Ordered 4 pizzas never got any really crap service won’t refund me

It’s a dominoes so consistent and tasty, if a little expensive. Staff very friendly

Shocking experience. Took nearly an hour to prepare, apparently dropped it on the floor and had to start again at some point. But on the website still told us to collect it within 10 minutes but shouldn't have bothered as just sat around for 45 minutes

i sent my pizza issue when i received my pizza yesterday ， then one day past ， i still didn't receive any calls from domino ， so i rang up your shop local tel ， and i v been told i have to wait domino team to contact me about the issue ，it needs 3-4 days . they can not sort out problem ，tbf it is very poor service ， and food were terrible taste and raw .

The guy who served me was ace, couldn't be more helpful and accommodating.

Had our pizzas (one meaty & one veggie) delivered and both were raw and cold. Called the store and the guy on the phone was rude and unapologetic, just said they were busy. We didn’t eat any of the uncooked pizzas and asked for some new ones to be sent out to swap. The new ones arrived over 50 minutes later and were even more undercooked!! We could not believe it! Told the delivery driver to take both sets back as completely inedible and a huge health risk. Sadly this is a reoccurrence. Will not order from here again. Someone’s going to get food poisoning from this place. Called the store back to ask for a refund. We didn’t even kick up a fuss as we knew there would be no point and yet the man was still very rude an unapologetic. Wouldn’t even help us and said just use the app. Took dominoes ages to give me a refund and didn’t even reply to my message regarding this whole matter. Dismal. Can’t complain about the delivery driver though, he was clearly rushed off his feet and did apologise, lovely chap.

Sent wrong pizza, complained about wrong pizza, waited a day to respond to us and said we didn’t try hard enough to return it? Won’t be going back. Much better pizza restaurants about.

high price poor quality I do not recommend very poor topping

Most of the times food is great but sometimes they overcook.

Monday Night treat, a pizza until my partner took one bite into hers and there’s a black hair sticking out of it 🤢 phoned up and they reluctantly said they’d make another but that doesn’t compensate eating mine stone cold when I get back and the fuel and time added on to my evening. This is becoming a regular occurrence. Never had this problem anywhere else, we always say it’s been months since we had a dominos then this will be the reason why 🤦‍♂️

Pizza was OK, just poor service. Thr guy who took our order wasn't helpful. He obviously didn't want to be there on a Saturday evening.

2 pizzas for the price of 1! Got the biggest, and it lasted 3 meals, Brilliant!

The customer service is wonderful! Especially the young man with the moustache working the front. The workers were very quick and had my food in no time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal!

Lovely pizza and usually I have no problem with this Dominos, however upon ordering today I received below average customer service. My driver could not find the house, he phoned me once but my phone is on do not disturb so I didn’t get the call- he only made ONE call to me then gave up and went back to the store!! I tried calling him back multiple times with no reply. I had to call the store, and they told me the driver is back at the store because they got confused, and that they can send it out again if I want with an extra delivery fee?? Then the driver called me again and said ‘yeah I tried calling you twice’, which he did not. Both the men on the phone were not very polite or professional. I’ve never had this problem with this Dominos before so this is a very big disappointment.

Absolutely the best pizza in town. I tried all pizza places in Shrewsbury and we are regular Domino's customers. Always piping hot, as ordered, delivered or picked up with great customer service. Honestly can't fault them. And look for the deals, there is always good offer in Domino's. Top star👍👌

We received 3 leaflets through the door advertising free pizza, go to use them and it doesn't work. Called the store and they decided to not go with that promotion. Waste of paper. 2 stars because the girl on the phone was very nice

Travel here specifically due to Telford not having The Sizzler pizza. Most orders are correct, hot and generously topped. Only one occasion where a side was wrong but wasn't discovered until returning home so will check in future.

The last 3 times I have tried to order online and absolutely awful gone I rang and told them but it still remains the same ,so I rang my order honestly I got there in the end but god it was hard work ,just sort out your web site it as gone crazy .

DO NOT USE. This particular branch employs rude staff, delivers late (or not at all!), and when your food finally arrives, it’s usually wrong. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Waited 1 hour for food. Rang ro check then another 15min added for delivery. If charging £1.99 for home delivery, I expect better service. Very disappointed.

Pizzas were lovely but there is a breakdown in their system when they inform customers their Pizza is ready you go to collect and I was still waiting over 20 minutes later as it wasnt even cooked. Not good and no explanation why

This branch is fantastic in my experience! They are always really helpful and friendly. They look at the best deals available when you call up so you're not paying more than you need to. Plus the pizzas are fabulous. Thank you!

I ordered two large pizzas at 7:25pm with quoted delivery times on the website listed as "35-45 mins". I received a text notification at 7:58pm that the order was out for delivery (we live 4 miles from the store). AN HOUR LATER at 8:58pm I called the store to ask where the order was - the person on the phone said that "we are busy and understaffed, so pizzas are taking longer than usual, however yours is out for delivery". At 9:05pm, the delivery driver arrived with our pizza. The pizzas that arrived were cold to the touch, which was totally unacceptable. I raised a complaint via the Dominos website and received a response from the store manager for "50% off your next order" which is the standard deal this branch offers to all customers. I've gone back to Dominos Head Office as I would like a full refund for the cold pizza that took 1 hour and 7 mins to arrive at our home from when it left the store. Avoid this branch.

Online order: To be honest, my family loved it! It’s not just because they had the discount system on (for the online order) but the pizza was superb delicious to us! Thank you so much!

Lovely pizza, but one of the most appalling members of staff I’ve ever seen. The staff member, Ranjit is one of the most arrogant, lazy and rude people I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to. (And as others have told me, this behaviour is common from him). The fact he holds a management position is unbelievable, and I genuinely cannot comprehend how he hasn’t been fired months ago.

Order the deep pan cheese and tomato pizza with double cheese on top. Made the thin crust pizza. Request to make it again as that was not the order. Once again they made cheese and tomato with hardly had cheese on it . Spoiled my whole evening meal . Dreadful service. Not worth of money

I am going to think twice before I order from this branch of dominos, last time was new years eve where I pre ordered for a set time. Two hours after It was due I rang to find out that it hadn't even been processed. And that they were busy. Well that is why I pre ordered early. Should have known better to order from there again which I did tonight. Ordering was the easy bit. Timing it so that the takeaways arrived with in time of each other is another thing. So when we had the message to say it had left we got the food for the others in the house. We returned expecting to see them eating already but no. It wasn't there. 30 mins later still not arrived. Puzzled now as it only takes 10 mins to get from where it comes from to me. 40 mins after that and the others had finished their food it arrives teppid and battered. That just made my choice for ordering from that branch again. Town centre one is souch better in every way. Driver was wearing as I would describe it a chin diaper and didn't even attempt to pull the mask up. Really!! It's only been 10 months since we had to start to wear them has he not understood how to put the thing on properly.

Easy to order on App. Dont use the website. Pizzas ready in 10 minutes from order to collect. Great helpful staff using Covid rules

Delivery is prompt, that's a credit. What isn't is the inconsistency between ordering day time and in the evening, worse so if you order Tuesday night.Day time: it's delivered to your door, it's fast food and alright for what your paying.Night time: Quality less so you can see they are under pressure with walk-ins and deliveries so quality drops with delivered pizzas.Tuesday Evening (when I ordered tonight): Horrendous pizza with bald spots meaning no tom sauce or cheese or toppings. Clearly smashed out no fxz given. Stuffed crust? Was supposed to be. Feel kinda robbed, for the last time. Weirdly this seems to be specific to this little branch. Order from Telford/Wolverhampton branches without the same issue regularly.Will not bother ordering again from battlefield.

Quick service, ordered for collection ASAP and it was ready in 10mins. Quality of the food was spot on and the staff were very friendly when we collected the order.

Half of order was left behind, then delivered almost cold.

We ordered a take-away on a Saturday evening and were impressed. We ordered online, and paid with a card so we could have contactless delivery. The app gave us a clear indication of how our order was progressing and it was delivered within around 40 minutes. We had a large ‘half and half’ pizza, and we liked the way we could pick a different topping for each half. It cost just under £15 for the pizza and a side of potato wedges, which we thought was great value. There was absolutely loads of food for two of us. It’s great that we can still use this service during the covid19 crisis & we will use it again for a nice treat at a difficult time.

Twice I've ordered from here and foods been missing 🙄 rang to get the rest of our order and they've said they'll deliver it straight away! Items never arrive and they ignore your phone call when you try and call again 😤 useless! Won't be ordering from there ever again!

Service is quick and speedy. Pizza's are hot and fresh. Great for family night in or a takeaway night. The delivery driver's seem friendly also. No complaints and will keep using this branch.

Great pizza, some great deals dip you get with pizzas is awful. Pappa John's is the best dip.

Great pizzas, but long queues. Waited half hour for 2 pizzas. I wouldn't return for a collection again, I'm too impatient to stand and wait. But the pizzas were really tasty.

Absolutely joke the I ordered over the phone to pick up when I could the staff look at me and it took them 10 minutes to as give me my pizza and was wasn’t even cook properly, poor place to go

Probably the best Domino's I've been to...and I've been to a fair few! Nice staff, good location with excellent parking. The pizza we had was as you would expect it to actually be - unlike some franchises who just seem to dole out whatever they please.

Used previous no issues. Tonight’s was vile !! Both pizzas were drowned in tomato purée so much they couldn’t be eaten ! Very annoyed so I called only to be told someone would call me back very soon, three hours later and no call !! Well I’ll certainly not help fund this franchise so will stay well away from all his stores !!

Ordered online then had a phone call off the driver saying he couldn't find my house. Gave directions but still no good. Never received the pizza in the end. Will not be using again.

I accidently made a mistake and ordered our pizza at the wrong Dominos. I then called to cancel our order as I wasn't able to pick it up so far away. As I was speaking to them I was at the end of questioning wether I would get a refund, instead of saying it wasn't possible or even answering me the man hung up on me. I felt this was very inappropriate and disrespectful I will not be recommending this dominos place to anyone.

The best Domino's I have visited. We only do collection, staff are helpful, kitchen looks clean and tidy and the reception is clean too. They made a slight mistake the other evening, sorted it with apology within moments

Can't rate the pizza as it never arrived. Gave a postcode that sends you directly to the place and a name of a very well known venue 10 mins away from the store.. Even tried to direct the driver on the phone. Gave up and ordered from somewhere else, delivered no fuss no problems in good time xxx

Phoned in order was told 10 min got there said they had not received order had to wait 25 min not good

Ordered 4 pizzas and sides, the side weren't delivered with the pizzas, contacted the store and said the sides were on the way, they didn't turn up. Contacted them again, they said they would be there soon... They didn't arrive! Spoke to the store again they said the order would be made fresh and sent again, by this point had waited about 2 hours, and the side never arrived! Called them the next day after being fobbed off having to call back numerous times they denied any knowledge of the order and said they could do anything about it so we did not recieve the rest if the order! Very disappointed will not use again, tainted our view of dominos where we have otherwise had positive experience elsewhere.

Never again.first time we used theys muppets, pizza was burnt and wrong bread.
