan de ajo, lado de pollo y una bebida. Que realizó el pedido en 8:14 pm y traído la orden usando el tracker en el sitio web. Llegó la hora de salida para la entrega a las 8:25 pm. A las 9:10 pm teníamos todavía no entrega aunque nos gusta 5 minutos alrededor de la esquina. Cuando llamamos para averiguar por qué nuestras pizzas no había sido entregado todavía. Nos reímos y dijeron que el tracker era simplemente una estimación. Pero seguía siendo una hora ya de pedir. El restaurante luego poner el teléfono hecho en nosotros. Nunca se lo recomendaría a cualquiera y nunca regresaremos. El personal es grosero y carecen de cualquier tipo de servicio al cliente.

Pedimos unas cuantas cosas y se liaron con la orden, el conductor de la entrega no cuidado y me dijeron que llamara a la tienda, llamé a la tienda y que sólo quería dar una nota de crédito para la próxima vez como ya he pagado. Le informo que fue la parte más importante de la orden para mí y yo quería con mi pedido y me dijeron que sería de 10 minutos. Le dije si no nº 59/95 al bastidor hora entonces no decir 10 minutos y ella me dijo que podía. 22 minutos más tarde el tema llegó fría y pasa igual llamé y me daba igual y no ofrecen un reembolso a pesar de que habíamos terminado de comer. Lo dije al cliente pobre y hubiera servivces para llevar mi negocio a otro lugar y que saif bien! Bye Domino y Hola Papp Johns

Telephone ordered single pizza by phone for collection, told were busy so can collect in half an hour, arrived to collect, waited no pizza, asked them check to, they asked was it an online or telephone order, came and told me wrong ticket on box, no pizza, will take five minutes to make. Pizza arrived in 5 minutes, that is 45-50s for medium pizza, fast food hey! Girl said sorry put an extra dip on the box... surely my 20 minute wait was worth more that extra dip...that is how sorry Dominos is! The even worse part heard the guy whose making the pizza bases by the tills, telling the girl on the till tell customers 1hr though wait for delivery was 1.5 hrs, wow nice Dominos customer service again!

Took a chance and got our pizza from here on the way home has I pass it every day when picking the other half up from work,has we always get them from our local dominos

Ordered a large double pepperoni pizza and after getting home found bit of mushroom on one slice and some onion on another. Can have reactions to some mushrooms but as only a piece on top took it off and thought I'd carry on. Then when I bit into slice it had red pepper underneath the cheese. Phoned store to explain and ask they bring another to swap for this one and was told he made it and was defiantly on pepperoni. Told him to come and see but apparently their driver was to busy (12 o'clock in the afternoon?) I then asked what he was going to do and was told nothing because he made it and there was definitely only pepperoni on it?!? Asked him why I'd make it up 10mins after collecting when I had the full pizza to show and swap for new one but still refused. Unbelievable!! Must admit I've used this store for past year since moving and never had a problem before but think this is awful service and will never use them again

We ordered our pizza online to arrive for 8:15pm...at said time I checked the online tracker to see how we were getting on! It said the pizza was still being made so I gave the store a call...up on enquiring politely what was up I was informed "that's because it's still being made yeah".....this bad attitude continued until we were eventually informed it would be another 25 minutes! No apologies! Had already paid on PayPal £42 am still awaiting my refund!

Regular customer at this branch. When we order to collect there are no problems, however, the majority of our deliveries are incorrect. We will be trying another local branch in future. It's unacceptable to have incorrect deliveries on numerous occasions. The last driver we had couldn't even understand what we were saying. Will be writing an email.

always great piping hot pizza every time we order, and so tasty! we always use the app to order and would recommend it to any one, actually writing this review has made me want to order now :)

What a rip off 4 pizza's £77, very abrupt rude person on phone said should have ordered over the phone not on line.Not interested with there excuse would not be ordering from them again!Should be the same deal on line as on phone!

Ordered 5 items, 4 arrived driver was very apologetic and stated rest of order would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later still waiting for order so I made a further phonecall was told 5 minutes away and to phone back if it had not arrived. Still no order 10 minutes later so yet again another further phone call and after being told by the manager I can't expect a delivery in 10 minutes and why didn't I pay by card a full refund was agreed when my outstanding order arrived.Outstanding order arrived and driver had no knowledge of refund needless to say a further phonecall and refund given. I can confidently say that Pizza Hut have now made sure of all my future custom and following what was making use of offers on there menu I will never ever use dominoes again !!!!!

What more do I need to say, the best reason to order food from dominos is getting extra food, which is always of high quality and never disappoints.
