Papa John's in Stratford-on-Avon

Arrived 40 mins late and lukewarm. Was ordered as a birthday meal so really quite annoyed by this. Had prepared other food to accompany and all was cold by the time they came. Will not be ordering again. Fuming!

Amazing food, staff, service excellence award 5***** Timely preparation, fantastic taste. Way better than any pizza outlets liks Domino's or any other. Must try again and again!!!!!!!! 🙏🏻

I phoned for a pizza delivery - excellent service - friendly & helpful and pizza arrived with the extra drinks I ordered and the icecream I ordered for my grandchildren

Ordered 2 pizza on delivery , took 50 to arrive which was acceptable , but were stone cold 😡 no heat in either pizza . As I don’t like microwaved pizza over half the meat pizza was left and only one piece of the cheese& tomatoe eaten . So very disappointing 1st time experience with this delivery service. I should have asked for a refund as pizzas were inedible.

Ordered 4 pizzas and garlic bread for delivery. Arrived on time. Pizza a bit tasteless but the garlic bread went straight in the bin. Dry and bland, no garlic taste whatsoever. First and last time I'd use papa johns.

Placed order via online app, waited 1 hour and then chased the order. Advised to wait another hour... food never arrived. Asked app.for refund and was advised Papa John's did not want to refund as it was a busy night for them. Called Papa John's and after being kept on hold while the frantically worked out what was happening I was told "it's not our fault, tell you what we can do: we'll cook it, throw in some freebies and bring it to you if you are happy to wait half an hour".... as if I hadn't waited already over 2 hours! Oh and of course they couldn't refund me... it wasn't their fault... it was the app. JOKE. Two and a half hours later. No food, no refund and a very unhappy little boy.

I was served by a member of staff called Sally. Beautiful young lady. Amazing service! She knew answers to all my dietary requests. Very chatty and happy however kept it at a professional level. All other staff were on an okay level while she kept a smile on her face. Dressed to spec. All in all felt very comfortable while collecting. Thankyou so much Sally! Will be back very soon. I hope you're there, else I don't think I'll be buying from papa john's

Tenía muchas esperanzas en Papa John's, pero la pizza me decepcionó bastante. No tenía nada de malo, llegó rápido y estaba bien, pero sabía bastante insípido. ¡He comprado pizzas en el supermercado que saben mejor! La salsa de ajo tampoco estaba buena. Se quedará con el dominó en el futuro

Pedimos una pizza grande y palitos de ajo, se habían quedado sin bases, así que nos pasaron a xxl, que era el tamaño que tienen hoy. La pizza llegó aproximadamente una hora después, quemada por un lado, sin palitos de ajo, sino una caja con una masa de galletas, comimos un par de rebanadas solo para encontrar que la base estaba quemada, llamó a la tienda, el tipo era realmente abusivo, dijo que estaba enviando el conductor volvió a recogerlo y luego dijo que si no estaba todo allí no obtendríamos un reembolso, por lo que no había pizza, ni palitos de ajo, no había reembolso, por lo que esencialmente pagamos 20. 35 por una carga de abuso del gerente

I didn't plan on going here during my trip to Stratford upon Avon but the sign outside offering a new vegan menu caught my eye. I haven't been in a takeaway pizza place for a long time and this was my first visit to a Papa John's. The man who served me was very helpful and also double checked I wanted everything vegan (I ordered pizza, marmite cheese scrolls & cheesy wedges). Very professional service; can not fault them at all. The food came quicker than I was told which is always a bonus. As for the food itself I was really impressed. Very generous portions of everything. Normally pizza restaurants will skimp on the vegan cheese but Papa Johns obviously know what their customers want and deliver on the food quality. I highly recommend the vegan food here. Many thanks to the staff at this branch and for a brilliant first experience at Papa John's.

PIZZA was so good; Extra cheese, fresh, I am going to have to order another one this week, I live locally and this place has not let me down , great service.

Couldn't do enough to help was cold outside so offered to deliver and came minutes after i arrived home and cos i mentioned it even included extra garlic dip and a piccolino ... top marks guys thank yoy

Los chicos y yo pedimos media pizza para sacar. El servicio fue bastante rápido, tenía un buen movimiento de mentón con el encantador gerente de la tienda y la pizza estaba deliciosa! Tomó un menú para llevar y definitivamente estará ordenando nuevamente.

Made an online order for collection, arrived to collect, staff hadn't bothered to cook order, refused to refund or to cook. Claimed they hadn't seen the order.... complained to head office, asked for said refund, still waiting eight weeks later

Just what Stratford Upon Avon has been missing, brilliant pizza! The chicken poppers were so tasty would definitely recommend and the cinnamon pull apart was the icing on the cake (pardon the pun!) Will 110% be returning very soon

Yo y dos amigos tuvimos una comida para llevar esta noche. . . terminamos muy decepcionados.Tuvimos una mezcla de tres pizzas diferentes, y estamos desconcertados por cómo todos sabían exactamente lo mismo. Los lados de la mordida de queso parecían manchas y eran menos sabrosos que la comida congelada del supermercado. Las alitas de pollo eran más parecidas a los pies de pollo. El "chapuzón con ajo" era simplemente desagradable mantequilla derretida.Fuimos muy optimistas al entrar en esto. . . qué lástima.
