Pizza Pan in Birmingham

my favourite pizza shop. been ordering from here for years

food was great arrived quick and hot, the cheese on the fries was forgotten but still got the fries, but that's OK service made up for it

The pizza was beautiful, good amount of cheese and generous with the pizza sauce which is rare. delivered piping hot, nicely cooked and very tasty, generous with toppings too. Brilliant value for money, kebab and chips, wings, two large pizzas, wedges and a big bottle of pop all for £25, you can't go wrong! Massive portions, my family of four were very pleased, catered for everyone. Will definitely be ordering again, these guys know what they're doing.

This was the worst pizza I've ever had there was way to much sauce and the chicken n chips tasted awful and they was really dark like you ain't cleaned your oil in a while

Pizza and garlic bread was cold, fries just warm. Missing the bottled drink. Delivered just after 22.15 not 21.55.

Sadly this order was wrong and not as good as the last one. The burger itself was a bit chewy, despite asking for Salt and Vinegar it was not put on the chips, we also ordered a BBQ base for the pizza but they put tomato on. I immediately tried to call the restaurant and they rejected my call 6 times, I tried to call once more about 10 minutes later and once again rejected and then once more about half an hour later. Not sure if this is what to expect but they should have the phone on to be able to fix the problem. Sadly we have had to take this up with just eat. We did try to give the restaurant a problem but this was not possible. To the restaurant... please answer all calls so you can fix a problem should there be one. This will avoid bad reviews. On a good note, the driver was very nice and friendly. Sadly the food failed this time. Unsure at the moment if I would order again.

Food was nice, enjoyed it. Delivery was very early.

Lovely food as ever and the driver was a real gentleman. I forgot I paid online and handed over the cash for the food. He called me and came back within 30 mins and gave me my cash back as I’d already paid. Class that. Much appreciated.

He went the wrong house at first but got my food still good pizza rating 7.5 and the mix meat and chips I will give that 100000/100000

Pizza was hot and very tasty, chips were perfectly cooked, crispy on outside and soft in the middle. VERY impressed with the quality and the icing on the cake was that the order was delivered at least 30 mins before the estimated time!!

Wouldn’t apply my £3 Xmas voucher and deducted a drink from it when driver finally arrived. Food was ok though. Won’t be using them again though

Great food! Ordered from a hotel while staying away and they couldn’t deliver because I’d left the wrong number. Sent again and the food was still hot and delicious. Tried calling to pay for the second delivery but they didn’t answer - probably thought I was going to complain but no, really happy and definitely recommend. The delivery driver was a lovely chap too. If you’re reading your reviews - give me a call so I can pay 😀👍

I love pizza pan, I order from here all the time. However today, for some reason, the delivery was super late and the food wasn’t hot when it came. The pizza box was damaged and bent and the pizza was over cooked- almost burnt. Really disappointed because as I said, I order from here all the time and I love it.

One of the best pizza shops in Brum, the 20" pizzas once again was full of taste & flavour, these guys definitely know how to make a pizza, my whole family really enjoyed it. Well done guys - 10/10

Ordered pizza for a treat as friends birthday and great offer. Friend didn't eat pizza as the order was too late such a waste and costly pizza no token of goodwill.

Service is appalling. Ordered online they rang and confirmed the address waited until the delivery time (40 minutes) and then they cancelled the order. When we rang to ask they why said they had no driver however we paid for Uber eats driver. We rang and they out the phone down. Terrible customer service

the just for 2 offer was brilliant value 2 x 9" pizzas 2 x fries & 2 cans of drink only £13.99 pizzas & fries were really good & arrived 30mins earlier than expected so excellent service

ordered veggie master pizza and they put either pepperoni or salami or some sort of meat on it and I'm vegetarian and can't eat it. Sent just eat a photograph of it. Suppose to be a vegetarian pizza with no meat on it. Im disappointed in pizza pan. Not ordering here again.

100% recommend, I’ve been using Pizza Pan for many years and never have any problems at all with the food. Always comes on time and perfectly warm ready to eat.

I ordered the cookie dough and didn't get the vanilla ice cream, won't be ordering here again, the old guy that usually delivers my food never gets it wrong. Cheap chocolate sauce on cookie doe aswell.

Love their Pizza, it always tastes fresh and they take care of any requests that we make for the toppings. Delivery was very late this time though, not easy to deal hungry kids waiting for Pizza. Everything else was satisfactory.
