We visited today as part of the eat in to help out deal. There was a queue outside of people who hadn't booked but as soon as we said we had booked we were taken to our table. I was very impressed with the measures they had gone to for covid, we took our own menus, then ordered and paid via our mobile which limited the amount the waitress had to come to us. No salad bar so you are given a bowl of salad per meal. No ice cream factory so they bring ice cream and sweets to your table- they really had thought of everything. Food was served quickly (but not too quick) and was delicious. Waitress friendly and polite even though it was so busy. Felt very safe eating there as they had gone to so much effort to put safety measures in place.

I understand about covid but this is going over top. Coleslaw salad implies various ingredients not just a blob of coleslaw in middle of plate. Consider we were only customers in there. Most unhelpful Not nice event

Not at this Pizza Hut. Spoke to 3 members of staff when they asked about my food and not one of them said sorry to hear your food was cold. What they are good at is just saying they will let the manager know. To be fair to the manager she was polite, they need to take a leaf out of her book.

Cant believe how much I had to pay for one of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. Overcooked, way too dry and very skimpy on the toppings. I can get better from a supermarket freezer for a fifth of the price. It seemed to me it had been left under the heater for too long as it was completely devoid of moisture or taste, like one that you find uneaten that you had left from the day before! The base was poor and not fresh at all. Never again!

My family and I sometimes go to Pizza Hut and a film as a treat. Saturday night My husband and I decided to do just that as it was our wedding anniversary. On arrival we had to wait quite a while for someone to acknowledge that we were there, then finally taken to our seat. considering the change in weather they still had the air con on and it was very uncomfortable to sit in. We order our meal when our fries arrived they were luke warm and then the pizza arrived to being over cooked and the plates were cold so by the time we got to eat the last piece of pizza that was also cold. All in all was very disappointed in the whole meal as normally we really enjoy it.

Shocking awful came in 14:10 for a PIZZA PASTA AND SALAD all you can eat no pasta shocking arrogant manager made a complaint to head office and reply basically says they don’t take what I say seriously and your a disgrace to your brand ... as a caterer I thought the pride on customer service mattered obviously not ... disgusting service disgusting attitude and disgusting way of dealing with issues

Ate here today with my sister and daughter. The place was packed so I am very glad I booked a table online! The buffet has changed since I last went..where are the little twisty pastas!!? No idea what you call them bit they deffo weren't there today. The salad bar looked a mess actually bits of beetroot in the cucumbers, coleslaw in the apple etc! Would be an idea to have hand gel available as well cause you never know!! I bring my own but would be a good step for the restaurant to take. Our glasses on the unlimited drink station once we had filled them and got them back to the table had lipstick marks on them..yuck! We quickly got fresh ones and made sure we used straws! (Nice to see these are not plastic anymore although the ice cream station uses plastic spoons!!? Why??

It’s not often I have a Pizza Hut, but when I do I’m never disappointed. I was working away in Wolverhampton with a colleague and decided to have an eve at the restaurant. Food was fantastic and staff service was excellent. Always recommend and I will go back.

Went on a whim with my other half. Had a really good experience. They were a waitress down. The lady that served us was waiting on the whole restaurant but we still had a great time and the food was brilliant and came in good time.

I rang the shop as I had received leaflets with the latest offers. The offers I wanted, as the kind lady pointed out are only available online. The lady on the phone was really helpful and said if you don’t get any joy online call me back and I’ll sort it for you. I ordered 4 x Large pizzas, 3x Garlic Bread, 2x chicken wings, 1 hot and spicy chicken strips. The website was fairly easy to navigate. I placed my order and the screen displayed the pizza will take around 45-55 minutes. I didn’t mind as I was already told their Would be an hours wait. The food arrived hot and the driver was friendly. This review is for Compton Hut, Bridgnorth Road, WV6 8AE. ( cannot fins on trip advisor ) Food is excellent and service is great !! This is the second time I have ordered from them and they have always given me great service

I visit this place quite often and the food is always really good. The staff are really helpful and they even tell you about ways to get discounts on the bill from using apps etc. The best times to go are in the week as it's less busy on the evenings.

Went for a birthday meal , what can I say the buffet was poor not much to choose from at all , they've changed it from the last time we went and have taken things off so we were all disappointed with this . Then we ordered our pizza , we had stuffed crust which we expected it to be a thin base but it was ridiculous like a piece of paper that just flopped over when picking it up , don't think they could have made it any thinner and where was the cheese , I have no idea , it's not a cheap meal out when u have a family and what we paid was absolutely ridiculous for the quality we received, I've never had a pizza like that before . The dessert was delicious so it wasnt all bad and The staff were lovely and very efficient so it ended on a positive note but I'm afraid to say i will not be going back 🤨

Decided to try the buffet never been for the buffet before, it was school holidays so I was expecting it to be busy we got a table straight away the server was fab! My only concern is the amount of people just walking in and seating themselves then going straight up for buffet. We watched a big group walk in and seat themselves then straight away with coats on start getting food they were piling the plates so high and leaving nothing for others to eat as we had to wait for pizzas to be cooked. One of the staff I think a manager finally clocked them after the second plate load I heard her say "have you ordered"! The man said no its 6 of us for the buffet I just couldn't understand how people can just enter and help themselves without any contact with a member of staff. The buffet was very disorganised groups of young kids which left big question at the drinks machine while they were messing around with who was having what drink! Food was replenished quickly but alot of the group who had walked in were coming with plates full and getting even more! I think they need someone on the hostess station while running buffet service to stop people just walking in. We would return again but I'm not sure if it would be during buffet times because it was very hectic and wasn't a pleasant experience as we have received before!

Reasonable prices, tasty pizza, lovely refreshing drinks. Been here many times with both friends and family and have always had a good experience

Following on from a really nice experience we had at Pizza Hut in Huddersfield and having filled in a survey for them we had received a 2 4 1 voucher for our next visit.. We decided to go to this restaurant at Bentley Bridge having been here a couple of years ago and enjoyed. Unlike all previous visits to Pizza Hut this seemed to be totally chaotic!! We arrived at 4.30pm, plenty of space on the car park around the restaurant, as we entered we were surprised to see there were only about 10 folks in consisting half a dozen adults and about 4 kids. The server who greeted us was pleasant but appeared very new to the role, she didn't know whether she could seat us or not.. we looked around and were disturbed to see that nearly every table had dirty plates and half consumed drinks which had not been cleared away. You might expect the odd table to be in a used state but not the majority of them leaving just a couple fit to be sat at?? Our server apologised for her disorganisation as she started to show us to our table, however, she forgot the menus and needed to be reminded by a colleague. Once she had the menus and showed us to the table she then left us. After a couple of minutes my wife decided to go and fetch our drinks from the machine as we hadn't been asked..The drinks (Pepsi Max) machine was running out of syrup the first couple of glasses were a failure, she told staff twice during the visit - they did nothing. The server returned but didn't appear to know how to operate the tablet she had to take orders, so she got a piece of paper, not sure if it as a childrens crayoning placemeat or some kind of voucher.. and she wrote down what we wanted, at this point I informed her that we had a 2 4 1 voucher which was on my mobile, and so she wrote the voucher number on the scrap of paper too. Whilst waiting for the Pizza we headed to choose items from the salad bar, they were making an effort to fill it as sections were almost empty, the salad bar looked a little messy but everything appeared fresh. After a short time our Pizza's arrived and they, thankfully, were just fine and really the only nice part of the visit, however, they didn't bring plates for us, we had to make do with the slate the pizza's came on and there were no knives and forks, thus we scavenged unused ones from other tables. Following the delivery of our pizza to the table no one came to see if it was ok or if there was anything else we wanted.. but they did get on with clearing the tables, finally. Once we had finished eating a different server came to us to clear our plates, we asked for the bill and told her that we had a 2 4 1 voucher on the mobile, she looked at it and she also wrote down the number, walked off and disappeared, a minute later another server ‘Toni’ came to us, she too didn’t really appear to know what to do regarding the voucher and so asked me for my mobile which she then took away with her to show the manager.. how very odd!! She finally came back with the bill. The servers name at the top was Charlotte, we think this may be the manager and none of the three servers who served us. All the servers were pleasant but it all seemed very inefficient and it appears much training might be required in all areas. I'm not certain I have ever given anywhere a terrible rating before and this despite the fact that the actual food (pizza's) were nice. An atrocious way to run a restaurant.

Went here for lunch on a weekday so therefore we know it wouldn’t be as busy. We got there and the waitress we first had was very helpful and joyful, but her shift must’ve ended and another younger waitress came, she was miserable and we asked for desserts for about 30mins, when we eventually got her attention she came across moody and dull, we then asked for the bill and waited a further 15mins to receive this, when she gave the bill she was again moody,, once we got the payment sorted we waited and no one came to us therefore we were made to go to the bar and pay there, but the waitress came back with the bill and did say anything but you need to pay more and it came across rude. I would recommend Pizza Hut but I wouldn’t recommend the waitress as she came across rude and the service was very poor

We went for lunch during the school holidays . As you can appreciate it was very busy however wasn’t long before we got a table. Such a small restaurant for such a busy retail park.

Walked in and was ignored for 10 minutes, even though the waitresses were standing there, arguing about tables. When seated, waited a further 25 minutes to have our orders taken, when other tables who came in after us were served,(5 tables to be exact) the waitress who finally did serve us was uncaring about our experience. The food came out in a better time and we enjoyed it. But then i saw one of the waitresses screaming about table 44, shouting at waitresses to who had served them, when it was in fact her that did so. Very unprofessional staff, disorganised sections, no manager on floor. Would recommned going on a day that wasnt a weekend day.

Came here yesterday with a few friends, and although the service was excellent and much better than I would expect from pizza hut. The dessert was a bit of a let down. The service we just can't knock as although they were young, they were extremely polite and enthusiastic. However when my partner and a friend ordered the kit Kat bites dessert they were massive disappointed. The kit Kat bites appeared to be burnt inside a dough ball and then covered in chocolate. Usually I will admit that I would be the first to complain about such a disappointing dessert but as we didn't want to make a fuss they just went un eaten. Luckily this dessert is only for a limited time so hopefully it won't happen in the future! Other than that everything else was a satisfactory visit and as I would expect it to be!

It has been a few years since our last visit to this Pizza Hut and, sad to say, the experience was disappointing this time. It was very busy due to last day of Easter school holidays so we were glad we had booked ahead but in hindsight we wouldn't have ordered the buffet. The staff were doing their best but seemed overwhelmed by the number of people. They couldn't refill the salads or pizzas fast enough, there was a big queue for drinks and there were no labels on most of the pizzas so you couldn't tell what you were choosing. However, the most disappointing aspect was that the Ice Cream Factory machine wasn't working - this had been our main reason for booking as it was my nephew's birthday weekend and he loves making his own ice-cream. They did give the children scoops of vanilla and they could add sprinkles but it wasn't the same. Good value for the food but disorganised and not able to cope with large numbers.

Nice venue and easy to get too after a film. The pizza was nice and service was decent. Would go again.

My husband and I have been here a couple of times before going to the cinema and found it very convenient. The staff are always friendly and attentive plus we really enjoy the pizzas and salad bar. It is a very popular place for families with young children and especially birthday treats. Even though the place may be quite full, the staff don't forget you are there, the service is very good.

went for a meal here we pre booked the tables for 5:30 pm got there on time and the waitresses didn't even have a clue that we had booked a table we waited 15 minutes whilst they moved some people who were eating to a different table to squeeze us in. The toilets were just not nice the hand dryer in the men's didn't work my partner said the female toilets were disgusting. The pizzas we had were nice but we ordered cheesy fries and they were just plain nasty not real cheese but a cheese sauce all over them I will not be going back here again over priced unclean and the staff seemed to not really have a clue no organisation in the place whatsoever.

The partner and I were at a table quickly but it took ages for orders to be taken.

My experience was just ok the only good thing was the server he was called Artaga very friendly and welcoming was very happy in his job always smiling. Down side all drinks wasn't available only the standard ones which is why we visited in the first place big disappointment. Also adults across from us giving children a Budweiser was just accepted there with no management seen to check on their customers my whole visit.

Visited at lunchtime following a trip to Air Space. We opted for the buffet. It was a pretty disappointing experience! There was hardly any pizza, and a lot of that looked a little worse for wear! Pizza wasn't being readily replaced as it ran out leading to queues at the food bar, walking off when no food appeared, walking back up again then having to quickly scrounge as much as you could knowing it wouldn't be replaced quickly!!!! Staff saw people waiting and made zero attempt to chase up fresh food, and didn't offer any apology for the lack of food. We had to get a spare plate to put the dried crusts and inedible bits of pizza we had picked up bedside there wasn't anything else! The salad area wasn't very well kept and I was very messy. When we finished the meal the waitress didn't ask how our meals were, probably too embarrassed!

Me and my son went for lunch, our waitress was lovely ( sorry can't remember her name ) after the meal and a little mix up by the manageress which I thought was hysterical we had a lot of banter with her ( didn't get her name either ) but will definitely return, food lovely and staff with a good sense of humour

From the moment we stepped in staff were on hand very friendly. Food was excellent got some great deals our children loved it there as the choice Is great. Definitely a great place for family meals

Just popped into Pizza Hut for a quick pizza and very nice it was too. I was very impressed with the service, and how friendly the staff was . Looking forward to my next visit to Pizza Hut.

It's nothing special, but it's not bad either, you gets what you pay for! Food was fine - it's pizza! Prices are ok, usually a voucher knocking around somewhere which can be used. Staff friendly, if a little slow (service that is, not mental capacity).

Llamé al restaurante para reservar una comida familiar para mi cumpleaños sobrinas y tuve que hablar con el director, sólo me dijeron que nuestro grupo era demasiado grande. No me hubiera importado si ya tenían reservas grandes, pero no me dieron explicación! Mala atención al cliente, especialmente del director. También aprecio que nuestro grupo era bastante grande (hasta un máximo de 20 personas), pero cuando haciendo lo mismo no tan larga en otro restaurante Pizza Hut, no fue un problema! Acabas perdido 20 los clientes de pago!

I entered the Pizza Hut Bentley bridge after watching a movie to order a takeaway and the lady at the till shut the door behind me saying that they won't allow any more people to come in after me and I would be allowed to order however when I started ordering I was told in a sheepish manner that they could not take any more orders! My question to the manager was that why was the gate shut behind me and why was I not told at that instant that they would not be taking any orders! The guy in front of me also entered after 11 however his order was taken. I guess it is down to colour of my skin otherwise I do not see any reason why I was refused. I have had poor service before as well at this place and would not be using it at all again.

Fuimos hoy aquí para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hijo, con varios de sus amigos. Super servicio rápido y amable de Hannah, que se aseguró de que estábamos contentos y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos.

El buffet de desayuno era increíble, básico, frío, tarde, muy poco pollo (ahorro de costes de ejercicio), servicio de pobres, una persona que cubre la puerta y esperando en las mesas.

Fui con un grupo de 7 personas. - Gran lugar para tomar una gran cantidad de gente/amigos. Este Pizza Hut ofrece bebidas sin límite (con una gran variedad de Pepsi, y fantas) y bar ensalada con el plato principal. Había una gran variedad de opciones de pizza y no tuvimos ningún problema para encontrar lo que queríamos comer. La mayoría de nosotros tenía un arranque, luego tuvimos un plato principal y un postre todos tuvimos y todos llegan a 130 libras por 7 personas. - Lo que nos pareció muy bueno, teniendo en cuenta lo mucho que había para 7 personas. En general, un gran lugar para comer! Sin duda lo recomiendo!

No nos hemos ido a Pizza Hut por año, pero decidimos volver hoy con nuestro hijo de amigo, que nos niñera. Tuvimos una experiencia fiable cuando visitamos en Londres hace unos años y nos desanime! Bien, tengo que decir que me quedé muy impresionado. El personal de la entrada era amable y educado. Tomaron nuestro pedido muy rápidamente, y cuando la comida llegó, estaba bien caliente! Pedimos una pizza con ensalada y compartir nuestro hijo amigo tenía oferta infantil comida (esto era muy buena relación calidad-precio, pero demasiado comida para él) La camarera fue muy amable y eficiente, un crédito de Pizza Hut, creo que su nombre era Eleanor.

Pizza Hut es, y siempre será un lugar divertido para comer para los niños y eso es todo. La mayoría de la comida del menú gustos similares a los artículos que puedes comprar en el supermercado. El servicio de este particular Pizza Hut fue decepcionante. Tuve que levantarme a pagar mi factura porque tomó la camarera tanto para venir a la mesa.

Nos sentimos como una pizza hoy y qué mejor que Pizza Hut. La comida estaba bien, la señorita Hollie fue muy buena, gran servicio de atención al cliente con una sonrisa.

Este es un restaurante muy concurrido de pizza en el Bentley puente complejo de entretenimiento. Hora del té está muy ocupado con familias ruidosas molienda alrededor de la isla de ensalada, la fábrica de helados y las bebidas. El personal es abundante y el servicio es rápido via ipads.

Went with my sister for lunch thought we would have the buffet. The pizza was average the salad I do not recommend or the bone dry pasta

Can't fault the pizza's as they are very tasty,, I was a little disappoint that You had to mix the pasta with the sauces where as before it was mixed together and taste really nice this was the whole reason why I come for the lunch buffet.Today the pasta just looked dry and plain with two sauces on the side for you to mix yourself it's just not the same :(

Comida estupenda. Pizza con ensalada (y que todo el poco insalubre) cómo puede salir mal. Como muchos de mis viajes a la barra de ensaladas.

went in with 2 of my m8s and was pushed 4 time but still order anyway glad I did the food was spot on the service well that's where service gets sales come as in the chap didn't catch his name but has some good tattoos made us all feel welcome and very nice to speak to we will all be coming again Thank you.

Went with family good food good service. Little expensive but all right. Milk-shake portion size is wow. Allllllll good,enjoyed it.

No hemos tenido una pizza Hut durante años, ya que nuestros dos restaurantes más cercano cerrado. Sin embargo, habiendo disminuido nuestro hijo en la bolera (enfrente) para una fiesta hoy, no pudimos resistirnos a llamar para el almuerzo.

El lugar estaba vacío cuando entramos en ... Fui por la pizza de fiesta de carne, creo que eso es lo que se llama de todos modos. Y como me encanta pizza no podía comer esa ... También se puede hacer su propia ensalada, elija lo que quieras, mientras que comer, encontré un pedazo de pelo y que era el momento en que he dejado de ser hambre ...

Well I was down visiting my brother with my 4 year old daughter , and we decided to go for pizzahut buffet lunch all you can eat . We were seated in good time , and what was left of the pizza in the buffet bit was cold but tasted nice still , there were not many options of pizza to choose from when they eventually made more , but all In all my daughter loved the pizza and the ice cream factory with the toppings after (-:

If your feeling a little peckish after watching a good film and you want something quick I'd recommend coming here. Unlimited salad cart is great and free refills is a winner. Lovely pizzas and pasta also.

Decent enough food, quick ish friendly service but very pricey for what you get. Salad cart and bottomless soft drinks works well.

Realmente acogedor personal y nuestro camarero fue excelente! Los ha sido una cantidad de tiempo grave ya que visitamos un Pizza Hut pero el servicio, la calidad de la comida y el ambiente eran fabulosos. El restaurante estaba impecablemente limpio , bar de ensaladas completamente equipada y apetecible. Opciones veggy para mí : -) . En general, una experiencia estupenda y nada de que quejarse. Staff...commendable!

Un número de otros restaurantes podría tomar lecciones Hut frompizza en cómo tratas familias. Somos una Pareja de camareros/camareras hablar directamente con nuestros hijos tomar su orden y el menú es lo suficientemente variada para los niños tener variedad y diversión.

Comimos aquí con mi hija como un regalo de Navidad antes del cine. Hemos visitado este restaurante muchas veces y siempre me ha gustado mucho. El buffet que es una buena relación calidad-precio mi hijo de cuatro años especialmente ama la pasta y tenía 3 repetir. Seguro que volveremos el año nuevo!

Pensamos que visitar por una pizza antes viendo una película.

Visited pizza hut for lunch and both of us decided to have the buffet option. Plenty of choices of pizza, pasta and salad. Very impressed. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Would definitely visit again.

Fui con mi familia y algunos de los amigos de mi hijo para una comida antes de que nos fuimos a jugar a bolos por su 16 cumpleaños. Las edades variaban de 5 a 55 y había algo para todo el mundo. Fueron muy serviciales con sirviendo a la tarta de cumpleaños de mi hijo e incluso poner globos en la mesa y jugamos en el "feliz cumpleaños" música con él aunque no habíamos solicitado. El personal era amable y atento sin ser entrometido. La comida es estándar, pero tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. El único inconveniente era que las bebidas se acabaron y no hicieron nada; tomó un poco de tiempo para conseguir la atención de nuestro servidor pero él era servicial cuando finalmente llegó. A sólo un par de puntos que ellos bajando, pero tiene una buena relación calidad-precio para un grupo de edades mixtas.

No has estado en un pizza Hut en mucho tiempo pero sin duda será volver.

Great staff ,, look out for vouchers on line .. Good food as always never had bad food here .. Service with a smile ... We'll recommend !!
