Missed an item off of delivery, called to let them know and they said they’d send it out but it would take time due to it being busy, which of course wasn’t an issue, however, item was never received.

TWO HOURS FOR TWO PIZZAS???? Placed my order at 7:17, called at 7:52 because the tracker was still on the first step, was told it was actually in the oven. Called again at 8:21 and was told they were making it, when I mentioned that half an hour ago I was told it was in the oven they then told me the app had crashed (what’s that got to do with anything?). At 9:08 the app said my food had been delivered, I waited a few minute to see if it turned up but didn’t, so called again at 9:14 when u was told that they were remaking it and it would be “10-15 minutes.” Just constant lies. The food is nice but waiting over 2 hours to get two pizzas is just ridiculous.

Waited hour and ten minutes called shop said was on way 30 m8ns later food still not arrived then when it did was cold!!!!! Not happy will not use again

Change you're order to substitute they think ok.... Don't ask if it's ok. Sometimes most times there changes are cheaper and once I was allergic.,.... Avoid they lie

Since re-opening the new lease of life with in is amazing! Advice would be come see the change!

I ordered two pizzas, but both were burnt. On top of that, they were overloaded with red chili, making them extremely spicy and tasteless. The pizza was so bad that even an animal wouldn’t eat it. This is unacceptable service.”bullshit service

I visited Subway recently and was incredibly disappointed by what I encountered. After placing my order and sitting down to eat, I discovered a hair in my food. It was not only off-putting but completely ruined my appetite. I expect a basic level of hygiene and food safety from any restaurant, and this experience made me seriously question the cleanliness and care being taken behind the counter. I brought it to the attention of the staff, but the situation was handled poorly and left me feeling unheard. This kind of oversight is unacceptable in a place serving fresh food. I’m sharing this so others are aware and so management takes necessary steps to improve food handling standards. It happend before and I thought it was just a mistake by the staff and I didn’t make a big deal about it

Ordered off their website. Taken payment. After contacting foodhub they have processed my payment to be returned within 5 working days and offered me £3 added to my wallet as an apology. Rejected the offer. If the restaurant is closed for 2 weeks then take online orders offline
