The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in West Midlands

A pleasant couple of hours spent over a busy Saturday Lunchtime, with my daughter. Service at the bar was good plus ordering off their App is very efficient as well. Prices are brilliant, a Pint of Stowford Press for £1.99 is like Paradise. Food wise we ordered 2 lots of Small Plates, Any 3 for £14.93, & were really impressed with the quality & amount of food we were served, & Mrs B ordered Ham, Egg & Chips, again a good portion which was thoroughly enjoyed. The place is typically Spoonies, a very large place with lots of peeps, & with toilets upstairs. Will definitely be happy to return & will look at possibly staying at the hotel on our next UK visit

A Caspians Delivery driver stole £30 out of my letterbox

This is the second time we've ordered food to receive a call stating they don't have stock. Come on Domino's get a grip!!

listen flames tell me why i have a garlic dip in the middle of my pizza that left a gapping hole this has changed my thoughts completely from ordering flames again i am disgusted you are very careless and could you please tell me why your delivery driver decided to blow a kiss to my girlfriend might i add he looked over 40 and my girlfriend is 16 i am very disgusted in that noncey behaviour never ordering from flames again horrid

Absolutely pissed off with telling them. Ordered a few times and still can't get the order right. Ordered a cheese and tomato and hardly any cheese on the pizza. Just tomato paste and a few sprinkles of cheese all u can taste is the bread. Charge you a shit load and cant deliver. Delivery guy comes to your door and want to even have eye contact or talk on how much it is. Just typed the amount into the card machine and pointed the contactless to me. When asked how much before tapping he just looked at me. Absolutely shocking service and food. Need to improve or you will start loosing customer.

The service was amazing, me and my cousin are 13 and 14 we didnt know how to order and they came and helped us and we appreciated it so much

Delivery driver did not wash his hands and started to add toppings when allready the woman was making the pizza Asian lady with a tattoo on her hand there was a woman called Julie there aswell very very moody young bloke working there just staring and getting involved for no reason very poor management team scheweta was getting angry as she is supposedly the manager there please avoid as cross contaminated clearly.and no hand sanitizer used I was there for 15 mins and all this happened in this time the server touched the till the phone and then went and made the pizza

Table available straight away which was lovely not having to wait. Instructions of how to use the QR code to order which isn’t great with having allergies as there might be certain questions you want to ask. Struggled to get the QR code to work due to poor signal, already aware that I needed to order my gluten free pizza quickly so I could sit and enjoy the meal with everyone else able to eat the buffet. I explained to the member of staff I couldn’t get a signal on my phone however she explained she couldn’t do the kids eat free deal on the till, then said she could but it was basically an inconvenience for her- if it was just me and my husband I would have left at this point. Then had to stand outside the restaurant to place my order! Shocking service. Food was tasty, prompt and a brilliant gluten free base. Staff need to consider orders online aren’t always easy or the best for everyone, especially for those with allergies and wanting to eat with everyone else. Taking 20minutes to order because you have no signal and to top it off having to order away from your table!

Being asked to use a phone to order and then not accepting cash. I won't go there again. Food was ok but the above should the night

We visited today as part of the eat in to help out deal. There was a queue outside of people who hadn't booked but as soon as we said we had booked we were taken to our table. I was very impressed with the measures they had gone to for covid, we took our own menus, then ordered and paid via our mobile which limited the amount the waitress had to come to us. No salad bar so you are given a bowl of salad per meal. No ice cream factory so they bring ice cream and sweets to your table- they really had thought of everything. Food was served quickly (but not too quick) and was delicious. Waitress friendly and polite even though it was so busy. Felt very safe eating there as they had gone to so much effort to put safety measures in place.

We stayed at The Belfry as a last minute break. Our second night we had dinner at Roccas it was awful!!!!! Overcooked pasta which was just a plate of mush, and the worst kids pizza I’ve ever seen. Dry no topping. Ryder Grill is far better, amazing food friendly staff.

Food and ambience lovely until you visit the ladies toilet . Toilet seat loose and surprised it’s not sorted as someone with a bad back could put a claim in . It’s so loose it’s dangerous no hinges in place such a let down for such a simple solution. Pipes could do with a simple paint job .

Myself and my boyfriend are strict vegeterian and were very dissapointed with the lack of care with vegeterian meals at this restaurant. We were excited to try the pizzas as they looked lovely but after a close look at the menu we noticed all pizzas, even ones which would usually be vegeterian (magherita) was labelled as MF (meat free) which claimed to be free of meat but a chance of rennett in the cheese, rennett being the enzymes from a calves stomach. So we politely asked the waiter to clarify about what was truely vegeterian on the menu and he proceeded to tell us that all the pizzas marked as MF were fine for us to eat, when I explained that we coud not eat animal rennett in the cheese, he said "Oh, I'm sure you will be fine" in a very patronising tone. I wonder if he would say this to someone with a nut allergy with a dish containing nuts? We were not happy with this response and did not want to risk eating here so we asked if we could just pay for out drinks and leave. The staff continued to be rude about us not ordering any food and made us feel very uncomfortable. Its a shame but this experience has put us off returning to this chain of restaurants again.

Absolutely foul! The worst dominos I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The place wants shutting down before it gives the other resteraunts a bad now. Pizza was cold, toppings wrong and rock hard, I nearly broke a tooth. When I called to address this I was greeted with a guy who said his name was jazz, he was abusive and rude and even hung the phone up on me. I just wanted my money back. Don't ever use the tunstall branch! Vile vile vile

Arrived 40 mins late and lukewarm. Was ordered as a birthday meal so really quite annoyed by this. Had prepared other food to accompany and all was cold by the time they came. Will not be ordering again. Fuming!
