Super clean, lovely staff! Salad bar was all fresh and delicious. And the pizza was absolutely yummy!

What can be said about pizzahut today? A shadow of its former self. A number of years ago, pizzahut was the place to go with the fam for a meal out. Our experience was "meh" at best, order everything online and the only staff interaction we had was being told order yourself (they took too long for table service) and dropping off of cups/bowls. The food was not good, the pizza on the buffet was hot but that was its only good feature. It's just not as good as it used to be. The salad bar is terrible not only but also children using hands to get items from the salad bar. Ice cream was really good. Price wise, it was ok value. The children actually enjoyed it, but the adults in the party didn't. If they threw in meat feast with stuffed crust on the buffet we may have had a different review. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend it. Our local takeaway does better pizza and cheaper...

Slightly disappointed as I couldn’t swap salad for a dessert for my 6 YO son. We come here all the time and will not be back

We were taken to our table very quickly , and saw the menu. We could not use the online ordering service because we are not tec savy, so one of the waiters came and took our order. Then came with the bill, which my husband paid. Our pizza was lovely, and as we ordered a sharing size, we were all able to visit the salad bar to help ourselves from it.

Ordered to takeaway today and the service we recieved was brilliant. The lady on the takeaway desk was so lovely and friendly, she's an absolute credit to Pizza Hut. When arrived, food was ready for collection, piping hot and tasted delicious. My family shall definitely be coming again, but this time sitting in the restaurant. Fully recommend.

Great all you can eat and drink at lunch time salad and pasta really enjoyed it

Exactly what you'd expect at a Pizza hut all you can eat buffet. Replacement pizza was prompt, rotated toppings so never the same. Great experience. Lots of families as in summer hols & at weekend so quite noisy.

Went in for a spontaneous buffet lunch with the family. Lots of options and pizzas were regularly replenished. Staff were great.

I dont do pizza 🙄 my daughter does, she said pizza was awesome, i loved the salad, unlimited Pepsi max.

Something about Pizza hut, eat in and it's delicious. Get a delivery and it's not so good! I had the chicken wings, delicious if slightly on the salty side. The pizza was gorgeous, stuffed crust should be standard! My friends garlic bread was a bit anaemic but that's a stretch. The salad bar was fresh, only thing that disappointed me was no vinaigrette that day. I saw them temperature probing stuff as well, so hygiene is on point. The staff were awesome, despite needing to order via a link, they were attentive and so nice, all smiles and enthusiasm ❤️ The atmosphere is interesting, it feels empty in there somehow even though it was packed? Maybe I'm biased as I was a pizza hut devotee in the 90's and it was amazing. Nicely air conditioned though!

Courier initially went to the wrong house. I had to go and find him. I have my location and instructions on here. How else can I help?

I highly recommend Pizza Hut at Festival Park, everything from the warm welcome to the amazing, tasty food is something we always look forward to each week. The food is always delicious and the staff can’t do enough for you to make your visit perfect! We love it and will continue to dine at the Hut! Fantastic lunch today at Pizza Hut for myself and friends. Great food, good service and nice atmosphere. Felt very relaxed and at ease. Special thanks to Carol for her exceptional and friendly service. All staff were great especially Becky who I believe to be the manager. Will be visiting again soon 🙂

Perfect service from Kieran, what a lovely young man. Food was piping hot and delicious as always. Fran also asked if we needed anything else ordered. Lovely girl. Next time in the area we will definitely come back

We haven't been to Pzza Hut for a while so it was good to get back. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and the 'offers' were worth it. We didn't eat our puddings so they kindly put them in take away boxes. Recommended

Stood waiting 5 minutes to be seated staff kept walking past ignoring us and serving the takeaway hatch. Poor customer service.

35 mins late. After the website redesign the house number's got lost from the saved address so the driver didn't know where to go.

Expensive for what it is and it's looking a tad tired on the outside.

Polite and Friendly. The food was a little greasy compared to last time we visited. But other than that, its clean and plenty of pizza being put on the buffet.

Booking in advance, having a gluten free option for my son and the speed of everything. Unlimited drinks is good along with meal deals.

Decent, buffett all in an absolute bargain

My wife and I had a fantastic experience here. My wife has celiac disease which makes going out quite difficult and stressful. Here however, they have a comprehensive allergy guide and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get her salad from the kitchen rather than the salad bar to help reduce the risk of contamination from gluten. The allergy guide also had a column for cereals containing more the 20ppm of gluten. Everything was prepared with care to prevent contamination and my wife had no reaction. Food tasted great as well! Overall we were very impressed and will add this to our list of celiac/coeliac safe restaurants we can go to!

Excellent service. Nothing too much trouble. I ordered incorrectly and they were happy to change it even though it had been cooked and was my fault. My granddaughter was given an extra pizza as they had cut the first one off centre. Highly recommend

Disgusting behavior from the manager here, walked in greeted with shouting to wait in waiting area, embarrassed me and my family in the middle of restaurant. Will never go to a Pizza Hut again.

Staff here were great with us with small kids. Great Value for money, taste and convenience. Pizza hut works well as last minute, mid-week treat for us as a family. Quick, easy, fun and home before kids' bedtime.

What has happened to Pizza hut!!! the salad quality is exceptionally poor now and the pizzas have hardly any topping and the cost are so high! There are many places that provide far better pizzas at much better value. The service was good and unfortunately that is about the only thing. Not good food, not good value at all and certainly would not recommend.

Unfortunately the takeaway we had last night was terrible. The meat one we had was more like a frozen one from Tesco, the garlic bread had no flavour and the onion rings were soggy. What a waste of £30

Decent option for a late lunch all you can east buffet. Salad bar decent, option of adding I've cream and drinks for £5 adults, £2 kids is good. Plenty of pizza coming out but toppings a little sparse. Pasta a good secondary option though. Overall very decent

I ordered some food via ubereats and unfortunately they delivered the wrong order. I went down to the restaurant, who advised that the driver had picked up the wrong one. They were very apologetic but sorted out our order there and then (even let us have some salad whilst we were waiting). Food was freshly cooked and tasted wonderful! I know most people don't write reviews to do anything but complain, me included - but I also like to spotlight great service when i see it! Great place and the staff are very friendly.

Tables were a little cramped, food was average.

cardboard would have tasted better all food cold and pizza very little cheese and pizza base dry and stiff tasted stale not what you would expect for a big pizza chain very poor quality food

Food was hot and good selection of pizza. Staff were very friendly and could offer more help. Only thing is they need to add a vinaigrette on the salad bar and toffee sauce on the icecream

How do you forget an entire pizza from my order?

Collection and delivery time kept getting pushed back and back, when the driver did finally deliver he had multiple orders from different establishments in his bag so it’s unsurprising this is the case if that’s how things are working now. A shame as the food probably would have been quite nice if I’d received it when it was hot and fresh. Not really very good customer service.

Driver decide best way to deliver my food is to leave the boxes on the ground. I actually have a bench next to my door which would be better idea, but somehow ground it is

The pizza is tasty but not the best. The mozzarella stix are cool, I suggest you try them. Cool idea with salads, very in many positions you get it for free. Unlemited water, though the choice is not very big. The interior of the institution is quite ordinary, but everything is clean. Service is good, always everyone comes up to ask if everything is good, but at the end when we finished eating, we were hinted that we should go, although there were a lot of free seats. like it enough when you can order everything through the phone by code. Convenient.

My partner and myself had been swimming and came for some food afterwards, we made it just in time for the 11-3pm buffet deal about 2:50pm. We were quickly sat and went up for food asap as we were conscious of it getting close to 3 but the lady who sat us said it’d be on til about 3:15pm. As soon as we sat back down they asked us for payment which seemed a bit odd? Wasn’t sure if this was due to the lunch time deal finishing or if they assumed we would walk out? Granted we did arrive pressed for time but still felt rushed to eat our food. Service felt a bit abrupt at first but we were courtesy checked twice which was pleasant. The food however was delicious and fresh and we managed to eat about 3 plates each plus bits off the salad bar and ice cream and had the refillable drinks so very good value for money.

Ordered a take out. It was disgraceful - a dried up over cooked base with hardly any topping. The topping that was there did not look especially fresh and there was no flavour at all. Shocking that this place is still in business. I paid £25 for a pizza to share - I had driven a long way for a family visit and was really hungry. My mum and I tried some but half of it went in the bin. The garlic bread the same way - bin. Will never eat from there again. Pizzas from Pizza Hut used to be a real treat - genuinely disgusted I’d get a far better pizza from the frozen section in a supermarket for £2.

We had the pizza deal at 49.99 was perfect for us all as our kids are young. We still took some pizza home and they loved the unlimited salad bar and the ice cream factory was a winner. All the kids loved to be independent, it was great.

My favourite part is pizza buffet 😋 everyday but it ends at 3 pm so best to go on time there is a large spread of salads you can have too.

We arrived at about 20:30 after a visit to the cinema. The restaurant was quiet so there was no wait for a table and we were seated straight away. The salad bar, although late in the evening, was well stocked and looked as though it had been recently topped up as everything was fresh. The pizza which we ordered had been made as an individual instead of a sharing pizza. The waiter brought out the smaller pizza and apologised, he explained that the correct pizza was cooking so this had been brought out so we weren't waiting too long and we would receive our correct order and could take home any left overs. This was good service.

2 pizzas and fries , arrive in a “freezer cool bag” so that set alarm bells ringing …. Both pizzas were cold , chips just about warm .

Couldn't fault it. One of the few places that has actually steadily improved over the years.

This food was shocking. It came that cold and hard I used it to fill the potholes outside my house worked a treat. The only thing that came at the right temperature was the ice-cream

Food was terrible I got an under cooked slab of oil and a side order of diariea I will not ever be coming back here and honestly think it may be a long while till I order from them again it made me so sick.

pizza was luke warm, chips and garlic bread were cold and soggy and we live 10 minutes away from the restaurant very disappointed

We were seated then told to order through the app.. you can only pay by card and that's about as much as we were spoken to. Not worth the nearly £100 bill for 4 of us...

Seemed like a great team that went above and beyond. The atmosphere was great and it was lovely to see everyone absolutely blasting their roles down to a T. Food was hot and really tasty, hats off to the chef. This is one of the best pizza huts in my opinion, 1000% worth visiting if you're near.

Food is absolutely freezing everything is stale really disappointing

The waitresses and waiters were really nice, the good was good. Not many people were in there hence the atmosphere.

Really impressed with our visit. Clean and tidy, salad bar was fully stocked with fresh food. Our server, Charlotte, was friendly and helpful with my partners dietary requirements (coeliac) and provided him with a detailed list of foods that were safe for him to eat. I used the order & collection service as I was surprising/ treating my nephew to a pizza. The service over the phone was great, and I was informed about all the offers available for a Tuesday. This helped a lot as the bill was 50% cheaper than what I originally thought (bonus). Once I arrived at Pizza Hut, the service continued to be great, and I only waited a minute or two for my order. My nephew was very happy with his pizza and extras 😁.

A good visit to the Hut. The food was good and the service was very good with all staff working hard and always with a happy attitude. The salad bar was good, but it didn't take long before the kids made it into a mess. Pizza was very quick and really tasty. Sweets were OK. A good evening but a bit cool in the restaurant. We would visit again

Pizza was OK but average, had better. Service was pretty quick only waited about 5 mins to be served and taken to a seat. I'm not a fan of paying before seeing let alone eating your food, but this is what we had to do. I was going to have salad but noticed their is no covers over each salad selection, so felt put off thinking what if people have been breathing over it and picking at it, this in mind made be feel what about hygiene and transferring unwanted germs. Toilets where filthy, the space to get in is quite tight between shutting the door and toilet. I was straddling the toilet so I could shut the door, but while in there, I noticed a puddle of maybe wee on the floor right in front of the toilet assuming parents don't supervise their kids and another toilet had loo roll all over the floor...the only thing going for the ladies loo was that it had warm running water and hand soap.

Great food, fresh and piping hot. Service spot on. Nothing to much trouble
