Staff are so helpful and welcoming..

Our friends who were visiting for the day are great fans of Pizza Hut so we joined them at our local one before they set off for home. We are not great fans of pizza and were pleasantly surprised at the offering. My husband and I shared one of the "offers" Our pizza had a delicious base, not too thick and plenty of topping without the wide and empty strip around the edge!! The accompanying halloumi fries and garlic bread were both excellent.The choice and price was good but for us it was the service that was the most impressive part of our visit. Faith was a fantastic waitress, polite, professional and conscientious with a charming personality. She was totally " on the ball" with everything and the service we received was first-class. We may well be back!!

The food could not be faulted! We had the buffet which had a lovely variety of food and was delicious. Sadly we can not give the same high praise to the rude waitress that served us. I will be visiting Pizza Hut again, but definitely not this one in Shrewsbury.

Staff were nice. Menu was so absolutely awful. Almost impossible to read and designed exclusively to make you spend as much money as possible. A place like harvester offers A meal for A price. A place like Pizza Hut makes it literally impossible to order food for multiple people without an awful experience. The menu boasts about how much you’ll save for ‘deals’ while charging exorbitant prices for not very much. My local pizzeria charges a third of the price for a better pizza. They also give you the option to buy one pizza rather than charging £20+ for a basic pizza while pushing unlimited nonsense for a few quid more I came in for pizza but I couldn’t get one without getting ripped off for a bunch of absolute trash This was such an awful experience that I will never visit Pizza Hut again. Seriously, I always regarded pizza express as the expensive but ok option; this was faar more expensive, and such a dreadful experience. Never again, ever. Pizza Hut used to be decent

Food was Pizza Hut so great thin pizzas and salad bar. Girl serving was good. Place was empty despite it being evening meal time, is that due to the prices? Crazy price for a pizza no wonder it was empty, not again for me

We were 4 dining, got out drinks and pizzas quickly. It was relatively late, the restaurant was completely empty besides us. I like my crust very thin and their thinnest crust is not very thin, other than that the pizza was good

You know what you're getting. The weekday buffet was great value for food, drink and ice cream. Shame about the obnoxious guests everywhere. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Ordered and paid via app then got my own food from buffet.

Shrewsbury Pizza Hut is great, friendly staff, good food. Booked via telephone, upon arrival shown to table, used code on table to order food for the 5 of us. Promptly the food all arrived, great service, lovely staff. And a salad bar 😀 highly recommended restaurant.

Food was over our late and cold. Driver almost ran away after delivery obviously knowing it was late. Called Pizza Hut and they said complain to just eat as driver took multiple delivery’s in one go even though ours was allready late

Pizza Hut - Shrewsbury - 6 of us went for tea this evening for my daughters birthday. The service was fantastic as soon as we walked in. Adam, the whole evening was just amazing. Answered my questions (its been a while since my Mum and Dad went so they weren't sure on sizes of the pizzas etc) and he told me about the deals they had. My husband and I shared the Sharer meat feast, the children who are 3 and 5 shared the mini kids meal which for £7.99 came with salad, pizza, dessert and a drink. My Mum and Dad shared the individual Pepperoni. Plus X2 bottles of San Miguels. I used my Meerkat rewards so got 25% off the bill. So total was £51.47 and we all left extremely full! Bargain for 4 adults and 2 children! Adam even bought the birthday cake out for us and sang Happy Birthday.

Places feels very aged and dated. Both our pizza were overcooked and you don't get a lot for the price we paid. The lettuce on the salad bar was brown and wilted. On a positive note, the staff were friendly.

Came here for my birthday and did not disappoint. Lovely service and a wide range of things to choose from. I had the pepperoni with hot honey and omg it was so good!! 10/10

Undercooked chips and cold, two cold pizzas that possibly made day before and warmed through chewy and cold not good

First time with the option to put address on a map. Excellent ! Always had trouble with delivery drivers finding us, this new feature gives me more confidence to order more in future. Well done !

Let's be honest the pizzas are rubbish and its like one big children's party.

Great customer service made to feel really welcome staff treated us with the respect that we deserve respectful kind and caring staff asked us if we had any allergies and I do and we sat down and they explained have everything works.

Felt like bums on seats for buffet. Pizza was slow to come out meaning waiting between going up for more

Food was freezing cold I had to feed 6 of us and the pizza was that cold it wasn’t edible. 50 pound to nothing. Absolutely vile.

Do like Pizza Hut,same good consistant standard. We always have the flatbreads,and love the free salad bar.

Girl showing us to the table was very pleasant, trying to order food online being there is no table service was ridiculous, tried asking but got not help, food arrived at the table and resembeled a piece of undercooked cardboard covered in tomato sauce , hardly any cheese on it at all, the salad isn't really a salad mainly just pots of sauces and coleslaw , bottomless drinks all tasted the same with no flavour, for the price you pay id expect good quality food and service , the pizza is better from a takeaway and less than 1/3 price

Gets pricy when it's not buffet time, but you always know what you're getting and leave full, not thinking you could have eaten more. Staff are always friendly, love the salad bar and the ice cream factory. The pizza is pizza, it's nothing special, but tasty and filling, just a shame they're so expensive.

Monday 23rd Oct 23. Service was appalling. What ever was going on at the counter between the staff was obviously more important than the paying customers. We watched our food left under the heat lights for about 5 mins, when it eventually got the the table it was cold . I have never seen such a poor looking excuse of a pizza I have purchased better from Tesco . I asked the girl was there a shortage of cheese , no comment. £35.00 for just the pizza absolute rip off . Will not be eating at Pizza Hut again.Give your staff some customer service training. Also needs a good clean

It is what it is. Good for the kids. Some good new pizza flavours. Service was good.

Had a really enjoyable meal at Pizza Hut, Shrewsbury. Food was excellent. Service was great. Staff very friendly.

Waitress who sat us down was very pleasant and lovely. However we had a shocking surprise when the manager practically threw our food on the table and stormed off! So rude and unprofessional. All other waitresses were lovely including the lady who took our plates away…. Just stay clear of the ‘manager’!

Truly, everything was first class. The crew members were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Food was great, delicious pizza, sides were lovely and the bottomless drinks are excellent. Only downside is having to order by the app!

We went for a family meal on Wednesday and we were looked after by Adam. He was great…very attentive and made sure everything was okay with our food; served us in a timely manner; and was great with our little ones (7yo B and 5yo G). The food was great, and reasonably priced, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Not to the standard or quality I remember of pizza hut. Wine at room temperature 🌡 pizza, nothing special. Service average. Seems Pizza Hut has lost its magic from the 90s and 00s. such a shame.

Greeted by a friendly member of staff on arrival. Able to pick where we wanted to sit. Given a choice of mobile ordering or table service and chose to do the mobile ordering. This was very easy to do and once ordered the food arrived promptly and hot. Food was absolutely delicious and enjoyed by all. Asked several times during our visit if we were OK or needed anything. Facilities were all lovely and clean, thoroughly enjoyed our visit hope to be back again soon. Highly recommended

Good service. £16 for the buffet 😵‍💫 £15 for a small/individual pizza now!!! Government.. please cap the utilities, fossil fuel producers who are making obscene profits from making our country bankrupt.

Wouldn’t recommend, the food is uninspiring. Restaurant is in need of updating and a good clean !! Arranged a family ‘meet up’ and spent £400+. Service was poor, tables were sticky , food over priced.

where the driver went around the town to get to my end of town 22min # when he cloud of done it in 10mim if he used the bypass then come up Telford way then into my road would of took 10min

Not the quickest service in the world. We were informed when we sat that we could order online or someone would be over shortly. As we had a code, we couldn’t order online. We then sat and waited 25 minutes (it was not busy, about 10 tables in total) before I had to go and find a member of staff so that we could order food. Food came quickly and was good. We then had empty plates sat on our table for another 25 minutes before I had to ask for someone to take them and allow us to make our desserts order. Desserts order was taken but dirty plates still left. We waited around 15 minutes for desserts and here our plates were finally taken. We then waited 15 minutes after finishing our desserts before we had to get up and approach a member of staff so we could finally pay. Numerous times staff members who’s ‘area’ it wasn’t would just walk past, looking but not coming over. Disappointed to say the least and unlikely to return again.

Everything - super easy and fast. Very helpful staff and of course, pizza was delicious :)

I LOVE Pizza Hut, especially when my partner and I manage to get to the restaurant to enjoy an unlimited buffet. It's my partner's birthday today, so as part of his gifts, I treated him to a Pizza Hut. We both had the unlimited pizza buffet, along with an unlimited soft drink. We both really enjoyed the pizza on offer, although more options favoured my partner's palette than mine (I've always been a fussy eater). The buffet is great value for money, especially if you try to make sure you are hungry when you have it. The unlimited soft drink is great value too and works out that your second drink is free. There's a friendly vibe from the staff, who keep the place very clean.

I love this place. I come here everytime I'm on holiday in Shrewsbury. Good for family and children. There a car park outise, jus out the door.

Delivery driver wasn't able to find my address so food arrived cold. I did feel sorry for him as the flat numbers are confusing and he did his best but it was a lot of money to pay for cold food :(

We were seated close to buffet and salad bar because I have mobility issues which was very considerate of Thomas. We were asked at regular intervals how everything was. Again, very considerate. Food was excellent as usual.

Our Pizza Huts in Canada are terrible. Entering this amazing establishment made me miss the 90s. The buffet was a functioning experience, alas we arrived for take out. The manager greeted us and talked us through the best deal to suit our party. He was excited to have us at his location and he let us know. We quickly ordered and were shown to some couches to wait. The manager gave my son a cup to get a drink on the house while we waited. After ten minutes the pizzas were done and the manager had my son assist in pizza quality checks. If you're going to get something to eat in Shrewsbury, get Pizza Hut. I will come back. Great experience.

Food stone cold again tracked the driver and could see him stopping of numerous times on way to me. Had same driver deliver food last time and same problem!

My meal arrived late and was cold the pitza was cold very thin and I could not eat it The chips were stone cold and I could not eat

Expensive, overpriced, and not good value, very little choice at the salad bar however on a positive note the pizza tasted good.

My food didn’t even arrive, just Eat cancelled the order and didn’t inform me I had to find out from the restaurant when I called up to ask where my order was.

Weatherspoons and McDonald’s have more customer service than this Pizza Hut, we are aware it’s a Pizza Hut but still expect a small level of service for the price. The prices are 5* restaurant price and the service is McDonald’s at best, the McDonald’s across the way was more attentive.

Great set up, love being able to help yourself to drinks and salad. Food absolutely delicious, service brilliant. Nice clean restaurant with plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

Best service I have had in a long time

It was terribly hot in there. Tables not very clean. Cutlery lovely and clean. Won't go any time soon. I forgot how very expensive it was.

Was told don’t do cheesy triangles anymore so had sent me two substitutes but didn’t call me to inform me of this. Would have been better if they had called to warn me so I could have chosen my own substitute.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at pizza hut. The staff were very helpful and friendly., providing helpful tips when ordering online. The food was delicious and hot too!

The Kids menu was said to be suitable for those 12 and under. However, the mac&cheese was a very shallow dish with not much in it, my 8 Yr old was still full after his ice cream. The pizza was lovely as always.

It was easy to order, the restaurant was nice and clean with a good layout. Food was super tasty and hot and served in a timely manner. Our server who also greeted us at the door was smiling, friendly and helpful.

Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Salad bar, free drinks and ice cream macgine is a great feature and my kids loved it. Pizza was tasty but a bit dry and hard. I love pizza and still enjoyed it. I hope it was just one off as I will come back. Great place overall👍

Shrewsbury pizza hut is very friendly venue. I like the buffet, I eat far to much but it is awesome value. Alan served us, he was very accommodating and made us feel welcome.
