Kebabs were cold and meat was hard in places and chips were soggy like they had been reheated from the day before wouldn’t order again

Quick delivery which was awesome cus I was starving and probably the best takeaway pizza I'd had in a while, the Mrs loved her kebab, deffo order again soon.

only reason for low rating is order of banana milk was several days out of date. food was OK but it did turn up on time

delivery is always very fast even living about a 20 minute drive away, food is always piping hot and delicious everytime without fail, couldn’t recommend enough!

My favourite pizza...... me and my Family love them. ❤️ Never disappointed. Also I was out, my phone had died and asked someone in store if it was possible to call me a taxi. The most lovely delivery driver was a proper Knight in shining armour...Stopped, called a taxi and made sure I was safe. What a gorgeous, nice, lovely man.. He cared!! Lovely to see!! Thank you!! 😊

The food was late between 30 to 45 minutes due to the driver being lost I was telephoned before this and he was close in the area but appeared to go back it seemed towards Evesham as when telephoned again he was in next village further away totally understand if struggled to find us but didn't find the food very warm last night.

Garlic bread was burnt but everything else good

Side dip was missing with the order.

Ordered the kebab and chips. Chickens on the kebab were fatty and there was no pitta included. Jalapeno poppers were disgusting.

Chips were overdone, almost like they had been reheated.

Ordered food tonight, was fantastic and fresh. My wife had pre-paid which i didn't realise so i also paid in cash and the delivery driver knocked on the door to give the money back. Very good service and great food

Normally amazing , today the food was cold, the salad watery and the chips stale and cold. I did ring to give feedback; it was taken well, was offered another order ( good job but would be too late ) but was told they are just super busy. Maybe restrict the number of orders

Usually get good orders but today was not. Salad in kebab was soggy and looked old. Onion rings were burnt, soggy and cold. Chips were very stale and hard, again cold. Order was 10 minutes late but expected better as we don't usually have problems.

Sorry but the descriptions for this store are not right, and quite misleading... but value wise it's not good value for money.. the portion sizes for meat are very small. There was not enough for two adults interms of the meat. At almost £25 for the order you expect far better value.

Food literally delivered in 30 mins! Which would be great but…….. salad full of water, tasteless and warm. Ordered chicken Shish in pitta and mixed kebab with chips and salad. Pitta soggy due to water out of salad. Kebab, chips and salad greasy meat which soaked into chips, water full tray from salad ,prob won’t be trying here again unfortunately after being told they have got better again, shame as used to be beat in town and now just like the rest!!!!!

Food is good, and delivery is fast, but their prices have gone ridiculously high, Dominos is cheaper which is unheard of. Also only take cash as clearly not going past the taxman, no problem here but it is inconvenient. Delivery charge also sky high

Very tasty, ordered a doner kebab on a Monday night, sauce - chilli and garlic, salad separate- it was banging. Snobby (as snobby can be with doner kebabs) but this was proper tasty

Delivered 25 minutes after the ‘latest’ time and the order was re heated. The shop was empty too when I ordered, took 1 hour 30 to deliver, so I really would NOT recommend these people.

I was not impressed the burger sub par and left a stranger after taste. Never again I suggest Snappys.

Food has gone down hill, and not worth the money. Also they don't take card payments unless ordered by just eat.

The coating on the chicken wasn’t cooked properly so I couldn’t eat it and was very upset. This made me feel put off the rest of my food but other than this it was nice especially the chips.

Odered a 15 inch pizza and 2 dips of garlic mayo as this was a two people meal but instead of 2 dips, i received only 1. Had a bit of thinking if i should rate this order a 5 stars or not, considering that one of the dips were missing but i guess i was very pleased with how nice the pizza was so there you go

Pizza looked nothing like the photo, I was expecting a genuine Italian style pizza with blistered dough but actually got a dreadful looking thing smothered in too much topping. Worst pizza I’ve ever paid good money for.

The pizza toppings had all slid to one side of the pizza....

Pizza was ok, although it wasn't as hot as it could have been. Wedges were hot in comparison. Pizza seemed a little undercooked but was edible.

The Pizza was under cooked, But the main problem was that the delivery driver carried the pizza on its side, the toppings had all slid off. I will state though that this is the first time we have had a bad experience using Pomodoro.

Food was good but the delivery driver who delivered my order was superb, very friendly and happy!

We ate in Pizza Pomodoro on Saturday evening and it was excellent. The food was first class, with everything coming out piping hot and without any delays and the staff were extremely courteous and professional. Definitely the best Pizzeria on the North Coast.

You need to change your fried chicken recipe it’s not good it hasn’t been coated with flour properly and it been burned and over cooked. you need to have a better recipe. But your pizza is great your kebabs are great 👍 you definitely need to change your fried chicken recipe it’s not good enough for people who are paying for it.
