Visited today with my daughter, my friend and her two children. The manager was exceptional - he was thoughtful and super helpful and could see he was working hard whilst being very professional. The other staff also seemed lovely although we didn’t have to deal with them. Lovely food. Fab value. Will hopefully get to visit again soon :) Thank you

Amazing service from all the staff, we were given options on where we would like to sit, also the chap said if it was a bit chilly he could pop the heating up, food came out quickly too. Just really nice warm service which you don’t always get these days so thank you. Food was good too.

First time at Pizza hut with the grandchildren. We decided on the buffet and unlimited ice cream, lots of choice and loved the salad bar. The waitress was lovely and patient . Will return.

Once again a lovely greeting on arrival which is always a good start. We were served quickly or as quickly as we wanted but not rushed. We were served by Paige who was lovely throughout our visit. I had gluten free and vegan pizza which as usual was perfect. The restaurant was busy which is good to see . I have to say whoever is doing the recruitment for this hut is doing a great job as the staff are always the best and make the experience excellent.

Our annual Pizza Hut outing for a friends birthday. There were 10 of us in our group, all the pizzas came out at the same time and were excellent Helpful and friendly waitresses.

Visited here on a Saturday at midday we had pre booked. We were greeted by the manager not in a uniform looking rather untidy and was shown to our table and told just order on the app then walked away. Sadly then a table of about 12 children came in for a birthday party and were seated next to us, why when the place was not busy did they do such a thing, the noise was horrendous even my 9 year old daughter said how awful it was. When we went to get the buffet at about 12.30 no garlic bread, no pepperoni and a few slices of everything else, ok it’s early maybe they are running behind, sadly this continued we left at about 1.45 and still no pepperoni had been brought out, when I asked the staff I was just told it’s cooking !!! My daughter had the chocolate brownie for dessert but this was inedible, it was harder than a rock and tasted like cheap advent calendar chocolate. Only good thing was the salad bar and the apple tango !!!The staff all seemed very disinterested in the job and to be honest they just didn’t care. This place really has gone down hill and we will not be visiting or recommending to anyone else to visit here.

Visited alone . Lovely greeting on arrival . It was early but the restaurant soon became busy. Ordered gluten free and vegan staff were very knowledgeable about my allergies. The food was served quickly and perfectly. It was nice to eat at a pizza hut as so many have closed down . Really good experience and lovely friendly staff

This branch refuses to offer delivery in the Local area of Telford, I like Pizza hut but with me working 12 hour shifts I'd like to order for it to be delivered but they do not offer that experience at all it auto forces you to collect on their website but on Just eat it charges exorbitant prices and doesn't do anywhere near half of the deals.

We were greeted by a very friendly lady unfortunately I didn't get her name. She was very helpful, polite and patient. Nothing was too much trouble and she explained all of the menu to us. Granddaughter had a lovely time and was well looked after by the staff who sang happy birthday to her and presented her with a lovely treat.

We visited Pizza Hut Telford on a Thursday for a buffet lunch in the 6 week holidays, first visit since all restrictions have been lifted. We had to pre book our table, we were greeted by a polite female member of staff who showed us to table and just said order on your phone when you have we will bring your plate and glass,fine if you have a phone and up to date with all that jazz, but I thought what about some grandparents that are not up to date with ordering via a app, if you were greeted amd shown to your table then why couldn’t the staff just take your order also ???? The buffet pizza was lovely but the pizza was not stocked up as it used to be amd we were waiting for pasta to be topped up and even though the buffet is on until 3pm by 2pm and customers still coming in the pizza was getting lower and to be told when it’s gone it’s gone !!!! The salad bar was fully stocked and you could help yourself to a bowl, quite odd seeing as you could not help yourself to a plate or a glass but obviously in Pizza Hut eyes a bowl is totally different !!! We would visit again but would not rush back as the staff didn’t seem to be as friendly as they used to be and some of them seemed as if they really did not want to be there. Sadly we also overheard two members of staff discussing how many times one table had been up to get pizza, which I thought was rather rude of them. Brush up on your customer skills and smiles and you may start to earn tips again.

I've visited my local pizza hut restaurant 3 times in the past month, we've gone for the 'buffet, on arrival the staff are friendly, they talk you through the changes that's currently in place. You pay and order online which you can do pretty quickly,the staff are friendly and service is very efficient & excellent, you don't get left waiting for more food or drink as they are very attentive. We've thoroughly enjoyed our visits in & look forward to going back.

Orders for delivery paid 26 pond 56 then never came when I phoned they sent a late email saying I ordered for collecting with all the delivery theis don't trust this restraint total rip off

Visited Pizza Hut Telford tonight with family. Checking in process is second to none - very clear and distanced. Good quality hand gel, help yourself menus and cutlery. Ordered via scan code site which is on the menus. Tip - Pizza includes free of charge choice of side salad which you add at checkout to get free rather than at ordering stage which shows it chargeable Staff could not of been more helpful - very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Husband had a cider which came with a “frozen” glass - ver impressive touch. Food great - no complaints. Def visit again and highly recommended. Thank you Pizza Hut staff for a wonderful day of light and charm in these dark days

Booked for daughter's 9th birthday as she loves it (or used to) however covid policies have completely ruined the experience. No salad bar, no soft drink refills, no serve yourself ice cream - all big favourites with the kids. Rubbish new ordering system where you have to order online using your phone - what?! - why can't the waitress take the order or are they trying to keep the costs down? Waitress seemed determined to keep at least 2 metres away - not sure if that was meant to make us feel "covid safe" (yawwwnnn) but actually made me feel uneasy. I suspect they'll have to change the above or close. We left without ordering and found somewhere else to go.

Used the gov 50% deal and meerkat movies. Pizza was beautifully cooked, as was our sides of garlic bread and jalepeno poppers . The service was really good and quick considering they were so busy.

Used to visit Pizza Hut at least once a month but this will be the last time until they change their Covid policies. Most people realise that we need to distance but ordering yourself on your phone before you have had the food and know whether it’s decent ? The salads are appalling you either get a green salad or coleslaw. Maybe they should visit their local harvester as they have a colleague who will fill your salad bowl with what you like? It’s all cost cutting because there are less tables. No refills and you are told when you sit down and you might assume that means they will fill it up for you? No this means you have one glass and have to pay for another. The servers stand at your table to bring food and explain the ordering system but they can’t hold their own tablet and take your order. It’s a joke and I see Pizza Hut going the same way as frankie and bennys if they continue with this policy. You learn a lot about the kind of business they are during tough times. Enough said. Never again.

Fab meal for my 7 year olds birthday! All of the staff were friendly and helpful food was served super quick and was fresh and delicious. Restaurant was clean including the ice cream station which at some pizza huts can have no spoons, no sprinkles, mess everywhere etc not this one. Very impressed very happy kids!

I got charged for adult when I'm 14 and if I'm an adult they should of give me a pint when I asked for one never going back I hate them

Ordered deep pan ham and pineapple pizza. It arrived ok but so much sauce that was cold in the middle with unmelted grated cheeseI sent it back. The manager came to tell me that it was the pineapple that had made the pizza cold as it went soggy. He would cook me a stone bake and another deep pan so I could compare. He tried to tell me it was perfectly cooked when both arrived I ate half the stone bake even that was mediocre. Obviously my husband had already finished meaning we both had to eat on our own. From the minute we walked in the staff was friendly, food was boiling hot, and the service was fantastic. Once we had finished our pizza we was full up, so the staff was great and we had it in a take out box and that included the pudding. I would highly recommend coming here.

after ordering the food I ordered a meat feast pizza thin base when it arrived it was overcooked there was no topping on it was like eating a dried piece of cardboard I complained and the waitress said I will pass the message on obviously very much doubt that happened was expecting her to get on it straight away walked out disgusted

15 adults and 4 children eating in a busy resturant we all had different meals, Nd all were prepared hot, quickly by great staff, its been several years since we went because we werent impressed, but i we defenatley recommend it now, we were offerd doggy boxes as we couldnt finish all the meals and the ids loved there meals too 3 courses worked out at 11.28 per adult with our meerkat vouchers including refill drink so ery pleased.

Pizza Hut has always been a favourite of mine as the family gathers here every year for my grandads birthday as it it his favourite too! We all enjoy the freshly-cooked pizza, re-fillable drinks and the ice cream machine! Me and my cousins also love the milkshakes which are just like heaven. The stuffed crust here is amazing and we all love to go up and get our own salad! Also the staff are always super friendly and helpful and they seat us all very quickly despite the fact that there is always a large group of us. The place is very clean aswell.

positives first .... very friendly helpfull staff .I asked ift hey did gluten free i was given a seperate gluten free menu and asked if inwould like to see the alergy information sheet so first class in that aspect ..very attentive cant fault them .negatives ..i am afraid the food is no where near the standard it used to be my husband had pizza and said he could buy a better one in a supermarket ... i only had salad which at £5.99 i thought was expensive espically taking into account the quality of the coldslaw which was on a par with the cheepest you can buy in a budget store awful awful awful stuff the potato salad was not far behind ,i had to ask a customer at the salad bar if she thought something was the mayo it didnt look like it or taste like it when i putit on my salad .i put on my plate what ithought was crispy onion which i scraped off my plate ,i didnt know what it was ... dont get me wrong .the salad was very fresh and it is an all you can eat but for somene like me just having salad, the coldslaw and so on did not warrent paying £5.99 ..all in all disapointed espically since we were using a gift card our son had got his dad for his birthday of which there is £ 8 left which we probibly wont use i feel bad for my son having paid for it So 10/10 for friendly staff 4/10 for food and the place could do with an up date 5/10

Had the family meal deal for £40 and found it brilliant value for money. Service was fast and had a good waitress called Rebecca. Very friendly and polite service. The only downside was that it was freezing in there so much so I could have warn a fleece and not Been warm. Had the cheesy chips for a side which I would fully recommend.

We visited on a Bank Holiday Sunday lunchtime with our 3 year old granddaughter. This is a brilliant place to go with youngsters as it is totally relaxed. My husband,who is not that keen on pizzas, really enjoyed his rack of ribs which was cooked perfectly, and accompanied by a good portion of chips and onion rings. I enjoyed my veggie pizza and my granddaughter enjoyed picking her own choice of salads. Other children were really into the experience of making up their own icecream desserts. Service was efficient and friendly and Mia H served our table very well.Must make a point though of saying that £3 for a bottle of Coke seems well overpriced.

Visited on a Wednesday evening. From the moment we stepped through the door, the service was more friendly than we've experienced here before.

We came here on a Saturday night after we couldnt find Nando's. The sharing deal was excellent and we had fries and sharing cookie dough. It was all really nice and the staff were really attentive even though it was busy. We are so glad we came here. Recommended.

We ordered off the set menu for £14.99. Food was good but the buffalo wings were not value for money. Waitress was very friendly. No soap in dispenser in men’s toilet though.

I had never been to Pizza Hut before and went with high hopes. There was myself my partner and our son, and our friends and there two children all are under 7. I didn’t want pizza so ordered pasta which was overpriced for what it was. The rest had pizza which was fine.

We booked a table for 6.30pm as a birthday treat for our sons girlfriend, on arrival a sign on the door stated No fries, or Onion rings! ( Its a bank holiday weekend!) We were told to sit wherever we liked as it was so quiet! It took the waiter 15 minutes to come over and ask what we wanted to eat, we wanted the sharing platter but as there were no sides available we asked if we could substitute and have extra starters instead and starters instead of desserts as there was nothing we fancied available. The waiter went off to ask the manager and basically said no! We decided to leave as it would cost us over £55 for food we didn't particularly fancy! The waiter just said are you going then? No apology for the lack of availability or any attempt to offer any alternatives, as we left the manager just smirked in our direction. No wonder you were empty Pizza Hut. We will not be visiting again, poor service, no availability and VERY disappointing.

12 adults and 8 children not easy to satisfy everyone, but Pizza Hut did. Everyone enjoyed the salad bar. The pizzas and pasta were excellent all plates were left empty. The children loved the free refill drinks and never ending ice cream.

Popped in at 250 , knowing we were cutting it fine for the buffet as it closed at 3. We were shown to a table and not made to feel rushed etc. There was still plenty to eat. Waiting staff were attentive and a pleasure. Paying the bill was quick. Really enjoyed our lunch. Thank you

Haven’t been here for a while so usually eat in but thought save money , due to drink prices and using the salad bar with autistic children we would give it a miss.they wouldn’t eat anything from there so no benefit! We was given the takeaway menu, asked to sit down so we wasn’t in the way, that’s fine if you don’t have a rocking son stressed in unfamiliar situations, eventually they had to be taken outside .it took a good 15 mins for order to be taken, random staff saying I’ll be there in a minute. We did get served with yet another different waitress. To be taken over by tills to order, 4 pizzas cheese and garlic dough crust, don’t bother no garlic, payed 1.85 each for an extra topping, which was mushrooms, rocket and jalapeño peppers a total of 5.55 a rip off but it’s in the small print when you get home! The waitress left and we had to wait then to pay. All done, sons outside and a 15 min wait, true to there word.

Kids Menu was confusing pricing not clear. Spent £15 for two children a small pizza orange squash a small bowl of salad uneaten plus sloppy ice cream with far too many sugary toppings. And to make it even more unappealing told to help ourselves great a 3 and 4 for year old given free reign to graze and poke fingers and muck about at the salad bar and the water ice and ice cream . I could have done the same at home thrown around a 3 litre tub ice cream and a bag of mixed salad plus bottle of Robinson squash .mixed it all up and chucked it away Not enouh fries or onion rings. Poor service and value - Compared to the likes of Asda where kids eat free of you spend £4 .

A favourite here for our children they love it especially the unlimited ice cream! The kids menu is great value to be fair. Rest of the food was fine no complaints. Staff did a good job on a quiet Sunday evening.

Went as a family of 4 had a nice meal no complaints. Staff attentive and efficient. Love the salad bar kids love the ice cream factory. Pizzas nice and tasty.

Food was as expected. However trying to get the attention of the young lady to serve us was a challenge. What a shame as service here is usually very good. I expect it’s just a training need.

Went for the half term buffet with the kids. Obviously there was a wait, which is understandable. I love the fact that the food is fresh.

Today we have been to pizza hut for our lunch. It's my husband's birthday and this was his choice. I am not a lover of pizza as it is so fattening and can be really greasy. Haven't been to a pizza hut for years. Price was reasonable for lunchtime all you can eat buffet. Loads of salad choice and a good variety of pizzas. Nice friendly staff. The waitress even offered to look up how many slimming world syns the pizza slices were and offered flat bread pizzas as an alternative. Enjoyed it very much.

Had takeaway pizzas from here which we ordered online. Two large pizzas, two sides and fizzy pop. Email updates were great telling exactly what was happening with our food....in the oven....on our way to you.. Food arrived within the estimated 35mins! Great service and really good pizza. I can’t remember the last time we had take out from Pizza Hut as we usually use other pizza franchises. We’ll be ordering from here again as prices competitive and pizza delicious!!

Always enjoy the buffet menu in the week here. Consistent food which is what you want when you visit somewhere regularly. My kids always enjoy it and the salad bar means their eating healthy which is a bonus. One piece of advice, don't let the staff seat you in a booth if theres more than 2 of you, it's a total nightmare having to move for eachother every time someone wants to go up for more. Ask for a table and chairs. Can't fault the place other than that.

We had been out for the day with our 7 year old and her friend and called in on the off chance for some lunch.

Came here as a little treat for the kids and was pleased to find happy and welcoming staff.As one of our party is diabetic was impressed to be able to see a fact sheet with all the carbs and cals for each item on the menu,a BIG well done to Pizza hut as thus was realy helpful to us.Will be going back.

I came to Pizza Hut last weekend with my family, it has a very welcoming atmosphere as all the staff was very welcoming, I recommend you visit here if passing by !!

The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. The only downside was that me and several others in my party had stomach trouble the following morning. Don't know if it was a one off but first time we've had it from a pizza hut.

Called in here for lunch, i hadn't been to a pizza hut before but will definitely visit again, three of us had varying meals and drinks which were all superb, and reasonably priced, my wife and her friend went up for more,i was more than satisfied with what i had eaten, and the icing on the cake for me was the lovely young lady that served us (Holly B) so very pleasant.

I went to this restaurant last weekend with my partner and my son, great atmosphere! Staff are really friendly, i dont think this restaurant is good for gluten free. They do offer gluten free pizzas but they aren't as nice as the normal pizzas. They used to do a chocolatey dessert with no gluten but they no longer do that and just have the do it yourself ice cream which if im honest is more suitable for the children then it is for an adult. BRING BACK THE GLUTEN FREE DESSERT !!! until then i won't be coming back again.

Bf had voucher from tack his x gf and daughter to pizza hunt last weekend so we went Saturday for tea I had veterinary vegan pizza my frist one bf had meet feast very nice

Decided to give the new re-furbished Hut a go as our last visit was very disapointing. Last time we found it cold with poor service half the salad bar was missing and rubbish had been swept up and left by the till. This time it was still cold the salad bar was 3/4 full the rubbish was still swept up by the till couldn't be the same rubbish to be fair, We tried to use a voucher emailed to me for 25% off the food bill only to be told we couldn't use it against the family deal that is on the std menu. when we said it doesn't say that on the voucher we were told that we should of shown the voucher when we ordered and they would of told us. This was also not mentioned on the voucher. We paid the full amount and were then told that because the voucher number had been inputted we could not use it for another visit either. As if we would go back.. Shame really would of hoped that a chain this big would look after customers better especially a family still their loss.

Pizza are not my thing but we had just had over a 3 hour drive on the M6 from Birmingham so we needed a break and found this tucked away on a retail park. We received a very warm welcome and shown to a table where the waitress Harriet talked us through the menu and our options. We had a share meal deal which was quite honestly rather too much for us, but we struggled through it. I hate super market Pizzas but these were really tasty with plenty of topping. we had two different half size pizzas which made it even better. If I needed a break and a meal I would stop here again.

We went to the Pizza Hut as an end of week treat. My daughter had the heroes menu - very good deal and I had a small pan pizza. I always like the salad bar - makes it feel like more value for money.Our food sat on the serving counter for five minutes before it was delivered to our table (and that was because I asked) so it was a little on the tepid side when it came to eating. Generally a friendly atmosphere, the only male on staff looked like he didn't want to be there but the girls were pleasant and helpful.

Since the refurb this pizza hut has improved! better choice on the menu! We had the Big sharer deal £26:95- this includes pizza 2 sides and a pudding. The choice of pizza is a little limited but we had half and half which was good - the pizza has improved not too rich and not to much tomato this time! I like how the drinks are limitless( not inc in the deal). You can only choose the cookie sharer or icecream factory for pud but the cookie dough is to die for! well worth a visit! the staff are very friendly and very helpful!

Came in for a bite to eat and catch up with my friend. The food was amazing as well as the service we received. However the table and chairs are a little on the small side. Please sort this out as I would like to come back.

I wrote a review for this place before its recent upgrade, and it needed it.Now, the outside shows considerable improvement and is very appealing.Unfortunately the inside doesn't look refurbished, I know it is, but there is no wow factor here. Still, it's functional if a little unrefined.However the big boost is the improved menu, which now includes ribs, and I was especially pleased with the freshness of the improved salad bar, as well as the spotless cutlery.So big improvement on the service, would be nice to see a better internal trim. Quite happy to go back for more of that menu.

First time we've been since the refurbishment. It's a lot better in there than it use to be. Pizza lovely good value. Kids loved it. Staff good all in all a nice meal out.

Had to do some shopping at the retail park and wandered in for a spot of lunch at the same time as a group of excited children on a party outing our young waitress jade took us to the far side of the restaurant we were very pleasantly surprised with the good quality of food and of course the ice cream factory is to die for so to jade and all the other lovely staff members we would like to say a big thank you from a pair of pensioners cheers much andymac.

We hadn't been to this Pizza Hut restaurant since before it had been refurbished so wasn't sure what to expect. As you can imagine, we were pleasantlly surprised when we were shown to our table. The decor had been changed quite a bit with bright coloured murals and trendy light fittings. The ice cream factory and self service drinks dispenser had been moved but did look better due to better lighting and layout. The menu had been changed considerably with a bigger selection of starters. The portion sizes of some of the main courses looked smaller or it may have been the dishes that they were served in that made them look that way. The food should have cost over £72 however as we had a money off voucher it saved around £27. One thing that does surprise me and disappoint me is that despite the close proximity of the restaurant to 2 RAF bases and several MOD establishments, the MOD discount isn't offered. I have been to the Pizza Hut restaurant on New Street, Birmingham and the discount has always been honoured when showing my card.

Came here for a family meal to celebrate our son's birthday there was just 4 of us we got a table easily and had our order taken quick helped ourselves to the salad bar all looked fresh and nice then our pizzas came all very hot and tasty was all good plus we got 41% off our bill happy days

Very disappointed. I felt pain in my stomach the day after. Maybe the reason is no quality product. Never again pizza hut!!!

Visited yesterday, it was busy but not full. Waited a few minutes whilst table was being prepared. We were taken to a table and told that we would be served as soon as they could. After 5 minutes we looked around to ask someone for a drink, no staff to be seen? After 10 minutes still no service or any sign of staff. They appeared to be concentrating solely on the other side of the restaurant. After 15 minutes I stood up to try and attract some attention, nothing. At this point me, my daughter and husband proceeded to put on our coats and walk out. Not one member of staff attempted to stop us or ask why we leaving? So we left, feeling unbelievably let down, customer service? I have never left a restaurant due to poor service and can safely say I will be returning again!!

Visited today for daughters 6th birthday party, 13 children for pizza making party. Fantastic party, all the children and adults enjoyed it. Table ready and decorated upon arrival, with activity colouring in books, pencils, chef hats and playing cards in the table. My daughter also received plastic chefs apron. The staff were helpfully and friendly. The children loved making their pizzas. Delicious salad and ice cream factory fun to finish. Would definitely recommend. Lots of fun.

This Pizza Hut has recently undergone refurbishment so I decided to be nosey. I was greeted promptly and given a choice of tables. The basic internal layout had hardly changed and neither had the decor with the exception of a few red tiles and a garishly decorated feature wall. If you were a little tipsy it would put your head in a spin. The toilet facilities were obviously not part of the refurb. The changes to the menu must be pretty small too, most diners were having the usual popular buffet option with refillable soft drink. The only change I noticed was the spag bol and green veg pasta have been replaced by plain pasta, cheese sauce and a tomato based sauce. At a total cost of £10.10 it's reasonable value for money if you make more than one visit to the buffet or refill your drink.

We visited the new Pizza Hut, staff and food where lovely. We loved the new ranges and we ordered the hot cheese and pulled pork crisps and for dessert a hot choc orange cookie dough which were both amazing. The new make over gives the restaurant a feel of an American Diner which we loved. Kids where given crayons and colouring books which kept them amused. Would just like to say a big thank you for our lovely family meal out. Our discount code was from VoucherCodes so very good value for money.

Me and my sister in law went to Pizza Hut whilst early Christmas shopping. Whilst the staff were lovely and pleasant, the staffing was a bit chaotic and slow, but the food was lovely and light (had flatbread- not pizza). Would recommend but maybe better for mid week...

I used to love this restaurant and would often go for special occasions either with family or friends. However, after this refurbishment and revamp of the place, I will certainly not be going again! Firstly, let's talk décor: they've tried too hard to make it look like an American themed diner... you're selling pizza, please calm down. Also, they have not solved the previous issue with the building and layout itself where noise travels extremely well, making it hard to have a conversation with people at your table, even though they are sat across from you. I know the restaurant cannot control the amount of people, and in particular the amount of screaming children, who are in the building at the same time, however the restaurant has had the noise problem for years and you would think that when doing the refurbishment that they would have came up with a way to prevent there being so much noise. I have been to other pizza hut restaurants around the same time of day and they have been just as busy but haven't had nearly as much noise!Onto the actual food: we went for the lunch time buffet as it is usually very good and very reliable. I was very sad to learn that they have gotten rid of my favourite item on the buffet - the cheese and broccoli pasta. That was what I went to the buffets for!! Instead they now have a bowl of pasta and two sauces to choose from (sidenote: they hadn't actually drained the pasta before putting it in the bowl so I was having to fish my pasta out of lukewarm water, which wasn't the most pleasant thing in the world.) There was very little choice of pizza on the buffet... usually there are plenty of different varieties to choose from, however on one occasion I went to the table and there were four pizzas to choose from - and all four were margherita!! Also a lot of the food - pizza, garlic bread and pasta, was cold, or if not cold just simply lukewarm which I personally think is worse.Overall I was not impressed with this experience and will not be going again. I used to like this restaurant and so I am extremely disappointed with this visit.

We took our two grandchildren they had from the kids menu very good value. We didn't eat just had a drink. The staff were exceptional very friendly and helpful a credit to the company. It's not very often you get staff like them. Well done

First visit since refurb, not much has changed, layout seems as before, with new furniture and a few items moved.Menu is limited if you are gluten free as my wife is, appears the pizza base is a thick GF wrap, not a patch on the bases provided by other outlets.Quite noisy, seems nothing done during refurb to address the issue, as I suffer from a hearing problem, makes it difficult to conduct a conversation.The menu has changed, now more choice other that pizza, tried the flatbread which wasn't bad. Still the Ice Cream Factory, although the holes in the shakers seem to small for the contents inside, difficult to get them out.Would I go back, unlikley.

Pizza Hut I went for lunch with my mum we were seated by a rude lady and the restaurant had a very poor layout with the food downstairs and tables upstairs meaning as a wheelchair user I had to keep going up and down the lift to go and get myself some food or a drink from the buffet in the end I had to rely on my mother to keep going up and downstairs to get me some food. The pizza was cold and the salad had no taste and was very bland. Whilst paying the bill the waitress did inform us that they were closing soon to refurbish the restaurant to make it more wheelchair accessible which is obviously a good thing and I can't wait to see it once it's finished.

Visited here for my sons 9th birthday. Food good and friendly service. Everything you would expect from a Pizza Hut. We will visit again.

Visited Pizza Hut as it was our daughters birthday and she loves to go. The food was good, it was very clean. It was a little expensive but it was a treat.

This place needs a refurb ASAP! It's disgusting. Everywhere you look there is grime. I came out the place feeling grubby. I can't believe I ate in there. I feel sick thinking about it.The only thing going is that the staff were friendly and polite.

I treated my family. Out for tea, we ordered and went to the salad bar where children were serving themselves sneezing all over the food and touching it with hands, puts you off, then we had quite a wait for pizza to come , the pizza was nice and then had puddings , was shocked when the bill came to £75. Very expensive for what we had

Visited here for the first time on a Thursday lunch time with my husband and 2 sons. We had the lunch buffet and were very impressed with the heat of the pizza, it was all being made fresh. Salad was fresh and good variety. The waitress was really friendly and good with the kids too.

Went here for a meal due to a family visitSeven of us arrived on a busy Saturday night, and time was taken to arrange tables so that we could sit as a group. meal was super, the children were treated like proper people (rather than just an addition to the group) and the service was second to none ... Well done to the table staff who made the whole meal a pleasure ...

Called in for a pizza, free salad, it was disgusting and not fresh as reviewed previously by other customers, beetroot had grit in it and lettuce was dirty 9 hrs later I was ill and spent most of night in the bathroom, stay away for your healths sake. Place could also do with a good clean, dirty floors and toilets.

We visit this place maybe twice a year, and today's meal was fine but you really feel the place is on the slide.It's in need of a refurb, the lighting is poor and it was tbh, pretty dead in atmosphere for a Saturday evening.Positives- friendly staff, food was good enough, though not spectacular.Room for improvement - the cleanliness was poor, glasses were warm, the plates and cutlery were generally in need of another wash. The salad bowls seem to be shrinking although the salad was ok. The pizzas were fine but I felt a bit pricey. Considering we took half of it home, I think in future I may take all of it home and enjoy better atmosphere with clean plates and cutlery!The restaurant looks like it is being run down, but hope it isn't. Pizza Hut head office - please bump the Telford restaurant up the list to be refurbished!

I love the salad bar as the veg is always fresh and the pizzas are of good qualityMaybe a tad more expensive than other pizza places but you get what you pay for and come here most weeks

Pizza's are nice but somewhat thrown together. Prices aren't bad but the salad bar looks a bit tired.

Went to Pizza Hut with my wife and our 2 small children. All in all it was what I was expecting. Nothing brilliant but ok. There wasn't enough staff on but the 3 that were waiting on tables did there best. The food we ordered was ok, still nice to see they have the unlimited salad bar, and with small children good that they have unlimited soft drinks. Price very reasonable and I will go back in the future maybe.

The pizzas were bland and unappetising. The surroundings were basic and not at all attractive. For two of us, £20 for a drink and a couple of pizza slices with some salad seemed overpriced. Ordinary and nothing to entice me back.

Pizza hut is usually ok but this time it rubbish- slow service between courses. I asked for the gluton free BBQ pizza I am sure it was not BBQ sauce!!! as the waiter he assured me it was! Hmmm did not taste like it!! No straws and no ice for drinks!!! What's going on pizza hut?? for the price we expect better service!!

I have been to a few Pizza Huts around the area and this one is fairly average. It serves whopping big portions of Pizza with a few options for sides. The bacon/cheese garlic bread starter is gorgeous. The service is not really anything special, often-times my SO and I have been ignored by passing staff for quite extensive periods of time. The atmosphere gets quite loud and the restaurant isn't always the cleanest. The price is pretty average. If you're looking for a non-takeaway cheap pizza place then this is one of your only real options.

I have never been to a Pizza Hut before and if I had not been on my own with my 10-year old son I admit to not even thinking about going. That said, I was bizarrely impressed. Efficient service combined with a help-yourself approach and more-ish food.The "famous" free salad bar was fine, even if a more fastidious diner might have been concerned about cleanliness. Our pizzas were good (I'm no officionado) and filling. Soft drinks were free after you'd paid once. Ice cream appeared to be free.Yes it's patronised by people who think it's ok to let their children stand on the table and run amok, but to be honest it was far better fun than I envisaged. Yes I am probably a snob to many, but this was a good value dinner by any measures (providing you don't mind your children consuming vast quantities of hydrogenated fat and sugar now and again).Would I go again? Yes, but possibly only once a year as a "treat" !!

We had a lovely visit to Pizza Hut with the family after a visit to the cinema. The place was very clean, the service was good and would recommend a visit. Plenty of large tables for families or a small table if your party is small. The food was fresh and tasty. Never had a bad meal.

buffet meal with as much pizza and salad as required. Drinks with free refills. Three adults and the youngster and around £35 for the entire meal ... a bargain to get us all fed and watered
