Don't pay too much attention to what you want to order, because you won't get it. I genuinely have no idea how they get the order wrong every single time I order. I'm also struggling to explain why I keep trying again assuming it's going to get any better. Today, my cookies are actually the awful dough balls. Last time, my nachos were potato wedges. It surely can't be that hard to get it right when it's written down in front of you.

Giving them another go, despite previous bad service. Food was late and cold, customer service is just rude. I like the brand but this branch is just a disappointment. Avoid

I ordered a dominos from here about a month ago and it arrived cold, the margarita pizza had barely any cheese on it and it was stale, I tried to call to complain, no answer so I wrote a complaint to dominos head office and was sent a voucher for £25 off but for Droitwich dominos again stating to give them another go, so I ordered again the other day and I don’t know why I bothered, the food again arrived cold, stale and barely any toppings on the pizzas, I also ordered cinni dippers and they sent a garlic bread but with the icing dip in the box! Again I phoned to complain they sent out the cinni dippers again which arrived 2 hours after complaining. That will be the last time I will ever order from this dominos, I wish I had saved money and bought a pizza from Sainsbury’s!

Disgusting food and staff. Ordered thin crust pepperoni I got burnt pepperoni pizza with so little cheese it was burnt also. Phoned up and was told by Kira that’s how they are made, and I could not have a replacement or refund. what?????? Had thin crust all my live but this was burnt offerings. Dominoes you will be closing up at this rate , over £30 I spent last night for burn rubbish and you need to stop skimping on the cheese. Staff need customer care training. Suffice to say that’s the last money you get from me.

Absolutely disgusting !!!! My pepperoni pizza was burnt to a crisp. Phoned up to complain and was told by Kira that’s the way thin crust comes. I have eaten thin crust pizza my whole life but this was burnt even pepperoni was burnt. She refused to take the pizza back and give me something else. Her customer care was zero, attitude at its best. Dominoes you need to get your act together and your attitude staff.

Worst customer service ever, from people who clearly don’t care about customers. Food was ordered but delivered far outside of the agreed time slot. This was a minor annoyance but in compensation for having to eat cold pizza we were offered some cookies. We accepted but when these did not arrive within 90mins we called the droitwich branch to be informed by the “manager” that they had decided to not honour the offer. No attempt was made to inform us of this decision so we were left to await an order which would never arrive. Calls to the branch were handled with rudeness (putting phone down on me) with subsequent calls unanswered. This is awful, making a minor issue into something much worse. I have previously ordered from this branch on behalf of myself and a number of sporting associations in the area, but will not be back. The agent we spoke to, commented that the manager had instructed this awful customer service, but also went into explain that they were the manager. This branch is clearly run by incompetent managers who regard customers with distain. Avoid.

I pre-ordered a pizza to collect in the evening. It was ready 35 minutes late, I had to wait inside packed full of customers, and I got a £60 parking ticket...for a £10 pizza. Complained to Domino's head office, who basically replied that they don't accept any responsibility for late orders. Domino's has no say over the car park, and the car park doesn't care that I overstayed because of Domino's slow service. Not giving either my business anymore.

Never ordering a pizza from Domino's Droitwich again. I ordered one & it came with no cheese. I rang to tell them & the idiot on the phone, who I could barely understand, was telling me it was ordered with no cheese. I said I wouldn't have ordered it without cheese, I put it straight in the basket, maybe there was an error on the system. Anyway he wouldn't send another and kept saying it was my fault, so we were left with this. I mean who in their right mind would order pizza without cheese?

Because the kitchen is out of action and we were hungry we went to Domino's for a quick filling supper. I had visited once before but they did not have what I wanted and I did not buy anything. This time my partner and I were starving and were not going away empty handed. We both like thin and crispy pizzas and ordered a medium one. However what we were given was not thin and crispy and it had little taste. We sat and waited for the pizza and watched as the pizzas were being made. There was nothing tasty about the end product. That is the last time I am coming here.

We ordered 2 large pizzas, garlic bread with sides of wedges, etc. Everything looked appetising and mostly tasted really good. However, let down a bit by wedges which were too pale and no cooked for long enough. Apparently, this seems to the usual practice (pale wedges!) at Dominos according to family members who are regular customers. Overall, though very good

After a day out in Birmingham I fancied a bite to eat on the way home. I have never had a dominos in all the time it's been here! So I thought I would give it a go! The place was quiet and I ordered quickly. My two pizzas took ten minutes. They were very nice, I enjoyed the garlic dip and they had plenty of toppings. It was a rare treat as I did find it a bit expensive but as a one off it was enjoyable.

Had a pizza delivered, the middle was watery and under cooked and the pineapple tasted off. Could of been a 1 off but not good if the staff are sending out food like this.

Ordered pizza on the dominos via the app which worked well. Email confirmation of order. Pizza arrived quickly. I am always disappointed with the pizza. Mine had all the jalapeño on one side, lacking in cheese. The other pizza came completely wrong not a half and half, but after a quick phone call all sorted. The next pizza came really fast and was well made with plenty of cheese and looked lovely. I have to say that they seem to skimp on the toppings unless you make a complaint. It feels like you should say that you won’t expect substandard pizza. Fed up, come on Dominos Droitwhich pull your socks up. Make them right the first time round. Make a stand for quality! It’s not like pizza is a cheap meal anymore!

Ordered online yet they still managed to get the order wrong. Ordered a veggie supreme with extra olives, garlic butter extra cheese. What we got was a olive pizza with garlic butter and extra cheese, not a vegetable 🌽 in sight. I ordered one from the new Italian menu which was ok. The topping had all fallen off when it was sliced so I had the pick them from the cardboard box. All in all not terrible pleased as pizza is not a cheep meal. I did ring and complain. My complaint was handled ok offered to redo the pizzas. ( it’s a bit late then). So we were offered 50% of our next meal. I love pizza. You need to take more care when making them not only to get the order right, they also need to look good. A good outcome in the end.

I took advantage of Dominos any size pizza for £6.99 deal. I arrived to collect the pizza and found the staff member to be friendly and professional. The pizza was ready more or less at the time specified. The pizza was nice. I couldn't finish it so i warmed the rest up later and it was equally good. The only gripe i have was i have just attempted to order another pizza and had to put in a password. I just wanted to order a pizza. Not do online banking. Why do i need a password. God forbid somebody might hack into my Dominos account and order me a pizza.

It is a shame that Dominos UK pizza is not up to USA standards. McDonalds manage to have the same standards worldwide. Why can't Dominos do the same. I like Dominos pizza when properly prepared, and I keep hoping Dominos Droitwich will come up to standard. Not accepting Amex is a huge irritation. Those of us who travel a lot need to use Amex because the Mastercard and Visa issuers block cards at the slightest travel to another nation. But, perhaps the biggest Dominos irritation is the price -- about twice the USA price. And -- if you order on line, glitches in their systems eliminate your surname, making it difficult to sort out what is yours when they are busy. I had this problem today -- almost had to walk out without a pre-paid GBP 43 order because they could not find it, given too many common names on the boxes and the wrong boxes with the wrong orders.

£15 pizza and it was as dry as a bone. Base snapped when you bit into it it was that hard. Toppings had also slid off. Never again. I'll buy one from Tesco next time!

Had the two large pizza's, wedges, garlic bread and drink with my Grandsons favourite cookies. The pizzas were delicious , delivered hot, but the garlic bread and cookies were rather overlooked. My Grandson who is 5 loves them but unfortunately he said they tasted of the oven!! A little bit overdone. But the rest of the food was good.

Really disappointing. Our thin crust pizza was paper thin, skimped on toppings, was significantly overcooked, laking in taste and -- horrors -- they would not accept Amex. The pizza was not nearly up to the standards we have come to expect in the USA. I can only opine that this particular franchisee is cutting back on standards in order to save costs. And -- how can a Dominos not accept American Express? Last but not least, prices are more than double what we pay in the USA. Sad.

They have to learn new drivers or check what they packing ( we ordered kids meals and don’t have a drink) , and usually with orders more than 50£ they give some extra bred or something like this but we don’t have any 🙄😨 . So the service is not very good
