I asked if they could get a few pizzas ready just as they opened on Sunday for my daughter’s birthday party. Kumar promised me they would get there a bit early to sort that out and true to his word, I arrived at 11am, they were there ready and waiting - first class and a very happy birthday girl - really appreciated and quality service!

Brilliant customer service, I forgot to add something to my order and they accommodated in the store! Kumar was super helpful and the food was delicious. Will be coming back. Papa Johns you have a pizza my heart ❤️

What an absolute joke. Ordered the pizza online, rang after 45 minutes to ask where it was and was told it would be another 15 minutes as they have no driver. Rang again half an hour later and they are telling me the driver is outside of my house when there clearly is nobody there!! After ringing 4 times I finally get my pizza which is cold and 1and half hours after I have placed my order. Absolutely disgusting service. If you don’t have a driver to deliver then don’t take on the orders and definitely don’t lie on the phone. Can’t say it’ll be there within 15 minutes and send it 45 minutes late. Will definitely NEVER be ordering again here and wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this branch. Embarrassing for me as I had guests who were waiting and left without eating.

I have been coming to this store regularly. I am always served by Lalit. Lalit is very friendly and always serves with a smile. The food is 10/10.

Kingsheath Papa John’s is the best thing for a quick and easy take away! Our fave is half and half, I can get half of what I love and my partner the same because who really finishes a whole pizza by themselves! 🤣

I ordered pizza from here for the first time. The pizza was very tasty and amazing. The staff at Papa John's was very nice and they spoke to me in a very gentle manner and I felt very comfortable.

Ordered food from this place a few weeks ago and ended up in hospital. I've never had this kind of reaction to food before. The doctor asked what did i eat & once i said a takeaway he said it could be the cause. The hygiene rating must have fallen for this to happen. I only writing this just in case other people have fallen ill from this place.

The fabulous staff at Papa John’s saved me! I’d ordered food from a different chain for a charity night and they cancelled it at last minute. Papa John’s stepped in and delivered super quick - the literally saved the evening. They were fantastic pizzas as well.

Oftenly I got collection from papa john shirley but last i been there for collection the staff was very friendly and help-full and the food quality was great.

ordered through uber eats, the food was great but i called to see how long it’d be and i was met with a rude and patronising response. i normally never leave a negative review but i can not comprehend the behaviour of the telephone handler.

Avoid! We moved house and therefore now fell into the Shirley Papa John catchment instead of the Solihull branch. Ordered three pizzas over the phone (one each) and it was a STRUGGLE! The lady didn't understand the request for extra dip, we tried the phonetic alphabet to no avail, and numbers were also lost in translation. The order was repeated back to us after a painstaking and excuriating conversation, but when the order arrived it was still incorrect (we had asked for a couple of simple changes, like no onions on the Vegi Hot etc). I called and called to get a satisfactory resolution to what ruined the first meal in our new home, but the young man on the phone has dodged my attempts to get any conclusion from a manager. I have now switched pizza alliances and anytime friends come over I have to tell the whole story of why I will never be able to order Papa Johns to my home again! 🍕 ***Thanks, please can you send me your email? Ordered the wrong thing, but they very kindly altered the order by cooking a fresh pizza free of charge!

We ordered a large pizza for £7.99 collection. No cheese in the centre of the pizza. I know it's a deal but atleast they can put the cheese in it. Pizza taste nice but with proper cheese would have been a delicious treat.

Yesterday, I had an unpleasant experience with my order. I placed it at 7:24 pm, but it was delivered at 9:15 pm. Concerned about the delay, I contacted the store to inquire about the reason, and they informed me that there had been an issue with the oven. I then requested the cancellation of my order and a refund. Unfortunately, the store staff admitted to not knowing how to cancel orders either online or in-store. Eventually, I managed to obtain the manager's contact information from a person at the store. The manager assured me that I would receive a full refund and that they would provide me with further updates. However, I have yet to receive any communication from them, leaving me disappointed with the lack of customer support. It would greatly benefit your team to be knowledgeable about order cancellations and guide your customers accordingly.

We ordered 30 pizzas and 30 portions of potato tots for delivery for on sons 21st birthday party. We dealt with Lalit at Shirley Branch and right from first contact he and the staff there were fabulous. Order was taken without issue, even helped us work out how many portions to order. Contact from store all the way from order to delivery was fabulous!! Food was all delivered in time, was all hot and very tasty. Delivery driver wad lovely and help us carry all the food from the van to the venue. Thanks guys you were amazing. 100% recommend x

Ordered via Deliveroo (but papa johns use their own drivers) at 23:15 with expected arrival time of 23:40 I waited until midnight and no order had shown up and there was no way to contact the restaurant as they weren’t answering the phone. I went to bed assuming the order had been cancelled. They attempted delivery at 01:35am, by which time I was fast asleep. The driver lied to Deliveroo that the order was delivered despite the fact it was not delivered at all and they refused to refund me. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Would give zero if there was an option. Ordered two pizzas last night both specifically with no onion. Went for collection as a better deal, when we got it home both covered in onion. Called the store to be told we would need to speak to the manager, he came to the phone and after going through the order agreed to remake them. He asked if we could collect. When I said we had already done that once and it was not our fault he said it was the only option. We went to collect the replacement, not a sorry, offer of a free bottle of pop, nothing! When we said we were out of pocket for their error, they were not bothered. To top it off, has to be one of the worse tasting pizzas I have ever tasted. Wont be using again. Do yourself a favour and use pizzahut instead.

Pizza always tastes amazing! My last order took unusually long over an hour, they did call me to let me know about the delay. I received a call a few weeks after with them apologising and giving me credit in the value of my full order for next time.

Best pizza! Service is always good and the pizza always arrive hot and are consistently good. So much better than domino's or pizza hut who are always late with delivery and you never know how the pizza will be.

My go to Pizza place - Pepperoni is always a winner. I turned to the dark side and ordered a dominos this weekend and it was beyond awful. I have learned my lesson and will not steer away from papa johns for my take out pizza needs.

Due to moving out of the area around 5 years ago I no longer have a Papa Johns that can deliver to my home. Since then I have tried collecting from multiple Papa Johns locations with this branch being my favourite by far. Absolutely worth the hour round trip every time. Friendly staff, quality pizza and amazing affordable deals. Will never order pizza from anywhere else again. 5 stars!

My first papa johns and ive gotta say its Really good food, better than domino's (my usual) hands down!! And the staff are so helpful and lovely, I made a stupid mistake and they went out of their way to help me and make sure I was happy and satisfied. Real customer service & Real food🍴🥰

Not impressed waited 2 hours with no response from restaurant or no tracking info via uber either when it arrived it was cold over cooked and sum meat we couldn't even recognise it looked like a dog food piece well My dogs ate it but really wudnt waste your money

Google states the store is open till open 4am so does the Papa John’s website. I turned up at 1am and they refused to serve us telling us they were closed. Reply below states they are not open for collection at a certain point. This isn’t stated on their website. I also asked the worker in store if I could order online he said no. They wanted a easy night

I am still waiting on my pizza 1 hour and 20 minutes after my order. I live 30 seconds drive, 5 minute walk from the store and my pizza has been out for delivery for 25 minutes, according to the tracker which hardly ever works!!! Fancied a change from Dominoes......won't order from here again. Can't get hold of the store as no one answering the phone! I actually want to cancel and get a refund but can't even do that! Will my pizza actually come? Anyone who lives in Shirley order from Dominoes as it comes in 20 minutes piping hot!!!! Update, Pizza came stone cold! Awful

Pizza took 50 minutes, on the tracker it said that it was on the way for 20 minutes, everything was cold, the driver said that they had no staff and he had done 3 deliveries before mine!! The 1st time I called they were giving me the so what attitude. I

This place is a joke! I've ordered double peperoni pizza. Saying on Delivero it was 18.99 but on discount 13 pounds plus 3 pounds delivery plus 50p delivero service fee. Total 17 pounds. Food was 20 minutes late and instead of getting normal size pizza I got a baby size pizza, something like 5,6 inch. For 17 pounds?? Never again

This is one of my favourite Papa John's locations. The staff are friendly, the pizza always tastes great and they have great offers like lunchtime deals. They are a very busy location so they must be doing something right. Keep it up fellas! - Andy

I have ordered here often, I have always had good service. The store manager is very friendly and helpful as are the rest of the staff. Always had prompt delivery any time I have ordered.

The pizza sauce is quite strong for my personal tastes.

Had a pizza delivered on saturday. The restaurant was kind and called me to inform me they'd ran out of the drink I wanted and which one I wanted instead. They were also kind enough to give me two free dips :-) Very speedy delivery too! The pizza itself was decent! I got the vegan works. Could have had a little bit more flavour, but can't complain too much! :)
