Been using this place for a long time now never had an issue or missing an item but this time ordered a chicken wrap and Orio milkshake. The chicken wrap not cooked properly and the milkshake came with no straw also tasted nothing like Orio.

it was the best burger i've had the person on the phone was absolutely amazing and gave his feedback on what was good he also gave me a free can of pop which was really sweet i reccomend this place to anyone who gets fast food perfection to the finest.

Amazing delivery time and food taste wayyy better. Their prices are amazing, and have added more to the menu including dishes and curries for more people.

Place has gone downhill, terrible service, they missed food out my order then tried to tell me I have to pay for the delivery charge for them to deliver what they forgot…?

been ordering from here for a long time, always been good, until tonight. delivery lot longer than stated food lukewarm when arrived and tasted awful chicken tasted like been refried in old oil about three times, threw straight into bin

Decent food, but the portions they give are horrendous. Ordered a Doner Meat and Chips but they only gave a handful of chips and 2 strips of Doner. Food tasted good but they are stingy with their portions

Me and my partner were waiting for a delicious takeaway, well we thought it was going to be, we didn't have to wait long but when the food came it tasted like it was all cooked in a month old grease &fat, the chips were vile. Worst takeaway by far, wouldn't feed it a dog, all of the food just tastes like rotten onions for some reason 😕

Fast food cooked when ordered no lying around fresh ingredients.

They upped the prices and have started to give kid sized portions of food. We gave them another chance and told them that prices have gone up and food portions have got smaller.. this was denied i was told wont happen again but it did.. wont be going back.

I have ordered food today i have to say that , The pizza was very nice just like i wanted I do live near the shop and I never knew that they have this kind of nice pizzas so I had to go to smalthorne Every time but, no more going that far I have found my favoured pizza shop

Ordered a week ago, order was missed. Money taken. So far paid £20 to be hungry for a week. Money taken instantly, almost a week later still no refund. Won't ever order online from here again.

Had to give a one star as couldn’t give a zero. Order messed up twice food missing from the order and then you ring to tell them they say you have to pay again for something you already paid for and try and charge you for another delivery as well. and get nothing but hassle from the manager when you ring to complain on the phone. Customer service is terrible and you should avoid this takeaway at all costs.

Decent food. But the attitude needs improving. A few P's and Q's won't hurt you lot.

Asked for a two piece chicken and chips my son went to the shop and asked could I have two breasts they said we have wings or legs my son said I'll ask in my son then went over to order something different but the guy behind the counter said 8f you wait 25 minutes I'll put you two breasts in my son say and wanted over 25 minutes only to have a wing and a leg not impressed and I won't be ordering again 😡

The food was amazing! One of the workers made the chicken strips extra spicy for me! It was lovelyyyyyy! The pizzas are perfect I can have them everyday! Big portions with amazing customer service! Definitely recommend it

Ordered special kebeb was told delivery would be 45 mins it arrived an hour n 15 mins later stone cold phoned back to complain guy on the phone couldn't of been nicer unfortunately the delivery driver had no manners when he returned my money telling me we can't order from there again! He was right thou i won't order from there again shocking customer service order at your peril

Ordered a large pizza and my friend explained it was 'the best pizza they'd ever had'! Consequently would recommend it if ordering a pizza.

Brilliant. Perfect food. Good Value for Money and very good customer service. Their Online offers seem to be £1 cheaper than ordering off the phone so always worth a look. They dont deliver anymore but collection never been a issue as plenty parking outside with a side car park and always food cooked on time. Well Done Lads.

Always had great food and excellent service from the guys here, both in-store and for delivery. Mainly have pizza or burger but both are amazing taste and quality, always fresh, tasty and piping hot. Friendly and helpful staff and delivery generally when promised. I'd be a stone lighter if I hadn't found them but totally worth it!! Oh and the chicken strips are fab too!!

Ordered food at 5 and it came at 7.30 and it was stone cold now me and my friend both feel sick do not order from here

Never order from this place waited over an hour and half for delivery phones to see where our food was and got nothing but grief and told us they don't care how long people have to wait disgusting service and terrible customer service

First off my partner reviewed this pizza place about a year ago and you can see it listed below somewhere (by Rik Kent). We had nothing but praise for this place hence our 5 star review. However, as regular customers this place has gone down hill so badly and it's such a shame. About 6 months we started to notice that the pizza's were becoming dry, burnt, lacking fresh ingredients and just basically of a very poor standard. We were used to waiting for around an hour for delivery, but because their pizza's used to be very good, it never bothered us. But as the food got worse so too did their delivery times and customer service. They used to apoligise profusely if we had to ring them and then the food would turn up straight after. But not now. The last few orders we would be waiting for around an hour and a half, we would call them only to be spoken to like we were cold callers trying to sell them pizza's! Shocking and so rude. I can only assume that this place has been taken over by someone who does not care what food goes out of their doors and I would not be at all surprised to see their current hygeine rating of 5 stars drop to 1 or 2 on their next inspection. We will never order from this place again and we were loyal customers who were not just unlucky with one bad order.

Chicken mix grill in naan with chips! Paid £7 for chips in naan with a couple bits of left over chicken that looked like it had been ran over by a car!!!!!
