Got take out was ready on time and for the deal via their website was great. Loads of food easily feed 4 of us.

Took the money and was phobbed off. Driver never turned up, said was outside my house. READ THE OTHET REVIEWS AND DO NOT EAT HERE!

Don’t recommend this place tried to get Delivery and they wouldn’t pick up the phone while it was 2 hours late. They stole £25 away from me without delivering the food. You won’t be able to get a refund for your food because they will say that they are preparing it which means you don’t have an option. You can’t contact your delivery service either they will just tell you to keep calling them back *PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE ONLY OPEN TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!*

Put in an order on Deliveroo, it was supposed to be here 30 minutes ago & no answer from the restaurant

Papa johns Longton. Ordered at 16.30 and No order turned up. Called many times, never answered the phone. Order with caution, especially on line Or with Deliveroo.

Horrendous. Do not order from this place. Paid £26 for food via deliveroo. 2 hours later no sign of it. Multiple calls attempted to this place but no answer. Contacted deliveroo for a refund and they refused. We have paid and received nothing.

I ordered a pizza on Deliveroo and it didn't come. After an hour of making the order I began to call them 12 times and no one answered the phone. The next day I called again 9 times no one answered. Began speaking with Deliveroo customer service, they said papa John's refused the refund. Had to then speak with a manager at Deliveroo they said they couldn't get in contact with the restaurant so the manager approved my refund. Never again

Second time ordering and second time really pleased with the order. Fajita is definitely a favourite. Only thing I dislike is the garlic sauce... Possibly the worst sauce I've ever had - but the tomato and herb is SO good

I ordered from papa John's for the first time and all I can say is WOW, I ordered online but phoned to make sure that my order had been received the chap that answered the phone was so lovely and helpful , I also ordered the cauliflower wings, and said is there anyway I could have a different dip than the hot buffalo sauce ( not to good with spicy) he said of course what would you like, I asked what they he had and chose the garlic, he said which one would you like. as we do a VEGAN one as well, which was a lovely surprise, he told me the other vegan choices , I'm not vegan so had the other, which was amazing. He told me they had taken over 2 years ago and really enjoyed it. When the delivery turned up , I was surprised how quick it was, and the girl who delivered it, had the biggest smile and was so polite, she even asked if I wanted the bag to be placed at the door step so I could help myself if I was social distancing due to COVID, which I thought was brilliant. I was dine with the girl coming closer, she was so polite and we had a little chat and a giggle, which was great as other deliveries from different places , they barely said hello!! The meal was piping hot and tasted amazing. I also ordered the ben and Jerry's cookie dough, and was surprised just how cold it still was. I honestly can't praise Papa John's enough, food and service is the best I've ever received, and will be ordering again. Honestly try here ,you won't be disappointed Thanks X

Always order papa johns but do it on their website not other websites has the instructions you give arent shown if not their website. Always nice and hot and very quick and tasty .

I ordered a sizable order from Just eat and provided all of the relevant information that it asked me to provide. After waiting 2 hours for my food I called the store and provided my postcode to be told to cancel my order and they tried to ring me. I know for a fact that they didn't try to ring me because I was on my phone for the whole duration of the wait. They never attempted to knock on my door or ring the door bell. After challenging the gentleman on the phone about this his only response to any question after was talk to just eat and was very rude. Awful services and it just seems like they can't be brothered to even supply the food.

Just tried ringing them up to place my order, the owner was very rude kept putting the phone down, just come off a 12hour shift dealing with this Pandemic, rude and very unprofessional, id rather have a leg off than order from these. Bunch of Cranks

We placed an order with a delivery time of 40 minutes. After 45 minutes we received a call saying that the food was just going into the oven. We finally got our food after an hour and a half. The pepperoni pizza was ok but the chicken club was terrible. The edges were really crispy and hard and the filling was all wet and undercooked. The garlic sticks (just a round garlic bread cut into slices) was burnt on the edges. Total waste of money, especially as we just threw away the chicken pizza. Will never go here again.

The staffs at Papa Johns Longton are amazing in particular my friend who works there, they are always spot on with their orders and deliveries plus they are lenient when it comes to adding or removing ingredients in the pizza. Thank you so much. Katsu Longton, Stoke

Poor overall, very underwhelming pizza, was expecting better, didn't happen...this was for first order. The second order we placed was where we got cold pizza, not even made properly, lacking ingredients - not sure the person preparing pizzas knows what goes into the Mexican pizza. Shouldn't be in a kitchen, never mind working in one. We kind of expected much better, so logged a complaint as we feel we are worthy of a refund, but they blank us. The people running this store are just not suitable at all to be in the food preparation business. Also they said to message them on facebook. My screenshot proves they dont reply.

The pizzas taste good, love the wings and garlic sticks.. but double check your order and don't bother with a half'n'half pizza. I ordered a BBQ chicken on one side and hawaiian on the other. I got 40% chicken, 60% hawaiian, but no BBQ in sight! No BBQ drizzle or BBQ base.. Dominoes can do a proper half'n'half so why can't Papa Johns?

AVOID this company and go Dominoes instead! Much better food quantity, quality and amazing customer service over there. Ordered bacon cheese sticks (which costs £6.49 btw), as part of my whole order. When it arrived, I realised there was almost no bacon on there at all. Probably half a slice of bacon worth if I’d put them together. It looked almost like a money scam if you ask me. When I rang up to discuss the issue, I was met with very rude and ignorant staff that didn’t care. They just kept talking over me and repeating the same thing over and over again because they did not want to listen even though I was being polite about the situation. The manager didn’t seem to care much either as he still hasn’t bothered to contact me. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Never had this issue with Dominoes as their staff have always been polite and courteous. Very disappointing...

the order arrived in good time, as this was my first time trying papa johns i was not impressed. the topping had been scrimp on the pizza was uneven like nothing i have ever seen befor. the crust took up 20% of it. Wont be using again.

Papa John's no matter the destination in England is the best chain of Pizza companies, the quality is just sublime . Believe me I have been to Italy. The freshness ; the dipping sauces especially Buffalo and Honey mustard , the range of toppings , the texture , the sides and everything is just wow. Their standards are extremely high and customer service is exemplary.

A couple of friends over the years liked the pizza from here and advised me to give it a try (because im a fan of pizza). There was a good range of pizza to choose from and the prices are reasonable. Quite tastey when vompared to some of my other local pizza takeaways.

Probably the worst takeaway in Stoke-on-Trent. Have ordered three times and every time part of the order is missing, food arrives cold or late. The negative comments and reviews are all 100% accurate. Save yourself the displeasure of ordering from here and pick somewhere else. Really let’s down the papa johns name and standard.

Absolutely awful chicken bites were like rubber disgusting. Meat on pizza smelt and tasted old never using these again!

First order this weekend. I ordered online for collection in store. After I placed the order it said 15 minutes collection. I got to the store and my order was waiting and perfectly presented. I straight away noticed how clean the store was and how friendly the staff were. Will definitely be back soon. Oh and great value for money.

We ordered from here tonight, not only was the delivery an hour late it was cold. Very rude staff did nothing at all to help. Do not order from here.

Cracking food and nice staff even though I turned up an hour early for my pizza.

Ordered online for delivery with a specified time of 7pm. My partner rang Papa John's at 7.30pm as our pizza had still not arrived. We were told the driver was on the way but as we have had problems with late delivery in the past we cancelled the order. 7.40pm the driver turns up with our pizza. My partner paid with a £20 for a pizza that was £10.75. The driver swore in front of us and said he would have to go back to the store to get change. Absolutely baffling that a delivery service does not bring change out. My partner refused the pizza and telephoned the store to complain to a manager to which there was apparently not one available. Again, baffling given that Friday & Saturday nights are their busiest time. Will never order from Papa John's again and would strongly advise against others doing so. We will be contacting them again until we get to speak to a manager to raise our complaint.

The second time in little over a month that my delivery was more than 30 mins late. I ordered online at 5:30pm and specified that I wanted the pizza delivering for 7pm. Plenty of time you'd thing to make this request possible. After 30 mins I called the store and the woman I spoke to said/lied that the driver was near. I said that I wasn't happy with the service and didn't want the pizza anymore. 10 mins late the driver arrived. Giving him the benefit of the doubt I decided to accept the pizza only for him not to have my £10 change and saying he'd have to go back to the store to get it. I gave him the pizza back and said I didn't want it any more. His response? F**k!

Pizza is great , although prefer dominoes dips...papa johns garlic dip just doesn't cut it! Was cheaper to order and collect pizza rather than have it delivered

Ordered two pizzas from here took 1and a half hours to come arived cold wrong order greasy just the worst pizza ive had wont be ordering again wast of money

I've ordered from papa Johns 3 times. First time they were on time, second they were 2 hours late (I fail to understand how because I live a 20 minute drive down the road). Third time I ordered 3 hours before my selected time in order to give them time to cook and prepare it, still failed to be on time.

We ordered two pizzas at around 9:20pm and they still hadn't been delivered at 10:50pm. I phoned the branch and they told me the driver was 'Just getting ready to leave'. Considering it's a 4 minute drive from the branch to our house, I fail to see what takes over 90 minutes to bake and deliver a couple of pizzas.

Ordered pizzas well in advance (2.5 hours) for a 6pm delivery. Delivery over 30 minutes late. Called to enquire about where abouts. Laughed at by the bloke at Papa John's and told they are "busy". Completely unacceptable for an advance booked order. Disgusted by the whole transaction. Will never order pizza from them again. Choose ANY other pizza place in Stoke-on-Trent. Still no pizza in site. Total waste of £20.

The pizza was poor quality compared to other papa johns like the one in Stafford. I ordered it from here, I ended up in a stomach bug next day.

Shocking establishment. Partner earned points for a free pizza which was confirmed on email and points deducted however no pizza arrived. Wasted money on phone calls for blame to be shirked on Papa Johns and refusal to provide email address for confirmation. Absolute scam artists. Do not ever order from here
