Absolutely foul! The worst dominos I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The place wants shutting down before it gives the other resteraunts a bad now. Pizza was cold, toppings wrong and rock hard, I nearly broke a tooth. When I called to address this I was greeted with a guy who said his name was jazz, he was abusive and rude and even hung the phone up on me. I just wanted my money back. Don't ever use the tunstall branch! Vile vile vile

Service was bad pizza was worse never felt so rough after eating it was disgusting felt rushed when was made and tasted terrible like had been contaminated with something

Ordered a large pizza which was obviously made as a medium by mistake. I understand mistakes happen but it was the fact that they had the cut it to make ten really tiny slices then pulled them apart from one another to spread them out around a large box. Just be honest and admit your mistakes than trying to fob the customer off in a embarrassing presentation of food.

We have used this place many times for delivery and have never been disappointed. The pizzas are excellent top quality and we can not recommend enough!

Visited as no time to make tea. Free car parking. A bit surprised at the cost, then staff said as I was there in person I could get a second pizza for free or reduced price -can’t remember which, but made the order worth the money. Could watch the pizzas being made. Only negative point was the staff were unhappy about a few work issues and were voicing them in front of customers. Pizza was fabulous.

Twice I have ordered from domino's and on both occasions it has been vile. We took advantage of a wuntu voucher for 2 free personal pizzas, I had chicken and bacon and my partner had the buffalo chicken. As usual for domino's there was barely any cheese and the toppings were scarce (mine was mostly onion and my partners was mostly peppers) there was also too much sauce which made the Base soggy and it had a strange sour/metallic taste to it. I get the impression that whoever is in charge or does training is telling staff to be stingy with the more 'expensive' ingredients like meat when making a pizza to save money. So my bacon and chicken should of been called an onion lovers delight as I only had a few pieces of chicken and 1 slice of ham (so not even bacon) good job it was free else I would of been requesting a refund. Asked my 5yo daughter who loves pizza if she wanted any but even she turned her nose up at it, saying it smells funny. Ended up in the bin, same as the first one.

Great pizza. Fast delivery. Friendly and helpful staff. Delivered to a local travel lodge. Pizza was hot.

It took the company an hour to even put the pizza in the oven, thanks to the online tracking. I rang to complain and they told me it was just going in and they were sorry for the delay. A further 45 minutes later and the pizza arrived, the delivery man was nice enough but could only apologise. I opened the box to find the pizza was wrong and the driver had left. I then tried multiple times to ring the store and find some explanation and my correct order but they were not answering the phones. When I contacted the store today a was greeted by a very rude manager who introduced herself as Natalie but would not deal with my issue, claiming I had never ordered from her. I have the pizza and email receipt to prove otherwise. She then told me to contact head office, and explain to them the situation but refused to give her name or the name of the manager who was on shift the previous day. This is the most infuriating situation and I would not use this company again. Many better local pizza places!

Fast delivery, quick and easy to order online or via phone. Plenty of choice for toppings. Always had a great service. Food is also hot on delivery. Not had a bad experience yet!

Pizza!!! Unless in Italy pizza is something that I tend not to have... However, the pizza had a good base and lots of toppings. I must confess I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you

we ordered several pizzas for two addresses the first address to pay for the pizzas ! unfortunately the pizzas were sent to the second address , after talking to the delivery person over the phone it was not possible for the pizzas be left they at to be taken back to the takeaway ! the manager wished to send the now cold food out with no apology for a mistake that was not of our doing and put the phone down while we were discussing the problem . Terrible attitude and service ! Do not use this takeaway !!!!

We've had numerous pizzas from here. They've all been great, not cheap but quality pizza wirh plenty of choice. Friendly staff.

Large complex order done right. Great service and decent price. Nothing to complain about its take away pizza after all!

Spent nearly 30 pound there and won't be going again. Greasiest pizza I've ever had, the card board box was dripping with grease and so was the pizza. Pizza wasn't cut properly as when I tried to get a pizza everything fell out. Had a bbq sauce base, and that was all over the box when tried to get a pizza. Pizza was very undercooked and soggy bottom.

Always love Domino's but only ever take the deals, the singular pizzas are just too high price compared to cheaper alternatives just for a base, The one negative I have is the deals aka 20% off etc never include ice cream, 14/21 sharing boxes and sometimes you're a bit stuck with what to get. Certainly an alternative to the local pizza hut if you don't mind the price.

Typical chain store from the outside, but the food was just not as good as normal. Pizza base was overcooked, and the fillings were lacking in portion size. A bit of a disappointment considering the prices.

At one of my kids and ordered the takeaway online. Trying to find this on tripadvisor is difficult as it's registered as 297 High Street not Tunstall. We went for the cheese and garlic stuffed crusts which although slightly more expensive is a nice treat, plus a range of meet and vegetarian pizzas. All the pizzas turned up hot and were nice to eat. The driver was fantastic, especially as he had to drive quite a long way out.We have also noticed that sometime the Pizzas from here are sometimes cheaper than other local Dominos so I'd recommend looking here first.

Popped into the Tunstall Domino's on the way home from Burslem Festival (a great event). Ordered Pizzas for the family as requested by my kids (2 large plus garlic bread) then around 3 minutes later ordered an extra small as my wife text me very late (some people are rubbish at answering their mobile)... waited around 20 mins for it to be cooked etc and then passed my order and thanked.... I was almost out of the door before I realised that it didn't include the second order so I waited another 10 minutes (they appear to priorities their deliveries as an order after mine second order when out before my second order was ready)... The pizzas etc was nice, but I would recommend requesting delivery as they are transported in a insulated bag so they stay warmer. I'm not sure what the source is with the pizzas but it's very nice.

Nearly all of the time we order a Dominos pizza and it is wonderful but sometimes it is too much. But apart from that it is great.

I tend to use this dominos pizza about once or twice a month, i always order online and specify a delivery time. The delivery is always on time or even slightly early and the food is always warm and tasty, the only slight issue i have is that some times the wedges are normally only slightly warm! In saying that though the pizzas are always warm and have a good even spread of toppings, the delivery drivers are also always pleasant and friendly. I will continue to this local dominos pizza restaurant as the food and service is always good and the deals you get can make the cost very reasonable , i.e feed 4 for £20.

Had a mixture of pizza and wedges etc was generally good although fries were not that hot, they did call to ask how my order was and when I mentioned the wedges , the girl said "oh"
