Domino's Pizza in Coventry

Just given birth and thought it’d be quick and easy to get a pizza for tea as we haven’t slept in 2 days... the app isn’t working so I call up after 15 minutes trying to get them to get the correct address I inform them the app isn’t working so please can I do it via telephone and they told me I can’t select the voucher because it’s on the app only even though the app isn’t working?? Awful service and lost a £60 order so won’t be coming back.

Placed an order online on 25.9.20 - they are 2.2 miles (7 mins) according to Google - from my address. With this mind my food shouldn't have been barely lukewarm. Had to put it into the oven to warm up. Also the toppings were very sparce. The potato wedges and garlic bread were very greasy. It isn't the usual Domino's experience. Highly disappointing. Also, despite their advertising, the driver delivered the order as normal - no social distancing observed at all. No phone call or put in a safe place. They need to address this ASAP.

They miss items off when delivering, have put meat in vegetarian. They are a total mess never ordering from here again hire some proper staff

So thought I would try a veggie volcano tonight, swapped the jalapeno for mushrooms, what a mistake that was hardly any cheese and very few onions and peppers but plenty of tasteless chopped fresh tomatoes on top.

Awful service from Hassan in "customer service". Delivered wrong size pizza, refused to refund the difference and said the manager wasn't around until the morning. Check your order up on delivery! Only option they gave me was to send just the pizza part of the order and not the complete order which would mean having sides already delivered about 40 mins before the pizza!

After a very long day, decided to order a Pizza. I used the App which has always in my experience worked well. I kept an eye on the tracker and no more than around 20-25 minutes later I was told the Pizza had arrived. So far, so good.... I looked out the window and saw that there was no-one there. Gave it another 20 minutes and called them to find out if there was a problem. There was no answer. Around 10 minutes later, I called them again and got no answer. Again and again and again, I called them and it continued to ring. I double checked the app, the details I'd given them and the number I'd been calling numerous times to see if I'd made a mistake but I hadn't (apart from the mistake of ordering from them in the first place. So eventually after waiting for 3 hours unable to get an answer, I was forced to check the freezer instead. I spent my time between calls reading the various reviews. The handful of 3 to 5 star reviews were divided up amongst clearly very generous entries saying they'd managed to deliver a pizza which was nice. The very minimum I would expect from a pizza delivery service. The rest were more realistic and a reflection of the true uselessness of this place. Never answer, don't deliver, rude and what does manage to get delivered barely resembles a pizza or the temperature you'd expect. One complaint email later I forgot about it for the night. The next day, I called them around 4pm. Again I called them numerous times in order to speak to anyone. Eventually after leaving it to ring and going about my day someone picked up. An immediately irritated member of staff answered the phone. "What do you want?"..... Not the way I'd expect someone to answer the phone but still I was making progress. So I persevered. "I ordered food last night and it never arrived" An exchange of details and he went to investigate. "Problem with order we refunded you" Line goes dead. I checked my email and I had a response saying that the area manager would be in touch in 3 days. I have since had an email to say its been passed to someone else and since my first email its been around 10 working days. So far not so good. So in short, do not use this place. If my experience isn't enough, you only have to scroll down to find the laundry list of complaints about this utterly useless branch.

Waited for a bit longer than usual for our pizza because the driver got lost!Called Domino's who then tracked him but I believe the pizza would have been cold at this point!Samir then made us fresh pizza's which arrived hot and delicious!!Great work

Ordered pizza for delivery as my daughter wasn't feeling very well and it's all she wanted to eat. Waited nearly an hour for it to be delivered, app kept saying it was out for delivery. Both pizzas were barely warm and the side was the same, pizzas were chewy and pretty tasteless. It's pot luck when you order from here as sometimes they can be great, but after this time and considering the price I think I'm done with this store.

I turn up to the store and I start to say what I would like to order. Mid order the phone rings and the person stops me mid order and starts talking on the phone in another language. He proceeds to do so for 5 minutes. Not taking an order(I think it was a personal call) Then puts the phone down and doesnt say anything and expects to continue. SO RUDE

the staff were extremely rude to me and kept making me and my family uncomfortable. you need to be shut down, probably have rats and mites roaming around. never ever again. suck a mole

DO NOT order from this dominos thier customer service is disgusting they can't even answer thier phone .. appealed by the quality also .. genuinly the worst pizza place I have ever been to how they are allowed to continue is beyond me all the staff there are just a shame to themselves

Este es el peor dominos. Cada vez que pedimos que ellos dar una oportunidad pero que sean justo que el servicio es espantosa. Orden de la APP y dice que la comida se ha entregado (NO TIENE), así que no llamar y escuchar el tono de timbre código durante 5 minutos por un señor de Pakistán desagradable con ellos dicen que es para la entrega= OK genial, ¿por qué no se quedará como diciendo para la entrega. La comida es hecha, todo quemado, demasiado caro, sobrevalorado. Simplemente ordenar desde su local, ya que terminan con un mejor servicio. Este es el peor dominos en Coventry.

I don't normally leave reviews for pizzas that were delivered, but felt that after reading the review for this place - I was going to leave one!

the food quality has really gone downhill and one time they forgot things in our order so waited nearly an HOUR for it to come.

I'm accustomed to dominos food maybe not always being the best or taking a while to be delivered however, when I gave them a simple address to find the driver who could barely speak a word of English rang me up after I had been waiting over an hour to tell me that I should have included more information on delivery instructions. At this point I hung up and decided that I wasn't feeling dominos anymore. Avoid this branch at all costs, you'll only be disappointed, that's if they even get it to your house.

Dont order here. Won't get it right. WORST CUSTOMER experience I have ever seen. Rude rude rude. Staff leave you waiting for 8 min to be served as you stand waiting to order as they on phone.

Last few orders iv had from here have been awful, and getting worse... I things get left of the order. Pizza has turned up cold. It's frustrating... management Change In order I think.... Or staff eather way sort it out

Ordered large orders from here a couple of times for work and every time the pizza and the service have been great No faults at all!!

After waiting an hour for my pizza I rang and told the man that i understand it can be awkward to get to the house so could he ring the driver to see if he was lost or on track etc. He told me I don't know I'm not calling, he then guessed it'll be 5 - 10 minuets ......

Cada vez que pides una pizza de dominos que nunca me decepcionaron tienen un trato agradable y placentera la pizza siempre llega caliente y tentadora que no puedo esperar para comer. Had a half and half tandoori chicken /Texas BBQ delivered to me and my wife whilst staying locally, the meat content was almost non existent, the onions and peppers were burnt, the thin crust was so thin it was like eating a large crisp, I would avoid ordering from here .

Would put 0/5 but not optional. Ordered a pizza and was told 45 minutes. Driver called 45 min later confused where to go. Stood outside in the cold directing the driver for 35 min. Called manager to complain and he said wait until you get your food before you complain. Got my order finally after nearly 90 min. Pizza was cold of course. Called manager back. Told him I wasn't happy. He offered to send me a new order in another 30-50 min. He also said he would not discount the pizza but offered me a medium pizza next time. English was terrible too. Ridiculous!!!!! So unhappy with this restaurant!!

I really like Dominos and I wasnt disappointed here. I love their on line/phone app as it saves your favourites and you can store your card details and just hit 'order' without any faffing around!

Rude and can not speak proper English. Told cannot use NHS discount over the phone even tho I'd tried to order online but it was down and showing a error . After ringing my nearest store I had to phone this store to order bloke was rude no help at all and rushing my order and giving point blank answers

Ordered a delivery and pizza was soggy and undercooked, so rang to complain and was told it would be impossible to be undercooked as they cook for 6mins, sorry but even 6mins is not a long enough time. When I asked for a refund they granted me but then told me I can't order from there in future? Disgusting treatment on a regular customer to this branch, and is a shame as they are usually ok?

This store was shut so I went to Sainsbury's! Saved meself a couple of quid lol large pizzas here are £3.50 instead of £7.99. Let's face it, they're not cooked, but it's only a case of turning a few buttons and waiting 10 minutes.

We ordered seven different pizzas and the delivery time was quoted as half an hour.Sure enough the doorbell rang half an hour later and a friendly man delivered seven delicious pizzas and we all agreed we could not fault the food or service.Well done domino's.

I was waiting for the order for 1 hour and 30 minutes and asked about it several time. When I finallz got it, it was cold and for the first time I had pizza with that much tomato source.

Pizza is always perfectly cooked and when they do make a mistake deal with it immediately.Delivery is always quick and with the current PIZFIFTY code works out to be a good bargain.Regular user and will use again and again I'm sure.

We love dominoes in our house! And this is our local so we frequent it quite a bit. We have never had a problem with late delivery - the one occasion they were slightly late it came with an apology and money off another pizza. Would we use again? Oh gosh, yes.

For when you dont want to cook, or really fancy pizza.... Great food, better offers on collection, but do deliver. Also offers NHS discount.

Ordered pizza using there app after completing the order I was watching the pizza tracker, nothing appeared to be happening until all of a sudden ready for collection! Upon arrival I am told it's going to be a five minute wait?? Really? Well after the the wait the guy behind the counter drops my chicken wings on the floor meaning I have to wait another ten minutes for some more chicken wings! No mention of the word sorry! When we got back the half and half was more 1/3 and 2/3! I love there pizza but the service really lets the place down!!

Trying out the new store in Coventry just down the road to me. Went to order online with a voucher that had been posted through my letterbox. The voucher code wasn't recognised so I had to call the store directly. The 'manager' told me that the two for one deal could only be delivered on a Tuesday and couldn't be ordered online. But but vouchers says 'order online' on it and didn't specify a day that it could/couldn't be used. He didn't seem to believe me that I had a valid voucher and argued with me, threatening that I must produce this voucher upon delivery or else I will have to pay for the two pizzas. Ridiculous!!!

Great pizzas can be a bit expensive but if you keep your eyes out for the special vouchers it does make it more acceptable, always had a good name for quality.

I have used Dominos pizza many times before when Iv had a up and down service. However these days they are pulling up their sock so they deserve a good review. They are open 24hrs for those who don't know and always have offers on.Delivery is always on time usually about 40min Max and the temperature is just right on delivery.

Pizza was not cooked properly delivered later then expected and staff were rude I Defo won't be eating there anymore.

Used to love dominos pizza, until I caught food poisoning in the night from one of their pizzas! Completely put off now, and overly expensive.

I personally don't mind if my half and half has some crossover of toppings, but when you have chillies on one side an a child is eating the other, it can get frustrating when they find chillies on their half!A little more care in preparing the pizza wouldn't go amiss and asking the drivers to drive with more care (a littler slower fr example) would also be useful!I like the way I can pay using paypal and how buying online gives you tracking....Grab a voucher code before buying or make sure you check the offers on the website.

Ordered a couple of pizzas for delivery online so paid in advance. Had a call from the driver asking where my house was and eventually I managed to get him to tell me where he was (a few minutes down the road). I had to give him the post code of a neighbouring street as his satnav didnt show my road. 30 minutes later 2 burnt pizzas arrived which were cold... due to being driven around Allesley for half an hour. No apology from the driver, rubbish pizzas one of which we couldnt eat. Avoid!
