The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in West Midlands

We visited today as part of the eat in to help out deal. There was a queue outside of people who hadn't booked but as soon as we said we had booked we were taken to our table. I was very impressed with the measures they had gone to for covid, we took our own menus, then ordered and paid via our mobile which limited the amount the waitress had to come to us. No salad bar so you are given a bowl of salad per meal. No ice cream factory so they bring ice cream and sweets to your table- they really had thought of everything. Food was served quickly (but not too quick) and was delicious. Waitress friendly and polite even though it was so busy. Felt very safe eating there as they had gone to so much effort to put safety measures in place.

Myself and my boyfriend are strict vegeterian and were very dissapointed with the lack of care with vegeterian meals at this restaurant. We were excited to try the pizzas as they looked lovely but after a close look at the menu we noticed all pizzas, even ones which would usually be vegeterian (magherita) was labelled as MF (meat free) which claimed to be free of meat but a chance of rennett in the cheese, rennett being the enzymes from a calves stomach. So we politely asked the waiter to clarify about what was truely vegeterian on the menu and he proceeded to tell us that all the pizzas marked as MF were fine for us to eat, when I explained that we coud not eat animal rennett in the cheese, he said "Oh, I'm sure you will be fine" in a very patronising tone. I wonder if he would say this to someone with a nut allergy with a dish containing nuts? We were not happy with this response and did not want to risk eating here so we asked if we could just pay for out drinks and leave. The staff continued to be rude about us not ordering any food and made us feel very uncomfortable. Its a shame but this experience has put us off returning to this chain of restaurants again.

Absolutely foul! The worst dominos I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The place wants shutting down before it gives the other resteraunts a bad now. Pizza was cold, toppings wrong and rock hard, I nearly broke a tooth. When I called to address this I was greeted with a guy who said his name was jazz, he was abusive and rude and even hung the phone up on me. I just wanted my money back. Don't ever use the tunstall branch! Vile vile vile

Arrived 40 mins late and lukewarm. Was ordered as a birthday meal so really quite annoyed by this. Had prepared other food to accompany and all was cold by the time they came. Will not be ordering again. Fuming!

Hicimos un pedido de una pizza y un acompañamiento. Uno de nosotros es vegetariano. Los poppers jalapeños vinieron con una tira de pollo. Llamamos a un d fue avisado que enviarían jalapeños frescos. I am contacting trading standards. Do NOT risk it. They were once fantastic but now I am appalled at what they see as fit for us. I have to question what they put in the food. You try if you wish. I won't be

Used this place many times with no issues. Called in tonight and watched 3 staff argue and shout at each other for 5 minutes. Then gave up and left. Hence one star, I ate nothing, how can it he higher? My custom should not inconvenience their night.

The pizza taste is so good delicious I eat every week I like it Price is good , other shops pizza like too much expensive I like this pizza they also have a verity in gluten free pizza if someone buy pizza like gluten free buy from here

The pizza was delicious and really cheesy Also there are lots of sides orders to choose from and wings tasted wonderful

I cannot remember the lady's name on the counter but she was absolutely amazing! Lovely and kind service! We were there on Monday evening (myself and a friend) and we had an amazing time! Thank you

Went today ,Easter Sunday ,half empty ,not busy at all ,staff dis interested ,place absolutely filthy ,never seen such big cobwebs ,waitress absolutely clueless ,pizza ok ,but a bit burnt and hardly warm ,waited over 45 mins ,really really poor ,fact … no one will care as it’s another well known over priced chain …… from a small successful catering business owner …poor poor poor pizza express

Chicken meat is always lovely, never had a complaint about it and I can be a very picky person. Always a lovely service and food 🙂

I ordered 5 box of wings and fries and they just gave me 2 and they s as id is £20

This use to be a good place to order pizza. God knows what has happened to them in the past year. Pizzas have minimal toppings. Hardly any meat it’s like a few pieces on there pizzas which is madness. If I wanted a vegetarian pizza I would ask for it. I do t expect a chicken pizza to look more like a veg pizza come on guys what are you doing
