Ordered off their website. Taken payment. After contacting foodhub they have processed my payment to be returned within 5 working days and offered me £3 added to my wallet as an apology. Rejected the offer. If the restaurant is closed for 2 weeks then take online orders offline

Ordered 3 pizzas and ice cream for delivery. One of the pizzas was wrong, as was the ice cream. Phoned the shop who said they would send the correct pizza out. They not only charged me for the replacement pizza but its now over an hour later and still no pizza 😡

Ordered through a takeaway app. Delivery was status on its way from 7:45 when it hadn’t arrived at 8:45 called to be told it will be sent out in 15 minutes. When it hadn’t arrived by 9:30 we called to have the first man say we’re busy it will be sent out in half an hour and slam the phone down when I protested that 10pm is too late to eat. Called back to query a refund and the most arrogant and rude man shouted saying we are busy if you don’t like it call the takeaway app to get a refund - save yourself a not particularly good food and shocking service Chicken was tough and tasteless donner tough and stale chips ok but who can’t fry oven chips hardly any salad and just Chucked in a box so not sure why it would take 2hours 15 and the confrontation of a very arrogant aggressive member of staff. If you’re busy stop accepting orders. If you don’t want to deal with customers get out of the food industry, I hope someone talks to that man in the same way he spoke to me. I am sure he wouldn’t to another man just to women. Disgraceful

Had delivery absolutely disgusting chicken over cooked n dry kebab meat dry chips under cooked wouldnt even give it my dog it went in the bin was also cold its honestly the worst takeaway I've ever had by a country mile, feel totally ripped off, wouldn't touch this crap hole ever again how they got the nerve to serve food like that ill never know, bottle of coke was ok tho im surprised that weren't flat,

Ordered 2 chicken kebabs absolutely disgusting the chicken smelt off, phoned them and they apologised stating that they had a new employee working and he gotten mixed up with the chicken and gave us the chicken out the back that was meant to go in the bin so they sent another kebab out only this time the chicken was raw. Defiantly wouldn’t recommend this company

We order from them regularly and had an issue last night and they couldn't apologise enough and sent me out the order again. No issues. Really friendly staff and Daniel the manager has great customer service.

Very impressed. Ordered through just eat for the first time. The food arrived hot and as good as it can be via delivery. Generous portions. I couldn't even finish my double chicken burger meal. I'm a chef myself and just want to say this was 100%. Good job guys. Will be ordering again.

Disappointed to say the least Had lamb kofta and naan Donna meat and chips Small pizza Delivered All arrived cold and took 50 minutes Kofta was over cooked and shrivelled up looked and tasted horrible Bought in Naan which was disappointing again Donna and chips Cold again. But Donna was tasty Small pizza was like one you get from Farm Foods Would not recommend to anyone and I will not be using again

Ordered the variety of grilled meats 3 times. Usually arrives in a medium pizza box ( you get a large at Al Karim’s). 3rd time the food arrived it was in a plastic box and the portion was effectively reduced by 2/3. Called to ask why but h tv he just said that’s the way it is. Never again, avoid!

We order the food at 6:00pm which we supposed to recive the food at 7:00pm, however we recieved it at 8:00pm.

My favourite in stafford for pizzas and kebabs, try the buhna kebab its excellent, great food and friendly staff what more do ya want

few of us ordered from work .. order was wrong small chips order large.. wraps come with no wrap just in a box.. wrong meat on another .. items missed of and not delivered so had to come back... WONT ORDER AGAIN SECOND MESS UP . THATS ONE TO MANY

Ordered from slices once. Was lovely. Fresh as anything. Second time, what a waste of money. Wouldn't go again, its a shame as it's local. More effort and care needed.

Mi comida de sólo pedimos comer y me dieron una estimación de 40 minutos. Es sábado por la noche aceptable. . . Conseguir una actualización. texto diciendo que necesita un extra de 15 minutos. Así que sin duda no era por que mi comida era tan ordenados. . Con ensalada. grande una patatas fritas doner ordenados. . . Bandeja recibido en una. . Aproximadamente 20 fichas. pequeña cantidad de ensalada y 6 piezas de doner carne. . No el pan de pita. . . . . . Mmmmmmm. volver a mi viejo para llevar creo.

Después de una mala experiencia hace unos meses. Decidimos ir a rodajas de nuevo. Esta vez fue peor. La comida seca y fría, aunque yo recogí. Artículos no disponibles eran reemplazados con artículos más baratos. No puedo ver el cambio. El total era de 29 libras. Otro para llevar localmente por la misma artículos hubiera sido de 16 libras. Me sentí estafado, mientras que comer seco frío. Lo siento chicos. No volveré.

No he estado aquí por un tiempo, aunque me dejó una crítica entusiasta hace dos años. Personal no es tan agradable como en mi última visita, pedí un pollo tikka bhuna kebab. Me sentía bombardeado con la opción (no quiero patatas fritas, etc.), cuando me habría sido suficiente con mi elección.

Conseguí mi última noche de pizza y estaba muy, muy decepcionados por el hecho de mi pizza tenía moho todo en el fondo! Esta fue una pizza horrible, no aconsejo este lugar! Nunca más... Una cliente muy insatisfecha y no aconsejo a nadie a conseguir un pizza para este lugar nunca volveremos a comprar una pizza de nuevo

Balti Chicken pizza was amazing. really quick delivery and good crispy base on the pizzas.

Meal was given over an hour to deliver which is plenty of time but it came late pizza was soggy and not really that warm won't be ordering there again especially when there's so many in Stafford obviously didn't even read the delivery note as they didn't call either as they got here but as it was late I was looking out for them at that point anyway

I was going to order a large pizza from domino's. But for the price of one of their pizza's. I got two large pizza's, wedges. Cheesy garlic bread. and spicy chicken legs! I know where I'll be going from now on, slices! Superb quality food! What more do you want!

The food that was delivered was inedible. We ordered a small kebab which hardly had any meat in at all and it looked as if it had been kicked around the kitchen, some breaded mushrooms that were more like breaded salt and could not be eaten, a chicken pasta dish that was disgusting and went straight in the bin after one mouthful and then some garlic bread which was ok. All of this cost £14.99 and the only part of it that I would have been happy to have paid for was the garlic bread. I was massively dissapointed with the food delivered and in all fairness would have expected a full refund if this had been ordered in a restaurant. I will definitely not be ordering from this take away again.

Order food here on a regular! Never let me down, I order from justeat.com and if they haven't got what I want they let me no straight away and chuck in something instead fantastic! Always polite delivery men.. Never fail to tip! By far one of the best take away services in Stafford ! :)

Hi I was wondering who I make a complaint too about the food i ordered tonight ? The food was cold and the pizza wasn't even cooked properly and the chicken was undercooked ? Spent £20 and it was a waste of money because we never ate it. It's only our 1st ever problem with food from you.

I would not recommend, the chicken was very pink inside. Called to complain and had to wait for the manager to call back! No compensation just the refund for that one part of our order.

Went for the first time after a long day out, staff were really friendly and gave my son a free drink as soon as we walked in. Food was hot and fresh, we ordered two large pizzas. Cheaper than the big companies and obviously quite popular as customers kept coming in as we waited.

For some reason I was given about a quarter of chips I usually get?? Apart from that the food was good.

The chicken Kebab was drenched in Chilli sauce making it unbearable to eat also the whole thing fell apart kids did enjoy the Pizza though.

Food was not the best and worst of all they missed part of the order... Called to ask if they would deliver, was told they would but they never did!

Delivery driver called me to say he was outside. I had to walk downstairs (flats) not to the door but to the car park after 12 pm 8 months pregnant and got abuse after asking why it was not brought to the door but left on his car roof for 10 mins outside. Which ment food was soggy and cold this is the second time this has occoured. I shall not be ordering from there again you are paid to do a job so do it!

This had never happened before & when I rang to tell them they forgot something they told me he would ring back when the driver returned .. but they never rang back

Ordered bbq base and it came with a ketchup one. Also the 'large' chips were very small.

Food was terrible, for a pizza place the pizzas were the worst thing out of what we ordered! You can buy better frozen supermarket ones. Waste of money.
