Ordered for collection. Accidentally took the pizza sauce off the pizza when customising - didn’t realise until while I was on the way I received a call from the store to check the order was correct. Great customer service and order ready to collect as soon as I arrived. Thank you

Snotty girl on the till Snotty girl on the till at the Greyhound Island store. Couldn’t give a @@@@ about problems caused by their IT, but felt it was appropriate to give me attitude. I called back asking for the franchisee’s details to make a complaint and was told there wasn’t one. So now they’re lying as well having an (expletive) attitude. It won’t let me post what I really want to put. I’d ask for a refund from that charm school if I were you, love.

Just a straightforward dominos, pizza is ok but not amazing and the price is always expensive unless you use a voucher code.

Waited over an hour and 20 mins for our food, when it finally arrived it was all cold - pizza, chicken wings, wedges.

I ordered a pizza like I usually do, I waited an hour and a half and decided to call the place up, they said they didn't get my order, my money had already come out my account, they said it was a problem for the bank and they couldn't refund me or give me the pizza I ordered! I am now £20 down and still hungry! Telford branch needs sorting out because the staff are incredibly disrespectful, rude and incompetent. I order from them all the time and this has put me off ever doing it again. If you want to order from dominos Telford..dont. robbing ass holes.

Order an online delivery it came to £37 track order on line said it was out for delivery 40 minutes later it arrived with one off my pizzas missing had to phone up and wait longer for second one to arrive in the meantime the rest off the food was cold I had to reheat in the oven ordered 2 extra sauces they where missing never ever ordering again totally a waste off money when I phoned just got told sorry and we are busy tonight very disappointed never again.

£15.99 for a cold, dry cheese and tomato pizza that had literally been slapped into the box. Pizza looked, and tasted like it had sat on the side all night. Don't understand how difficult it is to make a simple pizza that tastes half decent. Why is it so hard to find a decent pizza takeaway? And why do companies like dominos continue to serve crappy food when it's so easy for customers to leave a bad review?

Ordered a pizza at 6:41 pm. Rang up at around 8pm and apparently the driver came to our door, had no answer and left, yet we stood outside and waited for it because we live in a Flat and it's hard to find. Was just offered a redelivery rather than anything knocked off the price or something extra. This awful driver service is way too common

Ordered for 4 this evening and the pizza had wrong topping and two couldn't eat. They were very quick to rectify this, sending out a fresh pizza very quickly. Really appreciate the customer service and will be ordering again for sure as we are regular customers

Pizza was of great quality Delivery was very prompt. Within 30 minutes Staff member was very helpful and pleasant when making the order

Firstly they took forever to answer. Then the order took an hour and a half to arrive. I even had to get dressed and go find the driver as he couldn't follow simple directions and was driving around another Park of Madeley. It arrived cold, burnt and wet. Wouldn't mind but we had loads of food and paid for extra toppings, which they didn't even add. I rang up to get a replacement and they refused as they were too busy and was advised to throw it away and I'll get a refund which was crap as it was late at night. I got a refund and a free pizza (which wasn't great) but won't be using this one again. Never have a problem with Madeley.

Firstly i have to review on here about the madeley dominos and then i will review about oaken gates. The reason why i am putting madeley on here is because there isn't an option for it in the selection. So firstly i rang the madeley store and the first time they didn't answer for 4 whole minutes so i put the phone down and tried again. Second time i rang a girl answered that couldn't hear a word i was saying and it was blatantly the noise in the background of the shop. 3rd attempt the operator understood me totally but after listening to my order then said they weren't doing deliveries tonight. So peed off i tried oaken gates thinking they would pick up the slack and told me blatantly no to my request because madeley is my store to which i told him the problem with no delivery tonight and he said they couldn't deliver to me. Absolute rubbish.

My wife and I visited recently on a Sunday night and were slightly confused on what would be the best offer. The staff greeted us with a smile and were really helpful and patient. We ordered our Texan Barbecue and Hawaiian together with our two side orders and drink and it arrived really quickly. Fantastic service and very efficient. We will be visiting again 😁😁👍👍

Pizza was okay but side order if chicken strippers with wedges were pale and soggy and the garlic pizza bread looked like it had been thrown together then forgotten as it was tough and chewy.

Pedimos pizza en el último año para entrega a hoteles donde me alojo en alrededor de telford. El personal ha sido siempre servicial. Esta noche en llamar fueron muy groseros cuando no sabía el código postal del hotel me alojaba en y de golpe en el teléfono. Claramente en el pasado han podido averiguar la ubicación de un hotel local, pero por desgracia, esta vez me dieron algunos divisando newby juveniles que no tiene concepto de servicio al cliente! Fuimos a Papa John. . Excelente servicio de atención al cliente.

Collected a pizza last night as was staying in hotel next door. The pizza was fresh and tasty and would definately return .

Pasamos unos minutos la otra noche en el teléfono realizar un pedido. Mi pedido 1 x grande de jamón y piña, corteza de peluche 1 x med barbacoa texas pollo, 1 x med tocino y queso y 2 x porciones de cuñas.

El peor lugar para comer pizza. Pedimos de Wellingtons tienda y deshecha toda la orden. Le dieron a mi mujer embarazada la pizza mal... Permítanme decir que no van a conseguir pizza desde aquí de nuevo. Servicio terrible. Incluso después de que nos dijeron los temas, nos preguntaron para mantener la pizza y me gustaría venir a cambiar uno, pero no tanto. Personas habilidades pobres.

Tuvimos nuestra entrega semanal, pero nos dieron la pizza equivocada. Cuando nos quejamos era llamado mentiroso y acusado de intercambiar pizza. Pésimo servicio, lo cual es una pena porque pasamos un montón de dinero con ellos. Ahora prohibido como gerente dijo que él no podía satisfacer nuestras expectativas, así ya no sería capaz de servirnos. Evitar almacenar greyhound de servicio malo. Otros sitios han sido bien y dispuestos a ayudar.

Have used this place a few time, and every time have never been disappointed. Service is always brilliant, friendly and polite. Pizzas made to perfection. Won't go anywhere else. Online ordering brilliant.

Called in for quick pizza on way to work

Intenté pedir, tuve un folleto así llamó pero se negaron a aceptar los códigos a menos que fui en línea. Fuimos a la APP y no tome mi contraseña la contraseña, traté de reajustarse y el correo electrónico no me venga a través. Intentamos utilizar el orden de web y no acepta el código de cupón, así que tuve que encontrar otro código de cupón en línea. Después de todo esto, el ordenar en línea tenía un mal código postal viniendo y no me cambio, así nos levantamos y decidimos gastar mi dinero en otro lugar.

"The pizza is delicious" is incredibly subjective. The pizza is messy, greasy, and packed with calories, however when I'm ordering a Domino's that's exactly what I'm looking for. There are 2 domino's near me and I have used them both equally, and had the same experiences with both. The wait times are very long (I would recommend ordering via their app before hand and waiting to go and collect it), and the service is below average. The pizza itself is very tasty, and with all of their available deals, you can usually barter a pretty fair price for the food. If you are not a fan of the "eat the whole thing while watching netflix and hate yourself because of it" kind of pizza, then probably avoid ordering from here....otherwise, go wild!

Many bad reviews in here but I can only say great things. 2 large pizzas collected midweek at 8ish. No issues at all, lovely pizza

Ordered pizza at 12:40am. 1:40am still not received. Unacceptable for a WEEKDAY. Come on. For a local town too. Utterly awful service.

I order from Domino's regularly and I never receive a good service so I thought it was about time I left a review. I am appalled at the customer service over the phone, I explained to the man that I had a voucher code and he told me they didn't have any deals on at all. I then said that he cold perhaps try applying the coupon to see if it worked. He very rudely 'discussed' this with his colleagues, shouting down the phone without saying excuse me or letting me know he was going to check. He then came back and said that the deal wasn't available. I was hoping to ask him whether there were any deals on that I could have obtained instead, however he rudely put the phone down, leaving me unsure of whether he had processed my order or not. Turns out that he didn't place my order as me and my younger sister were waiting for our delivery that never came. I then had to go through the process online all over again because of the hassle and ridiculous experience I had previously had. I am not at all impressed as I love the food from Domino's it's fab- such a shame about the horrific customer service from some of the team members.

Waited an hour and fourty minutes for the food that was cold and when we rang to see how long delivery would be i was told it was out for delivery, this was after and hour of waiting, meaning it took fourty minutes to get here? I live a 15 minute drive from there, i don't enjoy being lied to and much less in a rude manner, rang again and given the same set of lies, driver didn't apologise a part from when telling me they didn't have the drink i ordered. To top it all off he didn't shut the gate, now that's just plane rude! All in all i would much rather buy a pizza from asda and cook it myself or order from a smaller pizza chain!

Not one to complain about fast food delivery and actually use dominos fairly regularly but tonight was a disgrace. Fair enough we ordered quite late, 12.07am to be precise, and here we are at 3am with a freezing cold pizza that I've just paid 20 quid for lol. After ringing several times to inquire how long the order might be we constantly received the same response, 'the driver is on his back to the store to collect your order'... and that was from the first call I made 1.5 hours after we initially made the order. Lol. 1 or even 2 hours at that time I could handle but to drop an ice cold pizza off 3 hours late at that price from a huge firm like dominos is ridiculous. Really really bad service tonight.

Called for a delivery to a large and well known hotel, gave the hotel name, street and village address (which is 500 metres from a Dominos branch) but didn't have the postcode.Some sort of moron called 'Malki' not only didn't know where the hotel was but then proceeded to ask the other staff at the Dominos branch in the same town and only 4 miles away and none knew how to deliver to the address of the Hotel given.I know it's not the most glamorous job in the world but you'd think Dominos could hire staff with some sort of vague intelligence and keenness to do their job rather than either play, or sadly be, completely thick.

We regularly visit which is a great favourite with the grandchildren. There is a salad bar and the children's meals are good value and the service is efficient and friendlly

Been a couple times now,and on both occasions,has been rubbish,pizza dried up,hardly any cheese and tasted like cardboard.expensive for what it is.staff rude with no manners and trying to take your order as well as phone orders.prepared to be dissapointed

This must be one of the worst pizza resteraunts I have ever purchased from. Like any other chain i.e mcdonalds you expect they will replace it and they do...However this is not the case here. I asked them to replace my pizza, they told me "we don't care it was your fault". Will not be stopping by for pizza there again
