Very very bad staff. The staff at Shrewbury Domino's Pizza are awful. I ordered a pizza for £5.99 but I was given ₹4.99 pizzas. I always order the 5.99 pizza They tease me that my English is not that good. Really this not good the shop Bad customers service. Take any action

Had a delivery service .... excellent timing didn't wait long, lovely hot pizza and beautifully cooked, deliver himself was extremely pleasant....very good

The pizza was squashed but the taste was amazing, the man who delivered it was very polite and well mannered will definitely order again.

our pizza was cold,burnt and had a hair in it. the delivery driver walked through all of our plants damaging our daffodils. we were offered credit money but when emailing back saying we wanted a full refund we are simply ignored.

Incredible rude staff! I called earlier to ask about NHS discount and offers online. The man was very rude on the phone telling me to order online. When I tried to ask about NHS discount he said there’s an hour wait on pizzas and put the phone down on me. Just so rude in general.

I went in here a couple of weeks back, tried to pay for a pizza with cash (had the right money on me, didn't have my bank card), was told they didn't accept cash. I was completely baffled and tried to explain surely you have to accept cash, i've always paid in cash before without issue. The store manager started being very aggressive, demanding I left the store or he'd "knock my head off" were his exact words. I simply could not believe what I was hearing or how I was being treated. I wasn't being aggressive myself, just very very confused as to why cash was no longer being accepted. The guy looked like he was absolutely at the end of his wits, he was rubbing his head, looked mega stressed like he had no idea how to deal with the situation. I think he may have some mental health issues, shouldn't be working in a customer facing role anyway. I was genuinely getting quite fearful that he would physically assault me he was so aggressive, was so close to calling the police but they're just as useless so i didn't bother. Raised a customer complaint but of course they're so useless they've done zero about it, they claim they'd investigate it but heard nothing of it. after being a customer for longer than I can remember, i will never ever for as long as i live go here again. I'd advise go to Nomis prezzo in castlefields it's a superb pizza and huge and good price.

I order 4 pizzas and varies different side orders which came to £50 ( with 50% off deal ) online while heading into town. My complaint is that my order wasn’t ready on time when I required it. Told to come back which I did…. BUT to walk into the store and be look at if I am invisible while my orders is sitting around …. Plus 6 members of staff chatting away not on… Had to raise my voice to get any attention to get my pizzas… I was travelling through on holiday…..with family…. Pizza was ok but services was poor. ( not sure if this was based on other motives about me… but I leave that there)

Always have good deals on, we ordered online and 5 pizza's were ready to collect in 15 minutes. Staff on the counter very polite and food hot, cooked and delicious. Other reviews moan about under cooked food but we have never had an issue. Always good for a picnic in the quarry as its only 5minute walk away. Definitely one I recommend, but spend some time looking at all the deals!

Quite possibly the worst takeaway pizza. Undercooked and horrible cheese. Noticed the quality dropped a couple of years ago so I started using papa John's which is much better. Thought I'd give Domino's another shot but would of been better with a pizza from a kebab House.

Pizza is meh 😑 and usually late/cold on deliveries. Their riders are idiots on the road and don’t think the wearing of helmets applies to them. Saw one rider with his helmet perched on his head, headphones on drinking red bull while riding. Also, just seen another rider tonight, riding down Coton Crescent with no helmet. Tell Domino’s and they don’t care. Edit, yet another rider with no helmet on. Seriously Dominos, you obviously don’t care.

Great pizza obviously but even better if you use the app and always get the offers at half price!

I know Dominos are expensive, but you get what you pay for. We had a lovely lunch at this one in Shrewsbury, the staff couldn’t have been more friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and the pizzas themselves were divine!

Typical Domino's, overpriced as always. Get a boxed pizza from any supermarket and it tastes just as good as this but a helluva lot cheaper. Just don't understand the popularity of this company at all Poor quality, poor value. Don't bother.

Ordered online then waited 10 minutes while they made it ...pizza below average with poor customer service...al piccolinos far better only good bit reasonably priced..on line ordering waste of time.

we walked and we were greeted by a lovely young gentleman called ford i think his name was and he took our order perfectly. we were waiting and we could see he was struggling but literally doing the best he could. we spoke to him asking if he was ok? and he said" i have new person and just me" and he continued to be amazing and rush around. help his colleague. and his manner was amazing. when a customer had a complaint he dealt with it so well with everything else going on, on his plate. i got him a soft drink from a bar across the road and they were more than happy to help out. this gentelman deserves some congratulations for his work he was working his bum off. you could just tell. a proper gent and perfect customer service. now the company. how can you let this store open on a staurday night with 2 members of staff. one not knowing what to do 100% and the other doing everones job. this is how you get a bad rep as a company. i demand you get staff in there asap!!!!! this is horrible to leave staff there rushing like this. dispicable. but our pizzas were amazing. so well done to the new starter. and extra well done to ford. #thedominolegend p.s please give him a raise or bonus or something. he was amazing.

Ordered a pizza and 1 hour later no sign of it ,called and told he was 5 mins away,20 mins later he arrives with a wet box and cold pizza, I refused to accept it and then had to drive to collect,also deliverdwas 13 99 and collection 7.99.but had to wait for the new one 45 mins.i will use the one in battlefield shrewsbury next time,terrible store

It was like a war zone. I think it would have been easier to fly to Italy and get the real thing and it would have been hotter too

Food was cold, Driver was very rude and refused to take cold pizzas back, order also 40 minutes late. My order estimate was 40 mins and order took 1 and a half hours to arrive cold

The app said that my food would take 15-25 minutes. 30 minutes and the app says my food has been delivered... It's been 1hr 45 minutes and still no pizza. Phoned up and the woman that answered the phone told me to stop complaining as they're busy, my food will be here shortly...

Always a great selection of sauces and pizzas (including vegetarian options) some of them have a fab kick and the sides and desserts are amazing.

Ordered at 7.59. 1st call 9.20 - was told it’s on its way was put on hold and then hung up on. 2nd call at 9.40 told it’s on its way but they can’t get hold of the delivery driver. Order is now marked as delivered on the tracker. 3rd call at 9.56 told still on its way and can’t get hold of the driver. I’m told I can’t get a refund without going through head office so I can’t cancel the order. It’s now 10.23 and i’m hangry. 11.17 pizza arrived.

Waited 2 1/2 hours before I gave up on my pizza coming. Called the store several times and the staff were unhelpful. They kept putting the call on hold and after several minutes hanging up. Made the mistake of paying for my food online so will have to waste more time trying to get my money back. I would advise to avoid using dominos but if you are going to order don’t pay them until you get your food!

Good food but overpriced. Also delivery is outrageous. Can be up to 2 hours late and all they say is "sorry we have a lot of orders." Also take advantage of student customers and are much more likely to be late, not give refunds or discounts and not do anything to try and fix the problem. They also (on occasion) claim to have delivered when they haven't and ask you to pay more to have it redelivered.

Better places in the town that actually deliver hot food when they say they will. Save your money and go elsewhere

Ordered via the app on a Saturday evening. There was alot of us and was a sizeable order with a few changes to the pizzas offered. Changing toppings etc is easy through the app and all went through smoothly. Pizzas arrived promptly and my kids loved the pizza tracker bit where you can track the driver. Everything was pipping hot and delicious would definitely use again.

Absolutely appalled by the service today from your battlefield branch in Shrewsbury, ordered a pizza specifically asked for no mushrooms and added sweet corn? It came with mushrooms! No sweet corn! And the pizza wasn’t even cut! May I had the driver couldn’t find me yet didn’t even attempt to call me for directions! It’s not hard! And was late, i have been given no help to complain the manager Daniel gave me a website to complain to you that isn’t even legit! Absolutely fuming

Such a shame that when the 'computer says no' they can't cope, tried to order a family meal over the phone to a postcode they didn't recognise (new build) and even though they deliver to our neighbour on the same road with a slightly different postcode they couldn't handle it, where is common sense and thinking out of the box?? (no pun intended) order given to a company that managed to see the logic.

We are always served by Harmeet, he makes the tastiest pizzas! Hw remembers our order and is always in the best mood! Very friendly and goes well out of his way to make us happy! Thanks Harmeet you legend!

Pizza and wedges took 1.5 hours to turn up. The wedges were stone cold I had to put them in the microwave. The same was for the pizza too. As it took so long for the food to arrive tried to phone store but not reply for a while. Decided I could not wait so ate some of the cold food. Emailed the store with the complaint and the manager has no customer service. Refused to help and offered no compensation for delivering food not fit for consumption. Just kept saying if you had phoned ( which I did try to start with but after waiting soo long for the food could not wait on the phone). Avoid this place at all costs and use other pizza take seats that actually care about the quality of food they produce

Very bad service.. over an hour and a half waiting for delivery. If pizza cold, they don't refund your money... despicable , they said they could make another, but then how long would that take? Save your money guys.

As a student, the lunchtime deal was super appreciated by both myself and all of my fellow students in Shrewsbury! You can get a personal pizza for just £2.99, great for lunch. Staff are always friendly, and pizza is made in quick time. Can not go wrong with a good Domino's pizza!

Had to go online (in store)for full menu to order what I wanted. Staff weren’t to helpful, heard them slagging off another customer. Why have half menu advertised and get us to on line for full menu when in store.......

Having now given this franchise the 5 days they said they would respond to my complaint I now feel it appropriate to make my issue public. Ordered 3 pizza and 3 large dips at the cost of £34 on Saturday evening via the smartphone app. The order was placed whilst my wife was out and we redirected her to pick up the order and so wouldn’t know what the exact order was. Having got the food home it was found that a number of toppings were missing and the wrong dips had been provided. We called the store back and after 3 attempts to get through I was put on hold for over 5 minutes. When I eventually spoke to a member of staff and explained this situation she attempted to argue that the order was correct. Once she had accepted that it may not have been she suggested that I go and collect the correct order. As they don’t deliver to my village this would mean a 30-minute round trip at my expense, my time and my inconvenience for their mistake. Having explained this to the member of staff she said she didn’t know what to do, I then asked to speak to a manager but was told that it wasn’t convenient to speak to a manager and could I call back later. Once again expecting me to do the work for their mistake. Not being too pleased with this suggestion I contacted Dominio’s Uk via twitter who provided me with a compliant link. I completed the link and received an email stating I would be contacted by a member of the franchise team within 5 days, that hasn’t happened! Whilst I understand that mistakes can be made it is important the way a business goes about rectifying those errors. In this case, they have yet to provide an acceptable suggestion. At £34 for 3, incomplete, pizzas and 3 wrong dips I feel that Dominio’s have not provided me with the goods ordered. Which is other words is a rip off! Quality of the pizza was average.

Went in and bought the takeaway pizza asked for a thin double pepperoni, got home opened the box and couldn't believe how thin it was, absolutely disgusting and a rip off for what you get.

A few negative reviews on here all seemingly linked to delivery. We chose collect as we were staying in the Premier Inn which had no pizza available. Chose the half and half and the Cinnidippers. Pizza was hot and made quickly and tasted great, cinnidippers was also great but they missed the icing dip pot.

Better than most pizza places and even other dominoss I've been to.

Ordered 3 pizzas online, on the £9.99 deal - any size, any pizza - excellent value, would not use without this deal as feel they are too expensive at full price. Where ready for the time pre-ordered for. Very tasty, lots of topping, will use again.

I live on the next street along, so always collect my pizzas, and they never seem to take very long to cook (although maybe demand is low in the early evening).

I always thought Domino is very strict on their sellers and is therefore a safe place for the buyers. I received a cold pizza instead of the legitimate Pizza box being delivered . I am very upset about this situation and I was advised by Pizza baker to contact trading standards to complain. This is not something I would expect from a Pizza baker

Ordered for a 7.30 delivery, pizzas hadn't arrived by 8.15 so I called the store. Initially they couldn't find my order, then I was passed to another member of staff or repeatedly told me I must have ordered from Battlefield, which I hadn't. Then when they found my order they told me to give it another 20 minutes. When I said I'd ordered for 730 delivery, they told me their delivery time is two hours on a Saturday night and the delivery times on the app have no relevance. When I challenged the two hour delivery time I was repeatedly told I was wrong. Our pizzas arrived a few minutes later, tepid and with mistakes in the order. At no point was any apology offered, instead the staff were surly, unhelpful, repeatedly told me I was wrong and then we got the wrong order. Poor service, poor food and overpriced. Avoid.

Very poor won't use again placed order checked on tracker and advised it had been delivered .....after 2 phone calls to the local shop advised the delivery driver couldn't find address and returned to shop .Address has been there 40 years they need to get a new driver !!! Couldn't even ring us on the mobile number to get directions !!!!! Pathetic service we won't use again

Ordered a pizza as we over the road having a drink. Went to collect when the taxi turned up and they never even put the order through. . I phoned to complain and all they could say was sorry . Bad customer service .

I was waiting over an hour and a half for my food an wen the man came i did not what to pay as it was my consumer right. If the food dose not come with an allocated time you do not need to pay so the man put is right foot in to my proptey and snach the food off me and called me a stupid little boy. Very unprofessional. Always good tasting pizzas however experienced a problem with our delivery person who (1) went to wrong address and then rang to say they were outside when they were not (2) turned up to our address and told me my own address was wrong although this was the correct address on their delivery note. Attitude wasn't the greatest either. Would think twice before ordering with them again.

Aunque había llamó a darles mi número de móvil (por si necesitaba!) 40 minutos antes!!! Hablé con tres personas diferentes y nadie tenía idea de lo que estaba pasando!!!! We had a previous issue with the pizza from here in the past. We were offered a free pizza for the next time we ordered.So we took this offer up with another 2 pizzas. We asked for delivery and were told it would be 30 mins to deliver.30 minutes come and go... No delivery. Called the branch and was told wait 10 minutes and call again.Waited 15 minutes and Called again... "Someone's put it down for collection"...we'll be there 20 minutes.Useless. Pizzas turn up warm and went cold as soon as the lid was opened.Never again will we order a dominos.

The pizza it's not bad but it's quite poor in ingredients, but fast service and good delivery. If you really love pizza choose an Italian restaurant.

Firstly we ordered last week and found a hair in the chocolate melt so we ring up complained and they came to replace it but that's not the point! Then we just ordered again tonight because we though okay give them a second chance they messed up our order so bad we have to turn the order away and they wouldn't fix the mistakes they caused!!! They also had no coke cams left ?!?! It's awful

Really wish we hadn't discovered the Dominos Pizzas delivery service because we now order it far too often. There are always plenty of deals on which brings the price down (although they are confusing). The home delivery service is excellent - always exceeds expectations - and the pizzas are always hot and tasty. Chicken goujons are very moorish. They will pretty much do every pizza topping you fancy.

The best pizza in shrewsbury. Excellent organization, speed and excellent service, would recommend to anyone who wants to taste the real pizza. The only fault the price a little bit exaggerated.

We always have great service from here. They are polite and I have no complaints about the food. They always offer vouchers too which means it's cheaper than most pizza take aways in town if you take advantage of the offers.

Have ordered from here many times, delivery is always really quick. It's easy to pay online and you can choose when you want your food delivered. Food is always good and always fresh and hot. The kids especially love the pizza and dough balls. It is on the expensive side though even when using the deals.

Nice pizza! sides have rare taste! Very expensive! wouldn't be my first choice compared to other place's
