Had a takeaway other night both me and my misses was sick straight or a day after , shocking wouldn't be coming here again

Very good collection staff were very humble and positive environment,food quality was 💯,the milkshakes were the best by the professional maker 💯 must go.

We are regular customers we been ordering consistently for more than 5 years and usually they do get the order wrong and they say we will fix it next time and today we had family party and ordered 2 slices margarita and rest vegetable pizza they ofc got it wrong again and we called and they made half pizza margarita which was wrong i called in to tell them the cheff started screaming and said im lying accusing me and put the phone down we will never be ordering and suggest anyone else orders they dont care about cuatomers and like to give bad quality and quick to take money Clearly in the photo it shows its hlf margarita always getting our food wrong

Ordered tonight as I am stuck in with covid with my daughter. Ordered 2 pizzas, one of which was a double pepperoni. Rang them to explain politely we had received one incorrect pizza. They then proceeded to accuse me of removing the pepperoni! Asked for photos of the pizza which I happily provided to accusations. There was ONE slice of pepperoni yet the chef "put extra on!" Won't be ordering again. Absolutely disgusting service!

First time ordering tonight and last food was dry and had no taste donner meat was stale chicken looked and tasted like been sat there for days and portions are small wouldn't reccomend

Very poor service compleatly got order wrong called them to be told what do you want us do about asked them change the items what they got wrong to them start arguing i ended up puting the phone down becuse they were jst arguing and not changing the stuff and the food they did get right was horrible wouldnt touch the place again they lost my orders beetween £30 to £40 a week avoid rubish food and no customers service avoid !!!!

Tried their pizzas. Great taste and variety. Affordable prices. Going to order it again for sure.

I ordered a vindaloo curry with samosas and the curry and samosas were delicious also the staff were so friendly and I would recommend this takeaway to anyone who likes Indian food 😋 👌

We had a walk in take away, got our food home and realised we forgot our pizza. Upon asking if they could hot hold they didn't hesitate and got our address to deliver for us! Food was very tasty also 🥰 amazing customer service and food. Couldn't reccomend more!

Waited over 2 hours for food to arrive then came missing items, when I rang to say about missing items was told it would be another hour to deliver (I live 10 mins away), went down to collect the missing items and the staff were just smirking like it was some kind of joke. Needless to say food was ruined and definitely will not be returning and would advise others to stay away

Me and my partner went in tonight and ordered a donner kebab meat & chips along with a large chips & chicken tikka wrap. Ignore the bad reviews this place is really nice. We eat it all within 7mins and me and my partner are dead skinny 😂😂 Thankyou for a gorgeous meal!

Used to use these religiously, until I got complementary fingernail with my tea. Then the guy on the phone proceeded to call me a liar. Little bit late on the review. But still stands, nasty food nasty service never again. Lost a loyal customer

The food was very gresie and there was bone in both of the Nan breads which wasn't nice when they nearly take ya teeth out. We won't be using these again 😕

Food is usually really good but we have just ordered and received very poor quality and that's putting it politely The picture is what was supposed to be chilli melters 🤮 joke No point making a complaint either as they don't do anything Portion size of the chips are you being serious. Absolutely awful!! Ordered a flame kebab (£11.50 on the menu but charged £13! ).... 4 slices of chicken tikka, a piece of shami kebab, a couple of pieces of either lamb (which tasted off) or steak and literally a couple of dry strips of doner meat on a nan. Total rip off .... won't be going back! Oh ... and the staff are rude!

I order from here every time i have a take away but after this time i will not be ordering again !! Just under 2 hours wait for food rang them after hour and 20 min they hadnt even done it if it wasnt for already being paid for i would of told them forget about it..... by time my food arrived i couldnt even eat it due to baby needing feeding.... never even offered to knock anything off for the wait.... also very rude last time i ordered and complained about the burger being way!!! Over cooked the lad was rude and saying well i cooked it myself and it def wasnt over cooked.. very rude staff......

Bang Average!! I ordered 2 kebabs. 1 was cold and with a load of lettuce which wasn't even ordered with my online order.. My advice would be to telephone your order and speak to a actual human, then maybe you have a chance. Also the delivery driver did not seem happy at all. Probably won't bother again.

Just went to order a curry the guy asked me what i wanted told him i want to order a curry then he just walked off and left me standing there waiting for him to take my order and went on to do other things and completely ignored me when one of the other staff asked me what i wanted the original guy said something to him and they both walked away so I told them not to bother and walked out totally ignorant.they have had a change of staff and not for the better i will not be returning and would definitely not recommend this establishment and would advise everyone to give it a wide berth !!

City Flames definitely isn't the worst place I've ever ordered from, but I'm very tired of them getting my orders wrong. Its frustrating as my family and I order from them every single week without fail. The food quality is quite nice sometimes but is very up and down, sometimes we don't know if we should even order because we dont know what state the food is going to be in. It's usually the chips and meat that goes downhill but the pizza has always been fine. I also feel like they are very stingy with the sauces. Though I have a few complaints about this place, the people who deliver the food are always very friendly.

I have to say that the Manager and owner has sorted out my complaint. He is a lovely man and cares about his customers, if you should be unfortunate to make a complaint, ask to speak to Adil and he will sort things out to your satisfaction.

Terrible. Waiting an hour and half for pizzas and still tehy send the wrong order, when phoned up to tell them this is the 4th time they have sent the wrong pizzas and we want a refund or the correct pizzas they abuse you donw the phone and hang up on you. Avoid this takeaway

We Thought of ordering somewhere new for a change so we ordered from here ;my partners chicken was pink ,my kebab tasted awful and the chips were rubbish only thing we enjoyed were the cheese melts;won’t be ordering again waste of 20 quid .👎

Too many mistakes and after tonight's order, we will not be ordering again! They need to have an overhaul on the staff also because the disgusting blimp I spoke to when trying to complain, spoke to me in a disgusting council estate manner. Me and my partner are strict vegetarians and ordered our usual vegetarian pizza. It came covered in meat and after ordering online and clearly vegetarians and ordering a vegetarian pizza, we don't expect meat to be present. Enough is enough. Wrong orders, rude staff and food being delivered to neighbour's by mistake is the last straw.

Disgusting, orderd from here only took 20 mins to come wich we thought was quick only to find all the food was cold and asked for 12 pieces of scampie with chips an they sent just 8 peices of uncooked scampie with no chips this is the 2nd time this has happend never ordering from here again

This used to be my favourite place to order my curry but for some reason it's no longer the same.I stuck with it for 5x but no more. not sure if it's a different chief. Pizza is still good. Now time to find another place to get my curry from.

So... where do I start I think this takeaway is the worst takeaway ever! Do Not Order From Here! I ordered a chicken wrap and curly fries... the curly fries didn’t turn up and the wrap was soggy. I rang them and they said they would return with curly fries... fair play they did but the food quality was absolutely awful! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! 1 star is being generous!!

Probably the best halal chicken tikka, lamb tikka combo and naan bread in Stoke-on-Trent. Enormous portion, friendly staff, five stars to all twelve staff. Pleased turnover is on the increase. Thank you.

very very bad food I got food poison by them . just paid 18 pound for a pizza AGAIN same as last time I ordered was very bad. and I will never ever ring then again.. they only think about money nothing else. I hope this shop will be closed for selling those kind of bad food.. I guys should be ashamed.

I have always been pleased with my food from city flames and tonight was no exception the only little criticism i have about tonight's meal it could have been a little bit hotter not spice wise temperature wise it's usually a lot hotter than it was tonight but still tasted good !!

Fooc is really good special there chicken tikka how ever I live on the 1st floor flat and it the only take away were they want delivery to the door and I have to go down stairs puts me off ordering again

Don’t order online you get charged 40p service charge for the privilege even on collection orders always phone orders in that is if they answer the phone. Rude staffs but food is ok

We order from here regularly. Of course it isnt michelin star food but if you fancy a treat the food is tasty and they dont skimp on the portions. Try the flames box - 2 pieces SFC, 2 chicken wings, onion rings, chips, salad and donner meat - yum and could easily feed 2!

for a restaurant that's always busy the food is always fresh and hot and delivery can't really grumble roughly 30 mins from ordering. their pizzas are the best around far superior than some other well known makes. reasonably priced too. good work guys.

pizza was really good but i ordered a 1.5l bottle of coke and got 3 330ml cans which is about a third less than a bottle and the same price. if not for that i would rate a lot higher.

Could of done with more pepperoni on the "double pepperoni" pizza. More mayo on chips. Also maybe put the bottles on pop in the fridge as it was warm and flat.
