The food and service were great tbh and they are very honest and I would highly recommend giving this place ago if I lived closer I would definitely revisit I was originally overcharged, but I had no idea, and the guy came out to apologise and give me a refund also the topping on the pizza was not what I ordered but the taste more then made up great pizza even better service

Ordered food from here for a while never really had a problem but the last two times I have ordered the food has been closed to an hour late and when there was a problem with the order they made it out to be our fault despite there never being a problem before awful customer service

never again...was really looking forward to the chicken feast wrap after having 16 hour shift...2 hours waiting time, food was hot, but just one horrible greasy messy ball in box...

ordered a large cheesy chips and got regular fries instead, donner wrap tastes awful. Do not recommend at all. Use to go there often and now really disappointed gone really downhill.

First time we’ve ordered a desert only menu. Sweet pizza and thick creamy milkshake. Just sensational. Seriously delicious! Can’t recommend highly enough!

Not the correct order and couldn’t phone up as phone was engaged constantly for 15mins, it felt like they took the phone of the hook to avoid phone calls

Food arrived on time and was still warm. The mixed kebab was nice. Halloumi fries were lovely but the margarita calzone texture was weird. The cheese was a bit rubbery and looked strange, was more like a pizza than calzone, but tasted ok. Would probably order again

Packing was soggy and cold to touch when came out of delivery bag , 3 phonecalls regarding location when on profile has clear instructions to get to property. Food had been marked as delivered when was a further twenty minutes , garlic mushrooms had leaked all over packing and everything was soggy and stained clothes , pizza cold , ciabatta cold and soggy and mushrooms cold

Excellent food only downside I have is that they put pepsi max in with the meal deal unfortunately no-one likes this drink in my household so if customer adds drinks to their order maybe put the drinks that is in the meal deal with whatever the customer orders if this makes sense.

Delivery time was good food was hot , had a hawain pizza and found bits of salmon on top of it

Described as “full spatchcock chicken” definitely over hyped. Probably a small poussin or quail. Very tiny. Not enough for 2 for sure although all the sides were definitely plentiful. Great sweet pizza. And great speedy service.

The last 2 times I’ve ordered the kitkat pizza, the bread wasn’t as nice as before, it separated in the middle and was like nann bread, and a bit stale.. it’s never been like that before.. maybe it’s freezer burnt?? If the bass had been frozen 🤷🏻‍♀️🙂

the best chicken + kofta kebab I think I've ever had. Bread was perfect, meat was perfect, and all round just spot on.

We had a delivery from Chicos a mix of burgers wings kebabs and garlic bread,also the sweet pizza a Kit Kat one and omg absolutely delicious 😋 service was impeccable,lovely owner,cannot ask for more,thanks so much

I had the lamb chops with flatbread ohh my days it was beautiful, chargrilled meat soft fluffy bread also the buffalo wings were great,lots more things I want to try from the menu,5 stars for sure 😃 thanks so much

Food was good, took two full hours to arrive when the delivery time was 30-50 minutes.

Awfully late and when ringing the restaurant kept being told 10 mins.... This was for nearly an hour! Not great service but when the food arrived it was ok.

It’s Chico time! Monster burger is awesome, superb, out of this world, Father Christmas has come early this year, he didn’t come down me chimney, he rang me ring door bell 2 hours ago, kids loved their pizza and chips, smashed my monster burger like a starved lion on the Serengeti bumping into a zebra, TOP job boys, keep it up👍

Really disappointed with Chicos tonight….ordered at 6:30 (1hr delivery time) eventually delivered at 21:17!! After numerous phone calls, disappointed children sent to bed (with a different meal obviously) what I was shocked by is NO apology or even a complimentary addition to our order…just we weren’t expecting this 🤦🏻‍♀️ failure of quality and good service!

Waited an hour past the delivery time to then he told that our order was cancelled. Not impressed.

Unfortunately, the pizza was not of the best quality, it was missing the chorizo i paid extra for and all of the meats were the cheapest of cheap. Too much cheese, when pushed back to investigate where the chorizo was revealed the base with almost no sauce in it. Similar critique to the buffalo wings, overdone and little meat on the bone. Overall would not recommend

Every time I order from here, I am amazed at how enjoyable the chips are! Best chips i have ever had from anywhere in my life. So much variety in the shop, love that, chicken burger is lovely, quick service and has never disappointed. My go-to😁

my sweet pizza arrived and the box was upside down leading to all the chocolate sauce and toppings being on the box and not on the pizza base there for i am utterly dissatisfied and didn’t eat my food it should arrive right side up i believe i’m entitled to a full refund

second time ordering from here now. really impressed both times, best takeout in oswestry. the red velvet cheesecake is amazing for a takeout and i was really impressed with the variety of options. the fries are the best. favourite takeout by far no issues at all although my only ask would be to have normal mayo as an option on burgers etc.

Probably the worst meal I've ever ordered from Chico's. I got a small pizza and some chips for myself, and the chips were good, well cooked, not oily, and some had skin on still. The problem was the pizza. I ordered an 8' Hawaiian, and while it was still hot, and looked incredible, when I ate it, I could've sworn the dough was moldy. It looked fine on all sides, but the taste was like the scent of moldy bread, and I'm still feeling sick now.

A couple of years ago I said I'd never buy food from Chico's again after a few bad meals and shocking service. However since Mo has taken over things have improved massively with a great new menu and brilliant service. The kebabs are the best in town, pizzas and burgers are awesome. Definitely also check out the 'Cheese me up' range as it's bang on the money. We also tried the dessert pizzas this evening which were loved by all members of the family. Keep up the great work guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mixed kebab for my girlfriend wasn’t great. She asked for bbq mayo and bbq sauce was put on, the pita bread was a bit dry and I just thought the food was over priced for what we got given.

My x3 1/4 pounder cheese burgers had no salad

I was told it would be delivered between 21:10-21:30. I had put a note on the driver instruction bit to call me When he has arrived as I was at an AirB&B so I could meet him outside. I get a call at 21:38 from the driver telling me He is at the restaurant and has collected my food, which was strange I explained I want him to call when he got to the address, he said I was wrong as the shop had told him to call me when he picked up the food, I couldn’t be bothered to correct him. Food arrived 50 minutes late and to be fair the cheese burger I had was good but the halloumi fries and garlic mushrooms my partner had we’re not so great

Usually ok but ordered cheeseburger which I thought came with salad but no salad on it!🥴 Everything else was fine.

Chicos is the best place in the whole of Oswestry & Surroundings villages by far, they do the tastiest Burgers by far, there 1/2 pound cheese burgers, its a proper toe breaker, I challenge anybody to try 1. Easy on the pocket also, superfasŕ Delivery also.....

Ordered from them tonight. Item missing from our order. I rang them, man on the phone said that they can deliver the missing item now or that they can add a freebie next time we order from them. Told them to deliver now as we have already paid and is part of our dinner tonight so one of us is going without dinner. I was told it would take 30 minutes as delivery driver is already out.. I am still waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes. (I believe they have forgotten about us even after complaining). Ridiculous really as they’ve have taken our money! Every time we have ordered from Chico’s we have always had a item missing from our order, the delivery times are long normally waiting approx 1 hour 15 mins a time. Just really poor service. We will be taking our custom elsewhere.
