Absolutely appalling I payed 4:50 fifty for a large red tango ice blast expecting it to be red cherry like it usually is at places like the cinema only to find at when I walked out and took a sip it was bubblegum so it is false advertisement also they sold kiwi and grape tango ice blast wich isn’t a proper flavour, and they sold it in proper tango ice blast cups therefore it is false advertisement.

Have ordered from Stone Papas many times in the past and always been pleased..last night I was very disappointed. Ordered the 8oz Steak burger.. although size was good.. I don't feel that was a beef steak burger.. the texture was rubbery to cut and very chewy to eat which indicates it was not 100% beef steak. It was not a nice burger I had to leave most of it. The cheesy fries were covered in cheese as ordered but they cheese clearly had been microwaved as by the time it was delivered it had turned into a solidified glue and stuck all the fries to the paper and box... it was impossible to pick the fries out.. they were inedible. On a plus side delivery was super fast!!!

We fancied a food delivery so ordered from Stone Papas as it's close to our address, and we like to support local businesses. We ordered Loaded potato skins with Ranch dressing, a Chicken burger and fries, a Meatfeast pizza, Cheesecake slices for dessert, and a can of pop. The food arrived within 20 minutes. It was well cooked, tasted fresh and delicious. The delivery driver was friendly, polite and courteous. We would definately order food from here again. Highly recommended

They have opened again after closing to get some renovations done!!! We order monthly and only eat from here, we tried another place in the area whilst they were closed held nothing to the quality and quantity you can get from this place!! Glad to have them back.

So I ordered £53 worth of food, which appeared as taken from my account as a pending transaction. I received no phone call at all so by half 8 is tried to call to see where my order was the family were absolutely staving, it was getting too late for the kids I had no answer no matter how many times I rang (I tried for an hour because £53 is a lot of money to take!) anyway after no answer my phone suddenly pings and says there is an issue with my order and my money will be in pending transactions for 3-5 working days meaning by half 8 it was too late to cook but not to make a quick order with someone more reliable, anyway my message said call the shop to sort the order or to leave it with returning my money in 3-5 working days! This just isn’t good enough because I was ordering rather than cooking it became to late to cook with not enough food in the house to cook and now not enough money to order from else where! Very hormonal hungry and pregnant with kids who are now giving me grief because there is no food. To say I’m annoyed is an understatement I tried to call many times to replace the order and do it again with no answer at all! Why have a phone if you refuse to answer. I honestly could cry but maybe that’s because I’m pregnant hungry and very very annoyed!!!

This is a great option for food, everything is fresh and cooked to perfection. Large variety of food and Customer service is exceptional. The staff even offered to help me carry the food to my car!

We went into stone papas kitchen first time ever today and ordered a "wrap of the day" the place was very clean and well presented, i asked what the wrao lf the day was and the lady behind the till pointed at a board which said "garlic chicken" i was more than happy with this so ordered one. We paid and my partners food was very nice i bit into mine and found bacon inside, the sign said "garlic chicken" not garlic chicken and bacon so i took it back and told the lady i can not eat pork due to an intolerance as it makes me really unwell. She was very rude and argumentative when i asked for another wrap in replacement as it didn't stay there was pork in it. After arguing and getting an audience she decided to swap it and said "fine just take it" and pushed the wrap new (bbq chicken wrap) towards me. We enjoyed the food very much but due to this we will never be going back

We went and ordered a large lunch for an office of people, staff are really well organised friendly and the place is so clean. We ordered then went back to collect 5 minutes later. Order was correct, packaged and ready for us to take. Definitely return and the food was delicious and reasonable priced.
