very bad, did not deliver what i ordered. blamed it on just eat and delivered two pizzas instead of 4.

We ordered pizza with the 50% off buy one get one free deal, added to comments the second pizza we wanted. Food was delivered, asked where the second pizza was, delivery driver was rude and said you have to call restaurant I only deliver and ran off. Called restaurant where I was told I have to add two pizzas for buy one get one free as you would not be paying for the second as there is already 50% off pizza so I would have to spend 18 instead of 9 which isn't really buy one get one free then.

Pizza was cold and the fries which cost me 5 pounds were clearly from at least a day ago just microwaved.

food is good but didn't get the Tuesday discount or the buy one get on free on pizza as offered

The chicken I ordered was not cooked properly. Doesn’t taste good at all and soggy

Took over 2 and a half hours for pizzas with no updates and extremely rude staff member on the phone who wasn’t interested at all.

We ordered a thin pizza and what arrived was actually ridiculous the cheese was more thick than the base of the pizza. The lack of toppings and flavour as got to make this the worst pizza we have had to date . The curly fries were to crispy to eat and the chicken strips were burnt the best part of the meal was the free garlic and herb sauce

Food is out of this world, cannot wait for our next pizza

I feel like restaurants should disable taking orders once they get too busy so they can maintain quality service. Ordered at 840p... its now 10p.. still no food. Only left 1 star because I can't post without the rating. Food is usually good though. Just hope it's at least hot when or if it does arrive.

Very friendly service from start to finish I would highly recommend to anyone by far the best pizzas on here.

I can understand the driver being confused where we live, he went to my neighbours house with the order so if he had come 3 doors down he would have saw me on the door waiting, instead of driving away. But he did attempt to come back and phoned me and eventually we had the pizza, i did provide a postcode in the order also

Pizza was great as usual. Only downfall this time the potato twisters were cold and were obviously not freshly cooked and went in the bin. Two of the dips had melted in the heat of the pizza boxes and the plastic melted slightly causing the sauce to drip into the boxes.

Pizza GOGO didn't get Going on this order.... Placed my order at 19.20 and delivered 21.15. Poor service. I called restaurant at 20.45, tried to make out driver had accident, but pizza still hadn't been cooked at that time.

Completely wrong pizzas then told to take problem up with just eat after calling shocking

This is worse spaghetti and meat lasagne I’ve had. The meat lasagne has no Mincemeat, not properly cooked and the spaghetti is all tomato sauce and cheese.

This was the second time ordering although I wasn’t so happy with my first experience. It won’t happen again. This place is an absolute joke and your driver is the worst. What a b*mhole. I will not contact you via email as you suggested in my last review. Not wasting my time.

Order was not as per selection of toppings

First the 10.5“ pizza is only 9.5“! Tasted good though. I ordered from GoGo Stourbridge before- 4£ price difference, same product. Theirs though looked and tasted a bit nicer. Second: 2£ for delivery and I have to collect my food from the road??? Ridiculous! I‘m not in a high-rise. The driver wasn’t very nice. Not sure whether or not I will use this again.

I’ve been going here for years for my pizza’s when I fancy a take out, very cheap for what your getting (£7 for 15” Pizza? Bargain!!) so I don’t understand the negative reviews. The owner is a lovely man who will try to cater to your needs the best he can. I’ve never had any problems in my time using Pizza GoGo and I always recommend this place to family and friends! Will continue to use this company every time we fancy a pizza take out! Keep up the fab work guys!

The garlic bread and both pizzas was rather soggy tonight. Unlike you for this as this is my normal pizza place

Ordered 2 pizza’s couldn’t tell the difference between them because they were so burnt had to throw them both away Never again

Food was delivered I spent £51.46 on food and when it arrived all the pizzas were burnt I ha e a type one diabetic daughter who needed to eat when I rang the restaurant they asked me to keep the burnt pizzas and eat them and they would give me a free order next time I declined and asked for fresh pizzas which were delivered and half of them were also burnt and when I told the driver I was told don't order from here again which belive me I don't intend to rang the restaurant for them to tell me I don't care we sent u two lots of pizzas now we waste money I said not problem u should have cooked them properly absolutely disgusting service should be ashamed of them selves

On ordering wait time was 25-35 mins. Once confirmed by restaurant it went to over an hour. Phoned at the end of the hour to see when delivery would be was told driver was 3mins away. Arrived 1hour and 40mins after the order was placed. Very disappointing.

The food was cold and dry. The delivery driver rude .

Eaten a very good pizza after long time. Recomended. I hope you guys keep up the quality like this, to the highest standard.

Ordered my food at 22:20 to be delivered for 23:20 food still hadn’t arrived by 12:30 called and the guy said next time I’ll send you something free Awful service I wouldn’t want to order from there again.

Wedges were burnt, pizza was a rush job so wasn't very nice couldn't enjoy it ,chicken balls where under cooked

First of all the order was 20 mins late rang the restaurant who had no idea where the delivery was couldn’t answer if it had left the restaurant or not, when it finally arrived the pizza was burnt. Will not be ordering from here again!!! Have requested refund from just eat

The pizzas turned up in balls at the corner of the box. I would give a 0 if I could.

The food was cold , cremated and and the mozzarella sticks was dry and won’t be coming back here cuz it was disgusting

Ordered all deep pan, but dough was very thin, still very nice and hot and also very very tasty. Thumbs up from me, also Mrs wanted BBQ base on her create your own no option to add this but wrote in comment box and was done.

Yummy pizza, but had stuffed cheese crust for pepperoni pizza, yet it was on my partners meat/ spicy pizza. So wasn't happy bout that. Wasn't the first time it happened either.

Food was overcooked and burnt the sauce pot they put in the top had burst all over the top so my daughter wouldn’t eat it . We usually order a lot from there but won’t be again very disappointed bad service as it shouldn’t be sent out like it

Great tasting pizza yet again, arrived late but its Saturday night so probably busy. Dough tasted very fresh loads of sauce and toppings, probably why i keep going back. A*

Food was late, they phoned to say the food was outside & it wasn’t. In the end the man from the shop came to my street then the driver arrived where they argued and then he sped away. Food was only just warm. Won’t be using again.

Order was 1 hr late but saying delivered on the app when I clicked on the order, no response on phone line to restaurant and just eat could only advise it was being processed. Provide a proper time and report app correctly 2and time this as happened, we order regular and most of the time its early more than late

Normally tastes very nice and fresh, very disappointing tonight, dough tasted a few days old and tasteless and arrived cold.

Really enjoyed the food and the peri chicken was perfect tender and tasty will be ordering again .

Pizzas are great. Chicken wings though given them a chance twice but they are horribly undercooked. I've ordered the Dragon chicken wings twice and they are too undercooked to enjoy at all. Soft and you can smell that it isnt cooked properly. A shame because in london they are cooked perfectly but i havent had a good experience up here yet. Please take more time cooking your chicken wings it's not healthy to serve chicken not cooked properly.

Never again chicken was burned and lasagne was cold and tasted not right.

Extremely disappointed with this order! The Pizza's were way too greasy and the meat was not edible at all! The Pizza did not taste like Pizza.... We had two bites each and threw them away! Absolutely vile. We will not be using this Pizza place again. We have had better Pizza's for half the price! We will never be wasting our money with this Pizza place again! We will just order over the phone at our local Pizza place instead of using Just Eat to order as we never know the quality of service/food we are going to get.. We have had multiple orders via Just Eat that have been below satisfactory so as you can imagine, we are again disappointed... DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

I was impressed with only waiting about 20 minutes, the pizza was fairly warm but bland, in my opinion it was overpriced for what it was.
