Pizza came within 15 minutes I couldn’t believe it. Hot pizza good quality highly recommended

ordered online on a mid day saturday, food was fast and still hot! quiet and empty

We went inside to order and ordered a vegan pizza with vegan chicken and a normal pizza with chicken. We received 2 vegan cheese pizzas and both had real chicken (I only realised once having a bite out of the real chicken). When I placed the order I asked multiple times if the chicken he had selected was the vegan one and he said yes. Having not eaten meat for 7 years this was very upsetting. Definitely avoid this branch as their staff do not listen.

It's illegal to make someone pay parking fees for the driver to park in the car park across the street when there's the free 10 minute drop of point next to the hotel. Don't fall for this scam please! Phoned to let us know they couldn't stop at the drop off area of the hotel. They said they would get a fine, we offered to meet them where they could park without the fear of a fine. Argued for awhile trying to get us to pay them to use the car park across the street. Delivered the food, argued again to pay them a fee and tip for poor service. The store then back to back called to get ahold of someone within the span of a few minutes, we didn't answer due to assuming there would be more arguments.

A year ago I gave two stars, food arrived cold, and just not very good. 10 months before that i gave them 3 stars saying that they had gone down as they used to be great tgen the Pizza had been unevenly rolled, and not matching the description, and over cooked. Oct 2023 I am going to give them 5 stars. It was a lovely pizza, veg supreme. Italian crust. Really nice

They seem to make it difficult to order and collect. I've also had orders in the past, messed up.

Absolutely the worst dominos I’ve ever had, staff is so rude, no cheese on pizza, no cheese in stuffed crust, burnt. Called the manager was so rude, would even give me an email address to complain. Huge complaint incoming for this rude manager.

The man was on his own but we still got everything we ordered he was a really nice chap as well

We are regulars at dominoes in solihull we ordered tonight as a treat for my son his brother is going away until Christmas and he was a little sad so ordered him a dominoes texas bbq. Only to find a huge black hair inside of his pizza which then made him not want to eat anymore huge let down and huge waste of money!!

Kids love this place. Online ordering and real-time updates make collection easer. Never had an issue with them and they have always been accommodating

Ordered pizza, driver come to our building but looked lost, so I ended up asking him if the pizza was for me and said my name he said no, so I just assumed someone else in our building must have ordered a dominos. The driver ended up leaving and on the app it said my pizza was delivered, so rang the restaurant and they said he was there but he has left now, so they said he will be back asap. The driver come back to our building and turns out it was the driver I had previously spoken to asking if it was the pizza for me. I ordered the pizza at 11 and didn’t get it till 12 which meant it was cold and dry all because the driver for some reason caused an issue that didn’t need to happen. I don’t understand why he said the pizza wasn’t mine in the first place and when returning made a joke about it.

I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service by this place! I ordered three large pizzas to collect and I got home and found a awfully long hair in my first slice of pizza 🤢 I called them and they said ‘okay give us that pizza back and we will get a new one’ No apology at all! 😡 I will never order from here again, these things happen but no apology disgusting 🤮

16 pounds for a small pizza really???? RIP OFF!!!! I wish i could add the photo of the tiny pizza not even for 1 person 16 pounds. Extremely unsatisfied.

Sent a burnt pizza & no coleslaw. Called & they sent a replacement pizza which was still burnt & coleslaw that tasted fizzy (obviously off 🤢) . All went in the bin, total waste of money. Gave 2 stars because the delivery driver was lovely & very apologetic

Never order from this place. Still waiting for my food that I ordered 2 hours ago. Phoned them 15 times and messaged them and they still haven't picked up the phone.

Really really slow delivery, takes ages (over an hour) and I only live local to the Sheldon store. Called to complain but phone just rings out!!! and its only a Wednesday

Good selection of pizzas, or make your own with a wide selection of toppings. Don't know if the offer is the same nationwide, but at my local it is buy one get one free *walk in and order.

By far the worst pizza I have ever had. Completely undercooked, peppers just thrown on top of the pizza without being cut. They were actually the size of my palm. Never ordering from here ever again. Threw away more than half of the pizza.

Ok I’ll be honest. Compared to the first pizza we had from this branch, it was a distant second. However, when compared to a very near local rival, they are miles apart (even with the second experience). This time we had the full house and meatfielder. Plenty of sauce to the edge. Generously topped. My only qualm was the base and that the dough didn’t taste as good as the first experience. Still nice though. If you’re in the area and you are facing two pizza restaurants, then head to the left. And no I have no alliances or issues with either place. Just an impartial comparison review.

Awful awful domino's. We had 2 pizzas, 1 size and 1 drink to be delivered. The delivery man forgot our side. We get up to our hotel room and open the first pizza box to find this. The other pizza was supposed to be a stuffed crust and came without a stuffed crust and burnt. We called the store back to complain and see what they would do to rectify the issues and all we received was a sassy store manager (who obviously cannot manage a situation). Absolutely disgusting and further reason to avoid this chain all together. Absolutely appalled and now hungry too as my slop of a pizza doesn't even have 1 decent slice to eat.

Terrible service from Domino's in Sheldon ordered our food and they had missed out one of our items which we had paid for called to chase up to say was missing person on phone half heartedly not particularly bothered and said would send item out, called back 40 mins later as item still not arrived then told item was delivered to someone else! Person on phone repeated it like well it's gone out but we sent it to different address..! My husband then had to ask for them to send us our item we had paid for and person absolutely hopeless on the phone finally said would be on its way hearing mind it's now nearly an hour and a half since we first even ordered the food and paid for it online, no refund for inconvience like other pizza! We were regular twice a week customers won't be ordering from here again, happy to take your money but delivering the item to your home you've actually paid for clearly an issue for this place.

Great pizzas and great promotional offers and deals on different nights. We often use domino's the delivery service is quite reliable and the pizzas are hot and lovely. Good offers on collections. The guys work hard but you may have a bit of wait on Saturdays.

I have had pizzas from here before and they have been okay but what i got this week was cold and we didn't eat it. I tried to complain by phone but apparently the manager was busy ( pity he wasn't busy trying to do his job and resolving issues of cold pizzas). The answer i got was that he would call me back and as a caring manager who wants his customers to be satisfied he called straight away (NO HE DIDN'T AND STILL HASN'T). He obviously doesn't care and is in the wrong position in Domino's. I ended up having a ham sandwich from the fridge (It was warmer). Give this place a miss

We regularly use Dominos on Hobs Moat as a delivery pizza service as kids love there cheese and tomatoe pizza. In approx three years have only ever had one issue which was due to BBQ sauce being put on kids pizza, however there came out and delivered us the correct pizza immediately....great service. We usually order online, take advantage of the family deals, which are great, and receive food typically 20 mins later. Always hot. Great service and food (if you like pizza!)....

Ordered from here and a couple of times , pizza seems undercooked barely any toppings the dominos signature crust is doughy and not crispy , just a waste of time and money , AVOID!

Don't order from here. We have ordered twice one time we collected, waited 40 min for them to tell us our pizza was lost. As soon as we said we are leaving they miracoulsy found the pizza. Second time we ordered take away. Took 2 hours to come and we only like 2 minutes away. They also made excuses and lied multiple times. I am not ordering from this place again , Shirley is much better and have never let us down.

Brilliant customer service. Ordered online, and it came up saying it was for collection, I never order for collection. So called the store, they were very friendly and agreed to deliver the pizza for us no extra charge. Can not fault them definitely be ordering from this store again :)

Rude staff and the food is terrible.

I ordered dominos last week came quickly food was good however I ordered again this week driver refused to bring my food to my door and said I had to come down to get it I refused he then said I can't have my food. Awful customer service will never order from these again.

Not tried Domino's before so ordered a delivery. I took one of the deals which was good value. It arrived in good time and very warm. I'm happy enough to order again another day.

Yo estaba en una casa de un familiar y le habían ordenado de Domino's Pizza en quemadores Moat Road. Todo parecía encantador, así que me fui a casa y 15 minutos más tarde decidimos pedir yo. Mi compañero ordenados en línea y elegimos una pizza y pan de ajo grande. Sin embargo, un mensaje llegó diciendo que no podía ser entregado. Era tan molestos como lo presenciado alguien, que vive a unas calles de distancia de mí, tener su comida entregados, que pasaríamos a la cantidad de entrega y estaba a sólo 6,30 h, así que casi no demasiado tarde para entregar. Así que decidí recaudar que yo mismo.Sin embargo, cuando llegué, sólo la pizza estaba allí para la recogida. Al parecer el pan de ajo no aparecen en la pantalla no está mal, estas cosas pasan, pero no tuve ningún dinero con mi pareja me llamó por teléfono y para ver si podía posible dar su tarjeta detalles sobre el teléfono y pudiera comprar algunos pan de ajo. Pero me dijeron que era sólo en efectivo en la tienda. Venga a Dominos, incluso hay un McDonalds pagos con tarjeta. Arruinó mi agradable velada de no cocinar.
